本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述限位轨内腔的顶部和底部均固定连接有限位滑块,所述螺纹杆一的顶部和底部均开设有与限位滑块相适配的限位滑槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过限位轨和限位滑块的配合使用,当螺纹杆一移动时,限位滑块会在螺纹杆一上的凹槽内滑动,以此对螺纹杆一进行限位,保证螺纹杆一移动时的稳定性,确保螺纹杆一能够正常顺利的直线移动,避免螺纹杆一跟随蜗杆转动,方便使用者操作。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述高度调节机构包括固定安装在两个螺纹杆一上的固定架,所述固定架内腔底部的两侧均转动连接有长丝杆,所述固定架内腔底部的中心处固定安装有电机一,所述电机一的输出轴固定安装有齿轮一,两个长丝杆的表面均固定连接有与齿轮一啮合的齿轮二,所述长丝杆的顶端贯穿至固定架的顶部并螺纹连接有螺纹管。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述螺纹管一侧的底部固定安装有连接板,所述连接板底部的一侧固定连接有限位滑杆,所述限位滑杆的底端贯穿至固定架的底部并与固定架活动连接。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述夹持机构包括固定安装在两个螺纹管上的导向安装架,所述导向安装架的两侧均螺纹连接有螺纹杆二,所述螺纹杆二的一端固定安装有把手。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述螺纹杆二远离把手的一端贯穿至导向安装架的内侧并与夹持板固定连接。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述下肢翻转台包括活动安装在手术台躺板一侧的翻转板,所述翻转板底部的两侧均活动安装有伸缩限位机构,所述翻转板底部的中心处活动连接有推动气缸,所述伸缩限位机构远离翻转板的一端活动安装在手术台底座上,所述推动气缸远离翻转板的一端活动安装在手术台底座上。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述伸缩限位机构包括固定安装在手术台底座上的固定架二和固定安装在翻转板上的固定架一,所述固定架二的内腔活动安装有长管,所述长管的内腔活动连接有活动杆,所述活动杆的一端固定连接有弹簧,所述活动杆的另一端与固定架一活动连接,所述弹簧的一端固定连接在长管的内壁上。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过伸缩限位机构的设置,在翻转板翻转时,活动杆能够在长管的内腔滑动,并且压缩弹簧,这时便能够对翻转板进行限位,保证翻转板翻转时的稳定性,其中活动杆和长管分别在固定架二和固定架一的内腔转动,从而使得长管和活动杆不会限制翻转板的翻转,保证翻转板翻转时的灵活性,方便使用者使用。
本发明如上所述的用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,进一步:所述保护头枕为填充海绵内芯的头枕,所述夹持板的内侧设置有海绵护垫。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:1、本发明通过在实际使用时,两个夹持板相向移动,然后对患者的头部进行夹持固定,保证患者头部的稳定性,以便于对患者进行面部手术,保证面部手术的精准性,同时也能够减少失误的出现,有助于手术后伤口的恢复,而且当夹持板低于头部的高度时,能够进行实时的调节,从而方便使用者对患者的头部进行固定,使用灵活度高,能够满足实际使用需求,方便使用者使用,该用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,具备能够对患者的头部进行固定,保证头部不易晃动,具备可调节的优点,解决了没有用于固定面部的辅助架,在手术进行的过程中,患者的面部无法被固定,容易晃动,如果是在下刀时,患者的头部晃动,那么容易使得手术创口被扩大,难以按照事先的计划进行手术,甚至是损伤到重要的部位,对患者造成难以挽回的伤害,而且也不利于手术后的恢复,难以进行调节,即使有固定头部的结构,也是不具备调节功能的,如此便难以根据患者头部的大小进行适当的调节,难以满足患者的使用需求,而且在手术过程中,难以保证头部的不会晃动,稳定性差,不方便使用者使用的问题。
2、本发明通过限位轨和限位滑块的配合使用,当螺纹杆一移动时,限位滑块会在螺纹杆一上的凹槽内滑动,以此对螺纹杆一进行限位,保证螺纹杆一移动时的稳定性,确保螺纹杆一能够正常顺利的直线移动,避免螺纹杆一跟随蜗杆转动,方便使用者操作。
3、本发明通过伸缩限位机构的设置,在翻转板翻转时,活动杆能够在长管的内腔滑动,并且压缩弹簧,这时便能够对翻转板进行限位,保证翻转板翻转时的稳定性,其中活动杆和长管分别在固定架二和固定架一的内腔转动,从而使得长管和活动杆不会限制翻转板的翻转,保证翻转板翻转时的灵活性,方便使用者使用。

请参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,包括手术台底座1,手术台底座1的顶部固定安装有手术台躺板2,手术台躺板2表面的左端设置有移动机构3,移动机构3的左侧设置有高度调节机构4,高度调节机构4的顶部设置有夹持机构5,夹持机构5的内侧固定安装有夹持板6,手术台躺板2的右侧设置有下肢翻转台7,手术台躺板2顶部的左侧固定安装有保护头枕8,移动机构3包括固定安装在手术台躺板2前侧和后侧的两个限位轨32以及固定安装在手术台躺板2前侧的一个固定壳31,限位轨32的内腔活动连接有螺纹杆一33,前侧螺纹杆一33的右端贯穿至固定壳31的右侧,固定壳31内腔的底部固定安装有电机二35,电机二35的输出轴固定安装有蜗轮36,固定壳31内腔的顶部固定连接有固定板37,固定板37的一侧贯穿设置有轴承38,轴承38的内部固定安装有蜗杆39,蜗杆39套设在螺纹杆一33的表面并与螺纹杆一33螺纹连接,限位轨32内腔的顶部和底部均固定连接有限位滑块34,螺纹杆一33的顶部和底部均开设有与限位滑块34相适配的限位滑槽,通过限位轨32和限位滑块34的配合使用,当螺纹杆一33移动时,限位滑块34会在螺纹杆一33上的凹槽内滑动,以此对螺纹杆一33进行限位,保证螺纹杆一33移动时的稳定性,确保螺纹杆一33能够正常顺利的直线移动,避免螺纹杆一33跟随蜗杆39转动,方便使用者操作,高度调节机构4包括固定安装在两个螺纹杆一33上的固定架41,固定架41内腔底部的两侧均转动连接有长丝杆44,固定架41内腔底部的中心处固定安装有电机一42,电机一42的输出轴固定安装有齿轮一43,两个长丝杆44的表面均固定连接有与齿轮一43啮合的齿轮二45,长丝杆44的顶端贯穿至固定架41的顶部并螺纹连接有螺纹管48,螺纹管48一侧的底部固定安装有连接板47,连接板47底部的一侧固定连接有限位滑杆46,限位滑杆46的底端贯穿至固定架41的底部并与固定架41活动连接,夹持机构5包括固定安装在两个螺纹管48上的导向安装架51,导向安装架51的两侧均螺纹连接有螺纹杆二52,螺纹杆二52的一端固定安装有把手53,螺纹杆二52远离把手53的一端贯穿至导向安装架51的内侧并与夹持板6固定连接,下肢翻转台7包括活动安装在手术台躺板2一侧的翻转板71,翻转板71底部的两侧均活动安装有伸缩限位机构73,翻转板71底部的中心处活动连接有推动气缸72,伸缩限位机构73远离翻转板71的一端活动安装在手术台底座1上,推动气缸72远离翻转板71的一端活动安装在手术台底座1上,伸缩限位机构73包括固定安装在手术台底座1上的固定架二735和固定安装在翻转板71上的固定架一734,固定架二735的内腔活动安装有长管731,长管731的内腔活动连接有活动杆733,活动杆733的一端固定连接有弹簧732,活动杆733的另一端与固定架一734活动连接,弹簧732的一端固定连接在长管731的内壁上,通过伸缩限位机构73的设置,在翻转板71翻转时,活动杆733能够在长管731的内腔滑动,并且压缩弹簧732,这时便能够对翻转板71进行限位,保证翻转板71翻转时的稳定性,其中活动杆733和长管731分别在固定架二735和固定架一734的内腔转动,从而使得长管731和活动杆733不会限制翻转板71的翻转,保证翻转板71翻转时的灵活性,方便使用者使用,保护头枕8为填充海绵内芯的头枕,夹持板6的内侧设置有海绵护垫。
工作原理:本发明在实际使用时,使用者可以先坐在手术台躺板2的边缘处,然后启动推动气缸72将翻转板71缓缓顶起,这时翻转板71便能够将患者的下肢逐渐抬起,患者便能够逐渐躺平,并且头部枕在8上,然后患者调整好合适的姿势,这时使用者再启动电机二35带动蜗轮36转动,蜗轮36带动蜗杆39转动,其中蜗杆39通过轴承38在固定板37上转动,以此能够保证蜗杆39转动时的稳定性,蜗杆39转动时则会带动螺纹杆一33移动,当螺纹杆一33向下肢翻转台7的方向移动时,便能够带动夹持板6向下肢翻转台7的方向移动,当夹持板6移动至合适的位置后,使用者转动把手53,把手53带动螺纹杆二52转动,螺纹杆二52则会向导向安装架51的内部移动,螺纹杆二52推动夹持板6移动,两个夹持板6相向移动,然后对患者的头部进行夹持固定,保证患者头部的稳定性,以便于对患者进行面部手术,保证面部手术的精准性,同时也能够减少失误的出现,有助于手术后伤口的恢复,如果在实际操作时,两个夹持板6低于头部的高度,那么使用者还可以启动电机一42带动齿轮一43转动,齿轮一43带动两个齿轮二45转动,两个齿轮二45背向转动,从而能够带动两个长丝杆44背向转动,长丝杆44转动时会带动螺纹管48上移,螺纹管48则会带动整个夹持机构5上移,以此进行高度的调节,如此当夹持板6低于头部的高度时,能够进行实时的调节,从而方便使用者对患者的头部进行固定,使用灵活度高,能够满足实际使用需求,方便使用者使用,其中,当螺纹杆一33移动时,限位滑块34会在螺纹杆一33上的凹槽内滑动,以此对螺纹杆一33进行限位,保证螺纹杆一33移动时的稳定性,确保螺纹杆一33能够正常顺利的直线移动,避免螺纹杆一33跟随蜗杆39转动,方便使用者操作,通过伸缩限位机构73的设置,在翻转板71翻转时,活动杆733能够在长管731的内腔滑动,并且压缩弹簧732,这时便能够对翻转板71进行限位,保证翻转板71翻转时的稳定性,其中活动杆733和长管731分别在固定架二735和固定架一734的内腔转动,从而使得长管731和活动杆733不会限制翻转板71的翻转,保证翻转板71翻转时的灵活性,方便使用者使用。

  1. 一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,包括手术台底座(1),其特征在于:所述手术台底座(1)的顶部固定安装有手术台躺板(2),所述手术台躺板(2)表面的左端设置有移动机构(3),所述移动机构(3)的左侧设置有高度调节机构(4),所述高度调节机构(4)的顶部设置有夹持机构(5),所述夹持机构(5)的内侧固定安装有夹持板(6),所述手术台躺板(2)的右侧设置有下肢翻转台(7),所述手术台躺板(2)顶部的左侧固定安装有保护头枕(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述移动机构(3)包括固定安装在手术台躺板(2)前侧和后侧的两个限位轨(32)以及固定安装在手术台躺板(2)前侧的一个固定壳(31),所述限位轨(32)的内腔活动连接有螺纹杆一(33),前侧螺纹杆一(33)的右端贯穿至固定壳(31)的右侧,所述固定壳(31)内腔的底部固定安装有电机二(35),所述电机二(35)的输出轴固定安装有蜗轮(36),所述固定壳(31)内腔的顶部固定连接有固定板(37),所述固定板(37)的一侧贯穿设置有轴承(38),所述轴承(38)的内部固定安装有蜗杆(39),所述蜗杆(39)套设在螺纹杆一(33)的表面并与螺纹杆一(33)螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述限位轨(32)内腔的顶部和底部均固定连接有限位滑块(34),所述螺纹杆一(33)的顶部和底部均开设有与限位滑块(34)相适配的限位滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述高度调节机构(4)包括固定安装在两个螺纹杆一(33)上的固定架(41),所述固定架(41)内腔底部的两侧均转动连接有长丝杆(44),所述固定架(41)内腔底部的中心处固定安装有电机一(42),所述电机一(42)的输出轴固定安装有齿轮一(43),两个长丝杆(44)的表面均固定连接有与齿轮一(43)啮合的齿轮二(45),所述长丝杆(44)的顶端贯穿至固定架(41)的顶部并螺纹连接有螺纹管(48)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述螺纹管(48)一侧的底部固定安装有连接板(47),所述连接板(47)底部的一侧固定连接有限位滑杆(46),所述限位滑杆(46)的底端贯穿至固定架(41)的底部并与固定架(41)活动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述夹持机构(5)包括固定安装在两个螺纹管(48)上的导向安装架(51),所述导向安装架(51)的两侧均螺纹连接有螺纹杆二(52),所述螺纹杆二(52)的一端固定安装有把手(53)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆二(52)远离把手(53)的一端贯穿至导向安装架(51)的内侧并与夹持板(6)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述下肢翻转台(7)包括活动安装在手术台躺板(2)一侧的翻转板(71),所述翻转板(71)底部的两侧均活动安装有伸缩限位机构(73),所述翻转板(71)底部的中心处活动连接有推动气缸(72),所述伸缩限位机构(73)远离翻转板(71)的一端活动安装在手术台底座(1)上,所述推动气缸(72)远离翻转板(71)的一端活动安装在手术台底座(1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述伸缩限位机构(73)包括固定安装在手术台底座(1)上的固定架二(735)和固定安装在翻转板(71)上的固定架一(734),所述固定架二(735)的内腔活动安装有长管(731),所述长管(731)的内腔活动连接有活动杆(733),所述活动杆(733)的一端固定连接有弹簧(732),所述活动杆(733)的另一端与固定架一(734)活动连接,所述弹簧(732)的一端固定连接在长管(731)的内壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于患者创面修复的手术台面部辅助架,其特征在于:所述保护头枕(8)为填充海绵内芯的头枕,所述夹持板(6)的内侧设置有海绵护垫。
