Description
本发明属于散装料储运领域,具体地涉及一种环保、安全、投资低的M型封闭料场。
在钢铁冶金行业的散装物料运输存储的过程中,通常采用筒仓存储煤、焦炭等物料,采用料堆的型式存储各种物料,筒仓和料堆分开布置,分属不同的建构筑物,土建造价高昂。也有筒仓与料堆合建的案例,中间布置筒仓,两侧布置料堆,由于筒仓两侧满料时没有消防通道,无法解决筒仓内物料自燃时的消防问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种M型封闭料场,以解决上述问题。为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种M型封闭料场,其可包括封闭大棚及布置在所述封闭大棚内的第一筒仓、第二筒仓、第一料堆、第二料堆、第一半门架刮板取料机和第二半门架刮板取料机,其中,所述第一筒仓、第一料堆和第一半门架刮板取料机与所述第二筒仓、第二料堆和第二半门架刮板取料机关于所述封闭大棚的中轴线对称布置形成M字形,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓布置在最外侧,并且所述第一料堆和所述第二料堆分别利用所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓的侧壁堆料。
进一步地,所述第一筒仓与所述第一料堆相邻的侧壁以及所述第二筒仓与 所述第二料堆相邻的侧壁做成挡墙。
进一步地,所述封闭大棚的中间设有立柱。
进一步地,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓的底部出口分别设有相应的筒仓给料设备。
进一步地,所述筒仓给料设备连接有至少一个出料皮带机。
进一步地,所述筒仓给料设备为振动给料机、圆盘给料机或者环式给料机。
进一步地,所述M型封闭料场还包括筒仓进料设备和料堆进料设备,所述筒仓进料设备用于将物料输送至所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓中,所述料堆进料设备用于将物料输送至所述第一料堆和所述第二料堆。
进一步地,所述筒仓进料设备和所述料堆进料设备分别包括相应的卸料小车和进料皮带机。
进一步地,所述封闭大棚为轻型钢结构厂房。
进一步地,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓为圆形仓或方形仓。
本发明采用上述技术方案,具有的有益效果是:本发明料堆利用筒仓侧壁堆料,省去了挡墙,能有效降低工程投资;同时由于筒仓布置在最外侧,可以利用封闭大棚外的道路作为消防通道,解决了筒仓自燃的消防问题。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1和2所示,一种M型封闭料场可包括封闭大棚1及布置在所述封闭大棚1内的第一筒仓2、第二筒仓2’、第一料堆3、第二料堆3’、第一半门架刮板取料机4和第二半门架刮板取料机4’等。第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’用于存储煤、焦炭等物料。第一料堆3和第二料堆3’用于其它种类的散装物料。第一半门架刮板取料机4和第二半门架刮板取料机4’用于将第一料堆3和第二料堆3’的散装物料取放到相应的出料皮带机或运输车上,其结构是公知的,这里不再赘述。其中,第一筒仓2、第一料堆3和第一半门架刮板取料机4与第二筒仓、第二料堆和第二半门架刮板取料机关于封闭大棚1的中轴线镜像对称布置形成M字形,使得整个料场看起来非常简洁明了,不会显得杂乱无章。第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’布置在封闭大棚1的最外侧,以能够利用封闭大棚1外的道路作为消防通道,解决了筒仓自燃的消防问题。第一料堆3和第二料堆3’分别利用第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’的侧壁21和21’堆料,省去了挡墙,能有效降低工程投资。优选地,第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’的侧壁21和21’做成挡墙。即,第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’分别与第一料堆3和第二料堆3’共用挡墙。第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’的尺寸可以根据实际需要设计。第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’可以都是圆形仓或方形仓,也可以是部分圆形仓,部分方形仓。
封闭大棚1的中间可以设置立柱11,以降低封闭大棚1的跨度,进而提高 封闭大棚1的结构安全性。封闭大棚1也可采用普通轻钢结构的厂房设计,以降低工程投资。
第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’底部出口分别设有相应的筒仓给料设备5和5’。筒仓给料设备5和5’连接有至少一个出料皮带机6和6’,以实现煤、焦炭等的出料。筒仓给料设备5和5’可以是振动给料机、圆盘给料机或者环式给料机等常用给料机。
本M型封闭料场还可包括筒仓进料设备7和7’和料堆进料设备8和8’。其中,筒仓进料设备7和7’用于将物料输送至第一筒仓2和第二筒仓2’中;以及料堆进料设备8和8’用于将物料输送至第一料堆3和第二料堆3’。具体地,筒仓进料设备7和7’和料堆进料设备备8和8’分别可包括相应的卸料小车和进料皮带机。卸料小车和进料皮带机是市场上可购得的,这里不再进一步描述。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种M型封闭料场,其特征在于,包括封闭大棚及布置在所述封闭大棚内的第一筒仓、第二筒仓、第一料堆、第二料堆、第一半门架刮板取料机和第二半门架刮板取料机,其中,所述第一筒仓、第一料堆和第一半门架刮板取料机与所述第二筒仓、第二料堆和第二半门架刮板取料机关于所述封闭大棚的中轴线镜像对称布置形成M字形,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓布置在最外侧,并且所述第一料堆和所述第二料堆分别利用所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓的侧壁堆料。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述第一筒仓与所述第一料堆相邻的侧壁以及所述第二筒仓与所述第二料堆相邻的侧壁做成挡墙。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述封闭大棚的中间设有立柱。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓的底部出口分别设有相应的筒仓给料设备。
- 如权利要求4所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述筒仓给料设备连接有至少一个出料皮带机。
- 如权利要求4或5所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述筒仓给料设备为振动给料机、圆盘给料机或者环式给料机。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,还包括筒仓进料设备和料堆进料设备,所述筒仓进料设备用于将物料输送至所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓中,所述料堆进料设备用于将物料输送至所述第一料堆和所述第二料堆。
- 如权利要求7所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述筒仓进料设备和所述料堆进料设备分别包括相应的卸料小车和进料皮带机。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述封闭大棚为轻型钢结构厂房。
- 如权利要求1所述的M型封闭料场,其特征在于,所述第一筒仓和所述第二筒仓为圆形仓或方形仓。
