L'invention concerne, dans un 5GS : une procédure pour, lorsqu'un PLMN a appliqué ou retiré un état de catastrophe, permettre à un UE de reconnaître l'état du PLMN et transmettre et recevoir des informations pour sélectionner de manière appropriée un PLMN vers lequel se déplacer ; un procédé de sélection d'un PLMN sur la base d'informations reçues par l'intermédiaire d'une notification ou analogue provenant du PLMN et stockées par l'UE ; et un moyen de communication.
