用于车载空调器的接线盒盖及车载空调器
本申请基于申请号为202120254093.6、申请日为2021年1月27日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及接线盒技术领域,例如涉及一种用于车载空调器的接线盒盖及车载空调器。
背景技术
目前,车载空调器面临前装和后装两种安装方式,其接线方式也不同,这就需要两种不同的接线盒来进行匹配,具体的,前装方式中,需要接线盒盖对一些部件进行防护;后装方式中,不需要接线盒盖,但需要对连接外风机和驱动器的第一线路及用于连接电脑板和驱动器的第二线路进行固定。
两种接线盒会造成物料多,增加模具成本投入及生产管理成本的提高,不利于通用化设计。
发明内容
为了对披露的实施例的一些方面有基本的理解,下面给出了简单的概括。所述概括不是泛泛评述,也不是要确定关键/重要组成元素或描绘这些实施例的保护范围,而是作为后面的详细说明的序言。
本公开实施例提供一种用于车载空调器的接线盒盖及车载空调器,以解决前装和后装的接线盒因不能通用导致接线盒消耗物料多,成本太高的问题。
根据本实用新型实施例的第一方面,提供一种用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,所述车载空调器包括外风机、驱动器、电脑板、第一线路和第二线路,所述第一线路用于连接所述外风机和所述驱动器,所述第二线路用于连接所述电脑板和所述驱动器,所述接线盒盖包括:本体;固定结构,设于所述本体,用于固定所述第一线路和/或所述第二线路。
可选地,所述本体包括:侧壁;顶壁,位于所述侧壁的上方,所述固定结构设 于所述顶壁的上表面。
可选的,所述车载空调器包括接线端子排及与所述接线端子排相连接的电源线,所述本体盖设在接线端子排的外侧,所述侧壁设有供所述电源线穿过的避让槽。
可选的,所述固定结构包括与所述第一线路和/或所述第二线路的外壁面相适配的卡槽。
可选的,沿所述第一线路和/或所述第二线路插入所述卡槽的方向,所述卡槽的侧壁向内倾斜形成导向斜面。
可选的,所述固定结构包括:第一限位板;第二限位板,与所述第一限位板相对设置,并与所述第一限位板共同围设出所述卡槽;第一限位块,设于所述第一限位板朝向所述第二限位板的一侧;第二限位块,设于所述第二限位板朝向所述第一限位板的一侧;所述第一线路和/或所述第二线路的上表面与所述第一限位块和所述第二限位块中的至少一个相抵接。
根据本实用新型实施例的第二方面,提供一种车载空调器,包括外风机、驱动器、电脑板、第一线路和第二线路,所述第一线路用于连接所述外风机和所述驱动器,所述第二线路用于连接所述电脑板和所述驱动器,车载空调器还包括:如上述实施例中任一项所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,所述接线盒盖的固定结构用于固定所述第一线路和/或所述第二线路。
可选的,所述第一线路包括:第一子线路,所述第一子线路的一端与所述外风机相连接;第二子线路,所述第二子线路的一端与所述驱动器相连接,所述第一子线路的另一端与所述第二子线路的另一端通过第一接线端子相连接,所述第一接线端子设于本体的上表面上。
可选的,所述第二线路包括:第三子线路,所述第三子线路的一端与所述电脑板相连接;第四子线路,所述第四子线路的一端与所述驱动器相连接,所述第三子线路的另一端与所述第四子线路的另一端通过第二接线端子相连接,所述第二接线端子设于本体的上表面上。
可选的,所述车载空调器还包括:底板,所述本体盖设在所述底板上,并与所述底板限定出安装空间;接线端子排,设于所述安装空间内,用于所述驱动器与车辆电源的连接。
本公开实施例提供的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖及车载空调器,可以实现以下技术效果:
对于前装的方式,接线盒盖能够对一些部件起到防护作用,因而能够满足前装的要求;对于后装的方式,在本体上设置固定结构,固定结构能够固定第一线路和/或第二线路,因而能够满足后装的要求,因而,本申请的接线盒盖既能够满足前装的要求,又能够满足后装的要求,通用性强,从而不需要设置对应前装和后装的两种接线盒,进而降低了模具成本和生产管理成本。

目前,车辆相关部件的安装方式包括前装和后装两种,其中前装是指车辆在出厂前完成相关部件的安装,类似刹车片、三滤、雨刷等配件一般在车辆出厂前安装完成,这种安装方式为前装,车载空调器1的前装可以理解为:车辆的车载空调器1在车辆出厂前安装,如图6所示,车载空调器1的前装中需要设置对接线端子排6。后装是指车辆出厂后再进行相关部件的安装,比如,车用导航等配件在车辆出厂后安装,这种安装方式为后装,车载空调器1的后装可以理解为:车辆出厂后再进行车载空调器1的安装,例如,外风机、电脑板、连接线等。
由于安装顺序不同,前装和后装的接线方式也不同,导致两种安装方式的接线盒设计不同,使生产接线盒的物料增加,模具成本和生产成本提高,不利于通用化 设计。
结合图1至图3,本公开实施例提供一种用于车载空调器1的接线盒盖4,车载空调器1包括外风机2、驱动器3、电脑板、用于连接外风机2和驱动器3的第一线路21及用于连接电脑板和驱动器3的第二线路,用于车载空调器1的接线盒盖4包括本体41和固定结构42,固定结构42设于本体41,用于固定第一线路21和/或第二线路。
车载空调器1前装时,接线盒盖4能够对一些部件起到防护作用,能够满足前装的要求;车载空调器1后装时,接线盒盖4的本体41上设置的固定结构42能够固定第一线路21和/或第二线路,因而能够满足后装的要求,因此,本实施例提供的接线盒盖4设置固定结构42后,既能够满足前装的要求,又能够满足后装的要求,通用性强,从而不需要分别设置对应前装和后装的两种接线盒,进而降低了模具成本和生产管理成本。
图3所示,可选的,接线盒盖4的本体41包括侧壁412和顶壁411,顶壁411位于侧壁412的上方,侧壁412连接在顶壁411的边沿,接线盒盖4的固定结构42设于顶壁411的上表面。
侧壁412将顶壁411架高,从而使接线盒盖4的顶壁411上表面高度增高,固定结构42设于接线盒盖4的顶壁411上表面,一方面,避免固定结构42与接线盒盖4内部的部件相干涉,使固定结构42有充足的空间,便于第一线路21和/或第二线路固定;另一方面,由于固定结构42位于接线盒盖4顶壁411上表面,使第一线路21和/或第二线路至少部分位于顶壁411上表面,使第一线路21和/或第二线路高度增高,起到防水的作用。
在一些实施例中,接线盒盖4的顶壁411为矩形,第一线路21和/或第二线路沿矩形的长度方向延伸。
可选地,车载空调器1包括如图5所示的接线端子排6及与接线端子排6相连接的电源线31,本体41盖设在接线端子排6的外侧,侧壁412设有供电源线31穿过的避让槽414。
接线端子排6设于接线盒盖4的内侧,使接线盒盖4能够对接线端子排6起到防护的作用,避免接线端子排6受到的外界环境的影响,避免接线端子排6因暴露在环境中从而造成损坏或者电路短路。接线盒盖4设有避让槽414供电源线31从接线盒盖4中穿出,不影响电源线31的接线。
在一些实施例中,避让槽414尺寸与接线端子排6的尺寸相适配,可以全部容纳或者部分容纳接线端子排6。
以接线端子排6为长方体为例,则避让槽414也可以为长方体,其中,避让槽414高度大于或等于接线端子排6的高度,避让槽414的长度方向与接线端子排6的长度方向一致,使接线端子排6可以放置于避让槽414中,使接线盒盖4起到防护的作用。
结合图3所示,可选的,固定结构42包括与第一线路21和/或第二线路的外壁面相适配的卡槽421。
卡槽421将第一线路21和/或第二线路固定于盒盖本体41,防止第一线路21和/或第二线路固定不稳定,发生脱落。
在一些实施例中,卡槽421的数量为一个或多个。
以卡槽421为多个为例,多个卡槽421可以沿第一线路21和/或第二线路的延伸方向间隔设置,对第一线路21和/或第二线路在盒盖多个位置进行固定,增加第一线路21和/或第二线路的固定程度,防止第一线路21和/或第二线路由于受到外界环境影响而脱落。
可选的,沿第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421的方向,卡槽421的侧壁向内倾斜形成导向斜面427,其中,如图4所示,靠近卡槽421内部的方向为内,远离卡槽421内部的方向为外。
导向斜面427能够防止发生第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421时发生卡塞或者插不到卡槽421底部的情况,使第一线路21和/或第二线路能够顺利插入卡槽421,并且可以插入到卡槽421底部。
在一些实施例中,卡槽421上位于导向斜面427处的部分形成梯形槽,梯形槽上宽下窄,梯形槽开口处尺寸大于底部尺寸,优选的,梯形槽开口尺寸大于第一线路21和/或第二线路的外壁面的尺寸,便于第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421,梯形槽底部尺寸小于或等于第一线路21和/或第二线路的外壁面的尺寸,便于使插入卡槽421的第一线路21和/或第二线路固定在卡槽421底部,不会发生脱落的情况。
如图4所示,可选的,固定结构42包括第一限位板422、第二限位板423、第一限位块424和第二限位块425,第二限位板423与第一限位板422相对设置,并与第一限位板422共同围设出卡槽421;第一限位块424设于第一限位板422朝向 第二限位板423的一侧;第二限位块425设于第二限位板423朝向第一限位板422的一侧,第一限位块424和第二限位块425相对设置,第一线路21和/或第二线路的上表面与第一限位块424和第二限位块425中的至少一个相抵接,从而限制第一线路21和/或第二线路向上脱出卡槽421,例如,如图2所示,第一限位块424的下表面与第一线路21的上表面相抵接,第二限位块425的下表面也与第一线路21的上表面相抵接。
第一限位板422和第二限位板423相对设置,形成卡槽421,用于放置第一线路21和/或第二线路,第一限位块424和第二限位块425中的至少一个的下表面与第一线路21和/或第二线路的上表面相抵接,可以防止第一线路21和/或第二线路向上运动从卡槽421中脱落。
在一些实施例中,第一限位板422与第二限位板423可以为平行设置,第一限位板422与第二限位板423也可以不平行设置。
在一些实施例中,第一限位板422与第二限位板423均设有支撑结构426,支撑结构426设于卡槽421外侧,支撑结构426一端与第一限位板422和/或第二限位板423连接,另一端与接线盒盖4的顶壁411上表面连接,使第一限位板422和/或与第二限位板423可以稳定的固定在接线盒盖4上。
优选的,支撑结构426为直角三角块,直角三角块的一个直角边与第一限位板422和/或第二限位板423的连接,直角三角块的另一个直角边与接线盒盖4的顶壁411上表面连接。
在一些实施例中,第一限位块424设在第一限位板422内侧,且与卡槽421底部的距离大于或等于第一线路21和/或第二线路的外壁面尺寸,第二限位块425设在第二限位板423内侧,且与卡槽421底部的距离大于或等于第一线路21和/或第二线路的外壁面尺寸,这样可以使第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421后,第一限位块424和第二限位块425的下表面可以抵接在第一线路21和/或第二线路的上表面,防止第一线路21和/或第二线路从卡槽421脱落。
优选的,沿第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421的方向,第一限位块424与第二限位块425的内侧壁412可以向内倾斜形成导向斜面427,便于第一线路21和/或第二线路插入卡槽421,省力省时。
在一些实施例中,除卡槽421外,固定结构42还可以为固定线夹或者线路套管。
结合图1至图2所示,以第一线路21固定在接线盒盖4的固定结构42中为例对本申请进行说明:
接线盒盖4包括本体41和固定结构42,其中本体41包括顶壁411和侧壁412,顶壁411位于侧壁412的上方,顶壁411与侧壁412共同围设出接线端子排6的避让槽414,在车载空调器1前装时,接线端子排6放置于避让槽414中,使接线盒盖4对接线端子排6起到防护作用,满足车载空调器1前装时的要求;固定结构42设于接线盒盖4的本体41的顶壁411上表面,在车载空调器1后装时,第一线路21通过固定结构42固定在盒盖本体41顶壁411的上表面,除实现第一线路21的固定外,这样还能够使第一线路21高度增加,可以起到防水的作用,其中固定结构42为卡槽421,卡槽421的尺寸与第一线路21的外壁面相适配,卡槽421由相对设置的第一限位板422和第二限位板423共同围设出,卡槽421开口处可以设有向内倾斜的导向斜面427,便于第一线路21插入卡槽421,卡槽421内侧还设有相对设置的第一限位块424和第二限位块425,第一线路21插入卡槽421后,第一线路21的上表面与第一限位块424和第二限位块425中的至少一个相抵接,可以防止第一线路21插入卡槽421后,从卡槽421脱落,增加卡槽421的固定稳定性,避免第一线路21由于受到震动而脱落,本实施例提供的接线盒盖4在车载空调器1前装时对接线端子排6起到防护的作用,满足前装的需求,在车载空调器1后装时,固定结构42可以固定第一线路21,还能够将第一线路21架高,起到防水的作用,满足后装的需求,因此,本实施例提供的接线盒盖4可以在车载空调器1前装和后装中通用,节省了人力成本和模具成本。
可以理解,也可以是第二线路固定在接线盒盖4的固定结构42中。
可选的,接线盒盖4的固定结构42可以同时固定第一线路21和第二线路,可以只固定第一线路21或第二线路其中的一个。
结合图1至图2所示,根据本实用新型实施例的第二方面,提供了一种车载空调器1,车载空调器1包括电脑板、驱动器3、外风机2、用于连接外风机2和驱动器3的第一线路21及用于连接电脑板和驱动器3的第二线路,车载空调器1还包括如上述实施例中任一项的用于车载空调器1的接线盒盖4,接线盒盖4的固定结构42用于固定第一线路21和/或第二线路。
在一些实施例中,电脑板与内风机连接,根据检测到的温度、湿度等信息,控制内风机工作,并将检测到的温度、湿度等信息发送至驱动器3,驱动器3与外风 机2和压缩机连接,根据及接收到的温度、湿度等信息驱动外风机2及压缩机工作,使得环境温度符合用户的设置。
可选的,第一线路21包括第一子线路211和第二子线路212,第一子线路211的一端与外风机2相连接;第二子线路212的一端与驱动器3相连接,第一子线路211的另一端与第二子线路212的另一端通过第一接线端子213相连接,第一接线端子213设于本体41的上表面上。
第一子线路211通过固定结构42固定在接线盒盖4上表面,第二子线路212也通过固定结构42固定在接线盒盖4上表面,通过对第一子线路211和第二子线路212的固定,实现对第一接线端子213的固定。可以理解,也可以直接固定第一接线端子213,例如第一对接段子黏贴在接线盒盖4上。第一子线路211和第二子线路212通过第一接线端子213连接,实现驱动器3与外风机2的连接,使驱动器3可以驱动外风机2工作,还使第一接线端子213得到固定,同时由于第一接线端子213的高度增高,能够防止水从第一接线端子213的接口处渗入,对第一线路21造成损坏。
第一接线端子213包括相插接的公头和母头,公头与第一子线路211连接,母头与第二子线路212连接。
如图1至图2所示,在一些实施例中,车载空调器1的外风机2为两个,相应的第一线路21为两条,相应的第一接线端子213也为两个,固定结构42的数量多个,每一第一线路21至少通过一个固定结构42固定在接线盒盖4上表面,实现两个外风机2与驱动器3的连接。
可选的,第二线路包括第三子线路和第四子线路,第三子线路的一端与电脑板相连接;第四子线路的一端与驱动器3相连接,第三子线路的另一端与第四子线路的另一端通过第二接线端子相连接,第二接线端子设于本体41的上表面上。
第三子线路通过固定结构42固定在接线盒盖4上表面,第四子线路也通过固定结构42固定在接线盒盖4上表面,通过对第三子线路和第四子线路的固定,实现对第二接线端子的固定。可以理解,也可以直接固定第二接线端子,例如将第二接线端子黏贴在接线盒盖4上,第三子线路和第四子线路通过第二接线端子连接,实现电脑板与驱动器3的连接,使电脑板可以将检测的信息发送至驱动器3,使驱动器3可以根据接收的电脑板的信息驱动外风机2和压缩机工作,还是第二接线端子得到固定,同时由于第二接线端子的高度增高,能够防止水从第二接线端子的接 口处渗入,对第二线路造成损坏。
第二接线端子包括相插接的公头和母头,公头与第三子线路连接,母头与第四子线路连接。
可选的,车载空调器1还包括底板5和接线端子排6,本体41盖设在底板5上,并与底板5限定出安装空间;接线端子排6设于安装空间内,用于驱动器3与车辆电源的连接。
在一些实施例中,驱动器3与车辆电源之间通过电源线31连接,车辆电源通过电源线31为驱动器3供电。车载空调器1前装时,电源线31分为第一子电源线31和第二子电源线31,第一子电源线31的一端与驱动器3相连接,第二子电源线31的一端与车辆电源相连接,第一子电源线31的另一端与第二子电源线31的另一端通过接线端子排6连接,实现驱动器3与车辆电源的线路连通,实现车辆电源向驱动器3供电。
本实施例中,接线端子排6位于接线盒盖4和底板5限定的空间内,使接线盒盖4可以作为接线端子排6的防护盖,使接线端子排6减少受到外界环境的影响。
优选的,本体41材料为防火材料,例如PMC(聚合物基复合材料)材料,具有良好的防火性能,且成本较低,可以使接线端子排6防火。
在一些实施例中,接线盒盖4与车载空调底板5之间设有连接结构,用于进一步固定接线盒盖4,使接线盒盖4不会因外界震动而发生移位。
优选的,接线盒盖4还设有底壁413,底壁413与接线盒盖4侧壁412连接,且底壁413与顶壁411设于侧壁412相对的两侧,底壁413位于安装空间外侧,从而方便底壁413与底板5的连接。在一个具体的实施例中,底壁413上设有螺钉孔,车载空调底板5对应位置也设有螺钉孔,底壁413与车载空调底板5通过螺钉连接,实现接线盒盖4与车载空调底板5的连接,使接线盒盖4更加稳定,保证线路的连接稳定性。
下面对本实施例提供的接线盒盖4在车载空调器1前装和后装中通用进行说明:
车载空调器1前装时,电源线31需要通过接线端子排6进行连接,接线端子排6还需要防护盖进行防护,而车载空调器1后装时,由于不需要接线端子排6,所以不需要防护盖,但是需要对连接外风机2和驱动器3的第一线路21及用于连接电脑板和驱动器3的第二线路进行固定,本实施例提供的车载空调器1设有的接 线盒盖4,盒盖本体41在车载空调器1前装时,接线盒盖4与空调器底板5限定出安装空间,接线端子排6设于安装空间内,可以作为防护盖保护接线端子排6,在后装时,接线盒盖4的盒盖本体41上设有固定结构42可以固定第一线路21和/或第二线路。
后装时,以固定第一线路21为例,第一线路21包括第一子线路211和第二子线路212,第一子线路211一端与外风机2连接,第一子线路211另一端与第一接线端子213相连,第二子线路212一端与驱动器3相连,第二子线路212另一端通过第一接线端子213与第一子线路211另一端相连,通过第一接线端子213实现了第一子线路211和第二子线路212的连接,从而实现驱动器3和外风机2的连接,使驱动器3可以驱动外风机2工作。
可以理解,第二线路固定在接线盒盖4上表面的固定方式和连接方式与第一线路21相同。
本实施例的接线盒盖4实现了车载空调器1前装和后装中的通用,降低了接线盒的生产成本和设计成本,既具有防护的作用,也具有固定、防水的功能。
因此,本实施例提供的用于车载空调的接线盒盖4在车载空调前装和后装时可以通用,具有成本低、使用便捷、同时具有防水防火的防护作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,所述车载空调器(1)包括外风机(2)、驱动器(3)、电脑板、第一线路(21)和第二线路,所述第一线路(21)用于连接所述外风机(2)和所述驱动器(3),所述第二线路用于连接所述电脑板和所述驱动器(3),其特征在于,
    所述接线盒盖(4)包括:
    本体(41);
    固定结构(42),设于所述本体(41),用于固定所述第一线路(21)和/或所述第二线路。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,其特征在于,所述本体(41)包括:
    侧壁(412);
    顶壁(411),位于所述侧壁(412)的上方,所述固定结构(42)设于所述顶壁(411)的上表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,其特征在于,所述车载空调器(1)包括接线端子排(6)及与所述接线端子排(6)相连接的电源线(31),所述本体(41)盖设在所述接线端子排(6)的外侧,所述侧壁(412)设有供所述电源线(31)穿过的避让槽(414)。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,其特征在于,
    所述固定结构(42)包括与所述第一线路(21)和/或所述第二线路的外壁面相适配的卡槽(421)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,其特征在于,
    沿所述第一线路(21)和/或所述第二线路插入所述卡槽(421)的方向,所述卡槽(421)的侧壁向内倾斜形成导向斜面(427)。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖,其特征在于,所述固定结构(42)包括:
    第一限位板(422);
    第二限位板(423),与所述第一限位板(422)相对设置,并与所述第一限位板(422)共同围设出所述卡槽(421);
    第一限位块(424),设于所述第一限位板(422)朝向所述第一限位板(423)的一侧;
    第一限位块(425),设于所述第二限位板(423)朝向所述第一限位板(422)的一侧;
    所述第一线路(21)和/或所述第二线路的上表面与所述第一限位块(424)和所述第一限位块(425)中的至少一个相抵接。
  7. 一种车载空调器,包括外风机(2)、驱动器(3)、电脑板、第一线路(21)和第二线路,所述第一线路(21)用于连接所述外风机(2)和所述驱动器(3),所述第二线路用于连接所述电脑板和所述驱动器(3),其特征在于,所述车载空调器还包括:
    如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于车载空调器的接线盒盖(4),所述接线盒盖(4)的固定结构(42)用于固定所述第一线路(21)和/或所述第二线路。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的车载空调器,其特征在于,所述第一线路(21)包括:
    第一子线路(211),所述第一子线路(211)的一端与所述外风机(2)相连接;
    第二子线路(212),所述第二子线路(212)的一端与所述驱动器(3)相连接,所述第一子线路(211)的另一端与所述第二子线路(212)的另一端通过第一接线端子(213)相连接,所述第一接线端子(213)设于本体(41)的上表面上。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的车载空调,其特征在于,所述第二线路包括:
    第三子线路,所述第三子线路的一端与所述电脑板相连接;
    第四子线路,所述第四子线路的一端与所述驱动器(3)相连接,所述第三子线路的另一端与所述第四子线路的另一端通过第二接线端子相连接,所述第二接线端子设于本体(41)的上表面上。
  10. 如权利要求7至9中任一项所述的车载空调器,其特征在于,还包括:
    底板(5),本体(41)盖设在所述底板(5)上,并与所述底板(5)限定出安装空间;
    接线端子排(6),设于所述安装空间内,用于所述驱动器(3)与车辆电源的连接。
