Description

一种包装容器 技术领域
本发明涉及容器技术领域，特别涉及一种包装容器。
背景技术
现有的包装容器一般包括容器本体和容器盖，通常容器本体与容器盖仅通过螺纹或者简单的卡扣连接，儿童能够轻易地将其打开。当容器内装有易误食的小颗粒物品或者有高危物品的时候，儿童能够打开易发生误食或误触等危险，严重的可能危及儿童生命，故需要一种儿童不能轻易开启的容器容置这些物品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一，提供一种包装容器，能够防止低龄儿童开启，避免危险。
根据本发明的第一方面，提供一种包装容器，包括瓶身，用于容置物品；转接台，设置在所述瓶身上端；第一连接组件，连接所述瓶身和所述转接台；瓶盖，可拆卸地套设在所述转接台上，用于密封；以及第二连接组件，连接所述瓶盖和所述转接台。
有益效果：本包装容器包括瓶身、转接台、第一连接组件、瓶盖以及第二连接组件。转接台通过第一连接组件设置在瓶身上端。瓶盖可通过第二连接组件与转接台连接。容器拆分为瓶身和转接台可以便于容器顶部部分的脱模，降低生产成本。第二连接组件连接的瓶盖，可以有效防止低龄儿童开启，避免危险。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述第一连接组件包括：卡片，设置在所述转接台上并向下延伸，所述卡片上设有凸台；以及插槽，设置在所述瓶身的内壁上，所述卡片可插设在所述插槽中，所述插槽上开设有卡槽，所述卡槽可容置所述凸台。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述第一连接组件的数量至少为两个。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述转接台上端开设有瓶口，所述瓶口为向上延伸的凸缘，所述瓶口的直径大于60mm，所述瓶口的直径小于160mm。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，卡块，设置在所述瓶口上；以及卡勾，设置在所述瓶盖上，所述卡勾可以钩住所述卡块从而锁紧所述瓶盖。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述卡勾中部设有支点，按压所述卡勾上部，所述卡勾的下端与所述卡块分离。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述第二连接组件的数量至少为两组。
根据本发明所述的一种包装容器，所述第二连接组件的数量为两组，两组所述第二连接组件相对设置。

具体实施方式
本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例，本发明之较佳实施例在附图中示出，附图的作用在于用图形补充说明书文字部分的描述，使人能够直观地、形象地理解本发明的每个技术特征和整体技术方案，但其不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
在本发明的描述中，需要理解的是，涉及到方位描述，例如上、下、前、后、 左、右等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

参照图1和图2，一种包装容器包括瓶身10、转接台20、第一连接组件30、瓶盖40以及第二连接组件50。瓶身10用于容置物品。转接台20设置在瓶身10上端。第一连接组件30连接瓶身10和转接台20。瓶盖40可拆卸地套设在转接台20上，用于密封。第二连接组件50连接瓶盖40和转接台20。
当然，值得说明的是，将容器体分为转接台20和瓶身10可以便于脱模，降低设计难度以及生产成本。
参照图2和图3，第一连接组件30包括：卡片31以及插槽32。卡片31设置在转接台20上并向下延伸。卡片31上设有凸台311。插槽32设置在瓶身10的内壁上。卡片31可插设在插槽32中。插槽32上开设有卡槽321。卡槽321可容置凸台311。
进一步地，第一连接组件30的数量至少为两个。可以理解的是，至少需要两个第一连接组件30才能保证较好的连接稳固性，防止转接台20和瓶身10脱离。当然，值得说明的是，在本实施例中设有四个连接组件30，四个连接组件30分别位于瓶身10的四个面中部。
参照图2，转接台20上端开设有瓶口21。瓶口21为向上延伸的凸缘。瓶口 21的直径大于60mm，瓶口21的直径小于160mm。
参照图2和图4，第二连接组件50包括：卡块51以及卡勾52。卡块51设置在瓶口21上。卡勾52设置在瓶盖40上。卡勾52可以钩住卡块51从而锁紧瓶盖40。
参照图4，卡勾52中部设有支点521，按压卡勾52上部，卡勾52的下端与卡块51分离。
进一步地，第二连接组件50的数量至少为两组。可以理解的是，第二连接组件50的数量至少为两组，也可以为三组或者四组。但是需要注意的是，任意两组不相邻的第二连接组件50之间的距离大于60mm且小于160mm。这样的间距设置是为了在成人能够单手开启的情况下保证低龄儿童无法单手开启。
参照图5，第二连接组件50的数量为两组，两组第二连接组件50相对设置。在本实施例中，优选的设置了两组第二连接组件50。是在保证低龄儿童无法单手开启的情况下，节约生产成本，同时便于成人单手开启。
本包装容器需要打开时，使用者只需按压各处卡勾52的上端，使卡勾52的下端与卡块51分离即可向上提升瓶盖40，打开包装容器。本包装容器需要闭合时，使用者只需要将瓶盖40对准瓶口21进行按压，卡勾52下端的斜面与卡块51上端的斜面贴合后卡勾52会绕过卡块51向下滑动。卡勾52的下端绕过卡块51后在弹性作用下钩住卡块51完成瓶盖40的锁紧。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明，但是本发明不限于上述实施例，在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内，还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种包装容器，其特征在于，包括：
    瓶身(10)，用于容置物品；
    转接台(20)，设置在所述瓶身(10)上端；
    第一连接组件(30)，连接所述瓶身(10)和所述转接台(20)；
    瓶盖(40)，可拆卸地套设在所述转接台(20)上，用于密封；以及
    第二连接组件(50)，连接所述瓶盖(40)和所述转接台(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述第一连接组件(30)包括：
    卡片(31)，设置在所述转接台(20)上并向下延伸，所述卡片(31)上设有凸台(311)；以及
    插槽(32)，设置在所述瓶身(10)的内壁上，所述卡片(31)可插设在所述插槽(32)中，所述插槽(32)上开设有卡槽(321)，所述卡槽(321)可容置所述凸台(311)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述第一连接组件(30)的数量至少为两个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述转接台(20)上端开设有瓶口(21)，所述瓶口(21)为向上延伸的凸缘，所述瓶口(21)的直径大于60mm，所述瓶口(21)的直径小于160mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述第二连接组件(50)包括：
    卡块(51)，设置在所述瓶口(21)上；以及
    卡勾(52)，设置在所述瓶盖(40)上，所述卡勾(52)可以钩住所述卡块(51)从而锁紧所述瓶盖(40)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述卡勾(52)中部设有支点(521)，按压所述卡勾(52)上部，所述卡勾(52)的下端与所述 卡块(51)分离。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述第二连接组件(50)的数量至少为两组。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种包装容器，其特征在于，所述第二连接组件(50)的数量为两组，两组所述第二连接组件(50)相对设置。
