Description

一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法及其设备
本申请要求于2021年02月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110181935.4、申请名称为“一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法及其设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能驾驶技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法及其设备。
背景技术
现如今,驾驶员或者乘客通常采用第三方支付与车辆相关的消费。例如,驾驶员可利用手机上的支付应用支付诸如洗车、停车、加油等费用。但这种方式无法覆盖车辆的各种应用场景,例如,在驾驶员不在车辆上(诸如,无人驾驶的车辆)或者驾驶员正在驾驶车辆不方便手动支付,又或者车内没有用于支付的手机。因此,相关技术需要一种适用性更广的车辆支付方法。
发明内容
有鉴于此,提出了一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法及其设备,能够更便携地完成车辆支付。
在相关技术中,车辆支付系统需要采用特定的设备(例如,OBU)并且通信距离短,只有车辆进入到可执行通信区域内才能实现以上技术方案,可能会导致交通堵塞。在采用第三方支付应用的相关技术中,均需要服务提供终端或者服务请求终端执行支付动作(例如,扫码)后才可执行,这对于车辆人员特别是车辆驾驶员来说造成了困难。此外,以上这些方式中,服务提供终端与服务请求终端之间的距离必须是可视距离,否则无法执行扫码操作,这对于车辆人员来说,同样是不方便的。
第一方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务请求终端执行,所述方法包括:基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;基于Pc5接口向所述服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收支付完成信息。
所述方法可在支付过程中采用多种通信方式,特别是在服务提供端与服务请求端之间基于Pc5接口并在服务提供终端与支付机构终端之间基于Uu接口,这样可提高通信时间并巧妙地应用了车联网领域的通信方式。更进一步地,该车辆支付方法的支付流程不需车辆人员和服务人员手动操作,不限制两者之间的距离,从而便携且安全。
在一种可能的设计中,在所述发送针对第一服务的服务请求之前,所述方法还包括:基于Uu接口向所述支付机构发送支付账户请求;基于Uu接口从所述支付机构终端接收所述支付账户信息。
由于服务请求终端与支付机构终端的距离较远(远程通信),因此可基于Uu接口向所述 支付机构发送支付账户请求并基于Uu接口接收所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息。
在一种可能的设计中,所述支付账户信息为所述服务请求终端的终端标识,所述终端标识与所述服务请求终端的支付账户绑定。
为了便于快速支付,所述服务请求终端可将服务请求终端的终端标识与支付账户进行绑定,从而节省了请求支付账号的步骤。
在一种可能的设计中,在所述发送针对第一服务的服务请求之前,所述方法还包括:基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收关于所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;基于所述账单信息,确定所述第一服务满足预设的服务限定条件。
采用这种方式,服务请求用户可根据个人喜好定制服务限定条件并由服务请求终端自动化地筛选满足服务限定条件的第一服务,确定适合于所述服务请求用户的第一服务,提高用户体验。
第二方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务提供终端执行,包括:基于Pc5接口广播所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;基于Pc5接口从服务请求终端接收针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送关于所述服务请求终端为所述第一服务付费的支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述第一服务的账单信息以及所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息;基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。

在一种可能的设计中,在接收所述支付完成信息之后,所述方法还包括:基于Pc5接口向所述服务请求终端反馈所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务完成付费。
在实施中,由于服务提供终端与服务请求终端的距离较近,因此在服务提供终端接收到来自支付机构终端的支付完成操作后,可基于Pc5向所述服务请求终端发送支付完成信息,从而实现了所述服务提供终端与服务请求终端支付均已被通知支付已完成。
第三方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务请求终端执行,包括:基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述账单信息。

在实施中,由于服务提供终端与服务请求终端的距离较近,因此在服务提供终端接收到来自支付机构终端的支付完成操作后,可基于Pc5向所述服务请求终端发送支付完成信息,从而实现了所述服务提供终端与服务请求终端支付均已被通知支付已完成。
第五方面,本申请的实施例提供了一种基于V2X的车辆支付设备,包括:第一接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;第一发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口向所述服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;第二接收模块,用于基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收支付完成信息。

在一种可能的设计中,所述支付账户信息为所述服务请求终端的终端标识,所述终端标识与所述服务请求终端的支付账户绑定。
在一种可能的设计中,所述设备还包括:第四接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口从所述服务 提供终端接收关于所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;第一确定模块,用于确定所述第一服务满足预设的服务限定条件。

为了更好地描述本申请的技术方案,以下将参照图1对车辆支付场景进行描述。图1示出根据本申请一实施例的车辆支付的应用场景图。
驾驶员驾驶车辆110,其中,车辆110可与车辆120执行车辆与车辆之间通信(vehicle to vehicle,V2V),又或者车辆110可与路边基础设施130执行车辆与路边基础设施通信(Vehicle to Infrastructure,V2I),在实施中,为了能够与路边基础设施130执行V2I,可向路边基础设 施内嵌路边单元(Road Side Unit,RSU),因此,路边基础设施130可被称作RSU 130。又或者车辆110与行人140执行车辆与行人之间的通信(Vehicle to Pedestrian,V2P),此外,车辆110还可与通信网络150执行车辆与网络通信(Vehicle to Network,V2N),以及时获取路况信息或账单信息,这些通信方式可统称为V2X通信(其中,X代表任何事物)。
如图1所示,驾驶员在支付车辆110的相关费用后,RSU 130可从通信网络150接收到同意该车辆110通行的指令,并开启RSU 130的闸门,允许车辆110经过RSU 130后行驶。
现有技术需要服务提供终端或者服务请求终端执行支付动作(例如,扫码)后才可执行,这对于车辆人员特别是车辆驾驶员来说造成了麻烦。此外,以上这些方式中,服务提供终端与服务请求终端之间的距离必须是可视距离,否则无法执行扫码操作,这对于车辆人员来说,同样是不方便的。
基于此,本申请实施例提供了一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,该车辆支付方法的支付流程不需车辆人员和服务人员手动操作,不限制两者之间的距离,从而便携且安全。为了更好地理解本申请的应用场景,以下将参照图2和图3对本申请一实施例的车辆支付系统的通信场景以及用于车辆支付的车辆支付设备进行描述。
图2示出根据本申请一实施例的车辆支付系统的通信场景图。如图2所示,所述通信系统中包括基站210以及各种终端设备220至250,为了便于理解,终端设备220和250为车辆,终端设备240为用户所手持的移动终端(例如,手机),在实施中,所述终端设备的种类和数量可比图4所出的种类和数量更多或者更少,本申请对此不限制。
作为示例,该通信系统是基于V2X的通信系统。在该通信系统中,根据通信接口的不同可分为直连通信方式和蜂窝通信方式。
蜂窝通信方式是基于Uu接口的通信方式。在该通信方式中,通信双方执行通信的任一指令,在发出时都需要先经过基站,再进行后续节点的处理与转发,无法直接进行对话的通信方式。如图2所示,车辆220与移动终端240可采用利用基站210的蜂窝通信方式。
直连通信方式是基于Pc5接口的通信方式。在该通信方式中,允许邻近的终端建立直通链路,其数据传输不再经过基站的中继。也就是说,在该通信方式中,通信双方可利用基站传输信令后直接执行数据传输。如图4所示,车辆220与RSU 230以及车辆220与车辆250在利用基站210传输彼此信令的情况下彼此之间直接进行数据传输。
对应于本申请的示例性实施例,所述车辆支付系统中的各个终端设备可根据支付需要采用不同的通信方式。作为示例,在需要支付的现场(例如,车辆需要支付清洗费用),由于双方的距离比较近,因此双方可采用直连通信方式(基于Pc5接口的通信方式)。在涉及到支付机构终端的数据传输需要远程传输,因此可采用蜂窝通信方式(基于Uu接口的通信方式)。
图3示出根据本申请一实施例的执行车辆支付的车辆支付设备的示图。该设备可以是以上设备,也可以是以上设备中的装置。其中,该装置可以为芯片系统。本申请实施例中,芯片系统可以由芯片构成,也可以包含芯片和其他分立器件。设备300包括至少一个处理器320,用于实现本申请实施例提供的方法中车辆支付设备的功能。示例性地,处理器320可以生成支付信息等,具体参见方法示例中的详细描述,此处不做赘述。
设备300还可以包括至少一个存储器330,用于存储程序指令和/或数据。存储器330和处理器320耦合。本申请实施例中的耦合是装置、单元或模块之间的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式,用于装置、单元或模块之间的信息交互。处理器320可能 和存储器330协同操作。处理器320可能执行存储器330中存储的程序指令。所述至少一个存储器中的至少一个可以包括于处理器中
设备300还可以包括通信接口310,用于通过传输介质和其它设备进行通信,从而用于设备300中的装置可以和其它设备进行通信。示例性的,通信接口310可以是执行直连通信方式的Pc5接口或者是执行蜂窝通信方式的Uu接口。示例性地,该其它设备可以是终端。处理器320利用通信接口310收发数据,并用于实现图4至图6对应的实施例中以上设备所执行的方法。
本申请实施例中不限定上述通信接口310、处理器320以及存储器330之间的具体连接介质。本申请实施例在图3中以存储器330、处理器320以及通信接口310之间通过总线340连接,总线在图3中以粗线表示,其它部件之间的连接方式,仅是进行示意性说明,并不引以为限。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图3中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
在本申请实施例中,处理器可以是通用处理器、数字信息处理器、专用集成电路、现场可编程门阵列或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件,可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
在本申请实施例中,存储器可以是非易失性存储器,比如硬盘(hard disk drive,HDD)或固态硬盘(solid-state drive,SSD)等,还可以是易失性存储器(volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(random-access memory,RAM)。存储器是能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质,但不限于此。本申请实施例中的存储器还可以是电路或者其它任意能够实现存储功能的装置,用于存储程序指令和/或数据。
以下将参照图4至图6具体描述根据本申请一实施例的车辆支付系统执行车辆支付的示图。
如图4所示,所述车辆支付系统可包括支付机构终端41、服务提供终端42以及车辆43,其中,所述支付机构终端41是指有权限对服务请求终端和/或服务提供终端的账户进行操作的支付机构。作为示例,所述支付机构终端41可根据服务请求终端42和/或服务提供终端43的标识信息为它们提供对应的账户,所述标识信息可指示唯一标识这些终端的身份信息。例如,所述支付机构终端可根据某加油站的营业执照为其分配对应的账户,又例如,所述支付机构终端41可根据驾驶员提供的驾驶证为该驾驶员驾驶的车辆分配对应的账号。
所述支付机构终端41可以是第三方支付应用,所述应用内已预先绑定支付账户(例如,银行账户)也可以是支付账户的后台服务器(例如,银行后台服务器)。终端服务提供终端42是指向服务请求终端提供服务的商户,例如,加油站、洗车行、高速口等,服务请求终端43是指对车辆产生的费用执行支付操作的设备。在本申请中,服务请求终端43可指示车辆,也可指示能够执行基于Pc5接口的通信方式和基于Uu接口的通信方式的硬件设备(例如,芯片),或者包括该硬件设备的装置。
如图4所示,在步骤S4010,服务提供终端42可基于Pc5接口周期性地广播其所提供的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关,所述服务信息包括且不 限于所提供的服务内容以及收费信息,例如,洗车服务以及单次20元等。在存在多个服务提供终端并且每个服务提供终端所提供的服务不同的情况下,同一车辆可能会接到不同服务提供终端提供的不同服务的服务信息,例如,同一车辆43可能会接收到高速公路通行服务以及通行费用、停车服务以及停车费用、加油服务以及加油费用。
在这种情况下,由于基于Pc5的通信方式的通信覆盖区域很小,因此,可通过车辆地点确定服务提供终端。具体来说,由于不同的服务提供终端42所提供服务的区域是各不相同的,可通过车辆43停车的地点确定向该车辆43提供服务的服务提供终端42。例如,提供加油服务的服务提供终端以及提供停车服务的服务提供终端分别处于不同的区域内,可通过车辆43最终停车的位置确定为该车辆提供服务的服务提供终端。此外,若在同一停车地点,车辆43还可接收到多个服务提供终端发出的账单信息,车辆人员(例如,驾驶员或乘车人员)可利用车辆43上的输入设备(例如,触摸显示屏或者按钮等)确定服务提供终端。
按照以上方式,车辆43在确定服务提供终端42后,在步骤S4020,可基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端42发送针对第一服务的服务请求。
在可选实施例中,车辆43在向服务提供终端42发送服务请求前,可接收服务提供终端42提供的关于车辆43接受的账单信息。根据所述账单信息,车辆43可确定车辆43将要接受的第一服务。
具体来说,所述车辆43可预先设置服务限定条件,该服务限定条件可以是针对各个服务所限定的金额,也可以是限定各个服务的提供商,又或者是针对该种支付方式所限定的支付上限。举例来说,车辆用户可针对洗车服务限定洗车金额不超过40元,或者车辆用户仅针对支付金额50元以下的服务采用本申请的示例性实施例的支付方式,又或者车辆用户可预先设定所选择的加油商品牌。在实施中,所述车辆43可确定所述服务是否满足所述服务限定条件,若不满足,则退出支付环节或者通知用户。若满足,则可执行后续步骤。此外,所述服务限定条件还可以是车辆用户预先设置的选择方式,作为示例,所述服务限定条件可以是价格最低的选择方式。举例来说,在同一洗车行提供多种洗车服务的情况下,所述服务限定条件可以是洗车价格最低的选择方式,这样车辆可基于所述账单信息,确定所述第一服务满足预设的服务限定条件的第一服务。
在步骤S4020,车辆43可基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端42发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求中可包括用于标识车辆43的车辆标识。在步骤S4030,服务提供终端42在接收到该服务请求后,基于Uu接口向支付机构终端43请求支付账户信息。在实施中,所述支付账户信息可以是服务提供终端42已向支付机构终端43注册后获取的账户信息。
支付机构终端43在接收到该请求后,确定所述服务提供终端42的支付账户信息。在实施中,支付机构终端43可根据服务提供终端42的标识信息生成或查找与该服务提供终端42对应的支付账户信息。在步骤S4040,支付机构终端41将该支付账户信息发送到服务提供终端42。
在步骤S4050,所述服务提供终端42可基于Pc5接口向车辆43发送所述服务请求终端接受第一服务的账单信息以及所述服务提供终端42的支付账户信息。
车辆43在接收到该账单信息和所述服务提供终端42的支付账户信息后,在步骤S4060,车辆430基于Uu接口向支付机构终端41发送所述车辆43为所述第一服务付费的支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述账单信息以及所述服务提供终端42的支付账户信息。
支付机构终端41在接收到该支付请求后,根据账单信息确定该次支付的支付信息,其中,所述支付信息包括所述服务提供终端42的支付账户信息、车辆43的支付账户信息以及第一服务的账单信息。
支付机构终端41利用所述支付信息完成支付操作,即,服务提供终端42的支付账户接受来自车辆43的支付账户的支付。
在支付完成后,在步骤S4070,支付机构终端41基于Uu接口向车辆43发送车辆43已对第一服务完成付费的支付完成信息。
在步骤S4080,支付机构终端41还可基于Uu接口向服务提供终端42发送所述支付完成信息。
此外,在可选实施中,车辆43还可基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端42反馈车辆43已完成对第一服务的付费。服务提供终端42在接收到车辆43的反馈后,向车辆43提供第一服务。
此外,所述车辆支付系统还可采用如图5所示的操作。在所述车辆支付系统可包括支付机构终端51、服务提供终端52以及车辆53。
所述支付机构终端51是指有权限对服务请求终端和/或服务提供终端的账户进行操作的支付机构。作为示例,所述支付机构终端51可根据服务请求终端52和/或服务提供终端53的标识信息为它们提供对应的账户,所述标识信息可指示唯一标识这些终端的身份信息。例如,所述支付机构终端可根据某加油站的营业执照为其分配对应的账户,又例如,所述支付机构终端51可根据驾驶员提供的驾驶证为该驾驶员驾驶的车辆分配对应的账号。

如图5所示,在步骤S5010,服务提供终端52可基于Pc5接口周期性地广播其所提供的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关,所述服务信息包括且不限于所提供的服务内容以及收费信息,例如,洗车服务以及单次20元等。在存在多个服务提供终端并且每个服务提供终端所提供的服务不同的情况下,同一车辆可能会接到不同服务提供终端提供的不同服务的服务信息,例如,同一车辆53可能会接收到高速公路通行服务以及通行费用、停车服务以及停车费用、加油服务以及加油费用。
在这种情况下,由于基于Pc5的通信方式的通信覆盖区域很小,因此,可通过车辆地点确定服务提供终端。具体来说,由于不同的服务提供终端52所提供服务的区域是各不相同的,可通过车辆53停车的地点确定向该车辆53提供服务的服务提供终端52。例如,提供加油服务的服务提供终端以及提供停车服务的服务提供终端分别处于不同的区域内,可通过车辆53最终停车的位置确定为该车辆提供服务的服务提供终端。此外,若在同一停车地点,车辆53还可接收到多个服务提供终端发出的账单信息,车辆人员(例如,驾驶员或乘车人员)可利用车辆53上的输入设备(例如,触摸显示屏或者按钮等)确定服务提供终端。
按照以上方式,车辆53在确定服务提供终端52后,在步骤S5020,可基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端52发送针对服务的服务请求。
在可选实施例中,车辆53在向服务提供终端52发送服务请求前,可接收服务提供终端52提供的关于车辆53接受的账单信息。根据所述账单信息,车辆53可确定第一服务。
具体来说,所述车辆53可预先设置服务限定条件,该服务限定条件可以是针对各个服务所限定的金额,也可以是限定各个服务的提供商,又或者是针对该种支付方式所限定的支付上限。举例来说,车辆用户可针对洗车服务限定洗车金额不超过40元,或者车辆用户仅针对支付金额50元以下的服务采用本申请的示例性实施例的支付方式,又或者车辆用户可预先设定所选择的加油商品牌。在实施中,所述车辆53可确定所述服务是否满足所述服务限定条件,若不满足,则退出支付环节或者通知用户。若满足,则可执行后续步骤。
此外,所述服务限定条件还可以是车辆用户预先设置的选择方式,作为示例,所述服务限定条件可以是价格最低的选择方式。举例来说,在同一洗车行提供多种洗车服务的情况下,所述服务限定条件可以是洗车价格最低的选择方式,这样车辆可根据所述服务限定条件以及账单信息,确定满足该服务限定条件的服务。
基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端52发送服务请求,其中,所述服务请求可包括所述车辆的支付账户信息。因此,所述车辆53需要确定与其对应的支付账号。如图5所示,车辆53基于Uu接口向支付机构终端51请求支付账户信息。在实施中,车辆53在向支付机构终端51请求支付账户信息时,可将该车辆的车辆标识发送到支付机构终端51,支付机构终端51可利用车辆标识确定或生成该车辆53的支付账户信息。随后,支付机构终端51可基于Uu接口向车辆53发送该支付账户信息。
此外,作为另一示例,车辆53可基于Uu接口向所述支付机构终端51发出账户绑定请求,在该请求中可包括作为支付账户信息的终端标识(例如,车辆标识)。支付机构终端51在接收到该请求后,可基于该终端标识确定与车辆53对应的支付账号。随后,支付机构51可将该终端标识与该支付账号绑定。这样在车辆53可将终端标识(也可称作支付账户信息)提供给服务提供终端52。
服务提供终端52在接收到该服务请求后,可确定车辆53接受第一服务的账单信息,并在步骤S5030,基于Pc5接口向车辆53发送该账单信息。
在步骤S5040,服务提供终端52可基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送车辆53为第一服务付费的支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括账单信息以及车辆53的支付账户信息。
支付机构终端51在接收到该支付请求后,确定此次支付的支付信息,其中,所述支付信息包括所述服务提供终端52的支付账户信息、车辆53的支付账户信息以及第一服务的账单信息。作为示例,支付机构终端51可根据服务提供终端52的标识信息生成/确定与该服务提供终端52对应的支付账户信息。
支付机构终端51利用所述支付信息完成支付操作,即,服务提供终端52的支付账户接受来自所述车辆52的支付账户的支付。
在支付完成后,在步骤S5050,支付机构终端51基于Uu接口向服务提供终端52发送已对第一服务付费的支付完成信息。
在步骤S5060,支付机构终端51还可基于Uu接口向服务提供终端52发送所述支付完成信息。
此外,在可选实施中,服务提供终端52基于Pc5接口向车辆53反馈车辆53已付费完成并向车辆53提供第一服务服务。
从图4和图5的操作来看,服务提供终端41或51在接收到车辆43或53的服务请求后,可根据设定选择由车辆43或53或者服务提供终端42或52向支付机构终端申请支付账户信息,并在从支付机构终端获取到其对应的支付账户信息。在实施中,在车辆43或53获取支付账户信息后,服务提供终端42或52可在接收到车辆43或53的支付账户信息后,向支付机构终端发起支付请求,并由支付终端机构执行支付操作。在另一实施中,在服务提供终端42或52获取支付账户信息后,车辆43或53可在接收到服务提供终端42或52的支付账户信息以及账单信息后,向支付机构终端发起支付请求,并由支付终端机构执行支付操作。
在实施中,为了增加支付的便捷性,所述车辆支付系统中的车辆43或53可采用如图6所示的操作。在所述车辆支付系统可包括支付机构终端61、服务提供终端62以及车辆63。
在步骤S6010,车辆63可基于Uu接口向所述支付机构终端发出账户绑定请求,在该请求中可包括所述车辆63的车辆标识(即,终端标识),该车辆标识不限于车辆标识码(Vehicle Identification Number,VIN),相当于所述车辆的“身份证”。
支付机构终端61在接收到该请求后,可基于Uu接口向车辆63分配支付账号,并将该账号与该车辆63的车辆标识对应存储。随后,支付机构终端81可向车辆83发送该支付账号。作为示例,车辆63可基于Pc5接口在每次发出支付请求时,可仅将该支付账号发送给服务提供终端,或者将该支付账号对应的车辆标识发送给服务提供终端。
此外,所述车辆支付系统还可包括支付应用终端34,所述支付应用终端34可指示具有支付应用的终端设备(例如,手机)。在实施中,所述支付应用终端34的支付应用账号可与车辆的车辆标识进行绑定,也就是说,每个支付应用账号可用于支付所述车辆产生的费用。
为此,支付应用终端34可向所述支付机构终端61发送账户绑定请求,其中,所述请求包括支付应用的支付账号与车辆标识共同发送到所述支付机构终端61,支付机构终端61可将所述支付账号与所述车辆标识绑定。为了安全性,所述支付机构终端61可向车辆发送随机验证信息(例如,随机验证码)。随后,所述车辆63可将

本申请实施例可以根据上述方法示例对上述终端等进行功能模块的划分,例如,可以对应各个功能划分各个功能模块,也可以将两个或两个以上的功能集成在一个处理模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中对模块的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
在采用对应各个功能划分各个功能模块的情况下,图7至图10分别示出了上述实施例中所涉及的基于V2X的车辆支付设备的结构框图。
如图7所述,车辆支付设备700可包括第一接收模块710、第一发送模块720和第二接收模块730。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务请求终端执行,其特征在于,包括:
    基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    基于Pc5接口向所述服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收支付完成信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述发送针对第一服务的服务请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    基于Uu接口向所述支付机构发送支付账户请求;
    基于Uu接口从所述支付机构终端接收所述支付账户信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支付账户信息为所述服务请求终端的终端标识,所述终端标识与所述服务请求终端的支付账户绑定。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发送针对第一服务的服务请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收关于所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;
    基于所述账单信息,确定所述第一服务满足预设的服务限定条件。
  5. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务提供终端执行,其特征在于,包括:
    基于Pc5接口广播服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    基于Pc5接口从服务请求终端接收针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送关于所述服务请求终端为所述第一服务付费的支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息以及所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息;
    基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收所述支付完成信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于Pc5接口向所述服务请求终端反馈所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务完成付费。
  7. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务请求终端执行,其特征在于,包括:
    基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;
    基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述账单信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述发送支付请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  9. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付方法,所述方法由服务提供终端执行,其特征在于,包括:
    基于Pc5接口广播服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    基于Pc5接口从服务请求终端接收针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    基于Pc5接口,将所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息以及所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息发送到所述服务请求终端;
    基于Uu接口,从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收所述支付完成信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    基于Pc5接口,向所述服务请求终端反馈所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务完成付费。
  11. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与 所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    第一发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口向所述服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    第二接收模块,用于基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收支付完成信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第二发送模块,用于基于Uu接口向所述支付机构发送支付账户请求;
    第三接收模块,用于基于Uu接口从所述支付机构终端接收所述支付账户信息。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述支付账户信息为所述服务请求终端的终端标识,所述终端标识与所述服务请求终端的支付账户绑定。
  14. 如权利要求11至13中的任一设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第四接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收关于所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;
    第一确定模块,用于基于所述账单信息,确定所述第一服务满足预设的服务限定条件。
  15. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    广播模块,用于基于Pc5接口广播服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    第一接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口从服务请求终端接收针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述服务请求包括服务请求终端的支付账户信息,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    第一发送模块,用于基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送关于所述服务请求终端为所述第一服务付费的支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述第一服务的账单信息以及所述服务请求终端的支付账户信息;
    第二接收模块,用于基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第二发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口向所述服务请求终端反馈所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务完成付费。
  17. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口接收服务提供终端广播的服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    第一发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口向服务提供终端发送针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    第二接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口从所述服务提供终端接收所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务的账单信息;
    第二发送模块,用于基于Uu接口向支付机构终端发送支付请求,其中,所述支付请求包括所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息和所述账单信息。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于基于Uu接口从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  19. 一种基于V2X的车辆支付设备,其特征在于,包括:
    广播模块,用于基于Pc5接口广播服务信息,所述服务信息与所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务相关;
    第一接收模块,用于基于Pc5接口从服务请求终端接收针对第一服务的服务请求,其中,所述第一服务为至少部分所述服务提供终端能够提供的服务;
    第一发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口,将所述服务提供终端的支付账户信息以及所述服务请求终端接受所述第一服务发送到所述服务请求终端;
    第二接收模块,用于基于Uu接口,从支付机构终端接收用于指示所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务执行支付的支付完成信息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第二发送模块,用于基于Pc5接口,向所述服务请求终端反馈所述服务请求终端已对所述第一服务完成付费。
  21. 一种电子终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令时实现权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法, 权利要求5至6任意一项所述的方法,权利要求7至8任意一项所述的方法或者权利要求9至10任意一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,权利要求5至6任意一项所述的方法,权利要求7至8任意一项所述的方法或者权利要求9至10任意一项所述的方法。
  23. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,包括指令,当所述指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,权利要求5至6任意一项所述的方法,权利要求7至8任意一项所述的方法或者权利要求9至10任意一项所述的方法。
