冰箱、用于冰箱的门体及其装配方法 技术领域
本发明涉及家电技术领域,特别是涉及一种冰箱、用于冰箱的门体及其装配方法。
背景技术
随着社会日益发展和人们生活水平不断提高,人们的生活节奏也越来越快,因而越来越愿意买很多食物放置在冰箱中,冰箱已经成为了人们日常生活中不可缺少的家用电器之一。
目前大多数冰箱都是采用冷藏左右开门,冷冻抽屉开门的形式。对于冷冻为两个抽屉形式的冰箱,必须确保门体密封。但是目前的抽屉门体往往存在密封性不够好的问题,尤其是抽屉门体的把手处,容易导致冷量泄漏,影响储物空间内物品的存储效果。此外,由于冰箱一般设置于厨房中,目前抽屉门体的把手拼接方式与外部的橱柜的拼接方式往往不一致,导致整体外观不协调,影响整体美观度。并且,目前的抽屉门体的部件繁多,装配过程复杂,使得装配过程效率低下,浪费人力和物力,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提升冰箱门体的密封性同时改善整体美观度。
本发明一个进一步的目的是简化冰箱门体的装配过程,提升生产效率。
特别地,本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:门板、门衬、两个侧饰条和下端盒;以及把手,用于构成门体的顶部,配置成供用户执握,其中,把手包括本体、前盖和两个连接件,两个连接件分别连接于本体和前盖的左右两侧,且前盖的顶壁左右两侧均与连接件实现斜拼式连接。
可选地,本体包括:竖直部、平板部、倾斜部以及延伸部,其中,门衬贴设于竖直部后侧,平板部由竖直部的顶端向前水平延伸,倾斜部由平板部的前端向下延伸,延伸部由倾斜部的下端向前延伸。
可选地,倾斜部由上至下逐渐远离竖直部,延伸部的前边缘由左右两侧向中间逐渐远离竖直部。
可选地,前盖设置于本体的前侧,且前盖的底部设置有与延伸部匹配的卡槽,以使前盖和本体实现卡接固定。
可选地,平板部的底壁设置有向后开口的第一螺槽,延伸部底壁设置有向下开口的第二螺槽,且连接件设置有与第一螺槽匹配的第一螺孔以及与第二螺槽匹配的第二螺孔,以使连接件与本体实现螺接固定。
可选地,前盖的前壁与后壁之前限定有空腔,且前盖的后壁内侧设置有向前开口的第三螺槽,连接件设置有与第三螺槽匹配的第三螺孔,以使连接件与前盖实现螺接固定。
可选地,连接件还设置有第四螺孔,侧饰条设置有与第四螺孔匹配的第五螺孔,以使侧饰条与连接件实现螺接固定。

根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种如上的用于冰箱的门体的装配方法,包括:将两个连接件分别与本体和前盖实现连接,形成把手;将两个侧饰条分别安装于把手的两侧,形成第一总成件;将下端盒和门板分别安装于第一总成件,形成第二总成件;以及将第二总成件与门衬发泡固定,得到用于冰箱的门体。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种冰箱,包括:箱体,其内部限定有储物空间;以及上述用于冰箱的门体,设置于箱体的前表面,以开闭储物空间。

具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种冰箱,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱100的结构示意图。如图1所示,该冰箱100一般性地可以包括:箱体110和用于冰箱的门体200。
其中,箱体110内部限定有储物空间。储物空间的数量以及结构可以根据需求进行配置,图1示出了上下依次设置的第一空间、第二空间和第三空间的情况;以上空间按照用途不同可以配置为冷藏空间、冷冻空间、变温空间或者保鲜空间。各个储物空间可以由分隔板分割为多个储物区域,利用搁物架或者抽屉储存物品。
冰箱100还可以包括制冷系统,并且在一种具体的实施例中,制冷系统可以为压缩制冷系统,包括蒸发器、风机和压缩机等部件。制冷系统向冷藏空间和冷冻空间提供的冷量不同,使得冷藏空间和冷冻空间内的温度也不相同。其中冷藏空间内的温度一般处于2℃至10℃之间,优先为3℃至8℃。冷冻空间内的温度范围一般处于-22℃至-14℃。不同种类的食物的最佳存储 温度并不相同,进而适宜存放的储物空间也并不相同。例如果蔬类食物适宜存放于冷藏空间,而肉类食物适宜存放于冷冻空间。
门体200设置于箱体110的前表面,以供封闭储物空间。门体200可以与储物空间对应设置,即每一个储物空间都对应有一个或多个门体200。而储物空间及门体200的数量、储物空间的功能可由具体情况实际选择。本实施例的冰箱100对应上下依次设置的第一空间、第二空间、第三空间,分别设置有第一门体、第二门体、第三门体。门体可以枢转地设置于箱体110的前表面,还可以采用抽屉式开启,以实现抽屉式的储物空间,其中抽屉式的储物空间往往设置有金属滑轨,可以保证抽屉开启关闭过程中效果轻柔,并可以减少噪音。本实施例的冰箱100的第一空间的开门方式为枢转式开启,第二空间和第三空间的开门方式为抽屉式开启。
需要强调的是,本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200实际上就是应用于密封抽屉的门体。在一种具体的实施例中,箱体110可以包括内胆(图中未示出),其内限定出储物空间。优选地,储物空间中可以设置有密封抽屉(图中未示出),本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200则可以应用于密封抽屉。
密封抽屉可以包括:抽屉筒体,具有前向开口,且固定于内胆;以及抽屉本体,可滑动地安装于抽屉筒体内,以从抽屉筒体的前向开口可操作地向外抽出和向内插入。而本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200则可以与抽屉本体固定连接,以便用户通过门体200将抽屉本体从抽屉筒体的前向开口向外抽出和向内插入,从而在密封抽屉中取放物品。在这种具体的实施例中,内胆和抽屉筒体可一体成型,也可单独成型然后再进行安装。
在一种优选的实施例中,密封抽屉内部可以限定有保鲜空间。也就是说,密封抽屉内部的储物空间用于物品保鲜。这就对密封抽屉的密封度提出了很高的要求,尤其是目前存在较大问题的抽屉门体,往往密封性不够好,容易出现冷量泄漏,影响物品存储效果的问题。而本实施例还提供了一种用于冰箱的门体200,可以有效提升冰箱门体200的密封性,同时改善门体200的整体美观度,充分满足用户的使用需求,提升用户的使用体验。本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200则可以应用于上述实施例中的冰箱100。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体200的结构示意图,图3是图2中门体200的分解示意图,图4是图2中门体200的把手300的结构示意图,图5是图4中区域A的放大示意图,图6是图4中把手300的分 解示意图,图7是图4中把手300的本体310和前盖320的结构示意图,图8是图4中把手300的连接件330的结构示意图。图8示出的连接件330实际上位于左侧,右侧的连接件330与左侧的连接件330结构相同,仅仅是对称而已。
如图2和图3所示,本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200一般性地可以包括:门板211、门衬212、两个侧饰条213、下端盒214以及把手300。其中,门板211可以用于构成门体200的前部,门衬212可以用于构成门体200的后部,两个侧饰条213可以用于分别构成门体200的左部和右部,下端盒214可以用于构成门体200的底部。在一种优选的实施例中,门板211的材质可以是玻璃。更优选地,门板211的材质可以是钢化玻璃,兼顾美观度和可靠性。两个侧饰条213的结构也是相同的,只是彼此对称。
而把手300可以用于构成门体200的顶部,配置成供用户执握。其中,如图4至图8所示,把手300可以包括本体310、前盖320和两个连接件330,两个连接件330分别连接于本体310和前盖320的左右两侧,且前盖320的顶壁326左右两侧均与连接件330实现斜拼式连接。如图7所示,本体310和前盖320之间可以形成有间隙,以供用户的手部执握,通过移动门体200实现储物空间的开闭。
在一种具体的实施例中,如图7和图8所示,前盖320的顶壁326可以为由前至后逐渐降低的斜面。并且,前盖320的顶壁326左右边缘均为逐渐靠近中间的斜线,连接件330设置有与前盖320的顶壁326匹配的让位槽335,以使前盖320的顶壁326与连接件330实现斜拼式连接。
本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200,结构科学合理,使得把手300的前盖320和连接件330的拼接方式为斜拼式,可以有效提升冰箱门体200的密封性,同时改善门体200的整体美观度,充分满足用户的使用需求,提升用户的使用体验。
在一种优选的实施例中,如图7所示,本体310可以包括:竖直部311、平板部312、倾斜部313以及延伸部314。其中,门衬212贴设于竖直部311后侧,平板部312由竖直部311的顶端向前水平延伸,倾斜部313由平板部312的前端向下延伸,延伸部314由倾斜部313的下端向前延伸。
更优选地,如图7所示,倾斜部313由上至下逐渐远离竖直部311,延伸部314的前边缘由左右两侧向中间逐渐远离竖直部311。也就是说,延伸 部314的前边缘为弧形,且中间的宽度大于左右两边的宽度。前盖320设置于本体310的前侧,且前盖320的底部设置有于延伸部314匹配的卡槽321,以使前盖320和本体310实现卡接固定。把手300此处的弧形设置,也一定程度提升了美观度,有效提升用户的使用体验。需要说明的是,前盖320整体也是呈现弧形,如图3所示,门板211设置于前盖320的前侧,也匹配设置为弧形面板。
如图7和图8所示,平板部312的底壁可以设置有向后开口的第一螺槽315,延伸部314底壁设置有向下开口的第二螺槽316。并且,连接件330设置有第一螺槽315匹配的第一螺孔331以及与第二螺槽316匹配的第二螺孔332,以使连接件330与本体310实现螺接固定。在一种优选的实施例中,平板部312的底壁可以设置有向下的加强筋,并在该加强筋上设置第一螺槽315。除此之外,还可以在底壁的其他位置设置其他加强筋。
在结构体悬出面过大,或跨度过大的情况下,结构件本身的连接面能承受的负荷有限,加强筋则可以增加结合面的强度。本实施例的平板部312底壁设置的加强筋,则可以加强平板部312的强度。此外,倾斜部313也可以设置有加强筋,以增强倾斜部313的强度。需要强调的是,延伸部314底壁设置有向下开口的第二螺槽316,该第二螺槽316可以是由两根加强筋限定出的,从而在实现与其他部件螺接的功能的基础上,还可以有效增强延伸部314的强度。竖直部311也可以设置有加强筋,从而增强竖直部311的强度。本体310的各个部位均可以设置有加强筋,从而使得本体310的整体强度大大增强,进而有效延长把手300整体的使用寿命。
如图7所示,前盖320的前壁323与后壁324之前可以限定有空腔325。并且,前盖320的后壁324内侧设置有向前开口的第三螺槽322。如图8所示,连接件330设置有与第三螺槽322匹配的第三螺孔333,以使连接件330与前盖320实现螺接固定。在一种优选的实施例中,前盖320的后壁324内侧可以设置有向前的加强筋,并在该加强筋上设置第三螺槽322。本实施例的前盖320的后壁324内侧设置的加强筋,可以加强前盖320的后壁324的强度。
需要强调的是,连接件330分别与本体310和前盖320实现螺接固定,使得本体310和前盖320在上文提到的卡接之外实现进一步固定。本实施例的门体200的把手300结构设计合理,具有很高的稳定度,使得把手300这 一需要经常被用户用力拉动的部件不容易损坏,使用寿命延长,圆润的弧度造型也可以提升用户的使用体验。
如图3和图8所示,连接件330还设置有第四螺孔334,侧饰条213设置有与第四螺孔334匹配的第五螺孔215,以使侧饰条213与连接件330实现螺接固定。第五螺孔215可以设置于侧饰条213的前部上端。此外,侧饰条213的前部下端还可以设置有其他螺孔,以与下端盒214进行螺接固定,从而使得下端盒214、两个侧饰条213与把手300装配为一个整体。
本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200,包括:门板211、门衬212、两个侧饰条213和下端盒214;以及把手300,用于构成门体200的顶部,配置成供用户执握,其中,把手300包括本体310、前盖320和两个连接件330,两个连接件330分别连接于本体310和前盖320的左右两侧,且前盖320的顶壁326左右两侧均与连接件330实现斜拼式连接。通过提供一种结构合理的用于冰箱的门体200,使得把手300的前盖320和连接件330的拼接方式为斜拼式,可以有效提升冰箱门体200的密封性,同时改善门体200的整体美观度,充分满足用户的使用需求,提升用户的使用体验。
本实施例还提供了一种用于冰箱的门体的装配方法,图9是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的门体的装配方法的示意图。该用于冰箱的门体的装配方法可以适用于上述实施例的用于冰箱的门体200的装配。如图9所示,该用于冰箱的门体的装配方法可以包括:
步骤S902,将连接件330分别与本体310和前盖320实现连接,形成把手300;
步骤S904,将两个侧饰条213分别安装于把手300的两侧,形成第一总成件;
步骤S906,将下端盒214和门板211分别安装于第一总成件,形成第二总成件;
步骤S908,将第二总成件与门衬212发泡固定,得到用于冰箱的门体200。
在以上步骤中,步骤S902中将连接件330分别与本体310和前盖320实现连接,形成把手300。具体地,正如上文提到的,前盖320的底部设置有于延伸部314匹配的卡槽321,可以先使本体310和前盖320实现卡接固定。然后通过本体310的第一螺槽315、第二螺槽316和连接件330的第一 螺孔331、第二螺孔332使得本体310与连接件330实现螺接固定;通过前盖320的第三螺槽322和连接件330的第三螺孔333使得前盖320与连接件330实现螺接固定。连接件330分别与本体310和前盖320实现螺接固定,使得本体310和前盖320在上文提到的卡接之外实现进一步固定。
步骤S904中将两个侧饰条213分别安装于把手300的两侧,形成第一总成件。具体地,连接件330还设置有第四螺孔334,侧饰条213设置有于第四螺孔334匹配的第五螺孔215,以使侧饰条213与连接件330实现螺接固定。第五螺孔215可以设置于侧饰条213的前部上端。把手300和两个侧饰条213装配形成第一总成件。
步骤S906中将下端盒214和门板211分别安装于第一总成件,形成第二总成件。具体地,侧饰条213的前部下端还可以设置有其他螺孔,以与下端盒214进行螺接固定,从而使得下端盒214、两个侧饰条213与把手300装配为一个整体。然后将门板211固定设置于该整体的前侧,门板211的上部贴设于前盖320的前壁323。前盖320整体呈现弧形,门板211设置于前盖320的前侧,也匹配设置为弧形面板。圆润的弧形一定程度提升了美观度,有效提升用户的使用体验。在把手300和两个侧饰条213装配形成的第一总成件的基础上,将下端盒214和门板211安装于第一总成件,装配形成第二总成件。
步骤S908中将第二总成件与门衬212发泡固定,得到用于冰箱的门体200。也就是说,第二总成件和门衬212通过发泡进行固定。气泡的成型过程是首先将气体溶解在液态的聚合物中或聚合物加热到熔融态,同时产生气体并形成饱和溶液,然后通过成核作用形成无数的微小的泡核。所以泡沫塑料的成型与定型一般分为三个阶段:气泡核的形成、气泡核的增长、气泡核的稳定。然后再膨胀成为具有所要求的泡沫体结构的泡沫体,最后,通过同化定型将泡沫体的结构固定下来,得到泡沫塑料制品。本实施例中第二总成件与门衬212发泡固定,可以有效提升牢固度,进一步增强门体200的整体稳定度。
正如上文提到的,本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200实际上就是应用于密封抽屉的门体。该门体200可以与抽屉本体固定连接,以便用户通过门体200将抽屉本体从抽屉筒体的前向开口向外抽出和向内插入,从而在密封抽屉中取放物品。如图3所示,门衬212可以通过加强铁216与抽屉本体实现连接 固定,从而使得门体200与抽屉本体装配为一个整体,用户通过门体200的把手300可以将抽屉本体从抽屉筒体的前向开口向外抽出和向内插入。此外,加强铁216还可以进一步提升门衬212以及抽屉本体与门体200连接的稳定度。需要说明的是,本实施例的用于冰箱的门体200,很多处具有匹配的定位结构,从而使得装配定位准确,提高装配精确度。
本实施例的用于冰箱的门体的装配方法,将两个连接件330分别与本体310与前盖320实现连接,形成把手300;将两个侧饰条213分别安装于把手300的两侧,形成第一总成件;将下端盒214和门板211分别安装于第一总成件,形成第二总成件;以及将第二总成件与门衬212发泡固定,得到用于冰箱的门体200。精简冰箱门体200的组成部件,有效简化冰箱门体200的装配过程,提升装配效率,节省装配时间的同时有效降低生产成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,包括:
    门板、门衬、两个侧饰条和下端盒;以及
    把手,用于构成所述门体的顶部,配置成供用户执握,
    其中,所述把手包括本体、前盖和两个连接件,两个所述连接件分别连接于所述本体和所述前盖的左右两侧,且所述前盖的顶壁左右两侧均与所述连接件实现斜拼式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述本体包括:竖直部、平板部、倾斜部以及延伸部,
    其中,所述门衬贴设于所述竖直部后侧,所述平板部由所述竖直部的顶端向前水平延伸,所述倾斜部由所述平板部的前端向下延伸,所述延伸部由所述倾斜部的下端向前延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述倾斜部由上至下逐渐远离所述竖直部,
    所述延伸部的前边缘由左右两侧向中间逐渐远离所述竖直部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述前盖设置于所述本体的前侧,且
    所述前盖的底部设置有与所述延伸部匹配的卡槽,以使所述前盖和所述本体实现卡接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述平板部的底壁设置有向后开口的第一螺槽,
    所述延伸部底壁设置有向下开口的第二螺槽,且
    所述连接件设置有与所述第一螺槽匹配的第一螺孔以及与所述第二螺槽匹配的第二螺孔,以使所述连接件与所述本体实现螺接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述前盖的前壁与后壁之前限定有空腔,且
    所述前盖的后壁内侧设置有向前开口的第三螺槽,所述连接件设置有与所述第三螺槽匹配的第三螺孔,以使所述连接件与所述前盖实现螺接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述连接件还设置有第四螺孔,所述侧饰条设置有与所述第四螺孔匹配的第五螺孔,以使所述侧饰条与所述连接件实现螺接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的门体,其中,
    所述前盖的顶壁为由前至后逐渐降低的斜面,且
    所述前盖的顶壁左右边缘均为逐渐靠近中间的斜线,所述连接件设置有与所述前盖顶壁匹配的让位槽,以使所述前盖的顶壁与所述连接件实现斜拼式连接。
  9. 一种如权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的门体的装配方法,包括:
    将两个所述连接件分别与所述本体和所述前盖实现连接,形成所述把手;
    将两个所述侧饰条分别安装于所述把手的两侧,形成第一总成件;
    将所述下端盒和所述门板分别安装于所述第一总成件,形成第二总成件;以及
    将所述第二总成件与所述门衬发泡固定,得到所述用于冰箱的门体。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内部限定有储物空间;以及
    根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于冰箱的门体,设置于所述箱体的前表面,以开闭所述储物空间。
