Details of the pair of upper doors 70 and the pair of lower doors 81 will be described later.
The refrigerator 1 has a cooling mechanism that cools the air in the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber. The cooling mechanism is configured to cool the air in the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber by utilizing heat of vaporization when the coolant is vaporized. The cooling mechanism includes a compressor, an evaporator, a blower, and the like.
The compressor is arranged in the housing 2. Specifically, the compressor is arranged in a recess formed at the rear end and the lower end of the housing 2 and separated from the internal space of the housing 2 . The compressor converts the refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas by compressing the refrigerant. Refrigerant output from the compressor is sent to an evaporator via a condenser and a capillary tube. The condenser converts the high-temperature, high-pressure vaporized refrigerant sent from the compressor into a normal-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant by radiating heat. The capillaries restrict the flow of liquid coolant so that the coolant tends to vaporize.
The evaporator expands and evaporates the liquid refrigerant sent from the capillary tube. The air around the evaporator is cooled by the heat of vaporization when the liquid refrigerant is vaporized. The refrigerant vaporized by the evaporator is sent to the compressor and compressed again by the compressor. The evaporator is arranged, for example, behind the second storage chamber. The air cooled by the evaporator is circulated in the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber by the blower.

The left end portion of the rear wall portion 40 is provided so as to be positioned to the left of the left end portion of the front wall portion 20, and is positioned to the left of a handle portion 60 of the handle portion 6, which will be described later. is provided.
A plate portion 41 is further provided so as to continue from the rear wall portion 40 to the back plate 75 . Specifically, it is formed so as to extend rearward from the left end portion of the rear wall portion 40 toward the left end portion of the back plate 75 . The rear end of the plate portion 41 is formed so as to bend rightward.
The right plate 71 has a third wall 42 , a cover portion 43 and a fourth wall 44 . The right plate 71 is formed to extend in the front-rear direction from the right side surface of the glass plate 5 to the right side surface of the back plate 75 .
The third wall 42 is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate having a thickness direction in the front-back direction, a width direction in the left-right direction, and a length direction in the up-down direction. The third wall 42 is provided so as to contact the right end portion of the rear surface of the glass plate 5 . Further, the third wall 42 is provided so that the right end thereof protrudes to the right beyond the right end of the glass plate 5 .
The cover part 43 is formed to protrude forward from the right end of the third wall 42 . The cover portion 43 is formed in a rectangular shape with the front-rear direction as the width direction, the left-right direction as the thickness direction, and the up-down direction as the length direction. Further, the cover portion 43 is formed along the front-rear direction with respect to the right side surface of the glass plate 5 . The fourth wall 44 is provided to extend rearward from the right end of the third wall 42 . A rear end portion of the fourth wall 44 is bent leftward. A rear end portion of the fourth wall 44 abuts a right end portion of the back plate 75 .
The upper plate 73 is provided above the upper end portions of the glass plate 5 , the left plate 72 , the right plate 71 and the back plate 75 . In other words, the upper plate 73 is provided so as to close the upper end portions of the glass plate 5 , the left plate 72 , the right plate 71 and the back plate 75 . The upper plate 73 is formed in a rectangular plate shape having a longitudinal direction in the horizontal direction, a lateral direction in the front-rear direction, and a thickness direction in the vertical direction. The left end of the edge of the upper plate 73 is formed in the same shape as the upper ends of the edges of the handle portion 6 and the groove portion 10 . The right end of the edge of the upper plate 73 is formed in the same shape as the left end of the edge of the fourth wall 44 portion.
The lower plate 74 is provided above the lower ends of the glass plate 5 , the left plate 72 , the right plate 71 and the back plate 75 . In other words, the lower plate 74 is provided so as to block the lower ends of the glass plate 5 , the left plate 72 , the right plate 71 and the back plate 75 . The lower plate 74 is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate having a longitudinal direction in the horizontal direction, a lateral direction in the front-rear direction, and a thickness direction in the vertical direction. The left end of the edge of the lower plate 74 is formed in the same shape as the lower ends of the edges of the handle portion 6 and the groove portion 10 . The right end of the edge of the lower plate 74 is formed in the same shape as the right end of the edge of the fourth wall 44 portion.
The handle portion 6 has a handle portion 60 , a projection portion 61 , a support portion 62 and a fixing piece 63 . The handle portion 6 of this embodiment is made of metal. The handle portion 6 is not limited to metal, and may be made of resin or the like.
The handle portion 60 is formed in a rectangular shape whose longitudinal direction is the vertical direction. The handle portion 60 is formed hollow. The handle portion 60 is positioned to the left of the glass plate 5 and the protective portion 22 of the frame 7 . The right surface of the handle portion 60 faces the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 with the protective portion 22 interposed therebetween. In other words, at least a portion of the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 faces the right side surface of the handle portion 6 via the protective portion 22 in the left-right direction. In the description below, the right surface of the handle portion 6 is also referred to as the facing surface 64 . In the front-rear direction, the position of the front surface of the glass plate 5 and the position of the front surface of the handle portion 60 substantially match.
The protrusion 61 is formed to protrude rightward from the front end of the facing surface 64 . The projecting portion 61 is formed in a rectangular shape whose longitudinal direction is the vertical direction. The right side surface of the protrusion 61 faces the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 in the left-right direction. The rear surface of the protrusion 61 is positioned in front of the front surface of the protective portion 22 . In addition, the lateral dimension of the protective portion 22 is longer than the lateral dimension of the protrusion 61 . In other words, if the lateral dimension of the protection portion 22 is L1 and the lateral dimension of the projection 61 is L2, the lateral dimension relationship between the protection portion 22 and the projection 61 is L1>L2. Therefore, a gap is formed between the glass plate 5 and the protrusion 61 . Thereby, a gap is formed between the right side surface of the protrusion 61 and the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 . The gap between the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 and the right side surface of the protrusion 61 is preferably small, but is preferably larger than the amount of deformation when the protective portion 22 is stressed in the horizontal direction.
The support portion 62 is formed to extend rightward from the rear end of the handle portion 60 . The support portion 62 is formed in a rectangular plate shape with the lateral direction being the lateral direction, the front-rear direction being the width direction, and the vertical direction being the longitudinal direction. The support portion 62 is formed such that a substantially central portion in the left-right direction is recessed forward. The dent in the support portion 62 makes it easier for the user to open the right door body 77 by placing a finger on the dent. Also, the right end of the support portion 62 is connected to a fixed piece 63, which will be described later.
The fixed piece 63 has a recess 23 . The recess 23 is formed so as to be recessed rightward. The recessed portion 23 is located behind the positioning portion 33 . Specifically, the front surface of the concave portion 23 is provided along the rear surface of the positioning portion 33 . Furthermore, the bottom of the recess 23 faces the second wall 32 in the left-right direction. An insertion hole 66 is formed in the bottom of the recess 23 . The insertion hole 66 is formed so as to correspond to the screw hole 34 . A screw B<b>1 is inserted into the insertion hole 66 . Specifically, the screw B1 has a head portion 36 and a body portion 35 . The body portion 35 of the screw is coupled to a thread groove formed in the inner peripheral surface of the screw hole 34 via the insertion hole 66 . In this embodiment, the screw B1 is coupled to the screw hole 34 so that the body portion 35 extends in the left-right direction. The handle portion 6 is fixed to the left plate 72 of the frame 7 by connecting the screw B1 to the screw hole 34 through the insertion hole 66 .
Thus, in the refrigerator 1 of this embodiment, the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 faces the facing surface 64 of the handle portion 6 in the left-right direction with the protective portion 22 interposed therebetween. The lateral dimension of the protective portion 22 is longer than the lateral dimension of the protrusion 61 projecting from the opposing surface 64 . As a result, a gap is formed between the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 and the right side surface of the protrusion 61 , so contact between the handle portion 6 and the glass plate 5 can be suppressed. Therefore, damage to the glass plate 5 can be suppressed in the refrigerator 1 of the present embodiment. In addition, since contact between the handle portion 6 and the glass plate 5 is suppressed, a high-hardness material such as metal can be used for the handle portion 6, and design and usability can be improved.
Also, a projecting portion 61 is positioned in front of the protecting portion 22 . Therefore, when the right door body 77 is viewed from the front, the protective portion 22 is blocked by the protrusion 61 and is not exposed forward, so that the design can be improved.
Further, the support portion 62 of the handle portion 6 is arranged behind the front wall portion 20 of the left plate 72 with a space therebetween in the front-rear direction. As a result, when the user opens and closes the right door body 77 by putting his or her finger on the support part 62 , the stress can be prevented from being applied to the rear of the front wall part 20 of the left plate 72 . In addition, as described above, since the handle portion 6 can be made of a high-hardness material such as metal, it is possible to prevent the stress applied to the handle portion 6 from being transmitted to the front wall portion 20 of the left plate 72. Deformation of the left plate 72 and lifting of the glass plate 5 due to the opening and closing of the door 77 can be prevented.
(Modification)
Modifications of the refrigerator 1 of the present embodiment will be described below. In the following description, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same configurations as in the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted as appropriate. Moreover, the modified examples described below can be applied in appropriate combination with the above-described embodiment or other modified examples.
(First modification)
The refrigerator 1 of this modified example differs from the embodiment described above in the following points. In the refrigerator 1 of this modified example, the front surface of the handle portion 6 is located forward of the front surface of the glass plate 5 as shown in FIG. In addition, the protective portion 22 is formed with a concave portion 23 at a position facing the handle portion 6 in the left-right direction. Furthermore, the handle portion 6 is formed with a protrusion 65 that fits into the recess 23 .
The protrusion 61 has an inclined surface 29 (second inclined surface) formed to face the inclined surface 51 (first inclined surface) of the glass plate 5 . The inclined surface 29 is provided so as to be located in front of the inclined surface 51 (first inclined surface).
The inclined surface 29 is formed so as to incline leftward as it goes rearward from the tip of the protrusion 61 . The inclined surface 29 is located in front of the inclined surface 51 formed at the left front corner of the glass plate 5 and faces the inclined surface 51 . A gap is formed between the inclined surface 51 and the inclined surface 29 . In addition, it is preferable that this gap is as small as possible.
The convex portion 65 formed on the facing surface 64 of the handle portion 6 and the concave portion 23 formed on the protective portion 22 will be described below.
The concave portion 23 is formed at a position facing the facing surface 64 of the handle portion 6 in the protection portion 22 in the left-right direction. The recessed portion 23 is a bottomed hole having a bottom portion 26 and is formed so as to be recessed toward the right. In addition, the inner peripheral surface of the recess 23 includes an inclined surface 25 (third inclined surface) and a rear surface 27 located behind the inclined surface 25 .
A bottom portion 26 of the concave portion 23 is formed along the front-rear direction.
The inclined surface 25 is the surface between the front end of the bottom portion 26 and the front end 28 at the edge of the recess 23 . The inclined surface 25 slopes forward from the bottom 26 toward the front edge 28 of the edge of the recess 23 .
The rear surface 27 is a surface between the rear end of the bottom portion 26 and the rear end of the edge of the recess 23 . The rear surface 26 is formed along the left-right direction.
The convex portion 65 of the handle portion 6 is formed so as to protrude rightward from the facing surface 64 . The convex portion 65 is formed in a rectangular shape whose longitudinal direction is the vertical direction. The convex portion 65 is fitted in the concave portion 23 of the protective portion 22 . The projection dimension of the projection 65 is substantially the same as the depth dimension of the recess 23 . Further, the dimension in the front-rear direction of the tip portion of the protrusion 65 is substantially the same as the dimension in the front-rear direction of the bottom portion 26 of the recess 23 . Therefore, the projection 65 is in contact with the bottom 26 and rear surface 27 of the recess 23 .
As described above, in the refrigerator 1 of this modified example, the inclined surface 29 (second inclined surface) of the protrusion 61 is provided so as to be positioned in front of the inclined surface 51 (first inclined surface) of the glass plate 5 . Furthermore, the inclined surface 51 (first inclined surface) and the inclined surface 29 (second inclined surface) are provided so as to face each other. Thereby, the inclined surface 51 (first inclined surface) of the glass plate 5 is protected by the protrusion 61 so that external force is not applied thereto. Therefore, in the refrigerator 1 of this modified example, damage to the glass plate 5 can be further suppressed.
Also, when the protrusion 65 formed on the handle portion 6 is fitted in the recess 23 of the protection portion 22 , the protrusion 65 contacts the bottom 26 and rear surface 27 of the recess 23 . Therefore, the protection portion 22 restricts the rearward and rightward movement of the handle portion 6 . This prevents the inclined surface 29 of the protrusion 61 from contacting the inclined surface 51 of the glass plate 5 . Therefore, damage to the glass plate 5 can be further suppressed.
Also, in the front-rear direction, the dimension of the tip of the projection 65 is substantially the same as the dimension of the bottom 26 of the recess 23 . Therefore, even if a forward force is applied to the handle portion 6 , the forward movement of the handle portion 6 is restricted by the protrusion 65 being caught by the inclined surface 25 of the recess 23 . Accordingly, even if the user pulls the handle portion 6 forward in order to open the right door body 77, the positional deviation of the handle portion 6 is suppressed. Also, when a strong force is applied to the handle portion 6 forward, the support portion 62 of the handle portion 6 bends and the handle portion 60 attempts to move forward. Since the inclined surface 25 can be slid forward to release the force, deformation of the concave portion 23 can be prevented. When the force applied to the handle portion 6 is removed, for example, by the user releasing the handle portion 6, the protrusion 65 slides rearward on the inclined surface 25 of the recess 23 and returns to its original position. As a result, even if a strong force is repeatedly applied to the handle portion 6, the gap between the inclined surface 29 of the handle portion 6 and the inclined surface 51 of the glass plate 5 is suppressed from becoming large, and dust and the like are trapped in this gap. entry is restricted.
In addition, the inclined surface 25 located in front of the convex portion 65 is inclined so that the opening of the concave portion 23 widens. Therefore, when fixing the handle portion 6 to the left plate 72 of the frame 7 , it becomes easier to fit the protrusion 65 of the handle portion 6 into the recess 23 . Thereby, the improvement of the assemblability of the refrigerator 1 can be aimed at. Furthermore, the convex portion 65 is formed so that the right front corner portion is curved. Therefore, when fitting the convex portion 65 into the concave portion 23 , the inclined surface 25 is prevented from being damaged by the convex portion 65 .
(Second modification)
The refrigerator 1 of this modified example differs from the embodiment described above in the following points. In the refrigerator 1 of this modified example, as shown in FIG. Further, a screw hole 340 into which a screw B1 for fixing the handle portion 6 to the frame 7 is coupled is formed so as to be slanted rearward with respect to the left-right direction.
The front surface of the handle portion 60 is positioned forward of the front surface of the glass plate 5 . In other words, the facing surface 93 of the handle portion 60 is formed to extend further forward than the front surface of the glass plate 5 .
The protrusion 90 is formed to protrude rightward from the front end of the facing surface 93 . The projecting portion 90 has an extension portion 91 and a contact portion 92 .
The extension part 91 is formed so as to protrude from the front end of the facing surface 93 toward the rear right. The tip of the extended portion 91 is positioned to the right of the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 . The contact portion 92 is formed to protrude rearward from the tip of the extension portion 91 . The tip of the contact portion 92 is in contact with the front surface of the glass plate 5 .
The screw hole 340 of the bottom wall portion 30 is formed such that the central axis is inclined rearward to the right. In other words, the screw hole 340 is formed so as to slope backward from the opening toward the bottom.
Therefore, the screw B1 is coupled to the screw hole 340 in a rearwardly inclined state. Specifically, the screw B1 has a head portion 36 and a body portion 35 . Head 36 is formed to be exposed from screw hole 340 when screw B1 is coupled to screw hole 340 . The head 36 has a hole for inserting a screwdriver or the like for tightening the screw B1. The trunk portion 35 is inserted into the screw hole 340 . In this modification, the screw B1 is coupled to the threaded hole 340 so that the tip 351 (right end) of the body 35 is located rearward from the base 352 on the head 36 side.
When attaching the handle portion 6 to the frame body 7 (left plate 72), the fixing piece 63 is brought into contact with the bottom wall portion 30. At that time, the insertion hole 66 and the screw hole 340 are made to correspond. A screw B1 is fixed to the screw hole 340 via the insertion hole 66 . In this modified example, the screw B1 is fixed in a rearwardly inclined state. Therefore, when the handle portion 6 is fixed to the frame body 7 using the screw B1, the handle portion 6 moves toward the rear right. As a result, the contact portion 92 of the protrusion 90 of the handle portion 6 moves closer to the front surface of the glass plate 5 and can be brought into contact with the front surface of the glass plate 5 .
Thus, in the refrigerator 1 of this modified example, the protrusion 90 of the handle portion 6 is formed to extend to the front of the glass plate 5 and is in contact with the front surface of the glass plate 5 . As a result, the left side surface 50 of the glass plate 5 is covered with the protrusion 90, so damage to the glass plate 5 can be suppressed. Further, the strength of the glass plate 5 is higher at the front than at the side (left side 50). In this modified example, the projecting portion 90 of the handle portion 6 is in contact with the front surface of the glass plate 5, so damage to the glass plate 5 is suppressed. In addition, since the protrusion 90 is in contact with the front surface of the glass plate 5, it is possible to prevent dust from entering between the protrusion 90 and the glass plate 5, thereby suppressing deterioration of the design.
