Abstract

본 발명은 마스크(10)의 외부 또는 내부에 충전배터리(13)를 포함하는 공기살균기(11)가 마련되고, 상기 공기살균기(11)와 마스크(10) 사이에는 호스(12)가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 바이러스 균을 차단하는 동시에 반영구적인 마스크를 제공하므로 일회용 마스크의 쓰레기 오염으로부터 구하고, 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일에 형성된 플라즈마 필드로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출한다. 그리고 시원한 이온산소 공기가 분출되어 마스크를 코와 입에 착 밀착을 해도 숨이 안차고 편한 호흡을 할 수 있는 마스크를 제공하고 투명마스크를 제공함으로써 기존의 마스크와는 다른 얼굴 전체가 보이므로 말하는 입과 코가 보여 답답함을 해결하기 위한 효과가 있다.

Description

코로나19 바이러스균을 사멸시키는 마스크
본 마스크는 얼굴 전체가 보이는 실리콘 투명마스크 반영구적으로서, 마스크의 오염으로부터 지켜내고, 각종 바이러스 폐렴균으로부터 100%차단균을 사멸시키는 동시에 마스크를 얼굴에 완벽히 차단해도 시원한 이온 산소가 분출되어 숨을 쉴 수가 있 마스크 기계이다.
또한 코로나균이 눈에도 감염되어 얼굴 전체를 투명 모자로도 이용 얼굴 전체의 감염을 100% 바이러스균을 차단할 수 있는 모자 투명 마스크이다.
일반적으로 기존 마스크는 입과 코에 미착을 시키면 숨이 차 입과 코에 밀착시키지 못하고 공간을 띄우게 되지만 코로나19의 바이러스는 2미터 거리에서도 감염되며, 기존의 마스크는 아무리 코와 입에 밀착되지가 않고 마스크가 들뜬 상태이고 마스크를 너무 밀착시키면 숨을 쉴 수가 없는 상태가 마스크가 들뜬 상태에서는 마스크를 써도 코로나 바이러스 균이 옆사람에게 전염된다
등록특허 제10-2301735호에서는 동도전사로 직조된 마스크본체에 전기를 공급하여 동도전사에 전류가 흐르게 함으로써, 마스크본체를 통과하는 공기중에 포함된 바이러스를 사멸할 수 있게 구성된 살균 마스크를 제안하고 있다.
그러나 상기와 같은 종래의 마스크에는 마스크 본체에 도전성을 갖는 동도전사를 직조하여 형성하기 때문에, 마스크의 무게가 상당히 많이 나갈 뿐 아니라 전기가 공급되는 회로가 피부에 직접 맞닿기에 마스크를 사용하는 사용자가 전기에 감전되는 치명적인 문제점이 있어왔다.
기존의 마스크는 코로나19 감염을 막지 못하여 바이러스 균을 100%사멸하는 공기 살균기계를 마스크에 내장하여 각종 바이러스 균을 사멸시키는 기계를 마스크에 내장함으로써 코로나19를 포함하는 바이러스 감염병으로부터 예방할 수 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 마스크(10)의 외부 또는 내부에 충전배터리(13)를 포함하는 공기살균기(11)가 마련되고, 상기 공기살균기(11)와 마스크(10) 사이에는 호스(12)가 위치되는 것에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 다른 수단으로는 상기 마스크는 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일에 형성된 플라즈마 필드로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출되는 것에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 또 다른 수단으로는 상기 마스크에는 공기 살균기와 공기 청정기가 같이 내장되어 미세먼지 감소시키는 공기청정기로도 사용가능하며, 상기 마스크를 착용함에 있어서 2미터 거리두기가 필요없이 코로나 감염된 환자가 바로 옆에 있어도 감염이 안되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이러스균을 사멸시키는 것에 있다.
상술한 본 발명에 의한 과제는 바이러스 균을 차단하는 동시에 반영구적인 마스크를 제공하므로 일회용 마스크의 쓰레기 오염으로부터 구하고, 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일에 형성된 플라즈마 필드로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출한다.
그리고 시원한 이온산소 공기가 분출되어 마스크를 코와 입에 착 밀착을 해도 숨이 안차고 편한 호흡을 할 수 있는 마스크를 제공하고 투명마스크를 제공함으로써 기존의 마스크와는 다른 얼굴 전체가 보이므로 말하는 입과 코가 보여 답답함을 해결하기 위한 수단이 된다.
또한 일회용이 아닌 반영구적이라 마스크 쓰레기 오염으로부터 구하고 기존의 마스크와는 달리 투명 실리콘 마스크라서 얼굴이 보이고 답답함을 해소하고 신서한 이온공기가 분출되는 동시에 바이러스균을 사멸하는 기계가 내장된 반영구적 마스크를 제공함에 있다.
아울러 바이러스 균을 죽이는 기계를 소형화하여 팔이나 허리에 걸어 코로나 바이러스를 100% 차단 가능하며, 변이 바이러스로 인해 이제는 마스크를 2장씩 겹쳐 쓰라는 정부지침도 내려다 보는데 이 마스크는 2미터 거리 유지를 안해도 코로나19 확진자가 옆에 있어도 감염이 안되는 장점이 있다.
그리고 미국 FDA와 유럽CE 인증을 받은 노바이러스 공기 살균기 소형기계를 마스크에 부착하여 코로나19 바이러스 감염으로부터 100% 균을 사멸시키는 마스크이며, 코로나 바이러스균을 사멸시키는 기계의 효능은 5 내지 10미터까지의 간격에서도 바이러스가 사멸된다.

도 1 내지 2에서와 같이 본 발명의 바이러스균을 사멸시키는 마스크는 마스크(10), 공기살균기(11)와 호스(12) 및 충전배터리(13)로 크게 대별된다.
상기 마스크(10)는 얼굴에 착, 밀착을 시켜도 숨이 차지 않고 이온산소 및 살균된 공기를 공급받는 반영구적 투명 마스크로서 얼굴, 입과 코가 보이는 특징을 가진다.
상기 공기살균기(11)는 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일(미도시)에 형성된 플라즈마 필드(미도시)로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르기 폐렴균 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기를 배출하는 공기살균기(11)가 내장되며, 공기살균기(11)는 마스크(10)의 내부 또는 외부에 마련되어도 무방한데, 본 명세서상에서는 마스크(10) 외부에 위치하는 것으로 설명하였다.
이때 상기 공기살균기(11)는 시중에 출시되어 있는 제품을 사용하였으며, 본 명세서에서 예시된 제품은 주식회사 컴투게더에서 출시된 모델명 SGPA350B이나 다른 제품을 사용하였을때 성능이나 효과면에서 큰 차이가 없다면 괜찮다.
상기 호스(12)는 바이러스 균을 사멸하는 공기를 마스크(10)로 공급하는 호스로 마스크(10) 공기살균기(11) 사이에 위치된다.
이때 충전배터리(13)는 공기살균기(11) 내부에 위치되어 작동시키는 동력원을 공급하게 된다.
즉, 마스크(10)의 외부 또는 내부에 충전배터리(13)를 포함하는 공기살균기(11)가 위치되고 상기 공기살균기(11)와 마스크(10) 사이에 호스(12)를 위치시키게 되면, 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일(미도시)에 형성된 플라즈마 필드(미도시)로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출되고, 공기살균기(11)가 마스크(10)로 분출하고 외부 옷이나 주변에 바이러스 균을 마스크(10) 외부로 분출하여 코나 입으로 바이러스 균을 사멸하는 동시에 외부로도 공기살균기(11)가 분출되어 옷이나 주변의 바이러스 균을 사멸가능한 것이다.
그리고 상기 마스크(10)에는 공기 살균기(11)와 공기 청정기(미도시)가 같이 내장되어 미세먼지 감소시키는 공기청정기로도 사용가능하며, 상기 마스크(10)를 착용함에 있어서 2미터 거리두기가 필요없이 코로나 감염된 환자가 바로 옆에 있어도 감염이 안된다.
도 3에서는 본 발명의 일실시예로서 사람이 아닌 반려견에게도 바이러스를 사멸시키는 마스크(10)를 씌울 수 있는 것을 나타내었다.
이때에는 반려견에 마스크(10)를 씌우기가 불편하거나 공간이 나오지 않는다라면 반려견의 목에 공기살균기(11)를 내장하여 걸 수도 있다.
한편 도 4에서는 본 발명의 다른 일실시예로서 마스크 형상이 아닌 헬멧의 형상으로도 가능하다는 것을 나타낸다.
구조는 헬멧(20)에 공기살균기(11), 호스(12) 및 투명캡(21) 및 충전배터리(13)으로 구성되며, 헬멧(20)의 외부 또는 내부에 충전배터리(13)를 포함하는 공기살균기(11)가 위치되고 상기 공기살균기(11)와 마스크(10) 사이에 호스(12)를 위치시키고 투명캡(21)으로 닫게 되면, 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일에 형성된 플라즈마 필드로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출되고, 공기살균기(11)가 헬멧(20)으로 분출하고 외부 옷이나 주변에 바이러스 균을 헬멧(20) 외부로 분출하여 코나 입으로 바이러스 균을 사멸하는 동시에 외부로도 공기살균기(11)가 분출되어 옷이나 주변의 바이러스 균을 사멸가능한 것이다.
이때 상기 공기살균기(11)는 헬멧(20)의 내부 또는 외부에 마련되어도 무방한데, 본 명세서상에서는 헬멧(20)의 내부에 위치하는 것으로 설명하였다.
이러한 상기 헬멧(20)은 다른 사람과 대화할 때 헬멧(20) 앞 부분을 투명캡(21)을 이용하여 탈부착 가능하여 사용자가 음식이나 음료 등을 마실때에 위아래로 올렸다가 내렸다 할 수 있다.

  1. 마스크(10)의 외부 또는 내부에 충전배터리(13)를 포함하는 공기살균기(11)가 마련되고, 상기 공기살균기(11)와 마스크(10) 사이에는 호스(12)가 위치되는 마스크로서
    상기 마스크는 공기살균기(11)가 여과된 공기를 마스크(10)로 분출하고 외부 옷이나 주변에 바이러스 균을 마스크(10) 외부로 분출하여 코나 입으로 바이러스 균을 사멸하는 마스크에 있어서,
    충전배터리(13)는 상기 공기살균기(11) 내부에 위치되어 동력원을 공급하며,
    상기 마스크는 4kv의 고전압으로 플라즈마 코일에 형성된 플라즈마 필드로 흡입한 각종 바이러스 박테리아 알레르겐 등 미립자를 DNA수준으로 파괴하고 살균된 깨끗한 공기만 배출되고,
