Abstract

A new toothbrush holder device with dispenser for toothpaste and soap is described, comprising: a central parallelepiped-shaped body suitable for containing the toothpaste gel (1) in the left part (1), and the hand-washing liquid soap in the right part (7); a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body, and with a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush; a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body, and with a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap; three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes, in which the housings have a hole, in the lower part, to drain any remaining liquids on the toothbrush after brushing your teeth.

Description

TOOTHBRUSH HOLDER WITH DISPENSERS FOR TOOTHPASTE AND SOAP
The present invention relates to a new toothbrush holder device with dispenser for toothpaste and soap comprising: a parallelepiped-shaped central body capable of containing the toothpaste gel (1) in the left part (1) and the liquid hand-washing soap in the right part (7);
- a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body, characterized by a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush;
- a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body, characterized by a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the brushes, in which the housings have a hole, in the lower part, to allow any liquids to flow left on the toothbrush after brushing your teeth.
In the art, no toothbrush holders with dispenser for toothpaste and soap equal to the dispenser/toothbrush holder of the present invention are suggested or described. A liquid hand soap dispenser with toothbrush holder close to the present invention is described/offered for sale in http://www.amazon.it/spazzolini-dentifricio-dispenser- sapone-liquido/dp/B009Z5PKZ6. This device consists of a glossy ABS plastic dispenser with a perforated toothbrush holder compartment for water drainage and quick drying, in which the upper part with the dispenser opens completely facilitating the loading of liquid soap, and said dispenser is built in metal to ensure a long life over time (see Figure 1). A toothpaste dispenser with toothbrush holder close to the present invention is described/offered for sale at http://www.onfancy.it/automatic-touch-toothpaste-dispenser- brush-holder- set.html?utm_source=googleit&utm_medium=shoppingit&utm_campai gn= wzh & aid = 110002000008 (see Figure 2). These two toothbrush holder dosers are completely different from the toothbrush holder doser according to the present invention. Object of the present invention is solving the aforesaid prior art problems by providing simple-to-use devices which allow to contain the toothbrushes and to dose the toothpaste which are easy to use and "decorative". The aforementioned and other purposes of the invention, as will appear from the rest of the description, are obtained with a toothbrush holder device as claimed in claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the present invention form the subject of the dependent claims. The present invention will be better described, by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached figures, in which: Figure 1 (known art) shows the device offered for sale in http://www.amazon.it/spazzolini-dentifricio-dispenser- sapone-liquido/dp/B009Z5PKZ6 consisting of a liquid soap dispenser in ABS plastic glossy with a perforated toothbrush holder compartment for water drainage and quick drying, in which the upper part with the dispenser opens completely facilitating the loading of liquid soap, and said dispenser is built in metal to ensure a long duration over time. This device is shown in Figure 1. Figure 2 (known art) shows the device offered for sale in http://www.onfancy.it/automatic-touch-toothpaste- dispenser-brush-holder- set.html?utm_source=googleit&utm_medium=shoppingit&utm_campai gn=wzh&aid= 110002000008 consisting of a shiny plastic dispenser with toothbrush compartment. Figure 3 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (front view) according to the present invention comprising: - a central body of parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain in the left part (1) the toothpaste gel (1), and in the right part (7) the liquid hand-washing soap;
- a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body, characterized by a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush;
- a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body, characterized by a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes, in which the housings are positioned at a certain angle from each other so that not to let the bristles of the toothbrushes come into contact with each other once they have been inserted into the appropriate housing; in which the lodgings have a hole, in the lower part, to allow any liquids left on the toothbrush to flow out after washing the teeth.
Figure 4 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (front view with the spout removed) according to the present invention comprising: a central body of parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain in the left part (1) the toothpaste gel (1), and in the right part (7) the liquid hand-washing soap; a first dispenser (2), characterized by a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush;
- a second dispenser (8), characterized by a spout (9) which allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- a thread (19), useful for mounting the first dispenser (2) on the left side of the central body; a thread (20), useful for mounting the second dispenser (8) on the right side of the central body; - three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes.
Figure 5 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (seen from above) according to the present invention comprising: a central body of parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain in the left part (1) the toothpaste gel (1), and in the right part (7) the liquid hand-washing soap;
- a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body, characterized by a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush; a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body, characterized by a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes.
Figure 6 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (seen from below) according to the present invention comprising: a central body of parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain in the left part (1) the toothpaste gel (1), and in the right part (7) the liquid hand-washing soap;
- three drain holes (10, 11 and 12) located at the lower base of the three hollow housings, useful for the drainage of the water that remains on the brushes.
Figure 7 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (seen from above) according to the present invention comprising:
- a parallelepiped-shaped central body (1) with an "8" - shaped base, capable of simultaneously containing a suitable toothpaste gel refill/cartridge and a suitable hand washing liquid soap refill/cartridge; a hole (13) for inserting the toothpaste gel refill/cartridge; a hole (14) for inserting the liquid soap refill/cartridge;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left side of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the brushes.
Figure 8 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (seen from below) according to the present invention comprising:
- a parallelepiped-shaped central body (1) with an "8" - shaped base designed to simultaneously contain, through the use of the hole (13) and the cylindrical cavity (15), a suitable refill/cartridge of toothpaste gel, and through the use of the hole (14) and the cylindrical cavity (16), a suitable liquid soap refill/cartridge;
- three drain holes (10, 11 and 12) located at the lower base of the three hollow housings, useful for the drainage of the water that remains on the brushes.
Figure 9 (invention) shows a suitable refill/cartridge
(17), which can contain toothpaste gel or liquid soap, cylindrical in shape, which has a thread at the upper base (threaded collar of the refill/cartridge) (18) useful for anchoring of said cartridge/refill to the central body of the device.

Figure 11 (invention) shows the toothbrush holder/dispenser device (seen from below) according to the present invention comprising:
- a parallelepiped-shaped central body (1) with an "8" - shaped base designed to simultaneously contain, through the use of the hole (13) and the cylindrical cavity (15), a suitable refill/cartridge of toothpaste gel, and through the use of the hole (14) and the cylindrical cavity (16), a suitable liquid soap refill/cartridge; two rectangular cavities (19, 20), useful, when screwing the dosing spout, to fix/lock a suitable toothpaste gel refill/cartridge; two rectangular cavities (21, 22), useful, when screwing the dosing spout, to fix/lock a suitable liquid soap refill/cartridge;
- three drain holes (10, 11 and 12) located at the lower base of the three hollow housings, useful for the drainage of the water that remains on the brushes.
Figure 12 (invention) shows a suitable refill/cartridge
(17), which can contain toothpaste gel or liquid soap, cylindrical in shape, which has a thread at the upper base (threaded collar of the refill/cartridge) (18) and two joints (23 and 24). These joints fit into the two cavities inside the dispenser and are useful, when screwing the dispenser spout to the thread (18), to anchor the cartridge/refill to the central body of the device.
Object of the present invention is therefore the toothpaste and soap dispenser device, as shown in Figures 3- 6, comprising: a central body of parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain the toothpaste gel in the left part (1) and the liquid hand-washing soap in the right part (7);
- a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body, characterized by a spout (3) that allows adequate delivery of the toothpaste gel on the bristles of the toothbrush;
- a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body, characterized by a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes, in which the housings are positioned at a certain angle from each other so that not to let the bristles of the toothbrushes come into contact with each other once they have been inserted into the appropriate housing; in which the housings have a hole, in the lower part, suitable for draining any liquids left on the toothbrush after washing the teeth;
- a thread (19), useful for mounting the first dispenser (2) on the left side of the central body; a thread (20), useful for mounting the second dispenser (8) on the right side of the central body.
A further object of the present invention is the toothbrush holder and toothpaste and soap dispenser device, as shown in Figures 7-8, comprising:
- a parallelepiped-shaped central body (1) with an "8" - shaped base designed to simultaneously contain, through the use of the hole (13) and the cylindrical cavity (15), a suitable refill/toothpaste gel cartridge; and through the use of the hole (14) and the cylindrical cavity (16) a suitable refill/liquid soap cartridge;
- three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left side of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the toothbrushes;
- three drain holes (10, 11 and 12) located at the lower base of the three hollow housings, useful for the drainage of the water that remains on the brushes.
The device according to the invention:
- it can have a parallelepiped shape with a circular,
"8", triangular, square, "n" sided base, or any other shape suitable for the purpose; involves the use of a toothpaste gel and semi-liquid soap;
- provides for the use of a toothpaste gel and soap to be poured directly/manually into the central bodies (1) and (7), respectively, or, alternatively, through the use of 2 different suitable cartridges (containing toothpaste gel or soap liquid) to be positioned inside said housing (15) and (16);
- includes two dispensers (2) and (8), and two spouts (3) and (9) placed on the upper base of the central body, in which the dispenser and spout can have any shape suitable for the intended use;
- provides for the presence of three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape or any other shape suitable for the intended use;
- provides for the presence of three drainage holes (7, 8 and 9) of any shape and angle suitable for the intended use;
It is clear to the skilled in the art that the device according to the invention has been described for a family consisting of three people, obvious variants to house one or more toothbrushes are easily obtainable through simple modifications in the construction, modifications well known to the skilled in the art.
The device according to the invention may further be equipped with a suitable covering in wood, ceramic or metal material which determines a further improvement of the aesthetics of the device.

Claims

1. Device comprising: a central body (1) with a parallelepiped shape with a rectangular base able to contain the toothpaste gel (1) in the left part (1), and the hand-washing liquid soap in the right part (7);
- a first dispenser (2), placed on the upper base to the left of the central body (1), in which the first dispenser (2) is provided with a suitable spout (3);
- a second dispenser (8), placed on the upper base to the right of the central body (1), characterized by a spout (9) that allows adequate dispensing of the soap;
- a thread (19), useful for mounting the first dispenser (2) on the left side of the central body;
- a thread (20), useful for mounting the second dispenser (8) on the right side of the central body;
-three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6) of parallelepiped shape placed on the left of the central body, radially spaced from each other and suitable for containing the brushes, in which the housings are positioned at a certain angle from each other and in the housings have a hole, in the lower part, to drain any liquids left on the toothbrush after washing the teeth;
-three drain holes (10, 11 and 12) placed at the lower base of the three hollow housings (4, 5 and 6); a hole (13) for inserting a toothpaste gel refill/cartridge;
- a hole (14) for inserting a liquid soap refill/cartridge;
- a refill/cartridge (17), which contains toothpaste gel or liquid soap, cylindrical in shape, which has a thread at the upper base (threaded collar of the refill / cartridge) (18) and two joints (23 and 24); two rectangular cavities (19, 20), useful for fixing/locking a suitable toothpaste gel refill/cartridge; - two rectangular cavities (21, 22), useful for fixing/locking a suitable liquid soap refill/cartridge.
