背景技术
生物力学研究表明,长时间的久坐会使颈部和头部产生疲劳,从而使颈部和头部产生酸痛。而U型枕是根据人体学原理设计,套设在脖子上,以此缓解用户在佩戴时能够使头部和颈部呈自然舒展状态,避免因长时间颈椎压迫引起颈部及肩部不舒服。而且由于U型枕体积较小、便于携带,在旅行、驾驶、日常办公以及休息时都可使用。
但是,现有的U型枕功能较为单一,大多只起到支撑头部以及颈部的作用,少部分的则带有按摩、加热等功能,且带有按摩、加热等功能的U型枕普遍存在质量高,不利于携带,且长时间佩戴反而加重头部以及颈部的负担,从而丧失其作为U型枕本来的意义,因此设计一种多功能的便于携带的U型枕是当下纯在的需求。

在本发明的一个实施例中,还包括:调节支架,设于所述U型枕本体的外侧,包括:支架臂;后部支撑件,所述后部支撑件与所述支架臂之间可转动连接;所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件之间设置有角度调节装置,二者之间的角度可调整。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件之间的角度可通过所述角度调节装置进行调整,使得调节支架能根据不同使用者的颈部进行调节。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述角度调节装置包括转轴以及套接在所述转轴外的阻尼结构,所述支架臂设有第一套接环,所述后部支撑件设有第二套接环,所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件分别通过所述第一套接环和所述第二套接环套接在所述转轴上。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件套设于所述转轴上,且所述转轴与所述阻尼结构相配合,进而实现了所述支架臂能在任何角度下定位并停止的功能,提高了使用者在使用过程中的舒适性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述U型枕本体环绕形成套接位,还包括:倚靠件,所述倚靠件设置在所述U型枕本体远离所述套接位的一侧,所述倚靠件远离所述U型枕本体的一面为倚靠面,所述倚靠面为平面。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:所述套接位可套设于人体颈部; 所述倚靠面为平面,便于用户在佩戴时将所述人体工学U型枕倚靠于其他物体的平面上,以获得一个比较舒适的角度;所述倚靠件可拆卸,所述倚靠件与所述U型枕本体的连接面也可用于倚靠。
在本发明的一个实施例中,还包括:U型枕外壳,设于所述U型枕本体的外侧;衬件,设于所述U型枕外壳和所述U型枕本体之间:挂钩件,连接所述衬件,用于悬挂所述新型枕。
采用该技术方案后所达到的技术效果:用户在佩戴新型枕时,挂钩件贴附于所述头部支撑侧,可用于遮挡拉链头;当新型枕未使用时,挂钩件能够翻起,用于悬挂在挂钩上。
综上所述,本申请上述各个实施例可以具有如下一个或多个优点或有益效果:
(1)通过模块可拆卸的设置在模块装配空内,通过更换不同功能的模块,实现U型枕多功能的效果,且便于携带。
(2)通过卡扣连接或者滑轨连接,使模块更好更便捷的安装至新型枕上。
(3)所述套接位可套设于人体颈部;所述倚靠面为平面,用于用户在佩戴时将所述人体工学U型枕倚靠于其他物体的平面上,以获得一个比较舒适的角度。
(4)根据不同使用者的需求,所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件之间的角度可通过所述角度调节装置进行调整。
(5)在U型枕头上设置挂钩件,但用户在佩戴新型枕时,挂钩件贴附于所述头部支撑侧,可用于遮挡拉链头;当新型枕未使用时,挂钩件能够翻起,用于悬挂在挂钩上。

具体实施方式
下面对本申请实施例中涉及的相关术语和概念进行说明。
【第一实施例】
参见图1,其为本发明第一实施例提供的一种新型枕100。所述新型枕100,包括:U型枕本体20、模块装配空间(图中未标示)以及至少一个模块10。具体的,结合图1和图2,所述模块装配空间设于U型枕本体20上,且所述模块装配空间可设于新型枕100的后端以及两侧的其中一个或者多个位置,此处所述模块装配空间的位置和数量不做限定。
进一步的,模块10可拆卸的设于所述模块装配空间内,且不同的模块10可在多个模块装配空间内进行更换,以此实现在不同位置可根据需求安装不同功能的模块10,来符合用户的需求。
更进一步的,至少一个模块10可以是按摩、加热以及吹风中的一个或多个。当用户需要用到按摩功能时,可通过安装按摩模块,实现U型枕的按摩功能;当用户需要用到加热功能时,可通过安装加热模块,实现U型枕的加热功能;当用户需要用到吹风功能时,可通过安装吹风模块,实现U型枕的吹风功能。还可以是不同的模块同时安装使用,比如在后端的所述模块装配空间安装按摩模块,在两侧的所述模块装配空间安装加热模块,在对两端加热的同时可以对后脖颈处进行按摩,实现不同功能模块组合使用的效果。
优选的,所述模块装配空间还可以安装海绵垫,实现新型枕100的便于携带性,久带也不会对头部以及颈部的产生负担。进一步的,模块10的功能及安装组合还可以是其他组合,此处不做限定。
具体的,模块10和所述模块装配空间之间可以为卡扣连接,在所述模块装配空间上设有卡槽,在模块10上设有卡扣,通过所述卡槽和所述卡扣配合使所述模块扣接至所述模块装配空间上,从而使模块10更好的固定在所述模块装配空间内。
进一步的,模块10和所述模块装配空间之间可以为滑轨连接,在所述模块装配空间上设有导轨,在模块10上设有滑块,通过所述导轨和所述滑块配合使所述模块滑动连接至所述模块装配空间上,从而使模块10更便捷的安装至所述模块装配空间内。此处模块10和所述模块装配空间之间的连接方式还可以是插槽式,此处不做限定。
优选的,结合图3和图4,新型枕100例如还包括:调节支架30。具体的,所述调节支架30例如包括:支架臂31、后部支撑件35以及角度调节装置32。其中,支架臂31和后部支撑件35可转动连接,角度调节装置32设于支架臂31和后部支撑件35之间。
具体的,支架臂31设有第一套接环33,后部支撑件35设有第二套接环 34。结合图2和图3,角度调节装置32例如包括:转轴40以及阻尼结构50,阻尼结构50可转动的套接于转轴40的外侧;其中,第一套接环33与阻尼结构50配合设置,第二套接环34与转轴40配合设置,使得支架臂31和后部支撑件35之间的角度可根据调整。
进一步的,参见图5和图7,转轴40例如包括:第二固定端41以及阻尼端42,第二固定端41远离阻尼端42的一端设有螺纹连接区域41a;结合图2,螺母41b配合连接螺纹连接区域41a。其中,第二固定端41为异形结构,第二套接环34设有与之相对应的异形安装位,第二固定端41配合设置于所述异形安装位,使得第二固定端41无法转动,并通过螺母41b和螺纹连接区域41a的配合连接防止转轴40滑出第二套接环34外。阻尼结构50可拆卸地套设于阻尼端42的外侧,第一套接环33也套设于阻尼端42的外侧,通过转动支架臂31,带动第一套接环33和阻尼结构50,并可在任意位置停止并固定。
更进一步的,参见图6和图8,阻尼结构50例如包括:第一固定端51以及调节端52,第一固定端51连接调节端52。其中,第一固定端51外侧设有外螺纹51a,第一固定端51远离调节端的一端连接第一套接环33。调节端52包括多个调节片53,调节片53围绕阻尼端42周向等间隔设置,调节片53设有第一调节端53a和第二调节端53b,第一调节端53a设于调节片53靠近第一固定端51的一端,第二调节端53b设于调节片53远离第一固定端51的一端,第一调节端53a的外径大于第二调节端53b的外径,使得调节端52套设于转轴40外侧时,支架臂31在转动到任意一个位置时,均能停止并固定,且多个调节片53配合设置的结构可提高阻尼结构50的耐用性,延长使用寿命,且易于更换。
优选的,第二套接环34例如还包括:第二上套接环(图中未示出)以及第二下套接环(图中未示出),所述第二上套接环和所述第二下套接环之间设有安装空间,第一套接环33连接阻尼结构50并设于所述安装空间内。转轴40设有两个第二固定端41,并依次穿过所述第二上套接环、第一套接环33以及所述第二下套接环,提高了调节支架100转动的稳定性。
具体的,参见图9,新型枕100例如还包括:外壳60。进一步的,U型枕本体20上还设有框架固定槽21,将调节支架30固定在框架固定槽21上后,再将外壳60设置在调节支架30背后,使调节支架30固定在U型枕本体20和外壳60之间。
优选的,外壳60远离U型枕本体20的一侧上还设有倚靠件61,倚靠件61远离U型枕本体20的一面为倚靠面,所述倚靠面为平面。
举例来说,所述倚靠面用于将新型枕100靠于其他物体的平面上,用户在使用新型枕100时,能够获得一个相对舒适的倚靠角度。而曲面的所述倚靠面不稳定,用户轻微移动就会使所述倚靠面发生滚动,从而改变所述倚靠面和其他物体平面的角度,导致新型枕100在佩戴时的支撑效果不好,相比之下平面的所述倚靠面具有更稳定的佩戴体验。
优选的,外壳60上还设有挂钩件70;进一步的,挂钩件70上设有悬挂孔。举例来说,当新型枕100未使用时,挂钩件70能够翻起,通过所述悬挂孔可用于悬挂在挂钩等固定处,使新型枕100便于安放在旅行箱得出,便于携带。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型枕,其中,包括:
    U型枕本体;
    模块装配空间,设于所述U型枕本体上;
    至少一个模块,可拆卸设于所述模块装配空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,所述至少一个模块可以是按摩、加热以及吹风中的一个或多个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,所述模块和所述模块装配空间之间为卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型枕,其中,所述模块装配空间上设有卡槽,所述模块上设有卡扣;
    其中,所述卡槽和所述卡扣配合使所述模块扣接至所述模块装配空间上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,所述模块和所述模块装配空间之间为滑轨连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型枕,其中,所述模块装配空间上设有导轨,所述模块上设有滑块;
    其中,所述导轨和所述滑块配合使所述模块滑动连接至所述模块装配空间上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,还包括:
    调节支架,设于所述U型枕本体的外侧,包括:
    支架臂;
    后部支撑件,所述后部支撑件与所述支架臂之间可转动连接;
    所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件之间设置有角度调节装置,二者之间的角度可调整。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的新型枕,其中,所述角度调节装置包括转轴以及套接在所述转轴外的阻尼结构,所述支架臂设有第一套接环,所述后部支撑件设有第二套接环,所述支架臂与所述后部支撑件分别通过所述第一套接环和所述第二套接环套接在所述转轴上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,所述U型枕本体环绕形成套接位,还包括:
    倚靠件,所述倚靠件设置在所述U型枕本体远离所述套接位的一侧,所述倚靠件远离所述U型枕本体的一面为倚靠面,所述倚靠面为平面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的新型枕,其中,还包括:
    U型枕外壳,设于所述U型枕本体的外侧;
    衬件,设于所述U型枕外壳和所述U型枕本体之间:
    挂钩件,连接所述衬件,用于悬挂所述新型枕。
