为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实施例提出了一种空调器及其应急开关触发组件,应急开关触发组件的包括壳体、弹性部、按压部和位于按压部上的触发部,在按压部上设置有至少两个触发部,至少两个触发部可以适配多种类型的电路板,至少两个触发部能够对不同各类型电路板上的应急开关进行触发,因而,在更换电路板后无需更换应急开关触发组件,节省成本,提高产品的兼容性,利于增加产品功能和升级,丰富产品多样性,在优化成本配置时提供更大的操作空间。
下面通过实施例进行具体说明:
如图1-5所示,本实施例提出了一种空调器的应急开关触发组件,包括壳体1、弹性部2、按压部3和至少两个触发部4。
下面,分别对应急开关触发组件的各个组成部分进行具体说明:
壳体1,用于形成应急开关的容纳空间,应急开关位于电路板上,电路板一般安装在电器盒8内。
壳体1可以为电器盒8的壳体,例如,壳体1具体指电器盒8的盒盖。
在电器盒8安装在空调器的外壳内时,在空调器的外壳上设置有暴露应急开关触发组件的开口,开口用于操作者对应急开关触发组件进行操作,主要是对按压部3的按压操作。
在壳体1上设置通孔11,弹性部2和按压部3位于通孔11内。
弹性部2,与壳体1和按压部3连接。
弹性部2具有一定弹性,用于实现按压部3被按压时的移动和按压作用消失后的复位。
壳体1与弹性部2的内侧具有弹性加强筋21,以提高弹性部2的形变次数,提高应急开关触发组件的使用寿命。
弹性部2的一端与壳体1连接,弹性部2的另一端连接按压部3的中部,以利于按压部3的按压和复位。
优选的,按压部3与弹性部2呈T形设置。
按压部3,与弹性部2连接。
按压部3上形成按压区域,用于接收按压作用。
优选的,在按压部3的外侧具有按压凸起31,以便对操作者进行一定的按压提示,同时提高按压手感和按压效果。
进一步的,按压凸起31位于按压部3的中心。
至少两个触发部,位于按压部3的内侧,其中一个触发部对应应急开关,在按压部3的外侧被按压时,对应应急开关的触发部触发应急开关。
触发部为位于按压部3内侧的柱体。
按压部3的内侧具有加强筋7,以提高按压部3的强度。加强筋7用于连接触发部或者用于连接触发部与按压部3的中心。
本实施例中,按压部3内侧具有两个触发部:第一触发部41和第二触发部42。
本实施例的应急开关触发组件可以适配两种类型的电路板:第一电路板51和第二电路板52。
第一电路板51被安装至电器盒8内时,第一电路板51上的第一应急开关61的位置与第一触发部41相对应。
在按压部3未被按压时,第一触发部41与第一应急开关61分离,第一应急开关61没有被触发;在按压部3被按压时,弹性部2发生变形,按压部3朝向第一应急开关61的方向移动,直至第一触发部41触发第一应急开关61;在按压部3的按压作用消失时,弹性部2复位,按压部3复位离开第一应急开关61。
在需要进行电路板的更换,用第二电路板52替换第一电路板51时,第二电路板52被安装至电器盒8内时,第二电路板52上的第二应急开关62的位置与第二触发部42相对应。
在按压部3未被按压时,第二触发部42与第二应急开关62分离,第二应急开关62没有被触发;在按压部3被按压时,弹性部2发生变形,按压部3朝向第二应急开关62的方向移动,直至第二触发部42触发第二应急开关62;在按压部3的按压作用消失时,弹性部2复位,按压部3复位离开第二应急开关62。
因而,无论空调器安装第一电路板51还是第二电路板52,通过按压按压部3均能够实现对电路板上的应急开关的触发,能够适应多种类型的电路板。   
当然,本实施例对触发部的个数不做限制,可以是根据电路板的类型和应急开关的位置进行设计,本实施例的应急开关触发组件至少两个触发部可以适配多种类型的电路板,至少两个触发部能够对不同各类型电路板上的应急开关进行触发,因而,在更换电路板后无需更换应急开关触发组件,节省成本,提高产品的兼容性,利于增加产品功能和升级,丰富产品多样性,在优化成本配置时提供更大的操作空间。
在其他的实施例中,壳体1也可以是空调器的壳体,电器盒8具有开口,电路板上的应急开关暴露于开口,操作空调器外壳上的应急开关触发组件,即可直接触发暴露于开口处的应急开关。
本实施例还提出了一种空调器,所述空调器包括上述的应急开关触发组件和电路板,电路板上设置有应急开关。应急开关触发组件,包括壳体1、弹性部2、按压部3和至少两个触发部4。
壳体1,用于形成应急开关的容纳空间,应急开关位于电路板上,电路板一般安装在电器盒8内。
壳体1可以为电器盒8的壳体,例如,壳体1具体指电器盒8的盒盖。在空调器的外壳上设置有暴露应急开关触发组件的开口,开口用于操作者对应急开关触发组件进行操作,主要是对按压部3的按压操作。
在壳体1上设置通孔11,弹性部2和按压部3位于通孔11内。
弹性部2,与壳体1和按压部3连接。
弹性部2具有一定弹性,用于实现按压部3被按压时的移动和按压作用消失后的复位。
壳体1与弹性部2的内侧具有弹性加强筋21,以提高弹性部2的形变次数,提高应急开关触发组件的使用寿命。
弹性部2的一端与壳体1连接,弹性部2的另一端连接按压部3的中部,以利于按压部3的按压和复位。
优选的,按压部3与弹性部2呈T形设置。
按压部3,与弹性部2连接。
按压部3上形成按压区域,用于接收按压作用。
优选的,在按压部3的外侧具有按压凸起31,以便对操作者进行一定的按压提示,同时提高按压手感和按压效果。
进一步的,按压凸起31位于按压部3的中心。
至少两个触发部,位于按压部3的内侧,其中一个触发部对应应急开关,在按压部3的外侧被按压时,对应应急开关的触发部触发应急开关。
触发部为位于按压部3内侧的柱体。
按压部3的内侧具有加强筋7,以提高按压部3的强度。加强筋7用于连接触发部或者用于连接触发部与按压部3的中心。
本实施例中,按压部3内侧具有两个触发部:第一触发部41和第二触发部42。
本实施例的应急开关触发组件可以适配两种类型的电路板:第一电路板51和第二电路板52。
第一电路板51被安装至电器盒8内时,第一电路板51上的第一应急开关61的位置与第一触发部41相对应。
在按压部3未被按压时,第一触发部41与第一应急开关61分离,第一应急开关61没有被触发;在按压部3被按压时,弹性部2发生变形,按压部3朝向第一应急开关61的方向移动,直至第一触发部41触发第一应急开关61;在按压部3的按压作用消失时,弹性部2复位,按压部3复位离开第一应急开关61。
在需要进行电路板的更换,用第二电路板52替换第一电路板51时,第二电路板52被安装至电器盒8内时,第二电路板52上的第二应急开关62的位置与第二触发部42相对应。
在按压部3未被按压时,第二触发部42与第二应急开关62分离,第二应急开关62没有被触发;在按压部3被按压时,弹性部2发生变形,按压部3朝向第二应急开关62的方向移动,直至第二触发部42触发第二应急开关62;在按压部3的按压作用消失时,弹性部2复位,按压部3复位离开第二应急开关62。
因而,无论空调器安装第一电路板51还是第二电路板52,通过按压按压部3均能够实现对电路板上的应急开关的触发,能够适应多种类型的电路板。
当然,本实施例对触发部的个数不做限制,可以是根据电路板的类型和应急开关的位置进行设计,本实施例的应急开关触发组件至少两个触发部可以适配多种类型的电路板,至少两个触发部能够对不同各类型电路板上的应急开关进行触发,因而,在更换电路板后无需更换应急开关触发组件,节省成本,提高产品的兼容性,利于增加产品功能和升级,丰富产品多样性,在优化成本配置时提供更大的操作空间。
在其他的实施例中,壳体1也可以是空调器的外壳,电器盒8具有开口,电路板上的应急开关暴露于开口,操作空调器外壳上的应急开关触发组件,即可直接触发暴露于开口处的应急开关。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    弹性部,与所述壳体连接;
    按压部,与所述弹性部连接;
    至少两个触发部,位于所述按压部的内侧,其中一个触发部对应应急开关,在所述按压部的外侧被按压时,对应应急开关的触发部触发所述应急开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述弹性部的一端与所述壳体连接,所述弹性部的另一端连接所述按压部的中部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述按压部与所述弹性部呈T形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述触发部为位于所述按压部内侧的柱体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述按压部的外侧具有按压凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述按压凸起位于所述按压部的中心。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述弹性部的内侧具有弹性加强筋。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述按压部的内侧具有加强筋,所述加强筋用于连接所述触发部,或者,所述加强筋用于连接所述触发部与所述按压部的中心。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的应急开关触发组件,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置通孔,所述弹性部和按压部位于所述通孔内。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,所述空调器包括权利要求1-9任意一项所述的应急开关触发组件和位于所述壳体内的电路板,所述电路板上设置有应急开关。
