本发明涉及外科创面技术领域,具体为一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置。
背景技术
创面修复:创面是正常皮肤组织在外界致伤因子如外科手术、外力、热、电流、化学物质、低温以及机体内在因素如局部血液供应障碍等作用下所导致的损害,常伴有皮肤完整性的破坏以及一定量正常组织的丢失,同时,皮肤的正常功能受损,也称为伤口或者创伤,创面修复既伤口修复。
在创面修复的过程中,需要使用到颈部固定装置,对患者颈部进行固定,现有的颈部固定装置,在实际的使用过程中,存在以下问题:现有的多对患者颈部下方进行固定,固定效果较差,患者在创面受到刺激时,极有可能导致患者向上起身,而引发一系列的医疗事故。
但对颈部进行固定,在面部创面修复时,使用者的头部具有较大的活动空间,患者头部移动,使得修复过程受阻。
相关的固定装置,安装位置较为固定,使用范围较为狭隘,不利于在医疗过程中的广泛使用。
基于此,本发明提供了一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,用以解决上述问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,具备固定效果好、多角度调节和使用范围广泛的优点,解决了现有的装置多对患者颈部下方进行固定,固定效果较差,患者在创面受到刺激时,极有可能导致患者向上起身,而引发一系列的医疗事故,但对颈部进行固定,在面部创面修复时,使用者的头部具有较大的活动空间,患者头部移动,使得修复过程受阻,且相关的固定装置,安装位置较为固定,使用范围较为狭隘,不利于在医疗过程中广泛使用的问题。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,包括L形承载板,所述L形承载板的底部设置有升降机构,所述升降机构包括固定位于L形承载板底部两侧的下叉臂,所述下叉臂的顶部设置有与L形承载板底部固定连接的上叉臂,两个下叉臂之间固定连接有固定座,所述固定座的顶部安装有电机,所述下叉臂底部的中心处贯穿设置有螺纹升降杆,所述螺纹升降杆的顶部贯穿至上叉臂的顶部并通过轴承与L形承载板的底部转动连接,所述下叉臂螺纹连接于螺纹升降杆的表面,所述电机的输出轴固定连接有驱动盘,所述螺纹升降杆的底部固定连接有受力盘,所述驱动盘与受力盘通过皮带传动连接,所述L形承载板的内腔设置有调节机构,所述调节机构包括设在L形承载板内腔底部的平移腔体,所述平移腔体的内腔滑动连接有颈部托垫,所述L形承载板的右侧贯穿设置有螺纹平移杆,所述颈部托垫的底部开设有与螺纹平移杆相适配的弧形螺纹槽,所述颈部托垫的后侧固定连接有枕垫,所述L形承载板右侧的前端设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括固定连接在L形承载板右侧的固定套,所述固定套的内腔滑动连接有旋转杆,所述旋转杆的表面套设有螺纹套,所述螺纹套的表面转动连接有连接臂,所述连接臂远离旋转杆的一端固定连接有颈部护垫,所述L形承载板内腔的后侧设置有头部固定机构,所述头部固定机构包括自L形承载板后侧贯穿至L形承载板内腔的滑动柱,所述滑动柱表面的前端固定连接有三角座,所述三角座的前侧设置有头垫,所述头垫的背表面和三角座的前侧均环形固定连接有三个固定帽,相对的两个固定帽之间焊接有弹簧一,所述L形承载板的后侧设置有阻尼机构,所述阻尼机构包括固定连接在L形承载板背表面顶部和底部的固定环,所述固定环远离滑动柱的一侧贯穿设置有阻尼销,所述阻尼销的表面套设有拉簧,所述拉簧的一端与固定环焊接,所述拉簧的另一端与阻尼销焊接,所述滑动柱表面的顶部和底部均开设有多个与阻尼销相适配的弧形凹槽,所述L形承载板底部的前侧设置有安装机构,所述安装机构包括固定连接在L形承载板底部前侧的矩形卡件,所述矩形卡件正表面的两侧均螺纹连接有螺栓,所述螺栓的后端贯穿至矩形卡件的内腔并通过轴承转动连接有夹垫,所述L形承载板内腔前侧的两端均设置有肩部固定机构,所述肩部固定机构包括固定连接在颈部托垫一侧的肩垫,所述肩垫背表面的底部固定连接有矩形滑块,所述L形承载板内腔底部的前侧开设有与矩形滑块相适配的限位滑槽,所述限位滑槽的内腔固定连接有限位柱,所述矩形滑块滑动连接于限位柱的表面,所述弧形卡钮的底部固定连接有转盘。

随后患者将头部枕在枕垫35的顶部,同时颈部位于颈部托垫32的内腔,使用者下拉转盘20并旋转四十五度,松开转盘20,使得弧形卡钮21进入另一个弧形卡槽22的内腔,此时颈部护垫44位于患者颈部的上方,转动螺纹套45,螺纹套45在旋转杆42的表面带动连接臂43螺纹下降,使得颈部护垫44与颈部托垫32对患者的颈部进行包裹,随后使用者适当转动螺纹平移杆33,螺纹平移杆33通过弧形螺纹槽34的配合使用,驱动颈部托垫32滑动些许距离,对患者的肩部进行固定,接着,使用者通过滑动滑动柱61,使得弧形凹槽74对阻尼销72反复拨动,直至头垫63对患者头部进行弹性挤压,使得使用者的颈部、肩部和头部均得以固定。
通过以上步骤的操作,即可达到固定效果好、多角度调节和使用范围广泛的目的。

  1. 一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,包括L形承载板(1),其特征在于:所述L形承载板(1)的底部设置有升降机构(2),所述升降机构(2)包括固定位于L形承载板(1)底部两侧的下叉臂(201),所述下叉臂(201)的顶部设置有与L形承载板(1)底部固定连接的上叉臂(202),两个下叉臂(201)之间固定连接有固定座(5),所述固定座(5)的顶部安装有电机(203),所述下叉臂(201)底部的中心处贯穿设置有螺纹升降杆(204),所述螺纹升降杆(204)的顶部贯穿至上叉臂(202)的顶部并通过轴承与L形承载板(1)的底部转动连接,所述下叉臂(201)螺纹连接于螺纹升降杆(204)的表面,所述电机(203)的输出轴固定连接有驱动盘(205),所述螺纹升降杆(204)的底部固定连接有受力盘(206),所述驱动盘(205)与受力盘(206)通过皮带传动连接,所述L形承载板(1)的内腔设置有调节机构(3),所述调节机构(3)包括设在L形承载板(1)内腔底部的平移腔体(31),所述平移腔体(31)的内腔滑动连接有颈部托垫(32),所述L形承载板(1)的右侧贯穿设置有螺纹平移杆(33),所述颈部托垫(32)的底部开设有与螺纹平移杆(33)相适配的弧形螺纹槽(34),所述颈部托垫(32)的后侧固定连接有枕垫(35),所述L形承载板(1)右侧的前端设置有旋转机构(4),所述旋转机构(4)包括固定连接在L形承载板(1)右侧的固定套(41),所述固定套(41)的内腔滑动连接有旋转杆(42),所述旋转杆(42)的表面套设有螺纹套(45),所述螺纹套(45)的表面转动连接有连接臂(43),所述连接臂(43)远离旋转杆(42)的一端固定连接有颈部护垫(44),所述L形承载板(1)内腔的后侧设置有头部固定机构(6),所述头部固定机构(6)包括自L形承载板(1)后侧贯穿至L形承载板(1)内腔的滑动柱(61),所述滑动柱(61)表面的前端固定连接有三角座(62),所述三角座(62)的前侧设置有头垫(63),所述头垫(63)的背表面和三角座(62)的前侧均环形固定连接有三个固定帽(64),相对的两个固定帽(64)之间焊接有弹簧一(65),所述L形承载板(1)的后侧设置有阻尼机构(7),所述阻尼机构(7)包括固定连接在L形承载板(1)背表面顶部和底部的固定环(71),所述固定环(71)远离滑动柱(61)的一侧贯穿设置有阻尼销(72),所述阻尼销(72)的表面套设有拉簧(73),所述拉簧(73)的一端与固定环(71)焊接,所述拉簧(73)的另一端与阻尼销(72)焊接,所述滑动柱(61)表面的顶部和底部均开设有多个与阻尼销(72)相适配的弧形凹槽(74),所述L形承载板(1)底部的前侧设置有安装机构(8),所述安装机构(8)包括固定连接在L形承载板(1)底部前侧的矩形卡件(81),所述矩形卡件(81)正表面的两侧均螺纹连接有螺栓(82),所述螺栓(82)的后端贯穿至矩形卡件(81)的内腔并通过轴承转动连接有夹垫(83),所述L形承载板(1)内腔前侧的两端均设置有肩部固定机构(9),所述肩部固定机构(9)包括固定连接在颈部托垫(32)一侧的肩垫(91),所述肩垫(91)背表面的底部固定连接有矩形滑块(92),所述L形承载板(1)内腔底部的前侧开设有与矩形滑块(92)相适配的限位滑槽(93),所述限位滑槽(93)的内腔固定连接有限位柱(94),所述矩形滑块(92)滑动连接于限位柱(94)的表面,所述旋转杆(42)的底部固定连接有转盘(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述颈部托垫(32)两侧的底部均固定连接有矩形限位条(10),所述平移腔体(31)内腔的两侧均开设有与矩形限位条(10)相适配的矩形滑槽(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述L形承载板(1)顶部的右侧固定连接有固定柱(12),所述固定柱(12)表面的顶部转动连接有灯板(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述下叉臂(201)顶部的前侧和后侧均固定连接有矩形套管(14),所述矩形套管(14)的内腔滑动连接有固定连接在上叉臂(202)底部的矩形板(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述下叉臂(201)底部的前侧和后端均安装有万向轮(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述颈部护垫(44)内腔的两侧均粘合有橡胶垫(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述旋转杆(42)的顶部及其表面的底部均固定连接有固定盘(18),所述旋转杆(42)表面的底部套设有弹簧二(19),所述弹簧二(19)的顶端与底端分别与固定盘(18)和固定套(41)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述转盘(20)顶部的一侧固定连接有弧形卡钮(21),所述固定套(41)底部的左侧及前侧均开设有与弧形卡钮(21)相适配的弧形卡槽(22)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:两个固定盘(18)相对一侧的两端均固定连接有导向柱(23),所述固定套(41)和连接臂(43)分别滑动连接在两个导向柱(23)的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于外科创面修复的手术台颈部固定装置,其特征在于:所述旋转杆(42)表面位于两个固定盘(18)之间设置有与螺纹套(45)相适配的外螺纹。
