Abstract

본 발명은 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키는 치질 치료 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좌변기 시트 뿐만 아니라 의자나 지면 등 어디서나 단독으로 사용할 수 있도록 휴대가 편리하고, 기존의 치질 치료 시트의 레일에 탈,부착되어 기존의 치질 치료 시트에 온열 기능을 부여할 수 있는 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 관한 것이다.

Description

온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치
본 발명은 치질 치료 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 단독으로 또는 좌변기용 시트 어댑터에 부착되어 환자의 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키고, 그 부(否)의 압력이 항문 외부로 돌출된 치질(또는 치핵)을 몸안으로 당겨 원상회복되도록 할 수 있는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 치질(또는 치핵)은 항문 질환 중 가장 많은 질환으로 50대 이후의 성인이나 임신이나 출산 후의 여성에서 많이 발생한다. 정상적인 항문관 내에는 점막하 조직 평활근과 탄성을 지닌 결체조직의 분리된 덩어리로 구성된 혈관조직으로 특별한 쿠션조직이 있다. 이 조직은 대게 좌측부, 우전, 우후 세 방향에 존재하며, 이 조직이 비정상적 또는 증상을 나타낼 때를 치질(또는 치핵)이라 한다.
치질(또는 치핵)의 원인은 확실히 밝혀지지 않았으나, 중력, 지속적으로 힘을 쓸 때, 불규칙한 배변 습관 등으로 항문쿠션이 아래로 내려와서 발생하는 경우가 많다. 또한, 선천적으로 항문관 점막이 약한 유전적 요인, 오랜 설사, 심한 기침, 변비로 인한 잦은 관장으로 복강내 압력이 높아져 발생하는 경우, 임신 출산시 복강 내압의 증가로 인하여 발생하기도 한다.
치질을 치료하는 통상적 민간요법으로는 약 40℃ 내외 정도로 데운 더운물을 대야에 담은 후 둔부를 더운물에 충분히 담가 항문근육을 오므렸다 폈다 하는 온수 좌욕법과, 내치핵을 묶어서 떨어지게 하기 위하여 특수한 고무 링을 사용하는 고무결찰법과, 이산화탄소-아르곤 등의 레이저 광선으로 치핵을 잘라 내거나 태워 없애는 레이저 수술방법이 주로 이용되고 있었다.
특히, 온수 좌욕법을 이용하여 치료하는 경우에는 신체를 노출한 후 이용하여야만 되므로서 그 이용이 매우 번거롭고 불편하였을 뿐만 아니라 주변 시선에 많은 주의를 하여야하는 정신적인 스트레스가 발생할 우려가 있으며, 활동 중이나 사무실 등 가정을 떠난 외부에서는 전혀 사용을 할 수가 없어 치질로 인한 통증을 감수하여야 했으며, 치질이 점차 확대되어 치료에 이르기까지 많은 시일을 요구하게 되는 실정이었다.
이러한 점을 감안하여 온열 치질 치료기가 여러 가지 등장한 바 있으나, 이들은 모두 봉타입으로 된 본체를 손으로 잡고 이에 형성된 발열체를 항문에 삽입하여 가열하기 위한 구성의 것이 대부분 이어서, 사용시 주변사람에게 쉽게 그 사용여부가 노출되어 버리게 되므로서 사용시 주위사람의 시선을 인식하게 되는 등의 불편이 나타나고 이에 따라 사용장소에 많은 제약을 받게 되는 문제점이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 주위 사람들에게 혐오감과 불쾌감을 유발시킬 우려가 있고 이러한 요인으로 인하여 여성의 경우에는 거의 사용할 수 없는 등의 여러 가지 사용상의 문제점을 나타내고 있었다.
따라서, 특허문헌 1(한국 등록실용신안공보 제 20-0267768 호)은 엉덩이의 좌,우둔부 사이의 심곡면에 대응하는 곡면과 항문국소와 긴밀하게 접촉하는 돌기부를 형성한 발열체를 방석에 내장하여 일상 좌석 생활에서도 간편하고 용이하게 항문과 그 주변에 온열을 가하여 지속적인 치료효과를 기대할 수 있게 하는 온열 치료 방식을 제안한다.
한편, 치질이나 치핵을 치료하는 의학적 치료방법으로는 주로 수술 요법, 즉, 혈전절제수술, 점막하 치핵절제술, 초음파 혹은 조절 전기에너지와 통고수술 등과 같은 방법이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 의학적 치료방법은 환자들의 수술에 대한 두려움, 수술 후 고통 및 재발 등의 문제로 인하여 많이 망설여지고 있는 실정이다.
이에, 치질이나 치핵의 발병시 수술요법을 이용하지 않고 치료할 수 있는 의료기기를 개발하고자 하는 요구에 따라 특허문헌 2(미국 특허공보 US 7,677,250 B2), 특허문헌 3(한국 등록특허공보 제 10-1370148 호) 및 특허문헌 4(한국 등록특허공보 제 10-1370155 호)는 인체 내부(즉, 항문관)에 부의 압력(negative pressure)을 유발하기 위하여 치질을 둘러싸는 부위에 정의 압력(positive pressure)를 인가하도록 디자인된 치질 치료 시트(또는 좌변기 시트 어댑터)를 제안하였다.
상기 특허문헌 2 내지 특허문헌 4의 치질 치료 시트(10)는 도 7과 같이 좌변기 시트에 장착하여 사용할 수 있도록 시트 바디(11)에 레일(13)이 돌출 형성되어 환자가 착석하게 되면 레일(13)에 의해 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키고, 그 부(否)의 압력이 항문 외부로 돌출된 치질(또는 치핵)을 몸안으로 당겨 원상회복되도록 한다.
그러나, 상기 특허문헌 2 내지 특허문헌 4의 치질 치료 시트(10)는 좌변기에 안정적으로 안착시키기 위하여 좌변기 시트에 대응하는 형상을 가지는 시트 바디(13)를 가진다. 이 시트 바디(13)의 존재로 인해 치질 치료 시트(10) 전체의 부피가 증가하게 되어 휴대가 불편하고, 생산 원가를 상승시킨다.
따라서, 본 발명은 좌변기 시트 뿐만 아니라 의자나 지면 등 언제, 어디서나 사용할 수 있도록 휴대가 편리한 치질 치료 장치를 제공하는 것을 제 1의 기술적 과제로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 특허문헌 2 내지 특허문헌 4의 치질 치료 시트(10)의 레일(11)에 탈,부착되어 종래의 치질 치료 시트(10)에 온열 기능을 부여할 수 있는 치질 치료 장치를 제공하는 것을 제 2의 기술적 과제로 한다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 제 1 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치는, 일정한 높이와 폭을 갖는 레일의 중심부에 인체의 엉덩이에 대응하는 관통부가 형성되어 있는 치질 치료용 폐 루프(closed loop)로서, 상기 레일은, 그 단면이 좌,우 측벽과 지붕으로 이루어진 도어 형상을 갖고, 상대적으로 유연한 재질로 이루어진 클래드 레일과; 상기 클래드 레일의 내부에 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합되는 상대적으로 단단한 재질로 이루어진 코어 레일을 포함하고; 상기 코어 레일을 상기 클래드 레일에 끼워 결합시키는 것에 의해 상기 레일 위에 환자의 엉덩이가 놓일 때, 상기 코어 레일이 중력 방향의 하중을 지지함으로써 레일 위에 놓인 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 제 2 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치는, 상기 클래드 레일의 지붕에 배치되는 발열수단과; 상기 발열수단에 전원을 인가하기 위한 전원 공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 발열수단은 열선 또는 반도체 발열소자인 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 또 다른 제 3 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치의 상기 관통부는 인체의 좌측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 1 관통 부위와 우측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 2 관통 부위가 항문 부위에 대응하는 제 3 관통 부위에 의해 상호 연결되고, 상기 제 3 관통 부위는 상기 제 1 관통 부위 및 제 2 관통 부위에 대비하여 상대적으로 좁게 형성되어 상기 제 3 관통 부위 주변에 형성된 레일이 항문 주위를 압박하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 제 4 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 있어서, 상기 코어 레일과 상기 클래드 레일은 벨크로 테이프에 의해 서로 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 제 5 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 있어서, 상기 코어 레일은 속이 꽉찬 직육면체 형상, 속이 빈 직육면체 형상 및 상기 클래드 레일에 대응하는 도어 형상중 어느 하나를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 제 6 양태에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 있어서, 상기 레일의 상면은 중심의 관통부를 향해 일정하게 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 치질 치료 장치에 따르면, 환자가 평소에 휴대한 상태에서 언제, 어디서나 펼쳐서 사용이 가능하다. 즉, 환자가 본 발명에 따른 치질 치료 장치를 휴대한 상태에서 좌변기나 의자, 평평한 지면 등에 놓고 착석하게 되면 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력이 부가되어 항문 내부에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키고, 그 부(否)의 압력이 항문 외부로 돌출된 치질(또는 치핵)을 몸안으로 당겨 원상회복되도록 한다.
특히, 종래의 치질 치료 시트(특허문헌 2 내지 특허문헌 3의 치질 치료 시트)는 좌변기나 의자에 그 적용 용도가 한정되지만, 본 발명에 따른 치질 치료 장치는 펼쳐 놓고 착석할 수 있다면 어떤 장소나 상황에서도 모두 사용이 가능하다.
또한, 본 발명의 치질 치료 장치는 환자의 엉덩이와 맞닿는 부분에 발열수단이 부설되어서 환자의 항문 주위에 온열 기능을 제공함으로써 본래의 치료 효과에 더불어 온열 치료 효과를 부가할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 치질 치료 장치는 종래의 치질 치료 시트에 손쉽게 부착이 가능하기 때문에 종래의 치질 치료 시트에 온열 기능을 부가적으로 제공할 수 있다.
본 명세서에 첨부되는 다음의 도면들은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 예시하는 것이며, 후술되는 발명의 상세한 설명과 함께 본 발명의 기술사상을 더욱 이해시키는 역할을 하는 것이므로, 본 발명은 그러한 도면에 기재된 사항에만 한정되어 해석되어서는 아니된다.

이하, 본 발명의 실시 예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 본 발명의 실시예는 여러 가지 형태로 변형할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 아래의 실시예들로 한정되는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 된다. 본 실시예는 당업계에서 평균적인 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 더욱 완전하게 설명하기 위해 제공되는 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 도면과 명세서에서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미 한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세하게 설명하도록 한다. 첨부된 도면은 축척에 의하여 도시되지 않았으며, 각 도면의 동일한 참조 번호는 동일한 구성 요소를 지칭한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치에 대한 사시도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)는 일정한 높이(h)와 폭(w1,w2)을 갖는 대략 '8'자 형상의 레일(112)의 중심부에 인체의 엉덩이에 대응하는 관통부(111)가 형성되어 있는 치질 치료용 폐 루프(closed loop)(110)와 전원 공급기(150)로 이루어진다.
상기 레일(112)은 환자의 항문 주위에 대응되는 대략 '8'자 형상을 가짐으로써 환자가 레일(112) 위에 엉덩이를 착석시킬 때 불편함을 느끼지 않도록 한다. 따라서, 폐 루프(110)의 중심에는 인체의 좌측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 1 관통 부위(111c)와 우측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 2 관통 부위(111a)가 항문 부위에 대응하는 제 3 관통 부위(111b)에 의해 상호 연결되어 일체로 형성된 관통부(111)를 갖는다.
따라서, 환자가 상기 폐 루프(110)의 제 3 관통 부위(111b)에 항문이 위치하도록 레일(112) 위에 착석하게 되면 착석한 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키고, 그 부(否)의 압력이 항문 외부로 돌출된 치질(또는 치핵)을 항문관 안쪽으로 당겨 원상회복되도록 한다.
또한, 상기 전원 공급기(150)는 외부 상용 전원의 콘센트와 연결되는 플러그(155)와 전선(153) 및 온도 조절기(152)로 이루어진다. 따라서, 상기 전원 공급기(150)를 통해 상기 레일(112)에 배치된 열선과 같은 발열수단(125)에 전원을 공급함으로써 레일(112)의 상면(110a)을 원하는 온도로 가열할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 전원 공급기(150)의 플러그(155)는 USB 단자나 차량용 시거잭으로 대체될 수 있다. 이렇게 플러그(155) 대신에 USB 단자나 차량용 시거잭으로 교체하게 되면, 차량이나 USB 단자를 구비한 다른 전자기기로부터 필요한 전원을 공급받을 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시예의 전원 공급기(150)는 플러그(155), USB 단자, 차량용 시거잭을 동시에 모두 구비할 수도 있다.
상기 레일(112)의 높이(h)는 액체정역학에서 기술된 원리에 따라 항문 주위의 근육이 레일(112)에 의해 가압시 중력에 반대 작용하는 수직항력이 충분히 작용할 수 있을 정도로 높아야 한다. 즉, 레일(112)에 환자가 착석하여 엉덩이가 놓일때 항문이 바닥에 닿지 않을 정도 이상의 높이(h)를 가져야 한다.
또한, 레일(112)의 폭 w1,w2는 서로 동일하거나 서로 상이할 수 있으며 환자가 착석시 국부적인 압력이 과도하게 작용하지 않을 정도 이상의 폭을 가지는 것이 바람직하며, 불필요하게 폭이 크면 원가 상승의 요인이 될 수 있다.
도 2 내지 도 4는 도 1의 레일(112)의 A-A선을 자른 종 단면도로서, 도 2는 제 1 실시예의 종 단면도이고, 도 3은 다른 제 2 실시예의 종 단면도이며, 도 4는 또 다른 제 3 실시예의 종 단면도이다.
먼저, 도 2를 참조하면, 본 실시예의 레일(112)은 상대적으로 유연 재질(flexible material)로 이루어지는 클래드 레일(120)과 클래드 레일(120)의 내부에 배치되는 상대적으로 단단한 재질(rigid material)의 코어 레일(130)을 포함한다. 예를 들어, 상기 클래드 레일(120)은 실리콘, 고무 등의 플렉서블한 소재로 구성되고, 상기 코어 레일(130)은 단단한 합성수지, 게르마늄, 목재, 도자기, 금속재 등과 같은 단단한 소재로 구성될 수 있다.
상기 클래드 레일(120)과 코어 레일(130)은 서로 탈, 부착이 가능하도록 억지 끼워 맞춤 결합하거나 벨크로(Velcro) 테이프로 결합될 수 있다. 물론, 상기 클래드 레일(120)과 코어 레일(130)은 서로 탈, 부착이 가능하도록 그 밖의 다양한 자기적, 물리적 또는 화학적 커플링 방법이 적용될 수 있다.
상기 클래드 레일(120)은 좌,우 측벽(120b, 120c) 위에 지붕(120a)을 갖는 세워진 'ㄷ'자 형상(즉, 도어 형상)을 갖는다. 상기 클래드 레일(120)의 지붕(120a)에는 발열수단(125)이 심어져 있다. 상기 발열수단(125)은 PVC 열선, 면상 발열체, 카본 열선 또는 반도체 발열소자 등을 포함한다.
따라서, 상기 전원 공급기(150)로부터 전기에너지를 공급받은 발열수단(125)이 발열됨으로써 상기 클래드 레일(120)의 지붕(120a)의 상면(110a)이 따뜻하게 가열되고, 이 상면(110a)과 접촉하는 환자의 엉덩이를 온열 치료할 수 있다.
상기 코어 레일(130)은 상기 클래드 레일(120)의 중심에 배치되는 상대적으로 단단한 재질의 중심 지지체로서 상기 클래드 레일(120)과 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합된다. 상기 코어 레일(130)은 도 2와 같이 속이 꽉찬 직육면체 형상을 갖거나 도 3과 같이 클래드 레일(120)과 동일한 도어 형상을 갖거나 도 4와 같이 속이 빈 직육면체 형상을 가질 수 있다. 즉, 상기 코어 레일(130)은 본 실시예에 따른 치질 치료 장치(100)의 폐 루프(110)에 환자가 착석함에 따라 상기 클래드 레일(120)에 중력이 작용할 때 클래드 레일(130)이 환자의 하중을 견딜 수 있도록 지지하는 중력 지지체이다. 따라서, 클래드 레일(130)이 환자의 하중에 불구하고, 그 높이(h)가 변하지 않도록 지지할 수 있다면 상기 코어 레일(130)은 도 2 내지 도 4 이외의 다양한 형상을 가질 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 클래드 레일(120)은 3축(x, y, z) 방향으로 자유도를 갖는 유연 재질로 이루어지고, 그 내부 중심이 비워져 있기 때문에 상기 클래드 레일(120)에 하중이 가해지면 상기 클래드 레일(120)은 쉽게 변형될 수 있다. 이 경우, 클래드 레일(120)에 환자의 엉덩이가 놓이게 되면, 하중에 의해 클래드 레일(120)이 변형되고, 이로 인해, 항문 주위에 원하는 정도의 정(正)의 압력을 부가할 수 없게 되어 내부 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 유발할 수 없게 된다.
따라서, 본 실시예에 따른 치질 치료 장치(100)를 단독으로 사용할 경우에는 도 2 내지 도 4와 같이 클래드 레일(120)의 내부에 반드시 환자의 하중을 충분히 견딜 수 있는 정도의 강도(hardness)를 갖는 단단한 재질의 코어 레일(130)이 결합되어야 한다.
이렇게 클래드 레일(120)의 내부에 도 2 내지 도 4의 코어 레일(130)을 결합시키게 되면, 클래드 레일(120)에 하중이 실리더라도 코어 레일(130)이 이 하중을 견뎌서 지지하기 때문에 클래드 레일(120)은 변형되지 않음으로써 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으켜서 항문 외부로 돌출된 치질(또는 치핵)을 항문관 안쪽으로 당겨 원상회복되도록 할 수 있다.
한편, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 상기 제 1 실시예의 다른 변형예를 나타내는 종 단면도이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 변형예의 치질 치료 장치(100)의 클래드 레일(120)의 지붕(120a)은 폐 루프(110)의 중심 방향으로 일정한 경사를 가지고 경사져 있다. 이에 따라, 이에 대응하는 코어 레일(130) 역시 상면이 동일한 경사도를 가지고 경사져 있는 속이 꽉찬 직육면체 형상을 갖는다. 본 변형예에 따르면, 환자의 엉덩이가 클래드 레일(120)의 지붕에 닿을 때 지붕이 중심 방향으로 경사져 있기 때문에 환자의 엉덩이를 보다 안정적으로 수용할 수 있다.
본 실시예의 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)는 상술한 바와 같이 유연한 재질의 클래드 레일(120)의 내부에 단단한 재질의 코어 레일(130)을 고정 결합시킴으로써 환자의 하중을 지지하면서 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으켜서 단독으로 치질 치료에 적용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시예의 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)는 도 6과 같이 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10) 또는 좌변기 치질 어댑터(10)의 레일(13)에 커플링되어 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10)에 온열 기능을 부가할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)를 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10)에 커플링하는 상태도이다.
본 발명에 따른 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)는 유연한 재질의 클래드 레일(120) 내부에 단단한 재질의 코어 레일(130)을 끼워서 치질 치료를 위해 단독으로 사용 가능하다. 그러나, 필요시에는 클래드 레일(120)로부터 코어 레일(130)을 분리시키고, 도 6과 같이 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10)의 레일(11) 위에 코어 레일(130)이 제거된 클래드 레일(120)을 끼워서 사용할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 온열 기능을 구비하고 있지 않은 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10)에 온열 기능을 부가하는 것이 가능하다.
따라서, 상기 클래드 레일(120)의 내부 갭은 상기 기존의 치질 치료 시트(10)의 레일(11)에 억지 끼워 맞춤할 수 있을 정도의 크기를 가져야 한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 치질 치료 장치(100)는 클래드 레일(120), 전원 공급기(150) 및 코어 레일(130)을 각각 분리할 수 있기 때문에 손쉽게 휴대가 가능하다. 또한, 클래드 레일(120), 전원 공급기(150) 및 코어 레일(130)을 서로 분리한 상태로 휴대하다가 필요시 코어 레일(130)을 클래드 레일(120)에 끼워 결합시키고, 전원 공급기(150)를 연결하여 언제, 어디서나 치질 치료와 온열 치료를 병행하여 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 좌변기나 의자에 도 7과 같은 치질 치료 시트(10)나 좌변기 치질 어댑터(10)가 설치되어 있는 경우에는 도 6과 같이 코어 레일(130)이 제거된 클래드 레일(120)을 치질 치료 시트(10)의 레일(11)에 끼워서 사용함으로써 치질 치료와 더불어 온열 치료 효과를 더할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 특허청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능함은 물론이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 일정한 높이와 폭을 갖는 레일의 중심부에 인체의 엉덩이에 대응하는 관통부가 형성되어 있는 치질 치료용 폐 루프(closed loop)로서,
    상기 레일은,
    그 단면이 좌,우 측벽과 지붕으로 이루어진 도어 형상을 갖고, 상대적으로 유연한 재질로 이루어진 클래드 레일과;
    상기 클래드 레일의 내부에 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합되는 상대적으로 단단한 재질로 이루어진 코어 레일을 포함하고;
    상기 코어 레일을 상기 클래드 레일에 끼워 결합시키는 것에 의해 상기 레일 위에 환자의 엉덩이가 놓일 때, 상기 코어 레일이 중력 방향의 하중을 지지함으로써 레일 위에 놓인 환자의 항문 주위를 가압하여 항문 주위에 정(正)의 압력을 부가함으로써 그 내부인 항문관에 부(否)의 압력을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 클래드 레일의 지붕에 배치되는 발열수단과;
    상기 발열수단에 전원을 인가하기 위한 전원 공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 발열수단은 열선 또는 반도체 발열소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 관통부는 인체의 좌측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 1 관통 부위와 우측 엉덩이에 대응하는 제 2 관통 부위가 항문 부위에 대응하는 제 3 관통 부위에 의해 상호 연결되고, 상기 제 3 관통 부위는 상기 제 1 관통 부위 및 제 2 관통 부위에 대비하여 상대적으로 좁게 형성되어 상기 제 3 관통 부위 주변에 형성된 레일이 항문 주위를 압박하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 코어 레일과 상기 클래드 레일은 벨크로 테이프에 의해 서로 탈, 부착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 코어 레일은 속이 꽉찬 직육면체 형상, 속이 빈 직육면체 형상 및 상기 클래드 레일에 대응하는 도어 형상중 어느 하나를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 레일의 상면은 중심의 관통부를 향해 일정하게 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온열 기능을 구비한 휴대용 치질 치료 장치.
