Abstract

A system of an anti pollution nostrile filter mask, which acts as a compact, efficient Gas and Dust filter. More particularly it removes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from ambient air which enter6 s in to respiratory system through inhalation. The system containing Mask outline air filter assay, Inhale filter seal, Inhale filter, Mirror inhale filter, Mirror inhale filter seal, NRV Flap, Flap cover, Mask gasket air filter assay, Head band along with Adsorbent pouches containing adsorbents and prefilter such as micron filter/filter tissues. The filtration Mask Contains Adsorbents, filter tissues and non-return valves for inhalation and exhalation. Adsorbents pack/pouch contains Activated charcoal, carboxen and Tenax with a concetration weight of 100:50:50 respectively and they has been conditioned and checked followed by sealed with Tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds.

Description

A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FILTRATION OF AIR
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The disclosed subject matter relates generally to a System and Method for filtration of Air. Particularly, the present invention relates to a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask. The present invention further relates to, an air filtration system and method of air filtration of inhaled air. The present invention further relates to provide a system and method of an adsorption mechanism along with filtration of atmospheric air to inhale pure and fresh air. The present invention further relates to provide a compact and efficient gas and dust filter that is easy to use. The present invention further relates to provide an antipollution nostril filter that can be fitted on to nostrils for protection against traffic pollution or environmental air pollution. The present invention further relates to provide an antipollution nostril filter to remove both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users. The present invention further relates to provide an adsorbent pack/pouch containing Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax in which these adsorbents are conditioned, checked and followed by sealed with Tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] Now days every natural resource is getting polluted due to heavy urbanization and industrialization. Particularly atmospheric air is polluted to utmost levels in the world and it is highly polluted particularly in most of the cities of the world. So a normal human being doesn’t know whether he is inhaling pure air from atmospheric air. Air is highly essentially required Natural resource for any human beings as it is a basic natural resource, without which nobody lives. That too most of the time people who are roaming in public places for their personal or professional works are highly exposed to polluted air and they are inhaling it, which leads to causing of chronic to acute disorders in their bodies. And also in some cities inhalation of air in home also badly leading to severe disorders in people as it is also polluted. So it is mandate to provide an alternate system for human beings to inhale pure & fresh air from environment so as to sustain their lives in a healthy & peaceful way. [003] And also nowadays many diseases are arising due to various reasons, by which all living things are suffering and that too human beings are suffering badly. And main reason for the spreading of these types of diseases is happening through various routes such as air, water, soil & animals. Particularly spreading through air is most dangerous route when compared to other routs as it covers entire area of environment. Hence now a day it is mandate to use a mask to protect from various hazardous situations to each and everybody including particularly riders and passengers in travelling and also to people who are spending time in public places for their personnel and professional works.
[004] Majority of masks used for general purpose (or) medical purpose (or) during fire hazards are simply don’t allow large particles or stops air inflow from outside.
[005] Various following masks were invented for the various types functions such as:
US20180085246A1 entitled "Nasal Respiratory Devices" discloses Devices for altering the flow of air in a respiratory cavity such as the nostrils of the nose. These methods and devices may be useful for affecting a physiologic benefit in patients suffering from a variety of medical disorders, including snoring and sleep apnea. The devices are typically removable devices that may be placed in both nostrils to increase resistance to airflow within the respiratory cavity.
Resistance to expiration may be selectively increased relative to inspiration. The nasal devices may also increases patency of the nares. Any of these devices may be configured to achieve positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) in a subject wearing the device.

KR102058871B1 entitled "Nose Mask" discloses The present invention includes a pair of silicone casings inserted into both nostrils and installed in contact with the wall of the nostrils and having flexibility; A silicon connection part interconnecting the pair of casings and installed outside the nasal septum and having flexibility; And a filter inserted into and installed in each of the pair of casings, wherein the casing is installed at an inner side of the nostril and is convex inwardly with the base, and is coupled at regular intervals along a circumference of the base and in an outward direction. The present invention relates to a nose mask comprising a plurality of wings extending in an arc shape, the overall shape of which is a jar shape open outwardly, and is formed so small that it can be inserted into the nostrils, thereby making the face wider.
Compared with the conventional mask covering the part, the portability is simple, and even when worn, it is possible to provide an effect that enables smooth communication..
US20190262566A1 entitled “Ventilation Mask with Interchangeable Insert” discloses A mask for patient ventilation that includes a frame for surrounding a respiratory opening of a patient and forming a cavity between an inner surface of the mask and the patient. The frame forms an access aperture that can enable access to the cavity and any of a nose and a mouth region of the patient without requiring removal of the mask or frame from the patient. A removable insert can be attached and detached from the frame without requiring removal of the mask or frame from the patient. When attached to the frame, the removable insert can obstruct the access aperture and form a portion of the cavity.
[006] There is no technique of using a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask, which itself acts as an air filtration system and method of air filtration of inhaled air.
[007] Further there is no technique of using a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask, which itself acts as a system and method of an adsorption mechanism along with filtration of atmospheric air to inhale pure and fresh air.
[008] And also there is no technique of using a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask, which itself provides a compact and efficient gas and dust filter that is easy to use.
[009] And also there is no technique of using a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask, which itself provides an antipollution nostril filter that can be fit on to nostrils for protection against traffic pollution or environmental air pollution. [010] And also there is no technique of using a Nostril Air Pollution Filtration Mask, which itself provides an antipollution nostril filter to remove both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users.

[016] And also there is no treatment method for an adsorbent pack/pouch containing Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax in which these adsorbents are conditioned, checked and followed by sealed with Tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds.
[017] And also there is no technique of using micron filter i.e. like whatman filter paper placed above adsorbent pack/pouch to avoid moisture from nose to filter and filter to nose during inhalation and exhalation respectively. [018] Hence in light of aforesaid reasons there is an urge of an air filtration system to filter the pollutants present in atmospheric air.

[046] The main object of the present invention is to provide A System and Method for Filtration of Air.

[061] Yet another most important object of the present invention is to provide A System and Method for Filtration of Air, which is useful for every common person such as two wheeler raiders, pedestrians, industrial workers etc.., who is exposing to atmosphere air or polluted air.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[062] The following information presents a simplified summary of the disclosure in order to provide a basic understanding of the reader. [063] According to a broad aspect of the present invention, “A System and Method for Filtration of Air”, which facilitates an anti pollution nostrile filter mask and it acts as a compact and efficient Gas and Dust filter. It removes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from ambient air which enter‘ s in to respiratory system. The filtration Mask Contains Adsorbents, prefilter such as micron filters/filter tissues and non-return valves for inhalation and exhalation. Adsorbents pack/pouch contains Activated charcoal, carboxen and Tenax with a concetration weight of 100mg:50mg:50mg respectively. Adsorbents & micron filters used to filter Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants, particularly Prefilter removes all respirable particulate matter and Adsorbents removes all volatiles. Adsorbents needs to be replaced or recharged after 10 hr of usage. Replacement or recharging of adsorbents can be done easily with small push and pull of inhale filter seal out of snap locks. The mask is easy to wear and operate and also can replace or recharge adsorbents easily. Most of parts of the mask are made up of silica to ensure free from alllergic reactions to skin and also gives smooth and healthy properties to skin. Cost of the mask is very economical and affordable to all classes of people.

Most parts of the proposed system were made up of silica to ensure free from allergic reactions to skin during usage. Mask outline air filter assembly (101) is the most important central part equipped with provisions in all sides to get attached with remaining parts such as Inhale filter seal (102), Inhale filter (103), Mirror inhale filter (104), Mirror inhale filter seal (105), NRV Flap (106), Flap Cover (107), Mask Gasket Air Filter Assay (108), Adsorbent pack/pouch (109), a prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue, Headband (111) and a vertical screw (112) in a harmonized way.

All the debossed engravings of Mask outline air filter assembly (101) on frontal left and right side and also frontal bottom side are properly perforated to pass air from outside environment to inside the system and system inside to outside environment.

[116.E] Most of the parts are snapped to each other with the help of snap lockers and are interlocked. Mask Gasket Air Filter Assay (108) touches to Skin of the face during usage and it has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s face and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement. Mask Gasket Air Filter Assay (108) equipped with customized inscriptions on inner frontal circumference to allow passage of customized outer projected snap lockers on inner rear circumference of Mask outline air filter assembly (101) to fix harmonizely and acts as interlock for the proposed system. [125] Referring to FIG.10 is a diagram 109 depicting Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) of A System and Method for Filtration of Air, in accordance with one or more exemplary embodiments. Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) depicting the perspective view and is pack/pouch contains Activated charcoal, carboxen and Tenax with a concetration weight of 100mg:50mg:50mg respectively. Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) is refillable / rechargeable part which has to replace after a customized time period. Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) equipped with Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax which were conditioned, checked and followed by sealed with Tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds. As Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) equipped with conditioned adsorbents such as Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax facilitates to remove both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users. As Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) equipped with conditioned adsorbents such as Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax facilitates to remove both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants by Filtering out particulate and gases pollutants such as follows:
• Benzene
• Toluene
• Xylene
• Ethyl Benzene
• PM 10's & PM.25 particulates etc. From the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users. As Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) equipped with conditioned adsorbents such as Activated Charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax provides users to inhale fresh and pure air by filtering inhaled air from atmosphere with the use of said adsorbents and novel mechanism to inhale pure air so as to facilitate pure/clean air enter into respiratory system of users. Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) is configured in a way so that it is easy to use, easy to replace, easy to carry and can store safely in specialized pouches designed respectively. Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) needs to be replaced or recharged after 10 hr of usage. Replacement or recharging of adsorbent pack/pouch (109) can be done easily with small push and pull of inhale filter seal (102) and mirror inhale filter seal (105) out of snap locks which were locked to Mask outline air filter assembly (101). Cost of the adsorbent pack/pouch (109) is very economical and affordable to all classes of people. The adsorbents engulfed in adsorbent pack/pouch (109) are selected based on the characteristics for Thermal Desorption. Activated charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax TA were selected for the proposed invention to provide an adsorbent pack/pouch to use in the proposed system to filter and remove both Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users. Activated charcoal, Carboxen and Tenax TA were conditioned at 230°C for 24 hours using nitrogen flushing without having any artefacts. After conditioning the adsorbent pack’s/pouches (109) randomly analysed through GCMS to check if any VOCs presents. After the checking with GCMS the adsorbent pack’s/pouches are sealed with uncoated aluminium foil self-seal cover and will be placed these adsorbent pack’s/pouches (109) in a clean, airtight, opaque container. The adsorbent pack’s/pouches (109) regenerated by conditioning in the oven at 230°C for 24 hours and the same can be reused. The adsorbent pack/pouch has to be replaced for 5 usage days on an average use of 2 hours/day.

The challenging volume of Carboxen is 100L and inhalation rate for the human is 500ml per breath and in a minute 12 breathes (500ml x 12 breaths x 60mins x 10 hours = 60 liters).
From the above calculation it is clear evident that the adsorbent pack/pouch can be used for 10 hrs. of active usage.
[125.A] Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) attached to the inhale filter (103) on right side and mirror inhale filter (104) on left side of Mask outline air filter assembly (101) on one side. Inhalation of air takes place through inhale filter seal (102) followed by inhale filter (103), then filtered through adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by a prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue. On vice versa Inhalation of air takes place through Mirror inhale filter seal (105) followed by Mirror inhale filter (104), then filtered through another adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by another prefilter (110). Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) has been designed in to a customized peanut shape to fit perfectly in to inhale filter (103) and mirror inhale filter (104) and also it can be made in to any shape so as to fit perfectly in to inhale filter (103) and mirror inhale filter (104). A prefilter (110) placed above adsorbent pack/pouch (109) to avoid moisture from nose to filter and filter to nose during inhalation and exhalation respectively. [126] Referring to FIG.11 is a diagram 110 depicting a prefilter (110) of A System and Method for Filtration of Air, in accordance with one or more exemplary embodiments. A prefilter (110) depicting the perspective view and it is micron filter paper such as whatman filter paper. A Prefilter (110) will be placed on Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) to avoid moisture from nose to filter and vice versa to avoid moisture from filter to nose of user’s during inhalation and exhalation respectively. A Prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue is refillable / rechargeable part which has to replace after a customized time period. A Prefilter (110) is attached to Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) which itself attached to the inhale filter (103) on right side and mirror inhale filter (104) on left side of Mask outline air filter assembly (101) on one side. Inhalation of air takes place through inhale filter seal (102) followed by inhale filter (103), then filtered through adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by a prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue and finally it reaches nostril of user after passing through perforations of Mask outline air filter assembly (101). On vice versa Inhalation of air takes place through Mirror inhale filter seal (105) followed by Mirror inhale filter (104), then filtered through another adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by another prefilter (110) and finally it reaches nostril of user after passing through perforations of Mask outline air filter assembly (101). A Prefilter (110) has been designed in to a customized peanut shape to fit perfectly on adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and also it can be made in to any shape so as to fit perfectly on adsorbent pack/pouch (109).
[127] Referring to FIG.12 is a diagram 111 depicting Headband (111) of A System and Method for Filtration of Air, in accordance with one or more exemplary embodiments. Headband (111) depicting the perspective view and is equipped with perforations and it is used to holds user’s head during usage. Both ends (111A) and ( 11 IB) of Head band were attached to left side holder (108A) and right side holder (108B) of Mask Gasket Air Filter Assay (108) respectively. Headband (111) made in to a customized belt shape to give smooth texture and comfort wearing for user’s. Headband (111) is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage. Headband (111) has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s Head and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Vertical screw (112) depicting the perspective view and is equipped with debossed engravings to fit as interlock system fitting in to frontal bottom side to fix harmonizely with Mask outline air filter assembly (101). Vertical screw (112) helps to hold NRV Flap (106) and Flap cover (107) with outline air filter assembly (101). Vertical screw (112) is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage. Vertical screw (112) has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s face and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Claims

We Claim:

A system and method for filtration of air, said system comprises; a nostril air pollution filtration mask which contains ; atleast one mask outline air filter assembly (101), which is the central part equipped with provisions in all sides to get attached with remaining parts such as inhale filter seal (102), inhale filter (103), mirror inhale filter (104), mirror inhale filter seal (105, nrv flap (106), flap cover (107), mask gasket air filter assay (108), adsorbent pack/pouch (109), a prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue, headband (111) and a vertical screw (112) in a harmonized way and it is equipped with two debossed engravings in front side to allow interlocking of inhale filter seal (102) on frontal right side and mirror inhale filter seal (105) on frontal left side with the help of snap lockers and another debossed engraving in frontal bottom side to allow interlocking of flap cover (107) with the help of snap locker and also all the debossed engravings of mask outline air filter assembly (101) on frontal left and right side and also frontal bottom side are properly perforated to pass air from outside environment to inside the system and system inside to outside environment. ; atleast one inhale filter seal (102), which contains two outer projections (102a) and (102b), which are configured to fit in to the frontal right side debossed engraving of mask outline air filter assembly (101) and it has been made in to a customized hexagonal shape which fits in to respective customized frontal right side hexagonal debossed engravings of mask outline air filter assembly (101) and it holds inhale filter (103) followed by adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and a prefilter (110) to the frontal right side debossed engraving of mask outline air filter assembly (101) and also it is equipped with two outer projected snap lockers (102a) and (102b) to lock in to the customized fittings of inscriptions on inner frontal circumference of the mask outline air filter assembly (101) to fix harmonizely and acts as interlock for the proposed system and also it has been properly perforated to pass air from outside environment to inside the system and system inside to outside environment;

atleast one prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue, which is a micron filter paper such as whatman filter paperand it has been placed on adsorbent pack/pouch (109) to avoid moisture from nose to filter and vice versa to avoid moisture from filter to nose of user’s during inhalation and exhalation respectively and it is refillable / rechargeable part which has to replace after a customized time period and it is attached to adsorbent pack/pouch (109) which itself attached to the inhale filter (103) on right side and mirror inhale filter (104) on left side of mask outline air filter assembly (101) on one side and inhalation of air takes place through inhale filter seal (102) followed by inhale filter (103), then filtered through adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by a prefilter (110) and finally it reaches nostril of user after passing through perforations of mask outline air filter assembly (101) and in the same way inhalation of air takes place through mirror inhale filter seal (105) followed by mirror inhale filter (104), then filtered through another adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by another prefilter (110) and finally it reaches nostril of user after passing through perforations of mask outline air filter assembly (101) and it has been designed in to a customized peanut shape to fit perfectly on adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and also it can be made in to any shape so as to fit perfectly on adsorbent pack/pouch (109); atleast one headband (111), which is equipped with perforations and it is used to holds user’s head during usage and both ends (Illa) and (111b) of head band were attached to left side holder (108a) and right side holder (108b) of mask gasket air filter assay (108) respectively and it has been made in to a customized belt shape to give smooth texture and comfort wearing for user’s; atleast one vertical screw (112), which is equipped with debossed engravings to fit as interlock system fitting in to frontal bottom side to fix harmonizely with mask outline air filter assembly (101) and it helps to hold nrv flap (106) and flap cover (107) with outline air filter assembly (101). 38 the mask outline air filter assembly (101); wherein both inhale filter (103) and mirror inhale filter (104) holds adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and a prefilter (110) towards the mask outline air filter assembly (101), in which outer part of adsorbent pack/pouch is attached to inhale filter (103) on one side and attached to prefilter (110) on another side and also prefilter (110) will be attached to mask outline air filter assembly (101) on one side and attached to adsorbent pack/pouch (109) on another side; wherein it is equipped with debossed engravings and projections throughout the frontal outer portion to fix harmonizely with mask outline air filter assembly (101); wherein it is equipped with outer projected snap lockers to lock in to the customized fittings of inscriptions on inner rear circumference of the mask outline air filter assembly (101) to fix harmonizely and acts as interlock for the proposed system. wherein it has been molded in to a customized shape and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.
3. Inhale filter seal (102) as claimed in claim 1, wherein it is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage and it has been molded in to a customized shape and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Mask Gasket Air Filter Assay (108) as claimed in claim 1, wherein it is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage; wherein it touches to skin of the face during usage and it has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s face and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Adsorbent pack/pouch (109) as claimed in claim 1, wherein it contains activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax with a concetration weight of 100mg:50mg:50mg respectively; wherein it is refillable / rechargeable part which has to replace after a customized time period; wherein it is equipped with activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax which were conditioned, checked and followed by sealed with tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds; wherein as it is equipped with conditioned adsorbents such as activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax facilitates to remove both volatile organic compounds (voc) and particulate pollutants by filtering out particulate and gases pollutants such as follows:
• benzene
• toluene
• xylene
• ethyl benzene
• pm 10's & pm.25 particulates etc. from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users; wherein as it is equipped with conditioned adsorbents such as activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax provides users to inhale fresh and pure air by filtering inhaled air from atmosphere with the use of said adsorbents and novel mechanism to inhale pure air so as to facilitate pure/clean air enter into respiratory system of users; wherein cost of the adsorbent pack/pouch (109) is very economical, so that it is affordable to all classes of people;
40 wherein the adsorbents engulfed in it are selected based on the characteristics for thermal desorption; wherein activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax ta were selected for the proposed invention to provide an adsorbent pack/pouch to use in the proposed system to filter and remove both volatile organic compounds (voc) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users; wherein activated charcoal, carboxen and tenax ta were conditioned at 230°c for 24 hours using nitrogen flushing without having any artefacts and after conditioning the adsorbent pack’s/pouches randomly analysed through gems to check if any vocs presents and also after the checking with gems the adsorbent pack’s/pouches are sealed with uncoated aluminium foil self-seal cover and will be placed these adsorbent pack’s/pouches in a clean, airtight, opaque container; wherein these can be regenerated by conditioning in the oven at 230°c for 24 hours and the same can be reused; wherein it has to be replaced for 5 usage days on an average use of 2 hours/day.
❖ the calculation has been explained below: the challenging volume of carboxen is 1001 and inhalation rate for the human is 500ml per breath and in a minute 12 breathes (500ml x 12 breaths x 60mins x 10 hours = 60 liters): from the above calculation it is clear evident that the adsorbent pack/pouch can be used for 10 hrs. of active usage; wherein it is attached to the inhale filter (103) on right side and mirror inhale filter (104) on left side of mask outline air filter assembly (101) on one side and inhalation of air takes place through inhale filter seal (102) followed by inhale filter (103), then filtered through adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by a prefilter (110) and on vice versa inhalation of air takes place through mirror inhale filter seal (105) followed by mirror inhale filter (104), then filtered through another adsorbent pack/pouch (109) and filtration followed by another prefilter (110); wherein prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue i.e. like whatman filter paper placed on it to avoid moisture from nose to filter and filter to nose during inhalation and exhalation respectively;
41 wherein it has been molded in to a customized shape and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Prefilter (110) such as micron filter/filter tissue as claimed in claim 1, wherein it contains a micron filter such as whatman filter paper will be placed on it to avoid moisture from nose to filter and vice versa to avoid moisture from filter to nose of user’s during inhalation and exhalation respectively and it has been molded in to a customized shape and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Headband ( 111 ) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein it is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage and also it has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s head and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

Vertical screw (112) as claimed in claim 1, wherein it is made with silicone rubber to ensure smooth texture and free from allergic reactions to skin during usage and also it has been molded in to a customized shape to fit in to everyone’s face and also it can be made in to different shapes as per requirement.

A system and method for filtration of air as claimed in claim 1, wherein said system directed towards a nostril air pollution filtration mask, in which most of parts of the mask are made up of silica to ensure free from alllergic reactions to skin and also gives smooth and healthy properties to skin, and also cost of the mask is very economical and affordable to all classes of people.

A system and method for filtration of air as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system provides a compact and efficient gas and dust filter that is easy to use; replacement or recharging of adsorbents can be done easily with small push and pull of inhale filter seal out of snap locks; the mask is easy to wear and operate and also can replace or recharge adsorbents easily; with the use of headband gives smooth texture and comfort wearing for user’s and also it is used to holds user’s head during usage.

A system and method for filtration of air as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is useful for every common person such as two wheeler raiders, pedestrians, industrial workers etc.., who is exposing to atmosphere air or polluted air, it can be used in fields like pharmaceuticals or in roads during journey’s (or) general purpose (or) medical purpose (or) also to people who are
42 spending time in public places for their personnel and professional works (or) during fire hazards and so forth in accordance with the user’s requirement for a healthy respiration; wherein it provides an antipollution nostril filter to remove both volatile organic compounds (voc) and particulate pollutants from the ambient air so as to facilitate clean air enter into respiratory system of users inhale fresh and pure air by filtering inhaled air from atmosphere; adsorbent pack/pouch (109) is configured in a way so that it is easy to use, easy to replace, easy to carry and can store safely in specialized pouches designed respectively

A system and method for filtration of air as claimed in claim 1, wherein prefilter (110) is a micron filter such as whatman filter paper will be placed on adsorbent pack/pouch (109) to avoid moisture from nose to filter and vice versa to avoid moisture from filter to nose of user’s during inhalation and exhalation respectively; and also with the use of tyvek material packing, which resists puncturing, tearing and passage of moisture, so that without any resistance air move through adsorbents and remove volatile organic compounds during inhalation of user’s.
