Abstract

The present invention relates to a lithium ion battery module sequentially comprising: heat sinks for accumulating heat during heating of lithium ion battery cells and dissipating heat during heat radiation; first heat dissipation electrical insulation films for heat conduction adhesion between the lithium ion battery cells and the heat sinks; the lithium ion battery cells composed of LiFePo4 pouch cells; second heat dissipation electrical insulation films, which lower the capacitance value of the surface of the lithium ion battery cells to improve safety; and heating plates, which supply power to generate resistance heat.
