Description

一种透明口罩和可拆卸式面罩 技术领域
本发明涉及口罩技术领域,具体涉及一种透明口罩和可拆卸式面罩。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,是戴在口鼻部位用来过滤进入口鼻的空气,从而拦截飞沫、病毒、有害气体和粉尘等。
现有口罩大多为非透明材质制成,在使用者佩戴口罩时,其他人难以直接辨认其真正身份,因此,透明口罩应运而生。但现有的透明口罩大多是将过滤部件设置在透明口罩本体与人体脸部皮肤之间,亦或者将过滤部设置在脸颊部分,这样设置的透明口罩,虽然能够起到在佩戴时辨认身份的作用,但其过滤部分气体交换效果差,尤其是将过滤部分设置在脸颊处的透明口罩。因此,一种既能够方便在佩戴口罩时辨认身份,且能够便于呼出的气体与外界气体交换的口罩亟待发掘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种透明口罩和可拆卸式面罩,具有结构简单,设计巧妙,佩戴舒适,气体交换效率高,制作工艺简单的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种透明口罩,包括:
透明口罩本体,所述透明口罩本体具有与脸部弧度适配的弧形侧壁,佩戴时,所述透明口罩本体内的气体通过弧形侧壁与外部气体进行交换;
佩戴件,所述佩戴件安装于所述透明口罩本体上;以及,
过滤件,所述过滤件折叠形成折叠结构,具有折叠结构的所述过滤件与所述弧形侧壁适配并固定安装在所述弧形侧壁上。
本发明进一步设置,所述过滤件与所述弧形侧壁之间的固定方式为超声波焊接或粘接。
本发明进一步设置,所述弧形侧壁位于鼻孔下方,且所述弧形侧壁上设置有气体交换部,所述气体交换部上开设有多个气体交换孔,所述过滤件覆盖于所述气体交换部上。
本发明进一步设置,所述气体交换孔整体呈正六边形状。
本发明进一步设置,所述过滤件固定安装在所述弧形侧壁的外侧壁上。
本发明进一步设置,所述过滤件包括:折叠部以及焊接部(122),所述焊接部连接于所述折叠部的周边,并与所述折叠部一体成型。
本发明进一步设置,所述焊接部与所述折叠部均为过滤布。
本发明进一步设置,所述透明口罩本体上还设置有穿绳扣,所述穿绳扣用于供所述佩戴件安装。
本发明进一步设置,所述透明口罩本体上与脸部接触的边上设置有封边,所述封边通过滴胶工艺成型。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:
1、其通过超声波焊接工艺,将具有折叠结构的过滤件直接焊接固定在透明口罩本体的下方,使得佩戴者呼出的气体能够直接从下方的气体交换部出气,并通过具有折叠结构的过滤件与外部空气进行交换,不仅能够便于呼出的气体与外部空气进行交换,而且能够方便他人辨认佩戴者身份,同时,折叠结构也能够大大增大过滤件上的气体交换面积,从而进一步增加气体交换效率,具有结构简单,设计巧妙,佩戴舒适,气体交换效率高,制作工艺简 单的优势。
2、采用滴胶工艺形成的封边,不仅能够防止透明口罩本体刮伤脸部,而且能够有效增大透明口罩本体与脸部接触面积,从而避免佩戴后产生压痕。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供另一种的技术方案是:一种可拆卸式面罩,包括:
如第一种技术方案所述的透明口罩;
可拆卸式装配于所述透明口罩上并与人体面部紧密贴合的眼罩部;
设置于所述透明口罩和/或所述眼罩部的,用于供使用者佩戴的佩戴件;
以及,设置于所述透明口罩与所述眼罩部之间的、用于实现所述透明口罩与所述眼罩部可拆卸式装配的拆卸结构。
本发明进一步设置,所述拆卸结构包括:
凸出设置于所述透明口罩上靠近所述眼罩部一侧的卡接台;
以及,设置于所述眼罩部上靠近所述透明口罩一侧的扣接部(301),所述扣接部用于与所述卡接台装配;和/或,
凸出设置于所述眼罩部上靠近所述透明口罩一侧的卡接台;
以及,设置于所述透明口罩上靠近所述眼罩部一侧的扣接部,所述扣接部用于与所述卡接台装配。
本发明进一步设置,所述卡接台设置于所述透明口罩上,所述扣接部设置于所述眼罩部上。
本发明进一步设置,所述扣接部为扣接槽,所述卡接台包括:
底座部,所述底座部设置于所述透明口罩上;
连接部,所述连接部设置于所述底座部上远离所述透明口罩一侧;
以及,卡接部,所述卡接部设置于所述连接部上远离所述底座部一侧,所述卡接部穿过所述扣接槽与所述眼罩部的内壁抵接。
本发明进一步设置,所述卡接部的横截面积大于所述连接部的横截面积,且所述卡接部远离所述连接部一侧设置有斜面,以便于所述卡接部穿过所述扣接槽。
本发明进一步设置,所述卡接台设置有三个,其中连个卡接台对称设置,另一个卡接台位于所述透明口罩的鼻梁佩戴处,所述扣接部对应设置有三个;所述底座部、所述卡接部、所述连接部和所述透明口罩一体成型。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:
1、通过设置的拆卸结构,使得透明口罩和眼罩部能够实现自由拆装。在运输时,拆开分别包装盒运输,保证了运输的便捷性;在佩戴时,可根据场景和习惯进行自由组合,且佩戴时组合后能够极大提升眼罩部和透明口罩之间的密闭性,提升透明口罩和眼罩部连接的紧密性,进一步提升安全性。

实施例一:本实施例涉及一种透明口罩100,如图1、2所示,包括:透明口罩本体110、佩戴件以及过滤件120。其中,透明口罩本体110具有与脸部弧度适配的弧形侧壁111。佩戴时,透明口罩本体110内的气体通过弧形侧壁111与外部气体进行交换。佩戴件(附图中未示出)穿设在透明口罩本体110上,从而方便用用户进行佩戴。过滤件120折叠形成折叠结构,具有折叠结构的过滤件120与弧形侧壁111适配,并固定安装在弧形侧壁111的外壁面上。而且过滤件120是通过超声波焊接固定在弧形侧壁111上。
需要说明的是,透明口罩本体110上端与鼻梁贴合适配。下端与脸部之间形成弧形侧壁111,该弧形侧壁111的形成能够有效增大透明口罩本体110的内部空间,从而方便呼出的气体进行存储交换,进而减少佩戴时的憋闷感。
进一步地,如图1、2所示,弧形侧壁111位于鼻孔下方,且弧形侧壁111上设置有气体交换部112,气体交换部112上开设有多个气体交换孔101,过 滤件120覆盖于气体交换部112上。在本实施例中,气体交换孔101为正六边形状。在佩戴者进行呼吸时,相邻气体交换孔101之间的透明材料能够对过滤件120起到支撑作用,从而避免呼吸时过滤件120出现起落的现象。
进一步地,如图1、2所示,过滤件120包括:折叠部121以及焊接部122。焊接部122与折叠部121均为过滤布,而折叠部121由过滤布折叠形成。焊接部122连接于折叠部121的周边,并与折叠部121一体成型。
优选的,如图1、2所示,透明口罩本体110上还设置有穿绳扣113,穿绳扣113与透明口罩本体110一体成型,且穿绳扣113对称设置有两个。气体交换部111间于两个穿绳扣113之间。
优选的,如图1、2所示,透明口罩本体110上与脸部接触的边上设置有封边(附图中为示出),封边通过滴胶工艺成型。采用滴胶工艺形成的封边,不仅能够防止透明口罩本体110刮伤脸部,而且能够有效增大透明口罩本体110与脸部接触面积,从而避免佩戴后产生压痕。
本实施例的工作原理大致如下述:采用上述技术方案的透明口罩100,其通过超声波焊接工艺,将具有折叠结构的过滤件120直接焊接固定在透明口罩本体110的下方,使得佩戴者呼出的气体能够直接从下方的气体交换部112出气,并通过具有折叠结构的过滤件120与外部空气进行交换,不仅能够便于呼出的气体与外部空气进行交换,而且能够方便他人辨认佩戴者身份,同时,折叠结构也能够大大增大过滤件120上的气体交换面积,从而进一步增加气体交换效率,具有结构简单,设计巧妙,佩戴舒适,气体交换效率高,制作工艺简单的优势。
实施例二:本实施例涉及一种可拆卸式面罩如图3-5所示,包括:透明口罩100、眼罩部200和佩戴件。其中,透明口罩100为实施例一所述的透明 口罩100。眼罩部200可拆卸式装配于透明口罩100上并与人体面部紧密贴合,其用于对人体眼部进行防护。佩戴件(附图中未示出)设置于透明口罩100和/或眼罩部200,佩戴件用于供使用者佩戴。拆卸结构300设置于透明口罩100与眼罩部200之间,拆卸结构300用于实现透明口罩100与眼罩部200可拆卸式装配。
进一步地,如图3-5所示,拆卸结构300包括:卡接台310以及扣接部301。卡接台310,卡接台310凸出设置于透明口罩100上靠近眼罩部200一侧。扣接部301设置于眼罩部200上靠近透明口罩100一侧,扣接部301用于与卡接台310装配。或,卡接台310凸出设置于眼罩部200上靠近透明口罩100一侧。扣接部301设置于透明口罩100上靠近眼罩部200一侧的扣接部301,扣接部301用于与卡接台310装配。或,卡接台310一部分设置在眼罩部200上,另一部分设置在透明口罩100上。扣接部301一部分设置在眼罩部200上,另一部分设置在透明口罩100上,扣接部301用于与卡接台310装配。
优选地,如图3-5所示,卡接台310设置于透明口罩100上,扣接部301设置于眼罩部200上。扣接部301为扣接槽。卡接台310包括:底座部311、连接部312和卡接部313。底座部311设置于透明口罩100上。连接部312设置于底座部311上远离透明口罩100一侧。卡接部313设置于连接部312上远离底座部311一侧,卡接部313穿过扣接槽与眼罩部200的内壁抵接。
需要说明的是,卡接部313的横截面积大于连接部312的横截面积,且卡接部313远离连接部312一侧设置有斜面,以便于卡接部313穿过扣接槽。卡接台310设置有三个,其中连个卡接台310对称设置,另一个卡接台310位于透明口罩100的鼻梁佩戴处,扣接部301对应设置有三个。底座部311、 卡接部313、连接部312和透明口罩100一体成型。
以上,仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其它修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种透明口罩,其特征在于,包括:
    透明口罩本体(110),所述透明口罩本体(110)具有与脸部弧度适配的弧形侧壁(110),佩戴时,所述透明口罩本体(110)内的气体通过弧形侧壁(111)与外部气体进行交换;
    佩戴件,所述佩戴件安装于所述透明口罩本体(110)上;以及,
    过滤件(120),所述过滤件(120)折叠形成折叠结构,具有折叠结构的所述过滤件(120)与所述弧形侧壁(111)适配并固定安装在所述弧形侧壁(111)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述过滤件(120)与所述弧形侧壁(111)之间的固定方式为超声波焊接或粘接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述弧形侧壁(111)位于鼻孔下方,且所述弧形侧壁(111)上设置有气体交换部(112),所述气体交换部(112)上开设有多个气体交换孔(101),所述过滤件(120)覆盖于所述气体交换部(112)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述气体交换孔(101)整体呈正六边形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述过滤件(120)固定安装在所述弧形侧壁(111)的外侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述过滤件(120)包括:折叠部(121)以及焊接部(122),所述焊接部(122)连接于所述折叠部(121)的周边,并与所述折叠部(121)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述焊接部(122)与所述折叠部(121)均为过滤布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述透明口罩本体(110)上还设置有穿绳扣(113),所述穿绳扣(113)用于供所述佩戴件安装。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的透明口罩,其特征在于,所述透明口罩本体(110)上与脸部接触的边上设置有封边,所述封边通过滴胶工艺成型。
  10. 一种可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的透明口罩(100);
    可拆卸式装配于所述透明口罩(100)上并与人体面部紧密贴合的眼罩部(200);
    设置于所述透明口罩(100)和/或所述眼罩部(200)的,用于供使用者佩戴的佩戴件;
    以及,设置于所述透明口罩(100)与所述眼罩部(200)之间的、用于实现所述透明口罩(100)与所述眼罩部(200)可拆卸式装配的拆卸结构(300)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,所述拆卸结构(300)包括:
    凸出设置于所述透明口罩(100)上靠近所述眼罩部(200)一侧的卡接台(310);
    以及,设置于所述眼罩部(200)上靠近所述透明口罩(100)一侧的扣接部(301),所述扣接部(301)用于与所述卡接台(310)装配;和/或,
    凸出设置于所述眼罩部(200)上靠近所述透明口罩(100)一侧的卡接台(310);
    以及,设置于所述透明口罩(100)上靠近所述眼罩部(200)一侧的扣接部(301),所述扣接部(301)用于与所述卡接台(310)装配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,所述卡接台(310)设置于所述透明口罩(100)上,所述扣接部(301)设置于所述眼罩部(200)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,所述扣接部(301)为扣接槽,所述卡接台(310)包括:
    底座部(311),所述底座部(311)设置于所述透明口罩(100)上;
    连接部(312),所述连接部(312)设置于所述底座部(311)上远离所述透明口罩(100)一侧;
    以及,卡接部(313),所述卡接部(313)设置于所述连接部(312)上远离所述底座部(311)一侧,所述卡接部(313)穿过所述扣接槽与所述眼罩部(200)的内壁抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,所述卡接部(313)的横截面积大于所述连接部(312)的横截面积,且所述卡接部(313)远离所述连接部(312)一侧设置有斜面,以便于所述卡接部(313)穿过所述扣接槽。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可拆卸式面罩,其特征在于,所述卡接台(310)设置有三个,其中连个卡接台(310)对称设置,另一个卡接台(310)位于所述透明口罩(100)的鼻梁佩戴处,所述扣接部(301)对应设置有三个;所述底座部(311)、所述卡接部(313)、所述连接部(312)和所述透明口罩(100)一体成型。
