当所述踩踏位受到向下的力时,所述踏接组件带动所述滑块上的凸起沿所述滑槽滑动,并实现所述凸起在所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位之间的卡接切换;当所述凸起分别卡接于所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位时,所述联动组件分别位于第一位置和第二位置。
进一步地,所述滑槽包括四个所述子滑槽,四个所述子滑槽沿时针转动方向顺次首尾相连呈心型的子滑槽。
进一步地,四个所述子滑槽分别为顺次首尾相连的第一上滑槽、第一下滑槽、第二上滑槽和第二下滑槽,所述第一上滑槽和第二上滑槽的底端为其首端,顶端为其末端;所述第一下滑槽和第二下滑槽的顶端为其首端,底端为其末端;所述滑槽的最高点位于所述第一下滑槽的顶端,所述滑槽的最低点位于所述第一上滑槽的底端;所述第一卡合位位于所述第一上滑槽的首端, 所述第二卡合位位于所述第二上滑槽的首端。
进一步地,所述固定座上设有第一固定孔,所述踏接组件的中部设有第一连接孔,还设有第一转轴插入所述第一固定孔和第一连接孔,将所述踏接组件转动连接于所述固定座上。
进一步地,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述扭簧的中部套设于所述第一转轴上,扭簧的两端分别弹性抵触于所述固定座和踏接组件上。
进一步地,还设有顶触弹簧,所述顶触弹簧套设于所述第一转轴上,并位于所述滑块的前侧,所述顶触弹簧为所述滑块提供向所述卡位座的弹性力。
进一步地,所述连接位上设有第二连接孔,所述滑块与所述凸起相对的另一端上设有滑接孔,还设有第二转轴插入所述第二连接孔和滑接孔,使得所述滑块与所述踏接组件转动连接。
进一步地,所述踏接组件包括踏板和连接板,所述踩踏位、第一连接孔和第二连接孔设于所述连接板上,所述踏板连接于所述踩踏位的上表面。
进一步地,所述固定座还包括上固定板、侧固定板和下固定台,所述上固定板横向设置,所述侧固定板纵向支撑于所述上固定板下表面,所述下固定台连接于所述侧固定板下方,所述侧固定板上设有所述第一固定孔,所述上固定板上设有第二固定孔,所述下固定台上设有第三固定孔;所述滑块通过螺栓固定于所述第二固定孔和第三固定孔上。
进一步地,所述固定座还包括下延长臂,所述下延长臂从所述下固定台的斜下方,向远离下固定台的方向伸出,所述下延长臂的末端开设有第五固定孔;
所述联动组件包括纵杆和横杆,所述纵杆的上端设有第一联动孔,下端设有第二联动孔;所述横杆的左端设有第三联动孔,中部设有第四联动孔; 所述第二转轴插入所述第一联动孔转动连接所述联动组件;还设有第三转轴和第四转轴,所述第三转轴插入所述第二联动孔和第三联动孔,使得所述纵杆和横杆转动连接,所述第四转轴插入所述第四联动孔和第五固定孔,使得所述横杆与所述固定座转动连接。
现有技术中的刹车开关装置存在着一些缺陷,本申请中针对这些缺陷做出了改进。其中,固定座为其它结构的固定提供了基础。踏接组件上的踩踏位用于承接向下的踩踏力,连接位将踩踏力传递到与之相连的滑块等部件上来,弹性件的弹力提供向上的回复力,使得踏接组件能够在不受向下的踩踏力时向上自动回位。
卡位座上的闭合的滑槽包括了若干个子滑槽,由于每个子滑槽都是相对于竖直方向倾斜的,且每个子滑槽是首尾相连的,因此相邻的两个子滑槽的倾斜方向是不同的,多个子滑槽相连后会形成类似一段锯齿形的起伏段,滑块上的凸起能够在每次受到向下的力时在某条子滑槽中向下滑动,随后可以在向上的力再沿着与此子滑槽连接的另一条子滑槽向上滑动。
每次滑动时,到达子滑槽首尾两端时,会有明显的触底阻挡感,为施加踩踏力的使用者提供明显的反馈;而且由于上一所述子滑槽尾端的槽底厚于与其相连的下一子滑槽首端的槽底,凸起滑动到下一子滑槽首端之后即可被阻挡限位锁定,且只能在受到相反方向的力时,朝下一子滑槽单向滑动;再结合滑槽是闭合的结构,凸起活动到最后一段子滑槽之后即可回到第一段子滑槽,再重新开始循环,保证了一直可以循环反复操作,持续使用。
此外,滑块由于是与踏接组件的连接位转动相连的,在连接位以与固定座的连接位为中心转动时,也会带动滑块活动,从而使得滑块上的凸起在滑槽中滑动。联动组件的位置在滑块的带动下发生改变,并且可以随着滑块在 滑槽中第一卡合位和第二卡合位上卡接切换,而在第一位置和第二位置之间卡接切换,其与刹车结构或开关结构等连接后,利用其位置的改变可以实现刹车或开关等功能。
因此,本方案中的脚踏式刹车开关装置在踩踏使用时,由于滑槽锯齿状的起伏结构可以给予使用者明确的触底反馈,而且在松开踩踏动作之后相邻两子滑槽的厚度差异能够将位置锁定定位,整个使用过程更加简单明确,难度低,便于实现踩踏刹车开关等功能。

在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图1、4-7所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

图1至10示出了本申请的一种脚踏式刹车开关装置,包括固定座1、踏接组件2、卡位座3、滑块4和联动组件5:
所述固定座1可以固定在其它需要设置刹车开关装置的设备上,为其它结构的固定提供基础;其包括卡位座,所述卡位座3的前侧表面开设有首尾 相连的闭合的滑槽31,所述滑槽31包括若干个沿时针转动方向顺次首尾相连的子滑槽,每个所述子滑槽均相对于竖直方向倾斜,上一所述子滑槽尾端的槽底厚于与其相连的下一子滑槽首端的槽底;所述滑槽内具有第一卡合位和第二卡合位,所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位分别位于不同子滑槽的首端;卡位座3上的闭合的滑槽31包括了若干个子滑槽,由于每个子滑槽都是相对于竖直方向倾斜的,且每个子滑槽是首尾相连的,因此相邻的两个子滑槽的倾斜方向是不同的,多个子滑槽相连后会形成类似一段锯齿形的起伏段,滑块4上的凸起41能够在每次受到向下的力时在某条子滑槽中向下滑动,随后可以在向上的力再沿着与此子滑槽连接的另一条子滑槽向上滑动。每次滑动时,到达子滑槽首尾两端时,会有明显的触底阻挡感,为施加踩踏力的使用者提供明显的反馈;而且由于上一所述子滑槽尾端的槽底厚于与其相连的下一子滑槽首端的槽底,凸起41滑动到下一子滑槽首端之后即可被阻挡限位锁定,且只能在受到相反方向的力时,朝下一子滑槽单向滑动;再结合滑槽31是闭合的结构,凸起41活动到最后一段子滑槽之后即可回到第一段子滑槽,再重新开始循环,保证了一直可以循环反复操作,持续使用。
所述踏接组件2的中部与固定座1转动连接,所述踏接组件2的左右两端分别设有踩踏位21和连接位22,所述踏接组件2与所述固定座1之间还连接有为所述踩踏位提供向上的弹力的弹性件23;踏接组件2上的踩踏位21用于承接向下的踩踏力,连接位22将踩踏力传递到与之相连的滑块4等部件上来,弹性件23的弹力提供向上的回复力,使得踏接组件2能够在不受向下的踩踏力时向上自动回位。
所述滑块4的一端与所述连接位22转动连接,另一端的后侧设有凸起41,所述凸起41伸入所述滑槽31中;所述滑块4能够在踏接组件2的带动 下在所述滑槽31中滑动,滑块4滑动至任一所述子滑槽的首端时,与此子滑槽相连的上一子滑槽的槽底能够对滑块4形成阻挡,以使得滑块4沿着滑槽31从首端向末端单向滑动;滑块4由于是与踏接组件2的连接位22转动相连的,当连接位22以与固定座1的连接点作为中心转动时,也会带动滑块4活动,从而使得滑块4上的凸起41在滑槽31中滑动。
所述联动组件5与所述滑块4连接,所述联动组件5的位置随所述滑块4位置的改变而改变。
当所述踩踏位21受到向下的力时,所述踏接组件2带动所述滑块4上的凸起41沿所述滑槽31滑动,并实现所述凸起41在所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位之间的卡接切换;当所述凸起41分别卡接于所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位时,所述联动组件5分别位于第一位置和第二位置。
联动组件5的位置在踏接组件2和滑块4的带动下发生改变,并且可以随着滑块4在滑槽31中第一卡合位和第二卡合位上卡接切换,而在第一位置和第二位置之间卡接切换,其与刹车结构或开关结构等连接后,利用其位置的改变能够实现刹车或开关等功能。
可以看出,本方案中的脚踏式刹车开关装置在踩踏使用时,由于滑槽31锯齿状的起伏结构可以给予使用者明确的触底反馈,而且在松开踩踏动作之后相邻两子滑槽的厚度差异能够将位置锁定定位,整个使用过程更加简单明确,难度低,便于实现踩踏刹车开关等功能。
作为滑槽31的优选实施方案,滑槽31可以由多个上下倾斜的子滑槽组成多个具有波峰波谷的锯齿形,再将第一段子滑槽的首端和最后一段的子滑槽的尾端相连即可。但是过多的波峰波谷形状复杂,需要占据的空间较大,凸起41在其中运动更容易出错。
因此,如图3至7所示,本实施例中优选所述滑槽31仅包括四个滑槽,四个所述子滑槽沿时针转动方向顺次首尾相连呈心型的子滑槽,这种形状仅具有两个波峰和两个波谷,所占面积小,且心型的形状中最后一段子滑槽与第一段子滑槽的距离近,凸起41在回复到第一段子滑槽时所需路程更短,回位更加简单容易,不容易出错。
更加具体地,四个所述子滑槽分别为顺次首尾相连的第一上滑槽311、第一下滑槽312、第二上滑槽313和第二下滑槽314,所述第一上滑槽311和第二上滑槽313的底端为其首端,顶端为其末端;所述第一下滑槽312和第二下滑槽314的顶端为其首端,底端为其末端;所述滑槽31的最高点31a位于所述第一下滑槽312的顶端,所述滑槽31的最低点31b位于所述第一上滑槽311的底端;所述第一卡合位位于所述第一上滑槽311的首端,所述第二卡合位位于所述第二上滑槽313的首端。整体形成倾斜的心型滑槽31,这种倾斜的心型比起正置的心型,这种倾斜使得整个滑槽31只有一个最高点31a和一个最低点31b,且最高点31a和最低点31b的距离相差最大,最终使得滑块4的凸起41在位于最高点31a和最低点31b时,与之连接的联动组件5的动作变化最大,便于实现刹车或开关等动作。
如图4至7所示,图4为未受到踩踏力时的初始状态,此时凸起41位于第一上滑槽311的首端,也是整个滑槽的最低点31b,即凸起位于第一卡合位,此时联动组件位于第一位置;图5为受到向下的踩踏力时的初始状态,此时凸起41已经由最低点31b沿着第一上滑槽311活动到最高点31a;图6为由图5松开踩踏力后的锁止状态,此时凸起41在弹性件23的作用下沿着第一下滑槽312,向下活动到了第二上滑槽313的首端并在此处锁止,即凸起位于第二卡合位,此时联动组件位于第二位置;图7为由图6状态再次施 加向下的踩踏力时的状态,此时凸起41沿着第二上滑槽313活动到了第二下滑槽314的首端,松开踩踏力之后,凸起41会在弹性件23的作用下,沿着第二下滑槽314回到图4所示的初始状态。
如图1、2、8、9和10所示,在固定座1与踏接组件2的具体连接结构上,所述固定座1上设有第一固定孔11,所述踏接组件2的中部设有第一连接孔24,还设有第一转轴6插入所述第一固定孔11和第一连接孔24,将所述踏接组件2转动连接于所述固定座1上,在踏接组件2的踏接位受到向下的踩踏力时,以第一转轴6为中心转动,连接位22向上活动,从而带动滑块4向上活动,凸起41沿着滑槽31向上滑动。
作为弹性件23的优选方案,所述弹性件23为扭簧,所述扭簧的中部套设于所述第一转轴6上,扭簧的两端分别弹性抵触于所述固定座1和踏接组件2上,为第一转轴6两端的踏接位和连接位22分别提供向上和向下的的弹力,使得踏接位在不受向下的踩踏力时,能够向上回位,而连接位22能够向下回位,与连接位22相连的滑块4也能向下回位。另外,扭簧为一种耐用、采购成本低、安装简单的部件,选用扭簧作为弹性件23,能直接安装在第一转轴6上,无需额外设置安装结构,整体结构更加精简。
为了保证滑块4上的凸起41能够一直有效保持在滑槽31中滑动,本实施例优选还设有顶触弹簧7,所述顶触弹簧7套设于所述第一转轴6上,并位于所述滑块4的前侧,所述顶触弹簧7为所述滑块4提供向所述卡位座3的弹性力,用于保证滑块4在活动时也不会掉出滑槽31,从而避免整个装置失效。
在踏接组件2与滑块4的连接结构上,与第一转轴6结构类似的,所述连接位22上设有第二连接孔221,所述滑块4与所述凸起41相对的另一端 上设有滑接孔42,还设有第二转轴8插入所述第二连接孔221和滑接孔42,使得所述滑块4与所述踏接组件2转动连接。
作为踏接组件2的优选方案,所述踏接组件2包括踏板25和连接板26,所述踩踏位21、第一连接孔24和第二连接孔221设于所述连接板26上,所述踏板25连接于所述踩踏位21的上表面。
在固定座1的具体结构上,所述固定座1包括上固定板12、侧固定板13和下固定台14,所述上固定板12横向设置,所述侧固定板13纵向支撑于所述上固定板12下表面,所述下固定台14连接于所述侧固定板13下方;所述侧固定板13间隔并排设有两块,且其上设有所述第一固定孔11,所述连接板26设于两块所述侧固定板13之间,将连接板26从两侧进行固定;所述上固定板12上设有第二固定孔121,所述下固定台14上设有第三固定孔141;所述滑块4通过螺栓固定于所述第二固定孔121和第三固定孔141上,从两个方向固定滑块4,使得滑块4在受到凸起41的作用力时依然不容易发生移位,固定更加牢固。
所述固定座1还包括下延长臂15,所述下延长臂15从所述下固定台14的斜下方,以便于与联动组件5的横杆52相连,向远离下固定台14的方向伸出,所述下延长臂15的末端开设有第五固定孔151;
所述联动组件5包括纵杆51和横杆52,所述纵杆51的上端设有第一联动孔511,下端设有第二联动孔512;所述横杆52的左端设有第三联动孔521,中部设有第四联动孔522;所述第二转轴8插入所述第一联动孔511转动连接所述联动组件5;还设有第三转轴91和第四转轴92,所述第三转轴91插入所述第二联动孔512和第三联动孔521,使得所述纵杆51和横杆52转动连接,所述第四转轴92插入所述第四联动孔522和第五固定孔151,使得所 述横杆52与所述固定座1转动连接。
当第一转轴6随着连接件和滑块4向上运动时,与之连接的纵杆51随之向上运动,从而带动纵杆51上通过第二转轴8连接的横杆52左端也向上运动;同时由于横杆52中部与固定座1转动连接,因此横杆52的右端是向下运动的;反之横杆52左端向下运动时,横杆52右端向上运动。
若滑块4运动到滑槽31的第一卡合位(即滑槽的最高点31a)处并锁止,则横杆52的右端运动到最低点并锁止,此时联动组件处于第一位置;若滑块4运动到滑槽31的第一卡合位(即滑槽的最低点31b)处并锁止,则横杆52的右端运动到最高点31a并锁止,此时联动组件处于第二位置。横杆52的右端可以与刹车组件连接,以通过在最高点31a和最低点31b位置间的切换锁止实现刹车和接触刹车,同时也可以与微动开关、行程开关或光电开关等相连,通过在最高点31a和最低点31b位置间的切换锁止实现开关。本方案重点在于提供如何轻松简单地通过脚踏实现联动组件5在两个位置之间的切换与锁止,刹车结构和开关结构等这些结构为本领域内较为常见的结构,在此不做赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,包括:
    固定座,其包括卡位座,所述卡位座的前侧表面开设有首尾相连的闭合的滑槽,所述滑槽包括若干个沿时针转动方向顺次首尾相连的子滑槽,每个所述子滑槽均相对于竖直方向倾斜,上一所述子滑槽尾端的槽底高于与其相连的下一子滑槽首端的槽底;所述滑槽内具有第一卡合位和第二卡合位,所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位分别位于不同子滑槽的首端;
    踏接组件,其中部与所述固定座转动连接,所述踏接组件的左右两端分别设有踩踏位和连接位,所述踏接组件与所述固定座之间还连接有为所述踩踏位提供向上的弹力的弹性件;
    滑块,其一端与所述连接位转动连接,另一端设有凸起,所述凸起伸入所述滑槽中;
    联动组件,其与所述滑块连接;
    当所述踩踏位受到向下的力时,所述踏接组件带动所述滑块上的凸起沿所述滑槽滑动,并实现所述凸起在所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位之间的卡接切换;当所述凸起分别卡接于所述第一卡合位和第二卡合位时,所述联动组件分别位于第一位置和第二位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括四个所述子滑槽,四个所述子滑槽沿时针转动方向顺次首尾相连呈心型。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,四个所述子滑槽分别为顺次首尾相连的第一上滑槽、第一下滑槽、第二上滑槽和第二下滑槽,所述第一上滑槽和第二上滑槽的底端为其首端,顶端为其末端;所述 第一下滑槽和第二下滑槽的顶端为其首端,底端为其末端;所述滑槽的最高点位于所述第一下滑槽的顶端,所述滑槽的最低点位于所述第一上滑槽的底端;所述第一卡合位位于所述第一上滑槽的首端,所述第二卡合位位于所述第二上滑槽的首端。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上设有第一固定孔,所述踏接组件的中部设有第一连接孔,还设有第一转轴插入所述第一固定孔和第一连接孔,将所述踏接组件转动连接于所述固定座上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为扭簧,所述扭簧的中部套设于所述第一转轴上,扭簧的两端分别弹性抵触于所述固定座和踏接组件上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,还设有顶触弹簧,所述顶触弹簧套设于所述第一转轴上,并位于所述滑块的前侧,所述顶触弹簧为所述滑块提供向所述卡位座的弹性力。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述连接位上设有第二连接孔,所述滑块与所述凸起相对的另一端上设有滑接孔,还设有第二转轴插入所述第二连接孔和滑接孔,使得所述滑块与所述踏接组件转动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述踏接组件包括踏板和连接板,所述踩踏位、第一连接孔和第二连接孔设于所述连接板上,所述踏板连接于所述踩踏位的上表面。
  9. 如权利要求5至8任一项所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定座还包括上固定板、侧固定板和下固定台,所述上固定板横向设置, 所述侧固定板纵向支撑于所述上固定板下表面,所述下固定台连接于所述侧固定板下方,所述侧固定板上设有所述第一固定孔,所述上固定板上设有第二固定孔,所述下固定台上设有第三固定孔;所述滑块通过螺栓固定于所述第二固定孔和第三固定孔上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的脚踏式刹车开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定座还包括下延长臂,所述下延长臂从所述下固定台的斜下方,向远离下固定台的方向伸出,所述下延长臂的末端开设有第五固定孔;
    所述联动组件包括纵杆和横杆,所述纵杆的上端设有第一联动孔,下端设有第二联动孔;所述横杆的左端设有第三联动孔,中部设有第四联动孔;所述第二转轴插入所述第一联动孔转动连接所述联动组件;还设有第三转轴和第四转轴,所述第三转轴插入所述第二联动孔和第三联动孔,使得所述纵杆和横杆转动连接,所述第四转轴插入所述第四联动孔和第五固定孔,使得所述横杆与所述固定座转动连接。
