Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Fluggerät sowie ein Verfahren unter Verwendung dieses Fluggerätes zur Inspektion von Einrichtungen von Kokereianlagen zur Detektion von Fehlerquellen. Das Fluggerät weist wenigstens eine Inspektionsvorrichtung zur Inspektion von zu inspizierenden Oberflächen der Einrichtungen sowie von einem zu den zu inspizierenden Oberflächen beabstandeten Luftraum, sowie zumindest eine Sende- und Empfangseinrichtung zur Datenkommunikation mit zumindest anderen Fluggeräten oder wenigstens einer externen Analyseeinrichtung zur Detektion der Fehlerquellen auf. Das Verfahren umfasst die Umwandlung der erfassten fototechnischen und optischen Daten, insbesondere 2D-Daten, in eine 3D- Thermalpunktwolke mittels einer Umwandlungseinheit der Analyseeinrichtung, insbesondere durch Photogrammmetrie, zur Erzeugung von zumindest Orthophotos oder Oberflächentexturen oder 3D Modellen, die Verarbeitung der erfassten Daten aus chemisch reaktiven, physika¬ lisch reaktiven sowie thermografischen Einrichtungen in einer Vergleichseinheit der Analyseeinrichtung zur Ermittlung von Abweichungsdaten und die Zusammenführung aller umgewandelten Daten sowie aller Abweichungsdaten sowie weiterer Betriebsdaten in einer Auswerteeinheit der Analyseeinrichtung zur Detektion von Fehlerquellen mittels Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmen und/oder Machine-Learning-Algorithmen.
