具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图1-13,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参考图1,本实施例提供一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,为了实现其接线比较方便,便于安装施工的目的,同时使得其内部通风情况良好的目的,该带有防雷功能的电气柜主要由底部支撑组件1、主体结构2、接线组件3以及通风组件4组成。
其中:
主体结构2设在底部支撑组件1的上部,接线组件3以及通风组件4均设置在主体结构2上;
接线组件3用于接入以及引出线缆;
通风组件4用于让主体结构2内部的空气与外部的空气交换流通。
上述设置的接线组件3使得其接线比较方便,便于安装施工,设置的通风组件4使得其内部通风情况良好,可防止其内部温度升高,影响电气元件的使用性能。
具体的,如图1-3所示,在本实施例中,为了实现底部支撑组件1具备除尘的功能,设置的底部支撑组件1主要由中空底座101、支脚106、收纳盒102以及粘尘垫103组成,其中,中空底座101的上部和底部均为开口结构,且中空底座101的侧壁上开设有贯穿槽105,支脚106固定安装在中空底座101的底部,收纳盒102穿过贯穿槽105并滑动安装在中空底座101的内部,且收纳盒102的前壁上嵌装有透明盖板104,粘尘垫103放置在收纳盒102的内部,且粘尘垫103的粘尘面朝上设置,其中,主体结构2内部产生的灰尘会落在粘尘垫103的上部,从而使得该电气柜具备除尘的功能,且在粘尘垫103上收集 有较多灰尘时可将收纳盒102从贯穿槽105中抽出,将最上层的粘尘垫103撕掉,从而使得该电气柜对收集的灰尘处理比较方便,另外,设置的透明盖板104用于查看粘尘垫103上收集的灰尘的情况,以便于及时撕掉最上层的粘尘垫103,以保证除尘效果。
具体的,如图1-4所示,在本实施例中,为了使得收纳盒102从贯穿槽105中抽出以及进入更加方便,设置的底部支撑组件1还具有连接块108、电动推杆109以及控制开关107,其中,连接块108固定安装在收纳盒102的底部,电动推杆109固定安装在中空底座101的底部,且电动推杆109的伸缩端与连接块108的一侧面固定连接,电动推杆109用于驱动收纳盒102进出中空底座101的内部,控制开关107固定安装在中空底座101的外侧壁上,且控制开关107通过导线与电动推杆109电性连接,其中,控制开关107用于控制电动推杆109工作,设置的电动推杆109用于驱动连接块108带动收纳盒102从贯穿槽105中抽出以及进入。
具体的,如图1和2所示,在本实施例中,为了实现便于对柜体201内部的电气元件进行安装以及维护的目的,设置的主体结构2主要由柜体201、前柜门202、后柜门205以及空气滤芯208组成,其中,柜体201固定安装在中空底座101的上部,且柜体201的底壁为镂空结构,前柜门202铰接在柜体201的前部,前柜门202上嵌装有第一透明观察窗203,且前柜门202上靠近其一侧边缘安装有第一把手锁204,后柜门205铰接在柜体201的后部,后柜门205上嵌装有第二透明观察窗206,且后柜门205上靠近其一侧边缘安装有第二把手锁207,空气滤芯208嵌装在后柜门205上上,设置的将柜体201的底壁设置为镂空结构,使得柜体201内部的灰尘可以通过柜体201的底壁落到粘尘垫103的上部,设置的前柜门202以及后柜门205,使得柜体201的前部和后都可以打开,便于对柜体201内部的电气元件进行安装以及维护,设置的第一把手锁204使得前柜门202可以上锁,设置的第二把手锁207使得后柜门205可以上锁,设置的第一透明观察窗203以及第二透明观察窗206便于观察柜体201内部的情况,设置的空气滤芯208使得柜体201内部具备通风的条件,以保证通风组件4可以正常工作,另外,设置的空气滤芯208可有效降低柜体 201内部进入的灰尘量。
具体的,如图1-2和10所示,在本实施例中,为了实现照明功能,设置的柜体201的顶壁底部还设有两组照明组件,两组照明组件分别对应前柜门202以及后柜门205设置,每组照明组件均由灯座209、灯管210以及行程开关211组成,其中,灯座209固定安装在柜体201的顶壁底部,灯管210安装在灯座209上,行程开关211固定安装在灯座209的侧部,且行程开关211通过导线与灯管210串联连接,对应位置的行程开关211分别与前柜门202以及后柜门205相互配合设置,在使用时,在打开前柜门202或者后柜门205时,使得行程开关211自动导通,从而使得灯管210可以自动开启,为检修人员提供照明,为检修人员提供检修便利,在关闭前柜门202或者后柜门205时,使得行程开关211自动关闭,从而使得灯管210可以自动熄灭,使得该照明组件使用比较方便。
具体的,如图1-2、5、7和10所示,在本实施例中,为了接线组件3的接线功能,设置的接线组件3主要由接线盒301、穿线孔313、若干穿线锁紧帽312、立板302以及若干组接线单元组成,其中,接线盒301固定安装在柜体201的顶壁上部,若干穿线锁紧帽312分别固定安装在接线盒301的两端壁外侧面上,且若干穿线锁紧帽312均与接线盒301的内部相连通,设置的穿线孔313开设在在柜体201的顶壁上,且穿线孔313分别与接线盒301的内部以及柜体201的内部相连通,设置的立板302固定安装在柜体201的顶壁与底壁之间,且立板302与柜体201的两侧壁之间具有间隙,该间隙使得柜体201的内部具有空气流通的通道,若干组接线单元均设置在立板302上,设置的接线组件3主要接线盒301用于接入以及引出线缆,若干穿线锁紧帽312用于将接入以及引出的线缆固定在接线盒301的端壁上,设置的穿线孔313用于接线盒301的内部与柜体201内部连通的通道,用于穿插线缆,设置的立板302用作安装若干组接线单元的基础,设置的若干组接线单元用于安装电气元件。
具体的,如图1-2、5以及7-9所示,在本实施例中,为了实现防雷以及便于接线的目的,设置的每组接线单元均由若干个电涌保护器303、接地铜排304、若干个继电器305、接线排306以及安装板307组成,其中,设置的电涌 保护器303以及接地铜排304均固定安装在立板302朝向后柜门205的一侧面上,设置的继电器305、接线排306以及安装板307均固定安装在立板302朝向前柜门202的一侧面上,其中,设置的接线单元设置的电涌保护器303用于对间接雷电和直接雷电影响或其他瞬时过压的电涌进行保护,以防止柜体201内部的电气元件遭受雷击,设置的接地铜排304用于电涌保护器303有效接地,设置的若干个继电器305用于控制柜体201内部的电气元件进行工作,接线排306以及安装板307用于接入电气元件,因此由若干个电涌保护器303、接地铜排304、若干个继电器305、接线排306以及安装板307组成的接线单元,便于接线,且具备防雷功能,可以防止柜体201内部的电气元件遭受雷击,从而保证电气元件的使用寿命。
具体的,如图1-2和8所示,在本实施例中,为了使得柜体201内部的线缆有条不紊,便于后期检修,设置的立板302上靠近其底端还设有压线单元,其中,设置的压线单元主要由两个导轨308、压板309、螺纹杆310以及手柄311构成,其中将两个导轨308均固定安装在立板302朝向后柜门205的一侧面上,两个导轨308均垂直于立板302设置,压板309滑动安装在两个导轨308之间,且压板309平行于立板302设置,螺纹杆310螺接在压板309的中心位置处,且螺纹杆310垂直于压板309设置,螺纹杆310的一端通过轴承与立板302转动连接,手柄311固定安装在螺纹杆310的另一端端部,设置的压线单元用于将引入柜体201内部的线缆压紧,可防止引入柜体201内部的线缆凌乱分布,使得该柜体201内部的线缆有条不紊,便于后期检修,使用时,将引入柜体201内部的线缆穿过压板309与立板302之间,然后通过手柄311转动螺纹杆310驱动压板309沿着两个导轨308朝向立板302靠近将穿过压板309与立板302之间的线缆压紧。
具体的,如图1-2和10-11所示,在本实施例中,为了实现通风散热目的,设置的通风组件4主要由通风壳体401以及风扇402组成,其中,将通风壳体401固定安装在柜体201的顶壁上部,且通风壳体401的两端端壁上均开设有通风孔403,通风孔403与空气滤芯208之间形成贯穿柜体201内部的通风风道,风扇402嵌装在通风壳体401的底壁与柜体201的顶壁交界处,且风扇 402位于通风风道中,风扇402用于向柜体201的内部吹风,设置的风扇402工作时将外界的空气通过风扇402引入柜体201的内部,在外界的空气通过通风风道进入柜体201内部的过程中使得流动的空气中的灰尘通过柜体201镂空结构的底壁落在粘尘垫103的上部,提高该电气柜的除尘效果的同时,还实现了对柜体201内部通风散热的目的。
具体的,如图11和12所示,在本实施例中,为了进一步提高电气柜的防尘性能,设置的通风壳体401的两端端壁外侧面上均固定安装有插槽体404,插槽体404的内部插接有插板405,插板405上嵌装有过滤网406,且插板405上靠近其一端开设有插入孔407,过滤网406用于遮住通风孔403,可利用设置的过滤网406将通风孔403遮住,可降低外界空气中的灰尘通过通风孔403进入通风壳体401的内部的灰尘量,从而进一步提高该电气柜的防尘性能,插板405采用可拆卸设置,便于后期拆装过滤网406进行清洁,从而提高该电气柜的实用性。
具体的,如图1-2、6、7和13所示,在本实施例中,上述的带有防雷功能的电气柜还包括两组设置在柜体201两侧壁上的灭火组件5,每组灭火组件5均包括扁平状存储盒501以及“日”字形管道502,扁平状存储盒501固定安装在柜体201的外侧壁上,且扁平状存储盒501的内部注入有二氧化碳灭火剂,扁平状存储盒501的底部设有注入管504,注入管504上安装有导通方向朝向扁平状存储盒501内部的单向阀505,“日”字形管道502固定安装在柜体201的内侧壁上,且“日”字形管道502朝向立板302的一侧面上均匀开设有若干喷孔,若干喷孔的内部均封装有热熔封堵块503。
上述设置的灭火组件5主要由扁平状存储盒501以及“日”字形管道502组成,且扁平状存储盒501的内部注入有二氧化碳灭火剂,同时“日”字形管道502朝向立板302的一侧面上均匀开设有若干喷孔,若干喷孔的内部均封装有热熔封堵块503,在遇到柜体201内部出现起火的情况时,热熔封堵块503可以受高温融化使得扁平状存储盒501内部注入的二氧化碳灭火剂通过若干喷孔喷出对柜体201内部进行灭火,从而使得该电气柜具备消防灭火的功能,另外,扁平状存储盒501以及“日”字形管道502的构造趋于扁平化设计,使 得灭火组件5不会占用太多空间,有效提高灭火组件5的实用性,此外,注入管504和单向阀505的设置使得向扁平状存储盒501的内部注入二氧化碳灭火剂时比较方便。
工作原理:请参考图1-图13所示,该带有防雷功能的电气柜使用时,将线缆通过接线盒301一端的若干穿线锁紧帽312进入接线盒301的内部,再通过穿线孔313引入柜体201的内部,然后接在电涌保护器303上,再接入若干个继电器305、接线排306上,将电气元件安装在安装板307并接入接线排306上,同时利用接地线将电涌保护器303与接地铜排304连接,将接好线的线缆穿过压板309与立板302之间,然后通过手柄311转动螺纹杆310驱动压板309沿着两个导轨308朝向立板302靠近将穿过压板309与立板302之间的线缆压紧,再将线缆通过穿线孔313进入接线盒301的内部,再通过接线盒301另一端的若干穿线锁紧帽312引出连接需要控制的电气设备,在日常检修时可通过打开前柜门202以及后柜门205对柜体201内部的电气元件进行检修,通过透明盖板104查看粘尘垫103上收集的灰尘的情况,在粘尘垫103上收集的灰尘较多时,通过控制开关107控制电动推杆109工作驱动连接块108带动收纳盒102从贯穿槽105中抽出,将粘尘垫103的最上层撕掉,然后通过控制开关107控制电动推杆109工作驱动连接块108带动收纳盒102从贯穿槽105中进入中空底座101的内部。
另外,可以在柜体201内部安装温控器,将温控器串接在风扇402与供电电源之间,该温控器用于在柜体201内部的温度较高时导通自动控制风扇402启动为柜体201内部进行散热。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:包括底部支撑组件(1)、主体结构(2)、接线组件(3)以及通风组件(4),其中:
    所述主体结构(2)设在所述底部支撑组件(1)的上部,所述接线组件(3)以及所述通风组件(4)均设置在所述主体结构(2)上;
    所述接线组件(3)用于接入以及引出线缆;
    所述通风组件(4)用于让所述主体结构(2)内部的空气与外部的空气交换流通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述底部支撑组件(1)包括中空底座(101)、支脚(106)、收纳盒(102)以及粘尘垫(103),所述中空底座(101)的上部和底部均为开口结构,且所述中空底座(101)的侧壁上开设有贯穿槽(105),所述支脚(106)固定安装在所述中空底座(101)的底部,所述收纳盒(102)穿过所述贯穿槽(105)并滑动安装在所述中空底座(101)的内部,且所述收纳盒(102)的前壁上嵌装有透明盖板(104),所述粘尘垫(103)放置在所述收纳盒(102)的内部,且所述粘尘垫(103)的粘尘面朝上设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述底部支撑组件(1)还包括连接块(108)、电动推杆(109)以及控制开关(107),所述连接块(108)固定安装在所述收纳盒(102)的底部,所述电动推杆(109)固定安装在所述中空底座(101)的底部,且所述电动推杆(109)的伸缩端与所述连接块(108)的一侧面固定连接,所述电动推杆(109)用于驱动所述收纳盒(102)进出所述中空底座(101)的内部,所述控制开关(107)固定安装在所述中空底座(101)的外侧壁上,且所述控制开关(107)通过导线与所述电动推杆(109)电性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述主体结构(2)包括柜体(201)、前柜门(202)、后柜门(205)以及空气滤 芯(208),所述柜体(201)固定安装在所述中空底座(101)的上部,且所述柜体(201)的底壁为镂空结构,所述前柜门(202)铰接在所述柜体(201)的前部,所述前柜门(202)上嵌装有第一透明观察窗(203),且所述前柜门(202)上靠近其一侧边缘安装有第一把手锁(204),所述后柜门(205)铰接在所述柜体(201)的后部,所述后柜门(205)上嵌装有第二透明观察窗(206),且所述后柜门(205)上靠近其一侧边缘安装有第二把手锁(207),所述空气滤芯(208)嵌装在所述后柜门(205)上上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(201)的顶壁底部还设有两组照明组件,两组所述照明组件分别对应所述前柜门(202)以及所述后柜门(205)设置,每组所述照明组件均包括灯座(209)、灯管(210)以及行程开关(211),所述灯座(209)固定安装在所述柜体(201)的顶壁底部,所述灯管(210)安装在所述灯座(209)上,所述行程开关(211)固定安装在所述灯座(209)的侧部,且所述行程开关(211)通过导线与所述灯管(210)串联连接,对应位置的所述行程开关(211)分别与所述前柜门(202)以及所述后柜门(205)相互配合设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述接线组件(3)包括接线盒(301)、穿线孔(313)以及立板(302),所述接线盒(301)固定安装在所述柜体(201)的顶壁上部,且所述接线盒(301)的两端壁上均固定安装有若干穿线锁紧帽(312),所述穿线孔(313)开设在在所述柜体(201)的顶壁上,且所述穿线孔(313)与所述接线盒(301)的内部相连通,所述立板(302)固定安装在所述柜体(201)的顶壁与底壁之间,且所述立板(302)与所述柜体(201)的两侧壁之间具有间隙,所述立板(302)上设置有若干组接线单元。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:每组所述接线单元均包括若干个电涌保护器(303)、接地铜排(304)、若干个继 电器(305)、接线排(306)以及安装板(307),所述电涌保护器(303)以及所述接地铜排(304)均固定安装在所述立板(302)朝向所述后柜门(205)的一侧面上,所述继电器(305)、所述接线排(306)以及所述安装板(307)均固定安装在所述立板(302)朝向所述前柜门(202)的一侧面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述立板(302)上靠近其底端还设有压线单元,所述压线单元包括两个导轨(308)、压板(309)、螺纹杆(310)以及手柄(311),两个所述导轨(308)均固定安装在所述立板(302)朝向所述后柜门(205)的一侧面上,两个所述导轨(308)均垂直于所述立板(302)设置,所述压板(309)滑动安装在两个所述导轨(308)之间,且所述压板(309)平行于所述立板(302)设置,所述螺纹杆(310)螺接在所述压板(309)的中心位置处,且所述螺纹杆(310)垂直于所述压板(309)设置,所述螺纹杆(310)的一端通过轴承与所述立板(302)转动连接,所述手柄(311)固定安装在所述螺纹杆(310)的另一端端部。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述通风组件(4)包括通风壳体(401)以及风扇(402),所述通风壳体(401)固定安装在所述柜体(201)的顶壁上部,且所述通风壳体(401)的两端端壁上均开设有通风孔(403),所述通风孔(403)与所述空气滤芯(208)之间形成贯穿所述柜体(201)内部的通风风道,所述风扇(402)嵌装在所述通风壳体(401)的底壁与所述柜体(201)的顶壁交界处,且所述风扇(402)位于所述通风风道中,所述风扇(402)用于向所述柜体(201)的内部吹风。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种带有防雷功能的电气柜,其特征在于:所述通风壳体(401)的两端端壁外侧面上均固定安装有插槽体(404),所述插槽体(404)的内部插接有插板(405),所述插板(405)上嵌装有过滤网(406),且所述插板(405)上靠近其一端开设有插入孔(407),所述过滤网(406)用于遮住所述通风孔(403)。
