Description

The present invention relates to a saddle-ride type vehicle.
Conventionally, there is known a saddle-ride type vehicle in which tools that can be used for maintenance etc. are provided on the vehicle body as in-vehicle tools (see Patent Document 1, for example). Patent Document 1 describes a configuration in which a load such as a tool is accommodated in a luggage box that can be opened and closed with a sheet. Patent Literature 1 describes a configuration in which a tool is accommodated in a state in which it extends in the vehicle width direction under an accommodation portion of a helmet.
Japanese Patent No. 5970968
By the way, in-vehicle tools are often provided in a portion opened by a seat, for example, provided on the rear surface of a seat or in a luggage box as described in Patent Document 1.
However, when a tool storage section is provided on the back surface of the seat, the seat bottom plate, which is the back surface of the seat, tends to bulge upward from the back surface in order to secure the storage space for the tool. There is a difficult issue. In addition, when providing a tool storage section on the back side of the seat, it is necessary to provide a shape for hooking the tool on the seat bottom plate. There is also a problem that the rigidity of the seat bottom plate is reduced due to the provision of a hooking shape.
On the other hand, when the tool storage section is provided in the luggage box, there is a problem that the luggage box tends to bulge downward and the vehicle height tends to be bulky in order not to press the storage space of the luggage box.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and provides a saddle-riding saddle that can accommodate tools while ensuring the rigidity of the seat bottom plate and the thickness of the seat cushion, and making it easy to suppress the bulkiness of the vehicle height. The purpose is to provide a model vehicle.

A straddle-type vehicle includes a seat, a luggage box arranged below the seat and closed by the seat so as to be openable and closable, and a tool storage section provided in a part that can be opened by the seat to store a tool. In the saddle type vehicle, the luggage box includes a bottom wall and a peripheral wall provided around the bottom wall, and the luggage box includes a rear peripheral wall of the peripheral walls in which the tool is mounted. A storage portion is provided, and the tool storage portion includes a first storage portion that stores a first tool having a longitudinal shape while extending in the vehicle width direction, and a second tool having a long shape that extends in the height direction. and a second accommodating portion that accommodates in an extended state.
In the above configuration, the first tool and the second tool may extend axially, and the first tool may have a smaller diameter than the second tool.
Further, in the above configuration, the second housing portion may hold the second tool along the peripheral wall of the rear portion.
Further, in the above configuration, the first accommodation portion may be provided behind the second accommodation portion.
Further, in the above configuration, the first storage portion is formed in a groove shape extending in the vehicle width direction, and the inner surface of the first storage portion protrudes toward the inside of the first storage portion to receive the first tool. A clamping first convex portion is provided, and the second housing portion is formed in the shape of a hole extending in the height direction. A second protrusion may be provided.
Further, in the above configuration, a reservoir tank may be arranged in the vehicle width direction of the tool housing portion.
Further, in the above configuration, when the seat is closed, the gap between the tool housed in the tool housing portion and the seat may be smaller than the tool.
A storage portion is provided, and the tool storage portion includes a first storage portion that stores a first tool having a longitudinal shape while extending in the vehicle width direction, and a second tool having a long shape that extends in the height direction. and a second accommodation portion that accommodates in an extended state. According to this configuration, since the tool storage section is provided in the luggage box instead of on the rear surface of the seat, it is possible to ensure the rigidity of the seat bottom plate and the thickness of the seat cushion. In addition, since the tool storage section is provided on the peripheral wall of the luggage box instead of on the bottom wall, it is possible to suppress the bulkiness of the vehicle height. Therefore, the tool can be accommodated while securing the rigidity of the seat bottom plate and the thickness of the seat cushion, and easily suppressing the bulkiness of the vehicle height.
In the above configuration, the first tool and the second tool may extend axially, and the first tool may have a smaller diameter than the second tool. According to this configuration, the first tool can be arranged in a state of being extended along the vehicle width direction, and it is easy to prevent the tip of the small-diameter first tool from coming into contact with a member in the vertical direction.
Further, in the above configuration, the second housing portion may hold the second tool along the peripheral wall of the rear portion. According to this configuration, the second tool having a longitudinal shape can be accommodated in a state of being adjacent to the peripheral wall and extending in the height direction, so that the accommodation space for the second tool hardly presses the capacity of the luggage box. ing.
Further, in the above configuration, the first accommodation portion may be provided behind the second accommodation portion. According to this configuration, it is easy to dispose the first accommodating portion adjacent to the rear edge of the luggage box, and it is difficult to press the capacity of the luggage box.
According to this configuration, the tool can be clamped and held by the projections, and the tool can be held at a preset position with high accuracy.
Further, in the above configuration, a reservoir tank may be arranged in the vehicle width direction of the tool housing portion. According to this configuration, since the tool storage section is arranged adjacent to the reservoir tank, the tool storage section can be installed without sacrificing the article storage space of the luggage box.
Further, in the above configuration, when the seat is closed, the gap between the tool housed in the tool housing portion and the seat may be smaller than the tool. The accommodation groove 71A is provided on the left side of the stepped portion 57, and is provided biased to the left side with respect to the vehicle width center line C (see FIG. 3). The accommodating groove 71A is formed to have a length and a groove width that can accommodate a replacement driver (first tool) 101 having a longitudinal shape.
As shown in FIG. 3, the replacement driver 101 has a shaft portion 101A extending in a cylindrical shape. A tip portion 101B on one side of the shaft portion 101A has a plus shape. A tip portion 101C on the other side of the shaft portion 101A has a minus shape. A rotation stopper 101A1 that protrudes in the radial direction and extends like a rib is formed in the longitudinal central portion of the shaft portion 101A.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a pair of left and right press-fit portions (first convex portions) 71B are formed on the inner surface of the accommodation groove 71A. The press-fit portion 71B is a convex portion that protrudes toward the interior of the accommodation groove 71A with respect to the inner surface of the accommodation groove 71A and narrows the inner diameter of the accommodation groove 71A. The press-fit portion 71B is formed to have a C-shaped cross section with an open top. The open portion of the press-fitting portion 71B having a C-shaped cross section is formed narrower than the diameter of the shaft portion 101A of the replacement driver 101 . The replacement driver 101 is arranged in the housing groove 71A with the shaft portion 101A extending in the vehicle width direction. It is clamped by the press-fit portion 71B. Therefore, the replacement driver 101 is accurately held by the press-fitting portion 71B at the preset position. Further, the replacement driver 101 is accommodated in the horizontal accommodation portion 71 in a state in which it is difficult to separate from the horizontal accommodation portion 71 .
A concave portion 71C recessed downward is formed in the central portion of the accommodation groove 71A in the left-right direction. The recess 71C is recessed in a trapezoidal shape when viewed from the front (see FIG. 5). A finger can be inserted into the recess 71C. The replacement driver 101 is accommodated on the left and right sides of the accommodation groove 71A while straddling the recess 71C. By inserting a finger into the concave portion 71C and lifting the replacement driver 101 upward, the replacement driver 101 can be removed from the press-fitting portion 71B, and the replacement driver 101 can be taken out from the horizontal storage portion 71. FIG.
A vertical accommodation portion 72 is provided in front of the horizontal accommodation portion 71 . The vertical accommodation portion 72 is provided on the front side of the wall portion main body 56A of the rear wall portion 56 . In this embodiment, in plan view, it is located between the inner peripheral wall 47 of the seat 13 and the wall portion main body 56A, and is provided behind the article storage space 60 (see FIG. 3).
The vertical storage portion 72 has a tubular insertion portion 72A extending in the vertical direction (height direction). The insertion portion 72A has a cylindrical shape with a bottom, has an insertion hole 72B extending in the vertical direction, and has a bottom surface 72C at its lower end. In this embodiment, two (plural) insertion sections 72A are provided. The two insertion portions 72A are provided adjacent to each other on the left and right, and the insertion holes 72B communicate with each other at the sides to form an integral opening 72D in the shape of the letter "8".
A handle (second tool) 102 having a longitudinal shape and a plug wrench (second tool) 103 having a longitudinal shape and an outer diameter similar to that of the handle 102 can be inserted into the insertion hole 72B. It is The vertical length from the bottom surface 72C of the insertion hole 72B to the opening 72D, that is, the depth of the insertion hole 72B is more than half the length of the handle 102 or the plug wrench 103. It is desirable in terms of accommodation of 102 and plug wrench 103 .
The handle 102 is a grip of the replacement driver 101. The handle 102 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a larger diameter than the shaft portion 101A of the replacement driver 101 . As shown in FIG. 3, the handle 102 is formed with a mounting hole 102A extending in the axial direction. The replacement driver 101 is detachably attached to the attachment hole 102A. A groove-like rotation stopper 102A1 into which the rotation stopper 101A1 of the replacement driver 101 is fitted is formed in the opening of the mounting hole 102A. By attaching the replacement driver 101 to the attachment hole 102A, the replacement driver 101 and the handle 102 can be used as a Phillips screwdriver or a flat-blade screwdriver.
The plug wrench 103 is formed in a cylindrical shape. One end of the plug wrench 103 is formed with a hexagonal hole 103A. A hole (not shown) penetrating the plug wrench 103 in the radial direction is formed at the other end of the plug wrench 103, into which the replacement driver 101 can be inserted in the radial direction. By inserting the replacement driver 101 in the radial direction of the plug wrench 103, a large torque can be applied to the plug wrench 103 via the replacement driver 101 when the plug wrench 103 is used.
The inner diameter of the insertion hole 72B is slightly larger than the outer diameters of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a rib-shaped protrusion (second protrusion) 72E extending in the depth direction of the insertion hole 72B is formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole 72B. The projecting portions 72E are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the insertion hole 72B. The protruding portion 72E protrudes in the radial direction as it progresses downward, and protrudes so as to narrow the diameter of the insertion hole 72B as it progresses downward. When the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are inserted into the insertion hole 72B of the insertion portion 72A, they are held in the insertion hole 72B by their own weight. When the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are further pushed downward from this state, the projecting portion 72E is elastically deformed, and the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are clamped by the projecting portion 72E. Therefore, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are accurately held by the protrusions 72E at preset circumferential positions. Moreover, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are accommodated in the vertical accommodation portion 72 in a state in which they are difficult to separate from the vertical accommodation portion 72 .
A V-shaped notch 72F extending downward from the opening 72D of the insertion hole 72B is formed in the front portion of the insertion portion 72A. The notch 72F allows the insertion hole 72B and the article storage space 60 to communicate with each other. The notch 72F allows visual confirmation of how the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are inserted into the insertion portion 72A. Also, if a small part such as a screw falls into the insertion hole 72B, insert an elongated shaft-like member, for example, a replacement driver 101 into the notch 72F, and scoop it up with the tips 101B and 101C. can pick up small parts that have fallen. At this time, since the opening 72D is shaped like a letter "8" and has a large opening shape, the bottom surface 72C is easily visible from above, and small parts are easily visible.
The tools 101 to 103 of this embodiment can be used as one tool by assembling the replacement driver 101, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103. In other words, by disassembling one tool so that it can be accommodated separately, the structure of the accommodating portion for the tools 101 to 103 is given a degree of freedom in design.
In this embodiment, the replacement driver 101, which has a small diameter and tends to be sharpened, is housed in the horizontal housing portion 71 behind the wall main body 56A. Moreover, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103, which are large in diameter and difficult to sharpen, are accommodated in the vertical accommodation portion 72 in front of the wall portion main body 56A. When the motorcycle 1 is running, the seat 13 is held in the normal position, the leg portion 48A of the seat bottom plate 40 abuts the seat portion 56B1, and the bulging portion 48 approaches the tool housing portion 70. ing.
Therefore, since the tool storage section 70 is provided in the luggage box 50 instead of the seat bottom plate 40, there is no need to provide a hole for the tool storage section in the seat bottom plate 40. , the rigidity of the seat bottom plate 40 can be easily maintained.
In this embodiment, the replacement driver 101 is accommodated in the horizontal accommodation section 71 in a horizontal orientation. Assuming that the replacement driver 101 is stored vertically like the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103, the tips 101B and 101C of the replacement driver 101, which have a small diameter and tend to be sharp, tend to face the sheet 13 above. . Therefore, when the replacement driver 101 vibrates greatly in the vertical direction due to the vibrations of the motorcycle 1 while it is running, that is, when it flutters, the tip portions 101B and 101C may come into contact with the seat 13. Therefore, in the present embodiment, among the tools 101 to 103, the replacement driver 101 having a relatively small diameter is housed in the horizontal storage portion 71 in a horizontal position. In addition, since the replacement driver 101 having a longitudinal shape is accommodated in a horizontal position, it can be easily arranged adjacent to the rear wall portion 56 on the rear edge side of the luggage box 50 along the direction in which the rear edge of the luggage box 50 extends. , it is difficult to press the article storage space 60.
Further, in this embodiment, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are accommodated in the vertical accommodation section 72 in a vertical arrangement. Assuming that the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are housed in a horizontal position like the replacement driver 101, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 have a diameter larger than that of the replacement driver 101. Easy to be bulky in the vertical direction. For this reason, the seat bottom plate 40 of the upper seat 13 is difficult to bulge downward, making it difficult to ensure the thickness of the cushion. Therefore, in the present embodiment, among the tools 101 to 103, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103, which have relatively large diameters, are stored vertically in the vertical storage section 72. As shown in FIG. As a result, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 having a longitudinal shape are accommodated along the peripheral wall 52 of the luggage box 50 using the height of the peripheral wall 52, thereby suppressing pressure on the article accommodation space 60. However, it can be accommodated efficiently.
In this embodiment, the tools 101 to 103 are stored efficiently by using vertical placement and horizontal placement depending on the diameter of the tools 101 to 103 .
As described above, according to the first embodiment to which the present invention is applied, the seat 13, the luggage box 50 arranged below the seat 13 and closed so as to be opened and closed by the seat 13, and the seat 13 can be opened. In a saddle type vehicle provided with a tool storage section 70 provided at a possible position to store the tools 101 to 103, the luggage box 50 includes a bottom wall portion 51 and a peripheral portion provided around the bottom wall portion 51. The luggage box 50 is provided with a tool storage portion 70 in the rear wall portion 56 of the peripheral wall 52, and the tool storage portion 70 extends in the vehicle width direction through the replacement screwdriver 101 having a longitudinal shape. A horizontal storage portion 71 that stores the long handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 in a vertical direction (height direction). Therefore, since the tool storage section 70 is provided in the luggage box 50 instead of the rear surface of the seat 13, the rigidity of the seat bottom plate 40 and the thickness of the cushion of the seat 13 can be ensured. In addition, since the tool storage section 70 is provided on the peripheral wall 52 of the luggage box 50 instead of on the bottom wall 51, the height of the vehicle can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to accommodate the tools 101 to 103 while securing the rigidity of the seat bottom plate 40 and the thickness of the cushion of the seat 13 and easily suppressing the bulkiness of the vehicle height.
In this embodiment, the replacement driver 101, the handle 102, and the plug wrench 103 extend axially, and the replacement driver 101 has a smaller diameter than the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103. Therefore, the replacement driver 101 can be arranged in a state of being extended along the vehicle width direction, and it becomes easy to prevent the tip portions 101B and 101C of the small-diameter replacement driver 101 from coming into contact with a member in the vertical direction, for example, the seat 13. ing.
In addition, in this embodiment, the vertical storage portion 72 holds the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 along the rear wall portion 56 . Therefore, since the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 having a longitudinal shape can be accommodated in a vertically extending state adjacent to the peripheral wall 52 , the article accommodation space 60 for the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 presses the capacity of the luggage box 50 . It's getting harder.
Further, in the present embodiment, the horizontal storage portion 71 is provided behind the vertical storage portion 72 . Therefore, it is easy to dispose the horizontal storage section 71 adjacent to the rear edge of the luggage box 50, and the capacity of the luggage box 50 is less likely to be compressed.
Further, in this embodiment, the horizontal storage portion 71 is formed in a groove shape extending in the vehicle width direction, and protrudes toward the inside of the horizontal storage portion 71 on the inner surface of the horizontal storage portion 71 to hold the replacement driver 101 therebetween. The vertical accommodation portion 72 is formed in the shape of a hole extending in the vertical direction. 72E is provided. Therefore, the tools 101 to 103 can be clamped and held by the press-fitting portion 71B and the protruding portion 72E, and the tools 101 to 103 can be accurately held at preset positions.
Also, in this embodiment, the reservoir tank 37 is arranged on the right side of the tool housing portion 70 . Therefore, since the tool storage section 70 is arranged adjacent to the reservoir tank 37 , the tool storage section 70 can be installed without sacrificing the article storage space 60 of the luggage box 50 .

<Second Embodiment>
A second embodiment to which the present invention is applied will be described. In the second embodiment, parts configured in the same manner as in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
FIG. 8 is a front view of a luggage box 250 according to a second embodiment of the invention. FIG. 9 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view showing the positional relationship among luggage box 250, seat 13, and tools 101-103.
The luggage box 250 of the second embodiment has a vertical storage portion 272 instead of the vertical storage portion 72 of the first embodiment.
In the vertical storage portion 272 of the second embodiment, two insertion portions 72A are provided separately in the left-right direction. The two insertion portions 72A are provided on both sides of the vehicle width center line C. As shown in FIG. The two insertion portions 72A are arranged inside the left and right ends of the horizontal accommodation portion 71 in the left-right direction.
In addition, when the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are accommodated in the insertion portion 72A, the upper ends 102B and 103B of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are located further than the front end of the rear wall upper surface portion 56B of the rear wall portion 56 (rear wall portion 72A). It is provided so as to protrude upward (from the upper end of the main body 56A).
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a gap S between the bulging portion 48 of the seat bottom plate 40 and the upper ends 102B and 103B of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 is the shaft portion 101A of the replacement driver 101. It is configured to be smaller than the diameter R. The length (gap) T between the bulging portion 48 of the seat bottom plate 40 and the upper end of the insertion portion 72A is formed shorter than the length (longitudinal length) of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103. ing. That is, when the seat 13 is closed, the upper ends 102B and 103B of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are in contact with the bulging portion 48, so that they are not separated from the insertion portion 72A.
Here, the tools 101 to 103 may vibrate greatly in the tool storage section 70 due to vibrations of the motorcycle 1 when it is running, that is, it may flutter. That is, for example, when the tools 101 to 103 are not firmly held between the press-fit portion 71B and the projecting portion 72E, and the tools 101 to 103 are incompletely stored in the tool storage portion 70, automatic There is a risk that the tools 101 to 103 may flutter due to vibrations or the like during running of the two-wheeled vehicle 1 .
At this time, in the present embodiment, since the large-diameter handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are vertically inserted into the insertion hole 72B, they are difficult to fall out of the vertical storage section 272 due to their own weight. In addition, the upper ends 102B and 103B of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are positioned high, and even if the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 try to come out of the insertion hole 72B, they hit the bulging portion 48 of the seat bottom plate 40, so that they cannot be accommodated vertically. It is no longer possible to leave the part 272 .
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are prevented from coming off from the vertical storage portion 272 .
On the other hand, the replacement driver 101 is stored horizontally. For this reason, when the replacement driver 101 flaps in the vertical direction, it is released from the horizontal storage portion 71 and moved to the article storage space 60 side by rolling on the rear wall upper surface portion 56B in a horizontal state, for example. can. At this time, in the present embodiment, the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are accommodated in a state of protruding above the rear wall upper surface portion 56B, so that the replacement driver 101 easily comes into contact with the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103. . Also, even if an attempt is made to jump over the handle 102 or the plug wrench 103, the gap S between the handle 102 or the plug wrench 103 and the bulging portion 48 of the seat bottom plate 40 is smaller than the diameter R of the replacement driver 101. Therefore, the replacement driver 101 is prevented from going over the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 .
In particular, in this embodiment, since the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are arranged in a left-right separated state, the replacement driver 101 is likely to come into contact with the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 on both sides of the center of gravity. Therefore, it is also suppressed that the replacement driver 101 comes into contact with one side of the center of gravity and rotates on the rear wall upper surface portion 56B.
Therefore, even if the replacement driver 101 is detached from the horizontal accommodation portion 71 , in this embodiment, the replacement driver 101 can move into the article accommodation space 60 and contact an article in the article accommodation space 60 . It is easier to prevent.
As described above, in the second embodiment to which the present invention is applied, similarly to the first embodiment, the tool storage section 70 for storing the tools 101 to 103 is not on the back surface of the seat 13 but on the luggage box 250. Therefore, the rigidity of the seat bottom plate 40 and the thickness of the cushion of the seat 13 can be ensured. In addition, since the tool storage section 70 for storing the tools 101 to 103 is provided in the peripheral wall 52 of the luggage box 250 instead of the bottom wall 51, the height of the vehicle can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to accommodate the tools 101 to 103 while securing the rigidity of the seat bottom plate 40 and the thickness of the cushion of the seat 13 and easily suppressing the bulkiness of the vehicle height.
In particular, in the second embodiment, when the seat 13 is closed, the gap S and the length T between the tools 101 to 103 accommodated in the tool accommodation portion 70 and the seat 13 are changed by the replacement driver 101. The diameter and the length of the handle 102 and the plug wrench 103 are smaller than each other. Therefore, even if the tools 101 to 103 are incompletely housed, the tools 101 to 103 are less likely to come off from the tool housing portion 70 due to vibrations during running of the motorcycle 1 .
The embodiment described above merely shows one aspect of the present invention, and can be arbitrarily modified and applied without departing from the gist of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the horizontal storage portion 71 has a groove shape, but it may be a C-ring-shaped claw-shaped storage portion.
In the above embodiment, the vertical storage portions 72 and 272 are hole-shaped storage portions, but may be C-ring-shaped storage portions or groove-shaped storage portions.
In the above embodiment, the horizontal storage portion 71 has a single groove shape, and the vertical storage portions 72 and 272 have two insertion portions 72A. The numbers of the 72 and 272 are not limited to these numbers, and any number of the horizontal storage portions 71 and the vertical storage portions 72 and 272 may be provided according to the tool.
In the second embodiment, the height of the vertically placed storage portion 272 is higher than that of the vertically placed storage portion 72 of the first embodiment. The height of the portion 272 may be the same height as the vertically placed storage portion 72 of the first embodiment.
Also in the first embodiment, the gap S between the seat bottom plate 40 of the seat 13 and the tools 102 and 103 may be smaller than the diameter R of the tool 101 .
In the above embodiment, a configuration was described in which the gap between the seat bottom plate 40 of the seat 13 and the rear wall upper surface portion 56B is larger than the diameter R of the replacement driver 101. However, for example, the seat bottom plate 40 of the seat 13 is further The gap between the seat bottom plate 40 and the rear wall upper surface portion 56B may be smaller than the diameter R of the replacement driver 101 by bulging downward. That is, when the seat 13 is closed, the gap between the tools 101 to 103 accommodated in the tool accommodation portion 70 and the seat 13 is configured to be smaller than all the accommodated tools 101 to 103. may
In the above embodiment, the motorcycle 1 was described as an example of a saddle-ride type vehicle, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention is a three-wheeled vehicle having two front wheels or two rear wheels. saddle type vehicle and a saddle type vehicle having four or more wheels.
