需要说明的是,优选的,伸缩轴10设置为两根,也可以设置为多根,本领域技术人员可以根据不同的需要设置对应数量的伸缩轴,只要能够实现按摩器的伸缩即可。
根据本申请实施例,伸缩轴10末端呈凸起的圆弧状,等间距设置有四个按摩球11。
为了更好的描述本申请的技术方案,下面将详细讲解本申请的具体使用方式。
本申请关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,在工作时,首先,拉动拉手8,套环A1与套环B2之间的连接轴3,在伸缩器14的伸缩作用下,使得连接轴3上的滑轮16能够沿着腔道15内壁滑动,进而改变连接轴3伸出腔道15的长度来调节套环A1与套环B2之间的间距,将需要康复的骨骼所在的部位套入设备内,拉动拉手8使得连接轴3收缩,使得套环A1与套环B2之间的间距配合所在部位的粗细程度,进而牢牢的套在部位上,其次,拉动伸缩环A7与伸缩环B5,在滚珠12的作用下伸出收纳 槽4,进而包裹住更大范围的部位,减压球13能够减小设工作时对部位产生的压力,最后,弹性球6与部位直接接触,使得设备与部位接触更加柔性,提高人的舒适度,在通过按摩器9上的伸缩轴10的伸缩作用,实现按摩球11对骨骼所在部位的按摩功能。
本申请的技术方案,通过将设备设置成内部中空的圆环状,能够适应人的身体部位,进而全方位的将人的部位结构环绕,使得康复更加充分,而且设备整体小巧化,能够随身携带或者灵活的进行使用。
并且本申请通过设置两块分开的套环,套环之间通过连接轴活动连接,使得设备中间中空的地方能够根据使用者或者使用部位的粗细程度进行调整,进而提高设备的适用性和灵活性。
进一步的,本申请通过在套环两端设置活动的伸缩环,能够扩大包裹部位的范围,进而有利于设备牢牢的贴在身体的部位上,同时在套环内部设置按摩器和弹性球,既能够促进骨骼的恢复,也能够提高使用者的舒适性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,包括套环A(1),套环B(2),连接轴(3),其特征在于,所述套环A(1)与套环B(2)外侧固定设置有拉手(8),所述套环A(1)与套环B(2)之间通过连接轴(3)活动连接,所述连接轴(3)通过伸缩器(14)连接在套环A(1)与套环B(2)内部形成的腔道(15)内,所述连接轴(3)连接腔道(15)处活动设置有两个滑轮(16),所述套环A(1)上下侧活动连接有伸缩环A(7),所述套环B(2)上下侧活动连接有伸缩环B(5),所述套环A与伸缩环A(7)连接处固定开设有收纳槽(4),所述套环A(1)与套环B(2)内侧中间固定安装有按摩器(9),所述按摩器(9)顶部活动设置有伸缩轴(10),所述伸缩轴(10)活动设置有按摩球(11),所述按摩器(9)两侧固定设置有弹性球(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述套环A(1)与套环B(2)呈半圆环柱状,整体呈对称分布,且套环A(1)与套环B(2)的连接结构呈对称设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩环A(7)与伸缩环B(5)呈半圆环柱状各设置有两块,对称分布在套环两端,一块伸缩环的长度与套环高度的一半相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述套环A(1)与伸缩环A(7)外侧连接处环绕设置有半圈滚珠(12),所述套环B(2)与伸缩环B(5)外侧连接处环绕设置有半圈滚珠(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述所述套环A(1)与伸缩环A(7)内侧连接处环绕设置有半圈减压球(13),所述套环B(2)与伸缩环B(5)外侧连接处环绕设置有半圈减压球(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所 述拉手(8)设置有两根对称分布在两个套环外侧,拉手(8)呈长圆柱状,拉手(8)的长度与套环高度的一半相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述弹性球(6)设置有八个,等分对称分布在两个套环上下内侧,弹性球(6)嵌套在套环内侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述按摩器(9)设置有两个,对称分布在两块套环内侧中部的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩轴(10)设置有两根,对应安装在两个按摩器(9)上,伸缩轴(10)的最大伸长度与套环半径的一半相同。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种关节助力柔性外骨骼康复设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩轴(10)末端呈凸起的圆弧状,等间距设置有四个按摩球(11)。
