背景技术
HBBTV(Hybrid Broadcast/Broadband TV,混合广播宽带电视)是一种与DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting,数字视频电视)兼容的内容发布平台,可以为增强和互动的电视业务提供信令、传输和呈现机制,HBBTV应用可同时在具有广播和互联网混合链接的终端上运行。

在一些实施例中,一个步骤执行主体执行的软件步骤可以随需求迁移到与之进行数据通信的另一步骤执行主体上进行执行。示例性的,服务器执行的软件步骤可以随需求迁移到与之数据通信的显示设备上执行,反之亦然。
图2示例性示出了根据示例性实施例中控制装置100的配置框图。如图2所示,控制装置100包括控制器110、通信接口130、用户输入/输出接口140、存储器、供电电源。控制装置100可接收用户的输入操作指令,且将操作指令转换为显示设备200可识别和响应的指令,起用用户与显示设备200之间交互中介作用。
在一些实施例中,通信接口130用于和外部通信,包含WIFI芯片,蓝牙模块,NFC或可替代模块中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,用户输入/输出接口140包含麦克风,触摸板,传感器,按键或可替代模块中的至少一种。
图3示出了根据示例性实施例中显示设备200的硬件配置框图。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200包括调谐解调器210、通信器220、检测器230、外部装置接口240、控制器250、显示器260、音频输出接口270、存储器、供电电源、用户接口中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器,视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器,RAM,ROM,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口。
在一些实施例中,显示器260包括用于呈现画面的显示屏组件,以及驱动图像显示的驱动组件,用于接收源自控制器输出的图像信号,进行显示视频内容、图像内容 以及菜单操控界面的组件以及用户操控UI界面等。
在一些实施例中,显示器260可为液晶显示器、OLED显示器、以及投影显示器中的至少一种,还可以为一种投影装置和投影屏幕。
在一些实施例中,调谐解调器210通过有线或无线接收方式接收广播电视信号,以及从多个无线或有线广播电视信号中解调出音视频信号,如以及EPG数据信号。
在一些实施例中,通信器220是用于根据各种通信协议类型与外部设备或服务器进行通信的组件。例如:通信器可以包括Wifi模块,蓝牙模块,有线以太网模块等其他网络通信协议芯片或近场通信协议芯片,以及红外接收器中的至少一种。显示设备200可以通过通信器220与控制装置100或服务器400建立控制信号和数据信号的发送和接收。
在一些实施例中,检测器230用于采集外部环境或与外部交互的信号。例如,检测器230包括光接收器,用于采集环境光线强度的传感器;或者,检测器230包括图像采集器,如摄像头,可以用于采集外部环境场景、用户的属性或用户交互手势,再或者,检测器230包括声音采集器,如麦克风等,用于接收外部声音。
在一些实施例中,外部装置接口240可以包括但不限于如下:高清多媒体接口(HDMI)、模拟或数据高清分量输入接口(分量)、复合视频输入接口(CVBS)、USB输入接口(USB)、RGB端口等任一个或多个接口。也可以是上述多个接口形成的复合性的输入/输出接口。
在一些实施例中,控制器250和调谐解调器210可以位于不同的分体设备中,即调谐解调器210也可在控制器250所在的主体设备的外置设备中,如外置机顶盒等。
在一些实施例中,控制器250,通过存储在存储器上中各种软件控制程序,来控制显示设备的工作和响应用户的操作。控制器250控制显示设备200的整体操作。例如:响应于接收到用于选择在显示器260上显示UI对象的用户命令,控制器250便可以执行与由用户命令选择的对象有关的操作。
在一些实施例中,所述对象可以是可选对象中的任何一个,例如超链接、图标或其他可操作的控件。与所选择的对象有关操作有:显示连接到超链接页面、文档、图像等操作,或者执行与所述图标相对应程序的操作。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU),RAM Random Access Memory,RAM),ROM(Read-Only Memory,ROM),用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口,通信总线(Bus)等中的至少一种。

在一些实施例中,图形处理器,用于产生各种图形对象,如:图标、操作菜单、以及用户输入指令显示图形等中的至少一种。图形处理器包括运算器,通过接收用户输入各种交互指令进行运算,根据显示属性显示各种对象;还包括渲染器,对基于运算器得到的各种对象,进行渲染,上述渲染后的对象用于显示在显示器上。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,用于将接收外部视频信号,根据输入信号的标准 编解码协议,进行解压缩、解码、缩放、降噪、帧率转换、分辨率转换、图像合成等视频处理中的至少一种,可得到直接可显示设备200上显示或播放的信号。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,包括解复用模块、视频解码模块、图像合成模块、帧率转换模块、显示格式化模块等中的至少一种。其中,解复用模块,用于对输入音视频数据流进行解复用处理。视频解码模块,用于对解复用后的视频信号进行处理,包括解码和缩放处理等。图像合成模块,如图像合成器,其用于将图形生成器根据用户输入或自身生成的GUI信号,与缩放处理后视频图像进行叠加混合处理,以生成可供显示的图像信号。帧率转换模块,用于对转换输入视频帧率。显示格式化模块,用于将接收帧率转换后视频输出信号,改变信号以符合显示格式的信号,如输出RGB数据信号。
在一些实施例中,音频处理器,用于接收外部的音频信号,根据输入信号的标准编解码协议,进行解压缩和解码,以及降噪、数模转换、和放大处理等处理中的至少一种,得到可以在扬声器中播放的声音信号。
在一些实施例中,用户可在显示器260上显示的图形用户界面(GUI)输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过图形用户界面(GUI)接收用户输入命令。或者,用户可通过输入特定的声音或手势进行输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过传感器识别出声音或手势,来接收用户输入命令。
在一些实施例中,“用户界面”,是应用程序或操作系统与用户之间进行交互和信息交换的介质接口,它实现信息的内部形式与用户可以接受形式之间的转换。用户界面常用的表现形式是图形用户界面(Graphic User Interface,GUI),是指采用图形方式显示的与计算机操作相关的用户界面。它可以是在电子设备的显示屏中显示的一个图标、窗口、控件等界面元素,其中控件可以包括图标、按钮、菜单、选项卡、文本框、对话框、状态栏、导航栏、Widget等可视的界面元素中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,用户接口280,为可用于接收控制输入的接口(如:显示设备本体上的实体按键,或其他等)。
在一些实施例中,显示设备的系统可以包括内核(Kernel)、命令解析器(shell)、文件系统和应用程序。内核、shell和文件系统一起组成了基本的操作系统结构,它们让用户可以管理文件、运行程序并使用系统。上电后,内核启动,激活内核空间,抽象硬件、初始化硬件参数等,运行并维护虚拟内存、调度器、信号及进程间通信(IPC)。内核启动后,再加载Shell和用户应用程序。应用程序在启动后被编译成机器码,形成一个进程。
如图4所示,将显示设备的系统分为三层,从上至下分别为应用层、中间件层和硬件层。
应用层主要包含电视上的常用应用,以及应用框架(Application Framework),其中,常用应用主要是基于浏览器Browser开发的应用,例如:HTML5 APPs;以及原生应用(Native APPs);
应用框架(Application Framework)是一个完整的程序模型,具备标准应用软件所需的一切基本功能,例如:文件存取、资料交换...,以及这些功能的使用接口(工具栏、状态列、菜单、对话框)。
原生应用(Native APPs)可以支持在线或离线,消息推送或本地资源访问。
中间件层包括各种电视协议、多媒体协议以及系统组件等中间件。中间件可以使用系统软件所提供的基础服务(功能),衔接网络上应用系统的各个部分或不同的应用,能够达到资源共享、功能共享的目的。
硬件层主要包括HAL接口、硬件以及驱动,其中,HAL接口为所有电视芯片对接的统一接口,具体逻辑由各个芯片来实现。驱动主要包含:音频驱动、显示驱动、蓝牙驱动、摄像头驱动、WIFI驱动、USB驱动、HDMI驱动、传感器驱动(如指纹传感器,温度传感器,压力传感器等)、以及电源驱动等。
第一方面:
HBBTV是一种与DVB兼容的内容发布平台,对于Broadcast-Related类型(广播相关)的HBBTV应用,如果当前HBBTV应用可用,会通过在用户界面上显示包括颜色按键的图片来提示用户。用户可以通过按下遥控器上相应的颜色按键,打开HBBTV应用的用户接口,实现进入HBBTV应用的目的。
在显示设备处于UI模式(交互模式)且HBBTV应用启动的场景中,当用户想要进入HBBTV应用,按下遥控器上相应的颜色按键之后,是由UI优先接收该颜色按键事件。UI虽然接收颜色按键事件,但并不处理颜色按键事件,而HBBTV应用又接收不到颜色按键事件。最终导致用户按下遥控器上的颜色按键,智能电视没有作出任何响应的情况发生,造成用户使用体验较差。
示例性的,当用户进行切换频道操作时,如果用户切换至的频道包含HBBTV应用(HBBTV应用处于启动状态)。在切换频道后,就会形成,当前频道的频道信息栏或者功能交互栏,和HBBTV应用的提示图片同时显示在用户界面上(也可以HBBTV仅为启动状态,而不显示提示图片)的场景。
此时,用户按下任何按键,默认都是由UI(频道信息栏和功能交互栏均为UI)接收,UI虽然接收颜色按键事件,但并不处理颜色按键事件。而需要处理颜色按键的HBBTV应用没有接收到颜色按键事件。最终,导致用户按下颜色按键,显示设备无响应的情况发生。同样的,当在UI的系统设置模式中,HBBTV应用同时处于启动状态的场景中,也会导致用户按下颜色按键,显示设备无响应的情况发生。
为了解决上述问题,本申请提供一种显示设备,如图5所示的内容显示系统的框架图,包括显示设备和控制装置,本申请为显示设备和控制装置交互的场景。本申请提供的显示设备包括颜色按键识别器200A、场景识别200B、HBBTV状态识别200C以及处理200D。
其中,颜色按键识别器用于识别用户输入的按键指令对应的按键是否为颜色按键。场景识别器用于识别当前显示设备的模式是否为交互模式,以及判断当前显示设备的具体模式类型。HBBTV状态识别器用于识别HBBTV应用的状态,是启动状态还是非启动状态。处理器用于从颜色按键识别器获取按键参数,从场景识别器获取模式参数,以及从HBBTV状态识别器获取HBBTV应用的状态参数。处理器还用于,根据所述按键参数,所述模式参数,以及所述状态参数,确定需要在用户界面上显示的内容。
利用本实施例的显示设备进行内容显示的具体过程为:
用户按压遥控器上的按键,并且通过用户输入接口输入按键指令。处理器接收到按键指令,并且将按键指令发送至颜色按键识别器。颜色按键识别器接收到所述按键指令后,判断所述按键指令对应的按键是否是颜色按键。同时,场景识别器将当前显 示设备的具体模式类型发送至处理器,HBBTV状态识别将识别的当前界面中HBBTV应用的状态发送至处理器。
在一些实施例中,如果当前显示设备的模式为交互模式,HBBTV应用状态为启动状态,且按键指令对应的按键为颜色按键,则响应于所述按键指令,执行进入HBBTV应用的操作。
在一些实施例中,如果当前显示设备的模式为交互模式,HBBTV应用状态为启动状态,但是按键指令对应的按键不为颜色按键,响应于所述按键指令,不执行进入HBBTV应用的操作,而是执行所述按键指令本身逻辑对应的操作。示例性的,所述按键指令对应的按键为CH+按键(频道号增加按键),响应于CH+按键指令,执行切换频道的操作。
在一些实施例中,如果当前显示设备的模式为交互模式,且为DTV的信息展示模式。所述用户界面上显示有DTV的功能交互栏或者频道信息栏DTV的信息展示模式指DTV频道内容上叠加显示infobar(信息展示栏),Channel List(频道列表栏),EPG(指南栏)中的任意一个。此时,如果HBBTV应用状态为启动状态,且按键指令对应的按键为颜色按键,则响应于所述按键指令,执行进入HBBTV应用的操作。
所述执行进入HBBTV应用操作的具体步骤为:在用户界面上取消显示信息展示栏,以及在用户界面上显示HBBTV应用的用户接口资源。
示例性的,如图6所示的用户界面示意图,该用户界面上显示有DTV的某个频道内容,同时用户界面上显示的UI为该频道的频道信息栏。在图6所示的用户界面中,还显示有HBBTV应用的提示图,提示用户在该频道页面中,HBBTV应用为启动状态。所述提示图片中还包括颜色按键图片,提示用户可以通过按压遥控器上的颜色按键,实现进入HBBTV应用的目的。
如果是传统显示设备,在图6所示的用户界面中,当用户通过按压控制装置上的颜色按键,输入颜色按键指令。颜色按键指令优先被频道信息栏接收,但是频道信息栏并不会处理颜色按键指令,用户看到的显示设备是无响应的状态。直至经过预设时间(频道信息栏显示的最大时间阈值),如图7所示的又一种可能的用户界面,频道信息栏从用户界面上消失。
用户再通过按压遥控器上的颜色按键,输入颜色按键指令,HBBTV应用才会接收到所述颜色按键指令。根据所述颜色按键指令,调用HBBTV应用的用户接口。具体的,从图7所示的用户界面跳转至如图8所示的又一种可能的用户界面,频道消息栏和HBBTV应用的提示图片均取消显示,在用户界面上显示HBBTV应用的用户接口资源。
而在本申请实施例中,在图6所示的用户界面上,当用户通过按压遥控器上的颜色按键,输入按键指令,可以直接响应于所述按键指令,从图6所示的用户界面跳转至图8所示的用户界面。即HBBTV应用接收并处理所述颜色按键指令,并响应于所述按键指令,进入HBBTV应用。因此本申请实施例中,即使是在UI和HBBTV应用同时存在的场景中,当用户按下遥控器上的颜色按键,也不会发生显示设备无任何响应的情况,从而提升用户使用体验。
在一些实施例中,如果当前显示设备的模式为交互模式,且为DTV的信息展示模式。此时,如果HBBTV应用状态为未启动状态,且按键指令对应的按键为颜色按键, 则响应于所述按键指令,如图9所示的又一种可能的用户界面上,在用户界面上显示未启动提示框。所述未启动提示框上包括用于提示用于HBBTV应用的状态为未启动状态。
在一些实施例中,如果当前显示设备的交互模式为系统的参数设置模式,所述用户界面上可以显示系统的setting(参数设置栏)menu(菜单栏),home(主页)中的任意一个。如果HBBTV应用状态为启动状态,且按键指令对应的按键为颜色按键,则响应于所述按键指令,执行进入HBBTV应用的操作。
所述执行进入HBBTV应用的操作的具体步骤为:在参数设置栏上叠加显示退出提示框,所述退出提示框包括用于提示用户退出参数设置模式的提示语。
如图10所示的又一种可能的用户界面上,在用户界面上显示的参数设置栏为图片参数设置栏。当用户通过按压遥控器上的颜色按键,输入按键指令,响应于所述按键指令,如图11所示的又一种可能的用户界面上,在图片参数设置栏上叠加显示退出提示框。该退出提示框中包括提示语:请先退出当前设置界面。
基于上述实施例,在一些实施例中,用户可以按照退出提示框中提示语退出参数设置模式。退出参数设置模式后,则退出交互模式,用户可以再次输入指定按键指令,在用户界面上调出HBBTV应用的用户接口资源。
在图11所示的用户界面上,当用户通过按压遥控器上的退出按键,输入按键指令,响应于所述退出按键指令,从图11所示的用户界面跳转至图7所示的用户界面。参数设置栏和退出提示框均取消显示。在图7所示的用户界面上,当用户再次通过按压遥控器上的颜色按键,输入按键指令,响应于所述按键指令,如图8所示,在用户界面上显示HBBTV应用的多个用户接口资源。用户可以通过选择这些用户接口资源,观看对应的媒资资源。
本申请实施例提供一种内容显示方法,如图12所示的内容显示方法的信令图,所述方法为控制装置与显示设备的交互过程,所述方法应用于UI模式下HBBTV应用启动的场景中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、用户通过按下控制装置上的按键输入按键指令,显示设备接收用户输入的按键指令。在显示设备的模式为交互模式(用户可通过控制装置与显示设备交互的模式),预设应用(HBBTV应用)的状态为启动状态,且按键指令为指定按键指令时,响应于所述指定按键指令,执行进入预设应用的操作。
步骤二、在显示设备的模式为交互模式,预设应用的状态为启动状态,且按键指令不为指定按键指令时,响应于所述按键指令,不执行进入预设应用的操作,以及执行所述按键指令本身逻辑对应的操作。
在一些实施例中,如果当前交互模式为频道的信息展示模式,用户界面上显示有频道的信息展示栏,所述执行进入预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在用户界面上取消显示信息展示栏,以及在用户界面上显示应用的用户接口资源。
在一些实施例中,如果当前交互模式为系统的参数设置模式,用户界面上显示有系统的参数设置栏,所述执行进入预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在用户界面上显示退出提示框,退出提示框包括用于提示用户退出参数设置模式的提示语。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例提供又一种内容显示方法,如图13所示的内容显示方法的信令图,所述方法为控制装置与显示设备的交互过程,所述方法包括以 下步骤:
步骤一、用户通过按下控制装置上按键输入按键指令,显示设备通过用户接口将按键指令发送至处理器。
步骤二、处理器接收按键指令后,从HBBTV状态识别器获取当前HBBTV应用的状态。如果当前HBBTV应用的状态为未启动状态,则处理当前按键本身的逻辑。具体的,如果当前按键为颜色按键,由于HBBTV为未启动状态,则显示设备最终无响应。如果当前按键为CH+按键,则处理CH+按键的逻辑,执行切换频道的操作。如果当前HBBTV应用的状态未启动状态,则执行步骤三。
步骤三、处理器将按键指令发送至颜色按键识别器,以识别按键指令对应的按键是否为颜色按键。如果对应的按键为颜色按键,则执行步骤四。如果对应的按键不为颜色按键,则处理当前按键本身的逻辑。
步骤四、处理器从场景识别器获取当前显示设备的模式。如果当前显示设备的模式为DTV相关的交互模式,则在用户界面上显示有DTV频道内容,并且在频道内容上叠加显示功能交互栏或者频道信息栏(示例的infobar,Channel List,EPG中的任意一个)。则处理器控制显示器取消上述UI显示,在显示器的用户界面上显示HBBTV应用的用户接口资源。如果当前显示设备的模式不为DTV相关的交互模式,则执行步骤五。
步骤五、判断当前显示设备的模式是否为系统的参数设置模式,如果当前显示设备的模式不为系统的参数设置模式,则处理当前按键本身的逻辑(此时按键指令对应的按键为颜色按键,因此可以直接调出HBBTV应用的用户接口资源)。如果当前显示设备的模式为系统的参数设置模式,则在用户界面上显示有系统的参数设置栏、菜单栏、主页中的任意一个。则在用户界面上叠加显示退出提示框,该退出提示框用于提示用户退出参数设置模式,才可进入HBBTV应用。
在一些实施例中,用户可以按压控制装置上的退出按键输入按键指令,响应于所述按键指令,在用户界面上取消显示退出提示框和参数设置栏(或者菜单栏、主页)。此时可以是在用户界面上显示频道内容和HBBTV应用的提示图片。用户再次按压控制装置上的颜色按键,响应于所述颜色按键指令,在用户界面上显示HBBTV应用的用户接口资源。

本申请实施例提供一种显示方法包括:

目前的显示设备200,不仅需要满足用户对于传统DVB(Digital Video Broadcasting, 数字视频广播)服务提供的广播内容的需求,还需要满足用户对于流媒体服务提供的海量互联网内容的需求。因此,显示设备200在可以提供电视信号的同时,也需支持各种第三方应用提供的媒体资源等。
通常,DVB协议中支持包含文字信息和图像信息的字幕(subtitle)服务,显示设备200自身的UI(User Interface,用户界面)可以为用户提供专门用于显示DVB字幕相关内容的字幕设置页面。图14中示出了目前显示设备100上一种用户界面的示意图。如图14所示,在该UI界面上显示了用户当前观看的DVB视频资源,并且通常在显示设备200获取到对应的字幕信息之后,就会主动在DVB视频的内容之上显示了字幕(subtitle)设置页面,以便用户根据自己的需求进行设置。
而流媒体资源在显示设备200中通常是依靠浏览器显示的,显示的内容和字幕信息均是以网页形式展示,因此,显示设备200中针对于流媒体字幕的相关内容也是需要在网页上设置的,或者,显示设备200中也有专门的设置页面用于设置流媒体字幕的相关内容。图15示出了目前显示设备200上一种网页的示意图。如图15所示,流媒体视频资源以网页的形式显示,并且在网页的右上角设有可以设置字幕的设置入口,用户通过选择该设置入口控制显示设备继续显示用于设置字幕的设置页面。
根据上述内容可知,目前的显示设备200中,针对于DVB字幕和流媒体字幕有不同的设置方式,用户在观看不同来源的资源时需分别进入不同的设置页面对字幕内容进行设置,这样会增加用户设置字幕内容的难度,同时也影响用户的操作体验。
为了解决上述用户在观看不同来源的资源时需分别进入不同的设置页面对字幕内容进行设置的问题,本申请实施例中,提供了一种显示设备200。图16示出了根据一些实施例的显示设备200中显示字幕信息的流程示意图。如图16所示,本申请实施例中的显示设备200可以在播放当前资源的同时,从不同的来源获取当前资源对应的字幕信息。并在当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配的情况下,将字幕信息显示在用户界面的字幕设置页面上。
由于显示设备200可以播放电视信号也可以播放网络信号,因此,上述当前资源的类型可以是由电视信号提供的DVB资源,也可以是由互联网提供的流媒体资源。并且,提供DVB资源的电视信号中往往同时携带着DVB资源的字幕信息,显示设备200可以直接从电视信号中解析出字幕信息。而流媒体资源是由互联网提供的,其对应的字幕信息也需从互联网获取。因此,显示设备200获取的字幕信息的来源既可以是电视信号也可以是互联网。
在上述字幕信息显示的过程中,显示设备200的控制器250可以被配置为:首先,从不同来源获取显示设备200上显示的当前资源对应的字幕信息。而后,在当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配的情况下,将字幕信息显示在显示设备200用户界面的字幕设置页面上。
上述字幕信息中不仅包括字幕本身的内容,还可能包括用于标识字幕的版本号、标识号、名称等,还可能包括字幕所属的语言种类等。将这些字幕信息显示在字幕设置页面上,能够帮助用户了解当前获取到的字幕的情况,以及选择到目标的字幕进行显示。
显示设备200在联网的情况下,不论当前资源是否来自电视信号,显示设备200都可以在从电视信号中解析字幕信息的情况下,再从互联网中获取网络上的字幕信息。 但是播放字幕时,则需要保证字幕信息与当前资源匹配。即当前资源为由电视信号提供的DVB资源时,显示设备200能显示的字幕信息应为从电视信号中获取的;而当前资源为由互联网提供的流媒体资源时,显示设备200能显示的字幕信息应为从互联网中获取的。
而如果显示设备200上显示的当前资源本身就是从互联网获取的流媒体资源,显示设备200当前没有电视信号的输入,因此显示设备200只需从互连网获取对应的字幕信息即可。
值得说明的是,显示设备200在联网的情况下,还可能会出现一些网络故障、电视信号中丢失字幕信息等情况,那么在网络故障的情况下,显示设备200只能从电视信号中解析字幕信息;或者在电视信号中丢失字幕信息的情况下,显示设备200只能从互联网中获取字幕信息。而当显示设备200既无法从电视信号中解析出字幕信息,也无法从互联网中获取字幕信息时,显示设备200需要提示用户,当前无匹配的字幕信息。
基于上述内容,显示设备200的控制器250还被配置为:在当前资源为DVB资源的情况下,从电视信号提供的DVB资源的码流中解析出当前资源对应的字幕信息;和/或,从互联网获取当前资源对应的字幕信息。以及,在当前资源为流媒体资源的情况下,从互联网获取当前资源对应的字幕信息。
图17示出了根据一些实施例的显示设备200显示提示信息的一种示意图。如图17所示,当显示设备200并未获取到与当前资源匹配的字幕信息时,在显示设备200的用户界面上可以显示出弹框,并且弹框中显示“No Subtitles(无字幕)”的提示信息。
或者,如果显示设备200从互联网中并未获取到当前流媒体资源的字幕信息,那么显示设备200在播放当前资源时,同样可以向用户显示提示信息,以告知用户当前无匹配的字幕信息。
在传统的显示设备200中,由于来源于互联网的字幕信息由浏览器单独获取并解析,导致来源于互联网的字幕信息的显示和设置均离不开浏览器的网页。进而使得来源于互联网的字幕信息与来源于电视信号的字幕信息在显示和设置上均有一定的区别。而在本申请上述实施例中,无论是来源于电视信号中的字幕信息还是来源于互联网的字幕信息,在显示设备200中被解析出来后,均可由显示设备200进行统一的显示,并且均显示在显示设备200用户界面的字幕设置页面上。本申请实施例中提供的统一的字幕设置页面仍可如图14中所示。
可见,本申请实施例中的显示设备200可为用户提供一个统一的字幕设置页面,无论用户控制显示设备200播放的当前资源是何种资源类型,其对应的字幕信息均以同一种形式无差别的显示出来,用户只在一个字幕设置页面上操作即可,进而简化了字幕信息的显示与设置的过程,也为用户提供了更好的操作体验。
在一些实施例中,为了保证不同来源的字幕信息可以被显示设备200统一显示,在显示设备200中还可以设置用于处理字幕信息的各种组件。
图18示出了根据一些实施例的显示设备200用于显示字幕信息的组件架构图。如图18所示,显示设备200中可以具体设置subtitle(字幕)解析模块,Source Manager(来源管理)模块,subtitles存储模块和显示设备UI等。
其中,subtitle解析模块主要包含browser(浏览器)和tvservice(电视服务)两个组件,browser组件用于解析流媒体资源来获取相应的subtitle信息;tvservice组件用于解析电视信号中的DVB资源来获取相应的subtitle信息。Source Manager模块主要包含Source-Manager组件,用于获取显示设备200显示的当前资源的资源类型,即用于判断当前资源是DVB资源还是流媒体资源。subtitle存储模块主要包含流媒体字幕缓存器,流媒体字幕存储器,DVB字幕存储器和Subtitle-Manager组件,其中流媒体字幕缓存器主要用于缓存显示设备200显示DVB资源时browser组件获取的流媒体资源的subtitle信息;流媒体字幕存储器用于存储流媒体资源的subtitle信息;DVB字幕存储器用于存储DVB资源的subtitle信息;Subtitle-Manager组件主要用于向显示设备UI提供需要显示的subtitle信息。显示设备UI主要用于显示subtitle信息。
在如图18所示的组件架构中,在browser组件解析出流媒体subtitle信息后,如果Source Manager模块中的Source-Manager组件判断出显示设备200显示的当前资源为DVB资源,由于流媒体subtitle信息与DVB资源不匹配,则Source-Manager组件会将流媒体subtitle信息暂存到流媒体字幕缓存器中。当显示设备200的当前资源切换来源时,subtitle存储模块中流媒体字幕缓存器会将其中暂存的流媒体subtitle信息写入到流媒体字幕存储器中。subtitles存储模块的Subtitle-Manager组件会将流媒体字幕存储器中的流媒体subtitle信息发送到显示设备UI进行显示。
上述所说的显示设备200的当前资源切换来源,是指资源内容相同,但是来源不同的情况。例如,同样的电视剧《XX》的DVB资源和流媒体资源,切换来源是指,从DVB资源的电视《XX》切换至流媒体资源的电视剧《XX》。切换后,由于资源内容相同,因此,后写入到流媒体字幕存储器的电视剧《XX》的流媒体subtitle信息与当前的流媒体资源相匹配,显示设备UI可以进行显示。
如果Source Manager模块中的Source-Manager组件判断出显示设备200显示的当前资源为流媒体资源,由于流媒体subtitle信息与流媒体资源匹配,Source-Manager组件会流媒体subtitle信息直接存到流媒体字幕存储器中。而后,subtitles存储模块的Subtitle-Manager组件会将流媒体字幕存储器中的流媒体subtitle信息发送到显示设备UI进行显示。
在如图18所示的组件架构中,tvservice组件解析出DVBsubtitle信息后,会直接将DVBsubtitle信息存入到DVB字幕存储器中。而后,subtitles存储模块的Subtitle-Manager组件会将DVB字幕存储器中的DVBsubtitle信息发送到显示设备UI进行显示。
上述实施例中,即使显示设备200中配置了各种组件用于进行字幕信息的显示,但是本质上,各个组件还是需要由显示设备200中的控制器250进行控制。
因此,在一些实施例中,在向存储空间或者缓存空间中存入字幕信息时,显示设备200的控制器250还可以被配置为:在字幕信息来源于互联网的情况下,检测当前资源是否是流媒体资源;在当前资源是流媒体资源的情况下,将字幕信息存入流媒体字幕存储空间。或者,在当前资源为DVB资源的情况下,将字幕信息存入流媒体字幕缓存空间;然后,在当前资源变为相同内容的流媒体资源的情况下,将流媒体字幕缓存空间中的字幕信息存入流媒体资源存储空间。其中,流媒体字幕存储空间即为流媒体字幕存储器中的存储空间,流媒体字幕缓存空间即为流媒体字幕缓存器中的存入空 间。
以及,在一些实施例中,在显示字幕信息时,显示设备200的控制器250还可被配置为:在当前资源为流媒体资源,以及字幕信息来源于互联网的情况下,确定当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配。而后,将流媒体字幕存储空间中的字幕信息显示在字幕设置页面上。
在一些实施例中,在向存储空间或者缓存空间中存入字幕信息时,显示设备200的控制器250还可以被配置为:在字幕信息来源于电视信号的情况下,将字幕信息存入DVB字幕存储空间。其中,字幕信息来源于电视信号即表示字幕信息为DVBsubtitle信息,DVB字幕存储空间即为DVB字幕存储器中的存储空间。
以及,在一些实施例中,在显示字幕信息时,显示设备200的控制器250还可以被配置为:在当前资源为DVB资源,以及字幕信息来源于电视信号的情况下,确定当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配。而后,将DVB字幕存储空间中的字幕信息显示在字幕设置页面上。
采用本申请上述实施例中的显示设备200,可以实现不同来源字幕信息的统一显示。并且,电视信号所提供的DVB资源可能对应多个不同版本的字幕信息,以及互联网提供的流媒体资源也可能对应多个不同版本的字幕信息。显示设备200会获取当前资源对应的全部版本的字幕信息,而后将这些字幕信息以版本名或者字幕名称的形式显示在字幕选择页面上。图19示出了根据一些实施例的显示设备200用户界面上字幕选择页面的一种示意图。如图19所示,在字幕选择页面上目前显示出了两个可选的字幕信息,Edition(版本)1和Edition2。用户可以在字幕选择页面上选择某个版本的字幕进行显示。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200还可能需要为不同国家的用户提供服务,因此一个DVB资源或者一个流媒体资源还可能同时对应多个不同语种的字幕内容,例如有些字幕内容是法语的,有些是英语的,有些是德语的等等。为了便于将字幕分类,显示设备200还可以将获取的字幕信息根据语种的不同进行分类,并将各个语种的名称作为字幕语言选项依次显示在显示设备200用户界面的字幕设置页面上。图20示出了根据一些实施例的字幕设置页面的一种示意图。如图20所示,字幕设置页面上显示了至少一个语种的字幕语言选项,例如German(德语)、French(法语)等。
如前述实施例所述,当前资源的字幕信息还可能包括若干个版本,因此,同个语种下的字幕信息也可能对应具有多个版本。在一些实施例中,字幕设置页面的下一级页面可以是如图19所示的字幕选择页面。即用户在字幕设置页面上选择了目标字幕语言选项后,显示设备200会显示目标字幕语音选项对应的字幕选择页面。而后,用户可以继续在字幕选择页面上行选择目标版本的字幕进行显示。
在一些实施例中,如图20所示的字幕设置页面上还可以显示用于关闭字幕的字幕关(Off)选项,当用户选择该选项时,说明用户没有观看字幕的需求,因此,显示设备200无需在播放当前资源的同时同步显示字幕的内容。
在上述显示字幕设置页面的过程中,显示设备200的控制器250可以被配置为:控制字幕设置页面上显示字幕关选项以及按照语种分类的至少一个字幕语言选项。而后,在接收到用户用于选择字幕关选项的第一选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260在播放当前资源的同时不显示对应的字幕信息。
以及,显示设备200的控制器250还可以被配置为:在接收到用户用于选择目标字幕语言选项的第二选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260显示包含至少一个字幕选项的字幕选择页面。而后,在接收到用户用于选择目标字幕选项的第三选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260在播放当前资源的同时显示目标字幕的内容。
由前述内容可知,本申请实施例的显示设备200可以为用户提供统一的字幕设置页面以及字幕选择页面,无论字幕信息来源于电视信号还是互联网,都可以在字幕设置页面以及字幕选择页面上显示。用户对于字幕信息的来源无明显的感知,对于字幕的选择和设置过程操作也比较简单。
为了解决上述用户在观看不同来源的资源时需分别进入不同的设置页面对字幕内容进行设置的问题,本申请实施例还提供了一种字幕信息的显示方法,该方法可以应用于如前述实施例的显示设备200中。具体可以包括如下步骤:从不同来源获取显示设备200上显示的当前资源对应的字幕信息。而后,在当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配的情况下,将字幕信息显示在显示设备200用户界面的字幕设置页面上。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在当前资源为DVB资源的情况下,从电视信号提供的DVB资源的码流中解析出当前资源对应的字幕信息;和/或,从互联网获取所述当前资源对应的字幕信息。以及,在当前资源为流媒体资源的情况下,从互联网获取当前资源对应的字幕信息。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在字幕信息来源于互联网的情况下,检测当前资源是否是流媒体资源。以及,在当前资源是流媒体资源的情况下,将字幕信息存入流媒体字幕存储空间。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在当前资源为DVB资源的情况下,将字幕信息存入流媒体字幕缓存空间。以及,在当前资源变为相同内容的流媒体资源的情况下,将流媒体字幕缓存空间中的字幕信息存入流媒体资源存储空间。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在字幕信息来源于电视信号的情况下,将字幕信息存入DVB字幕存储空间。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在当前资源为流媒体资源,以及字幕信息来源于互联网的情况下,确定当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配。以及,将流媒体字幕存储空间中的字幕信息显示在字幕设置页面上。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在当前资源为DVB资源,以及字幕信息来源于电视信号的情况下,确定当前资源的资源类型与字幕信息的来源相匹配。以及,将DVB字幕存储空间中的字幕信息显示在字幕设置页面上。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:控制字幕设置页面上显示字幕关选项以及按照语种分类的至少一个字幕语言选项。以及,在接收到用户用于选择字幕关选项的第一选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260在播放当前资源的同时不显示对应的字幕信息。
在一些实施例中,所述方法还可以包括:在接收到用户用于选择目标字幕语言选项的第二选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260显示包含至少一个字幕选项的字幕选择页面。以及,在接收到用户用于选择目标字幕选项的第三选择指令的情况下,控制显示器260在播放当前资源的同时显示目标字幕的内容。
由于本申请实施例中的字幕信息的显示方法可以应用于如前述实施例所述的显示设备200中,因此,关于本申请实施例中字幕信息的显示方法的其他内容可以参照前述关于显示设备200实施例的内容。
为了方便解释,已经结合具体的实施方式进行了上述说明。但是,上述示例性的讨论不是意图穷尽或者将实施方式限定到上述公开的具体形式。根据上述实施例,可以得到多种修改和变形。上述实施方式的选择和描述是为了更好的解释原理以及实际的应用,从而使得本领域技术人员更好的使用所述实施方式以及适于具体使用考虑的各种不同的变形的实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示设备,包括:
    显示器,被配置为显示用户界面;
    用户输入接口;
    控制器,被配置为:
    在所述显示设备的模式为交互模式时,接收用户输入的按键指令,其中,所述交互模式为用户可通过控制装置与显示设备交互的模式;
    在预设应用的状态为启动状态,且所述按键指令为指定按键指令时,响应于所述指定按键指令,执行进入所述预设应用的操作;
    在所述预设应用的状态为启动状态,且所述按键指令不为所述指定按键指令时,响应于所述按键指令,不执行进入所述预设应用的操作,以及执行所述按键指令本身逻辑对应的操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,在当前交互模式为频道的信息展示模式时,所述用户界面上显示有所述频道的信息展示栏,所述执行进入所述预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在所述用户界面上取消显示所述信息展示栏,以及在所述用户界面上显示所述预设应用的用户接口资源。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,在所述用户界面上显示所述预设应用的多个用户接口资源,其中,不同的用户接口资源用于表征需要从不同的数据源获取媒资数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,在当前交互模式为系统的参数设置模式时,所述用户界面上显示有所述系统的参数设置栏,所述执行进入所述预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在所述用户界面上显示退出提示框,所述退出提示框包括用于提示用户退出所述参数设置模式的提示语。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示设备,所述控制器,还被配置为:
    接收用户输入的退出所述参数设置模式的控制指令,响应于所述控制指令,在所述用户界面上取消显示所述参数设置栏和所述退出提示框;
    接收用户再次输入的指定按键指令,在所述用户界面上显示所述预设应用的用户接口资源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,在所述预设应用的状态为启动状态时,所述用户界面上显示有按键提示图片,所述按键提示图片包括所述指定按键的图片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,在所述预设应用的状态为未启动状态时,且所述按键指令为所述指定按键指令时,响应于所述指定按键指令,在所述用户界面上显示未启动提示框,所述未启动提示框包括用于提示用户所述预设应用的状态为未启动状态的提示语。
  8. 一种显示方法,应用于显示设备,包括:
    在显示设备的模式为交互模式时,接收用户输入的按键指令,其中,所述交互模式为用户可通过控制装置与显示设备交互的模式;
    在预设应用的状态为启动状态,且所述按键指令为指定按键指令时,响应于所述指定按键指令,执行进入所述预设应用的操作;
    在所述预设应用的状态为启动状态,且所述按键指令不为所述指定按键指令时,响应于所述按键指令,不执行进入所述预设应用的操作,以及执行所述按键指令本身逻辑对应 的操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示方法,在当前交互模式为频道的信息展示模式时,所述用户界面上显示有所述频道的信息展示栏,所述执行进入所述预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在所述用户界面上取消显示所述信息展示栏,以及在所述用户界面上显示所述预设应用的用户接口资源。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示方法,在当前交互模式为系统的参数设置模式时,所述用户界面上显示有所述系统的参数设置栏,所述执行进入所述预设应用的操作,具体步骤为:在所述用户界面上显示退出提示框,所述退出提示框包括用于提示用户退出所述参数设置模式的提示语;
    所述控制器,还被配置为:
    接收用户输入的退出所述参数设置模式的控制指令,响应于所述控制指令,在所述用户界面上取消显示所述参数设置栏和所述退出提示框;
    接收用户再次输入的指定按键指令,在所述用户界面上显示所述第一视频通道的用户接口资源。
