在一实施例中,如图1-3所示,所述显示面板100包括:中心部10,所述中心部10包括多条第一边01和多条第二边02,每一所述第二边02连接于对应的相邻两所述第一边01;多个外围部20,每一所述外围部20自所述中心部10的对应的所述第一边01朝向远离所述中心部10的方向延伸而出,每一所述外围部20还包括相对设置的第三边03和第四边04,每一所述第二边02连接于与所述第二边02相邻的两所述外围部20中其中一者的所述第三边03和另一者的所述第四边04之间;其中,当所述中心部10与多个所述外围部20处于同一平面时,每一所述外围部20位于对应的所述第一边01、与对应的所述第一边01相邻的两条所述第一边01各自的延长线b和c三者共同限定的区域A内,每一所述第二边02位于与所述第二边02相邻的所述第三边03的延长线d、与所述第二边02相邻的所述第四边04的延长线e以及与所述第二边02相邻的两所述第一边01各自的延长线f和g四者所限定的区域B内。
具体的,多条所述第一边01的形状可以相同或者不同,多条所述第二边02的形状可以相同或者不同,多条所述第三边03的形状可以相同或者不同,以及多条所述第四边04的形状可以相同或者不同;本实施例对于多条所述第一边01、多条所述第二边02、多条所述第三边03和多条所述第四边04的具体形状不做限制,所述第一边01、所述第二边02、所述第三边03和所述第四边04形状没有特定的关系,四者的形状可以任意组合;并且对多条所述第一边01、多条所述第二边02、多条所述第三边03和多条所述第四边04的数目不做限定;可以理解的,只要多条所述第一边01、多条所述第二边02、多条所述第三边03和多条所述第四边04的相对位置关系符合以上要求即可;此处以多条所述第一边01均为直线段,且相邻两条所述第一边01延长线相交形成的夹角为90°为例进行说明。需要注意的是,每一所述外围部20至少包括一对应的所述第一边01、一对应的所述第三边03和一对应的所述第四边04。
一方面,如图1-3所示,当所述中心部10与多个所述外围部20处于同一平面时,由于每一所述外围部20自对应的所述第一边01朝向远离所述中心部10的方向延伸而出,即每一所述外围部20还必定位于对应的所述第一边01和所述显示面板100中对应的外边缘h之间,因此,所述区域A为由对应的所述第一边01、对应的所述延长线b、c和对应的所述外边缘h共同限定的区域;可以理解的,由于每一所述外围部20均不超出对应的所述延长线b和c,当所述显示面板100沿着对应的相邻两所述第一边01所属直线向下弯折时对应的相邻两个所述外围部20不会重叠从而产生褶皱。
另一方面,如图1-3所示,当所述中心部10与多个所述外围部20处于同一平面时,每一所述第二边02对应的所述第三边03的延长线d和对应的所述第四边04的延长线e相交,并且对应的两所述第一边01的延长线f和延长线g相交,即所述延长线d、e、f、g四者共同限定出所述区域B。首先,以所述延长线f和g作为所述区域B的其中两边界,当所述显示面板100沿着对应的相邻两所述第一边01所属直线向下弯折时所述中心部10不发生重叠从而产生褶皱;其次,以所述延长线d和e作为所述区域B的另外两边界,可以有效增加相邻的两个所述第一边01之间的区域以增加所述中心部10的显示区域,以提高所述显示面板100的屏占比。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第二边02呈曲线状,且所述第二边02凸起的方向远离所述中心部10的中心。可以理解的,在以所述延长线d和e作为所述区域B的另外两边界的基础上,将所述第二边02设置为凸起的方向远离所述中心部10的中心的曲线状,可以进一步增加所述显示面板100位于对应的相邻两所述第一边01之间的区域的面积,并且可以通过将所述第二边02设置为曲线状可以减弱所述显示面板100的尖锐程度以提高美观和视觉效果,还可以降低激光切割形成所述第二边02的难度,也避免了所述激光切割角度发生突变以降低良率。
当然,如图2所示,所述第二边02也可以呈直线段,即激光可以沿直线的路径从其中一对应的所述外围部20的端点向另一对应的所述外围部20的端点切割以形成所述第二边02,这样可以进一步降低激光切割形成所述第二边02的难度。当然,所述第二边02也可以为凸起的方向靠近所述中心部10的中心的曲线状,或者所述第二边02也可以包括至少一段曲线状和至少一段直线段,只要所述第二边02位于所述区域B,均可以避免所述显示面板100周边的区域在弯折时出现褶皱的现象,进一步缓解膜层在所述显示面板100周边的区域剥离的现象。或者,如图3所示,每一所述第二边02可以包括第一子边021和第二子边022,具体的,相邻的两个所述第一边01的延长线f、g可以和位于相邻的两个所述第一边01之间的所述第二边02中的所述第一子边021和所述第二子边022重合,即所述第二边02可以由对应的两个所述第一边01的延长线f、g相交以形成。可以理解的,本实施例中所述第二边02仍然位于所述区域B中,并且所述第二边02和所述延长线f、g重合,可以最大程度地增加所述显示面板100中所述中心部10的显示面积以提高所述显示面板100的屏占比。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第二边02呈圆弧状。可以理解的,将所述第二边02设置为圆弧状与将所述第二边02设置为其它的曲线状相比较,可以使得所述第二边02具有恒定的曲率,以提高所述第二边02的流畅性和连续性,可以进一步实现大广角显示以提高所述显示面板100的美观和视觉效果,并且这样可以使得激光按照恒定的方向变化速率进行切割,有效降低了激光切割形成所述第二边02的难度,也有效避免了所述激光切割角度发生突变以降低良率。进一步的,在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第二边02对应的圆心角为90°。具体的,可以将所述显示面板100中相邻的两个所述第一边01各自的延长线相交形成的夹角设置为90°以将所述中心部10的轮廓近似设置为矩形,进一步的,再将呈圆弧状的所述第二边02对应的圆心角设置为90°,使得所述第二边02的形状近似为矩形的一角,也即所述第二边02可以与对应的相邻两所述第一边01的两条延长线f和g相切,因此可以在维持所述显示面板100的美观和视觉效果的前提下提高所述显示面板100的屏占比。当然,根据相邻的两个所述第一边01之间的夹角以及所述第二边02的弧长需求,所述第二边02对应的圆心角也可以设置为其它角度。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者呈曲线状,且所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者凸起的方向远离所述中心部10的中心。一方面,在所述第二边02为凸起的方向远离所述中心部10的中心的曲线状的前提下,将所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者凸起的方向也设置为远离所述中心部10的中心,可以使得所述显示面板100整体上呈现为凸出的形状以一致化所述显示面板100的边界形状,以实现大广角显示以提高所述显示面板100的美观和视觉效果,避免边界差异较大造成画面缺失严重。另一方面,交点D为所述第三边03和所述第二边02相交形成的点,当所述第三边03和所述第二边02均呈凸起的方向远离所述中心部10的中心的曲线状时,即所述第三边03中和对应的所述第二边02中分别靠近所述交点D两部分均凸出于所述交点D,以使得在所述交点D处形成两边凸起的凹陷部,当所述第三边03破裂时,裂纹延伸经过所述交点D处时,可被所述交点D处的凹陷部阻隔,无法平滑延伸过渡至所述第二边02,即可以阻隔裂纹延伸至所述第二边02,当所述第二边02破裂时,裂纹延伸经过所述交点D处时,可被所述交点D处的凹陷部阻隔,无法平滑延伸过渡至所述第三边03,即可以阻隔裂纹延伸至所述第三边03,缓解了膜层在所述显示面板100周边的区域剥离的现象。
当然,如图2-3所示,所述第三边03和所述第四边04可以均呈直线段,可以便于激光进行切割;进一步的,如图2所示,每一所述外围部20的形状可以为自所述中心部10的对应的所述第一边01朝向远离所述中心部10的方向延伸形成的矩形,这样可以在避免弯折产生褶皱的同时提高所述外围部20的面积,以提高所述显示面板100的屏占比。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者呈圆弧状。根据上文分析可知,例如将所述第三边03设置为圆弧状与将所述第三边03设置为其它的曲线状相比较,可以使得所述第三边03具有恒定的曲率,以提高所述第三边03的流畅性和连续性,可以进一步实现大广角显示以提高所述显示面板100的美观和视觉效果,并且这样可以使得激光按照恒定的方向变化速率进行切割,有效降低了激光切割形成所述第三边03的难度,也有效避免了所述激光切割角度发生突变以降低良率。需要注意的是,此处对所述第三边03对应的圆心的位置不做限制,即所述圆心可以位于所述中心部10或者对应的所述外围部20,只要符合每一所述外围部20位于对应的所述区域A即可。进一步的,所述第三边03和所述第四边04可以均呈圆弧状,进一步的,为了减少相邻的两个所述外围部20之间的干涉,所述第三边03对应的圆心和所述第四边04对应的圆心均可以位于所述中心部10,即所述第三边03由对应的所述第一边01向远离所述中心部10的方向上可以逐渐远离对应的所述第二边02,同理,所述第四边04由对应的所述第一边01向远离所述中心部10的方向上可以逐渐远离对应的所述第二边02。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者对应的圆心角小于90°。可以理解的,在所述第三边03对应的圆心和所述第四边04对应的圆心均可以位于所述中心部10的基础上,若所述第三边03对应的圆心角较大会造成所述第三边03的方向变化过快,进一步会造成所述第三边03的长度过长以至于所述第三边03和所述显示面板100中对应的外边缘h的交点E过于靠近所述中心部10的中心,造成对应的所述外围部20中和对应的所述第一边01相对设置的第五边05的长度过短,以至于对应的所述外围部20的面积过小。因此,将所述第三边03对应的圆心角设置为小于90°,可以有效减小所述第三边03的长度,以增加对应的所述外围部20的所述第五边05的长度,从而增加对应的所述外围部20的面积以增加所述显示面板100的屏占比。
在一实施例中,如图1、3所示,每一所述第五边05的长度小于对应的所述第一边01的长度。可以理解的,无论所述第三边03和所述第四边04的具体形状如何,由于每一所述第五边05的长度小于对应的所述第一边01的长度,即所述第三边03和所述第四边04两者中至少一者包括一段路径符合由对应的所述第一边01向远离所述中心部10的方向上可以逐渐远离对应的所述第二边02。一方面,根据上文分析可知,可以有效减少相邻的两个所述外围部20之间的干涉;另一方面,由于每一所述外围部20在从对应的所述第一边01到远离所述中心部10的方向上的尺寸整体上呈减小趋势,在将所述显示面板100和盖板进行贴合时,气泡是需要从所述中心部10向多个所述外围部20、以及从所述第一边01向对应的所述外边缘h挤压排出的,这样有利于气泡从所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者中排出,避免气泡堆积。
具体的,如图1、3所示,每一所述外围部20在从对应的所述第一边01到远离所述中心部10的方向上的尺寸逐渐减小。可以理解的,在每一所述外围部20的所述第五边05的长度小于对应的所述第一边01的长度的基础上,如果在从对应的所述第一边01到远离所述中心部10的方向上将每一所述外围部20切割为宽度相等的长条,则每相邻两个所述长条中,远离所述中心部10的长条的长度均小于靠近所述中心部10的长条的长度,循序渐进,更有利于气泡从所述第三边03和所述第四边04中的至少一者中排出,避免气泡堆积。具体的,如图1、3所示,每一所述外围部20中的所述第五边05的两端均不超出对应的所述第一边01的两端。可以理解的,无论所述第三边03和所述第四边04的具体形状如何,只要所述外围部20中的所述第五边05的两端均不超出对应的所述第一边01的两端,就可以使得气泡在所述第三边03和所述第四边04排出。
在一实施例中,至少一个所述外围部20中设有虚拟键。其中,所述虚拟键的数目至少为一个,例如,当所述显示面板100进行画面显示时,用户可以通过触摸所述中心部10或者所述外围部20以使得所述外围部20呈现所述虚拟键,进一步,用户可以触对应的所述虚拟键以实现相应的功能
在一实施例中,所述显示面板100包括显示膜层和盖板,所述显示膜层包括所述中心部10和多个所述外围部20,所述盖板位于所述显示膜层上以封装所述显示膜层,所述盖板包括中心区和多个外围区,所述中心区和所述中心部10相对设置以覆盖所述中心部10,每一所述外围区和对应的所述外围部20相对设置以覆盖对应的所述外围部20。进一步的,所述显示面板100为OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示面板。
本申请提供了显示面板和显示装置,该显示面板包括中心部和多个外围部,所述中心部包括多条第一边和多条第二边,每一所述第二边连接于对应的相邻两所述第一边,每一所述外围部自所述中心部的对应的所述第一边朝向远离所述中心部的方向延伸而出,每一所述外围部还包括相对设置的第三边和第四边,每一所述第二边连接于对应的相邻两所述外围部中其中一者的所述第三边和另一者的所述第四边之间;当所述中心部与多个所述外围部处于同一平面时,通过将每一所述外围部设置为位于对应的所述第一边的延长线、与对应的所述第一边相邻的两条所述第一边的延长线三者共同限定的区域内,以确保所述显示面板沿着对应的相邻两所述第一边所属直线向下弯折时对应的相邻两个所述外围部不会重叠,以及将每一所述第二边设置为位于对应的所述第三边的延长线、对应的所述第四边的延长线以及对应的两所述第一边的延长线所限定的区域内,以确保显示面板沿着所述第一边所属直线向下弯折时所述中心部不发生重叠。综上所述,本方案可以缓解所述显示面板周边的区域在弯折时出现褶皱的现象,进一步缓解膜层在所述显示面板周边的区域剥离的现象。

  1. 一种显示面板,其中,包括:
    中心部,所述中心部包括多条第一边和多条第二边,每一所述第二边连接于对应的相邻两所述第一边;
    多个外围部,每一所述外围部自所述中心部的对应的所述第一边朝向远离所述中心部的方向延伸而出,每一所述外围部还包括相对设置的第三边和第四边,每一所述第二边连接于与所述第二边相邻的两所述外围部中其中一者的所述第三边和另一者的所述第四边之间;
    其中,当所述中心部与多个所述外围部处于同一平面时,每一所述外围部位于对应的所述第一边、与对应的所述第一边相邻的两条所述第一边各自的延长线三者共同限定的区域内,每一所述第二边位于与所述第二边相邻的所述第三边的延长线、与所述第二边相邻的所述第四边的延长线以及与所述第二边相邻的两所述第一边各自的延长线四者所限定的区域内;
    其中,所述第二边呈曲线状,且所述第二边凸起的方向远离所述中心部的中心,每一所述外围部还包括和对应的所述第一边相对设置的第五边,每一所述第五边的长度小于对应的所述第一边的长度。
