Abstract
Disclosed is a heat dissipation and air exhaust device of a power distribution cabinet, which belongs to the technical field of electromechanical apparatuses. The bottom of a power distribution cabinet body is provided with a vent hole which is connected to an air inlet pipeline, an air inlet and noise reduction structure is arranged in the air inlet pipeline, a fan fixing frame is fixedly arranged on a bottom plate of the power distribution cabinet body, an air exhaust fan is detachably arranged in the fan fixing frame, the air exhaust fan and the vent hole are coaxially arranged, the air exhaust fan has an upward wind direction, and the top of the fan fixing frame is provided with an air exhaust and noise reduction structure; and the air exhaust and noise reduction structure comprises a mounting frame and guide plates, a plurality of guide plates are uniformly arranged at intervals in the length direction of the mounting frame, and the guide plates are detachably connected to the mounting frame. With the aid of the design of the present invention, noise generated by the exhaust fan during heat dissipation can be reduced by a lot; moreover, the guide plates are detachably mounted, so that it is convenient to clean the guide plates regularly, and the stability of electric appliances in the power distribution cabinet during working is effectively improved.
