- 一种使用免授权频段的装置,包括:第一执行模块,用于确定第一指示信息;其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述装置使用免授权频段的接入能力和/或所述装置使用免授权频段的请求;第一收发模块,用于通过非接入层消息向核心网侧设备发送第一指示信 息。
