根据本申请提供的室内抽烟监控装置,所述第一监测模块包括人像识别模块;所述第二监测模块包括空气监测模块和烟雾监测模块。
本申请提供的一种室内抽烟监控方法及监控装置,针对不同的人有不同的抽烟需求,在进行室内抽烟监控时,并不是绝对的禁止抽烟或者绝对的允许抽烟,而是先对室内人员的具体情况进行监测,在室内人员信息不同时,执行不同的抽烟监控措施,使得抽烟监控更加符合室内人员的需求,提高抽烟监控的智能化,提升用户体验。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请中的附图,对本申请中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
下面结合图1-图4描述本申请的室内抽烟监控方法及监控装置。
参考图1,本实施例提供一种室内抽烟监控方法,该室内抽烟监控方法包括:监测获得室内人员信息;根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式;在抽烟防护模式下,监测获得室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况;根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施。
本实施例提供的一种室内抽烟监控方法,针对不同的人有不同的抽烟需求,在进行室内抽烟监控时,并不是绝对的禁止抽烟或者绝对的允许抽烟,而是先对室内人员的具体情况进行监测,在室内人员信息不同时,执行不同的抽烟监控措施,使得抽烟监控更加符合室内人员的需求,提高抽烟监控的智能化,提升用户体验。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,监测获得室内人员信息具体包括:监测室内人员的人体信息;根据室内人员的人体信息判定室内人员均为成年人员,或者判定室内人员包括非成年人员。首先,本实施例将室内人员划分为了成年人员和非成年人员。因为非成年人员对香烟烟气的耐受力较弱,较易受到香烟烟气的危害。因此,本实施例将非成年人员划分出来,在监测到室内人员含有非成年人员时,应进行适应于非成年人员的监控措施,而不应该将非成年人员与成年人员一同对待。
进一步地,监测室内人员的人体信息具体包括:采集室内人员的身高信息;根据身高信息判断室内人员为成年人员或非成年人员。进一步地,在室内人员的身高信息高于等于预设身高值时,判定室内人员为成年人员;在室内人员的身高信息低于预设身高值时,判定室内人员为非成年人员。
进一步地,监测室内人员的人体信息还可包括:采集室内人员的图像信息;根据图像信息判断室内人员的年龄特征;根据年龄特征判断室内人员为成年人员或非成年人员。具体的,可根据室内人员的图像信息判断室内人员的年龄段;在室内人员的年龄段大于预设年龄段时,判断室内人员 为成年人员;在室内人员的年龄段小于预设年龄段时,判断室内人员为非成年人员。或者,可根据室内人员的图像信息提取室内人员的局部人体特征;将提取的室内人员的局部人体特征与预设年龄的相应人体特征进行比对;根据比对结果判断室内人员为成年人员或非成年人员。根据室内人员的人体信息判定室内人员为成年人员或非成年人员的具体判定方法也可为其他,不做限定。
进一步地,根据室内人员的人体信息,判定室内人员均为成年人员具体包括:预设管理者的人脸信息并标注身份;根据室内人员的人体信息,判定室内人员包括非管理者,或者判定室内人员为管理者。即在监测获得室内人员信息之前包括:录入人脸信息并标注身份;采集室内人员的人脸信息;根据室内人员的人脸信息判定室内人员身份。具体的,室内人员的身份包括管理者和客人即非管理者。管理者应为成年管理者。管理者可预先录入人脸信息并标明管理者身份。可设置人脸识别装置来监测获取室内人员的人脸信息,进而判断出室内人员是否包括管理者。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式还包括:将监测获得的室内人员信息反馈给管理者,管理者对室内人员信息进行确认或修改;根据经管理者确认或修改后的室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式。即在监测获得室内人员信息之后,可将监测获得的室内人员信息发送给房间管理者进行确认;在监测结果有误时,管理者有权限对该室内人员信息进行修改;通过管理者的确认或修改,可保证室内人员信息的准确判断。
参考图2,本实施例提供一种室内人员信息的监测获取过程,本实施例中可设置红外传感器对室内人员信息进行监测获取。具体的,红外传感器通过红外扫描获取室内人员的信息,主要获取室内人员的身高信息,并对通过数据传输获得的身高信息与预设身高值之间进行比较判断身高。本实施例中可设置预设身高值为1.5m;在室内人员的身高信息小于1.5m时,预判该室内人员为非成年人员;在室内人员的身高信息大于等于1.5m时,预判该室内人员为成年人员。然后将室内人员信息预判结果反馈给管理者,管理者对该预判结果进行确认或修改,以输出较为准确的室内人员信息。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式 启动抽烟防护模式之前还包括:设定抽烟允许信息。即管理者可预先设定房间内部是否允许抽烟。管理者可根据实际需求对房间内是否允许抽烟进行整体设定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式具体包括:在监测到室内人员均为成年人员且包括非管理者时,根据抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动;在监测判定室内人员为管理者时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;在监测到室内人员包括非成年人员时,立即启动抽烟防护模式。即管理者预先设定的抽烟允许信息是针对室内人员为成年人员时的设定,在监测获得室内人员均为成年人员时根据管理者预先设定的抽烟允许信息进行抽烟防护模式的启动。在室内人员中含有未成年时,不论管理者预先设定的抽烟允许信息是允许还是不允许,均立即启动抽烟防护模式。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,在监测到室内人员均为成年人员且包括非管理者时,根据抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动具体包括:在抽烟允许信息为允许时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;即管理者可预设房间内允许抽烟,此时,在监测到室内人员均为成年人员时,可不启动抽烟防护模式,以满足室内人员的抽烟需求。或者可间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式,既可满足室内人员的抽烟需求,又能再预设时间后对室内人员进行抽烟防护,以提醒室内人员不能过度抽烟。而在抽烟允许信息为不允许时,立即启动抽烟防护模式。
进一步地,参考图3,监测到室内人员均为成年人员具体包括:监测到室内人员为管理者;或者监测到室内人员包括非管理者。此时,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式具体包括:在监测到室内人员为管理者时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;在监测到室内人员包括非管理者时,根据抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动。室内人员为管理者时包括至少一名管理者,即室内人员全部为管理者。此时,管理者在自己拥有管理权的房间内权限较大,自由度比较高。
进一步地,本实施例将室内人员信息划分为管理者、成年人员包括非管理者以及非成年人员。在另一实施例中也可进一步将成年人员包括非管 理者划分出包括女人或老人的情况,并执行适应的抽烟防护模式。室内人员信息的划分也可为其他,以能实现区别智能对待,提高智能性为目的,不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,在抽烟防护模式下,根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施具体包括:在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围时,启动新风系统;启动新风系统,可将室内质量较差的空气替换为室外的新鲜空气,增加室内氧气含量,以提升室内舒适度和健康度,起到抽烟防护作用。在检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动音频设备进行抽烟提示。具体可通过音频提示室内人员抽烟有害健康、当前室内空气较差应停止抽烟等,用于对室内人员进行提示,起到抽烟防护。
具体的,参考图4,可监测获得室内的二氧化碳含量,根据二氧化碳含量控制新风系统的启动。可设置红外摄像头对室内烟雾状况进行监测,在红外摄像头监测到室内闪烁的红点时,即说明室内存在烟雾,判定室内有人抽烟。在另一个实施例中,也可监测室内空气的其他指标来控制新风系统的运行,具体不做限定。也可设置其他传感器对室内烟雾状况进行监测,例如还可设置烟雾传感器等,具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施还包括:在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围和/或检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动空气净化器;净化室内空气。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种室内抽烟监控装置,包括:第一监测模块,用于监测获得室内人员信息;控制模块,用于根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式;第二监测模块,用于在抽烟防护模式下,监测获得室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况;控制模块,还用于根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,第一监测模块包括人像识别模块;第二监测模块包括空气监测模块和烟雾监测模块。第一监测模块具体用于监测判断室内人员为成年人员或非成年人员;还用于监测判断室内人员为管理者或者室内人员包括非管理者。空气监测模块用于监测获得室内空气指标;可为二氧化碳传感器等。烟雾监测模块用于监测获得室内烟雾状况;可为红外摄像头,在监测到室内闪烁的红点时,判定室内有人抽烟;也可 为烟感传感器,通过监测室内烟雾的浓度来判定抽烟;也可为其他,不做限定。
进一步地,第一监测模块和第二监测模块分别与控制模块相连,并将监测结果分别发送至控制模块。控制模块具体包括主控制器和通讯模块;主控制器用于对监控装置进行整体调控;通讯模块用于将第一监测模块获得的监测结果反馈至管理者处进行确认或修改。控制模块还包括设定模块,用于预先设定抽烟允许信息。控制模块还包括计时模块,用于控制抽烟防护模式的启动时间;计时模块和设定模块分别与主控制器相连。主控制器还与室内新风系统和音频设备分别相连,用于在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围时,启动新风系统;以及用于在检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动音频设备进行抽烟提示。具体的,音频设备可为扩音器等音效设备,或者可为显示屏例如电视等视频设备;通过音频对室内人员进行抽烟提示报警。
进一步地,主控制器还与室内的空气净化器相连,用于在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围和/或检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动空气净化器;净化室内空气。主控制器还可与室内的空调系统相连,用于在启动新风系统对室内温度造成扰动时,调控空调系统使得室内温度保持稳定。
进一步地,本实施例基于上述各实施例提供一种空调器,该空调器上设有上述室内抽烟监控装置。即本实施例中可将室内抽烟监控装置集成设置在空调器上,使得空调器具有抽烟监控功能。该空调器还可集成设有新风系统。在另一实施例中,上述抽烟监控装置也可集成设置在室内的其他家电上,例如独立的新风机上或电视上或音箱上等;上述抽烟监控装置也可作为独立部件设置在室内合适位置处;具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种空调器,该空调器上设有上述室内抽烟监控装置。本实施例进一步提供一种空调控制方法,参考图3,可预先通过人像识别模块录入管理者的人脸信息并标注管理者身份;管理者也可先预设抽烟允许信息,即对房间内是否允许抽烟进行预设。室内抽烟监控装置中的第一监测模块运行监测获得室内人员情况。
具体的,参考图2,可设置红外传感器通过红外扫描获取室内人员的信息,主要获取室内人员的身高信息,并对通过数据传输获得的身高信息与预设身高值之间进行比较判断身高。本实施例中可设置预设身高值为 1.5m;在室内人员的身高信息小于1.5m时,预判该室内人员为非成年人员;在室内人员的身高信息大于等于1.5m时,预判该室内人员为成年人员。然后将室内人员信息预判结果反馈给管理者,管理者对该预判结果进行确认或修改,以输出较为准确的室内人员信息。从而监测判定室内人员均为成年人员或者监测判定室内人员包括非成年人员。
在室内人员包括非成年人员时,立即启动抽烟防护模式;即立即启动第二监测模块对室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况进行监测,并联动新风系统、音频设备和空气净化器以便于调节室内空气以及进行抽烟提示。在室内人员均为成年人员时,具体根据预先录入的人脸信息以及标注的身份信息,判断室内人员均为管理者或者室内人员包括非管理者。
在监测判定室内人员为管理者时,此时可不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式,以满足管理者的需求,提高智能化。在监测判定室内人员包括非管理者时,应根据预先设定的抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动。具体的,在抽烟允许信息为允许抽烟时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;在抽烟允许信息为不允许抽烟时,应立即启动抽烟防护模式。
参考图4,空调设置有红外摄像头以及二氧化碳传感器,空调静止或者运行状态时,在抽烟防护模式下,二氧化碳传感器运行,红外摄像头运行,监测获得空气指标具体监测室内二氧化碳的含量以及红外摄像头扫描室内环境,当发现只是单独二氧化碳超标时,仅是开启新风系统,增加室内氧气含量。当二氧化碳超标时,红外摄像头同时检测到室内闪烁的红点时,则判定室内有人抽烟,此时为避免用户对吸烟者提醒尴尬状态,空调自动开启新风系统,同时联动智家电视播放吸烟有害健康影像视频,智家空气净化器同时运行,室内净化空气。
空调能够依靠二氧化碳含量以及室内闪烁红点,判定室内是否有吸烟者。当判定有吸烟者时,空调自动开启新风系统,同时联动智家电视播放吸烟有害健康影像,智家空气净化器同时运行,室内净化空气。
本空调控制方法能够监测室内二氧化碳的含量以及室内是否有人抽烟,并依据新风系统以及室内智家设备,自动提醒吸烟者灭烟同时净化室内环境。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,包括:
    监测获得室内人员信息;
    根据所述室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式;
    在抽烟防护模式下,监测获得室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况;
    根据所述室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,监测获得室内人员信息具体包括:
    监测室内人员的人体信息;
    根据室内人员的人体信息,判定室内人员均为成年人员,或者判定室内人员包括非成年人员。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,根据室内人员的人体信息,判定室内人员均为成年人员具体包括:
    预设管理者的人脸信息并标注身份;
    根据室内人员的人体信息,判定室内人员包括非管理者,或者判定室内人员为管理者。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式具体包括:
    预设抽烟允许信息;
    在监测判定室内人员均为成年人员且包括非管理者时,根据抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动;
    在监测判定室内人员为管理者时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;
    在监测到室内人员包括非成年人员时,立即启动抽烟防护模式。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,在监测判定室内人员均为成年人员且包括非管理者时,根据抽烟允许信息控制抽烟防护模式的启动具体包括:
    在抽烟允许信息为允许时,不启动抽烟防护模式或者间隔预设时间后再启动抽烟防护模式;
    在抽烟允许信息为不允许时,立即启动抽烟防护模式。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式还包括:
    将监测获得的室内人员信息反馈给管理者,管理者对室内人员信息进行确认或修改;
    根据经管理者确认或修改后的室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施具体包括:
    在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围时,启动新风系统;
    在检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动音频设备进行抽烟提示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的室内抽烟监控方法,其特征在于,根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施还包括:
    在室内空气指标超出预设指标范围和/或检测到室内存在烟雾时,启动空气净化器。
  9. 一种室内抽烟监控装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一监测模块,用于监测获得室内人员信息;
    控制模块,用于根据室内人员信息按照不同形式启动抽烟防护模式;
    第二监测模块,用于在抽烟防护模式下,监测获得室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况;
    控制模块,还用于根据室内空气指标以及室内烟雾状况,启动抽烟防护措施。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的室内抽烟监控装置,其特征在于,所述第一监测模块包括人像识别模块;所述第二监测模块包括空气监测模块和烟雾监测模块。
