下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,作为本发明的第一实施例,提供一种烟弹的防伪与加密系统,所述系统包括加密单元、终端APP、后台服务器、设置于烟弹中的第一存储芯片以及设置于烟具中的处理芯片以及第二存储芯片;所述加密单元用于将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密,并将加密后的数据存储于对应烟弹的第一存储芯片中,所述处理芯片中预置有对应烟具的编码信息以及对应于所述加密算法的解密算法,所述烟具设置有通信模块,用于与所述终端APP建立通信连接,其中,所述通信模块可以是蓝牙、wifi或其它通信模块;
所述处理芯片用于当烟弹第一次插入烟具,读取烟弹的第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将绑定信息同时存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片与烟具的第二存储芯片内;
所述终端APP用于与烟具连接后,读取烟具的第二存储芯片内的绑定信息,将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器;
所述后台服务器用于基于所述绑定信息判断所述烟弹是否合法。
本发明,将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密后存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片中,通过特定的加密算法以及密钥,保证存储信息的安全些,同时在烟具的处理芯片中预置对应的解密算法,当烟弹插入烟具时,读取烟弹的第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将绑定信息同时存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片与烟具的第二存储芯片内,并通过与终端APP连接后将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器,供后台服务器进行烟弹的真伪以及合法性判断。
其中,所述加密单元位于厂家内部,在每个烟弹出厂前便会将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密并存储于第一存储芯片中,所述加密算法为厂家自己定义或者是找相关的算法专家帮助构建的算法,解决采用共用算法容易被解密的问题。例如,数据总共有10个Byte,约定最后一位(第十位)是解密位,那么形成加密数据就是前9个数据分别加第十位数据后,得到9个新的数据,再加上第十位,总共10个数据就是加密后的数据,解密就是,前9个数据减去第十个数据,得到的就是原始数据。
可选的,所有后台服务器基于所述绑定信息判断所述烟弹是否合法具体为:
从所述绑定信息中获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,如果所述ID信息 绑定的编码信息有两个或两个以上,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向终端APP发送烟弹不合法的预警信息。
上述实施例中,如果烟弹有在其他地方被别人使用过,会在烟弹的第一存储芯片记录有绑定信息,通过判断ID信息绑定的编码信息是否有两个或两个以上,从而判断烟弹是否有使用过,如果已被使用,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向终端APP发出预警信息,提醒用户当前烟弹不合法,存在安全问题。
可选的,所述处理芯片还用于当烟弹插入烟具时,读取第一存储芯片中的存储信息,若所述存储信息中存在非当前烟具的编码信息时,则说明所述烟弹在其他地方被绑定过,判断所述烟弹可能在其他地方被其他人使用过,从而控制烟具不进行点烟操作,保护用户的安全。
上述实施例中,当烟弹插入烟具时,通过处理芯片读取第一存储芯片中的绑定信息,如果所述绑定信息中的编码信息不是当前烟具的编码信息,则说明所述烟弹在其他地方被绑定过,判断所述烟弹可能在其他地方被其他人使用过,从而控制烟具不进行点烟操作,保护用户的安全,
可选的,所述后台服务器中存储有所有烟弹的ID信息以及所有烟具的编码信息,所有后台服务器还用于:基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息进行比对,并将比对结果发送给终端APP。
上述实施例中,通过将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息进行比对,判断烟弹和烟具是否为后台服务器中已记录的烟弹和烟具,如果所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息均比对不上,则判断所述烟弹或烟具为第三方厂家生产。
可选的,所述烟具还包括解绑模块,所述解绑模块用于当烟弹插入烟具 时,基于用户的请求进行烟弹与烟具的解绑操作,并在解绑后清除所述处理芯片存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片以及烟具的第二存储芯片内的绑定信息。
另外也可以设置烟弹绑定固定数量烟具中,当烟弹需要与某个烟具解绑时,需在对应烟具中解除绑定,再更换烟具,但是后台服务器中有所有的绑定记录,当绑定到达上限之后,就不会再输出使用。
作为本发明的第二方面,提供一种烟弹的防伪与加密方法,所述方法包括:
通过加密单元将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密,并将加密后的数据存储于对应烟弹的第一存储芯片中;
在烟弹第一次插入烟具,通过烟具的处理芯片读取烟弹的第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将绑定信息同时存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片与烟具的第二存储芯片内;
通过终端APP与烟具连接,读取烟具的第二存储芯片内的绑定信息,将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器,供后台服务器判断所述烟弹是否合法。
其中,所述通信模块可以是蓝牙、wifi或其它通信模块,烟弹与烟具数据传输基于存储芯片支持的通信方式,可以采用主流的IIC或SPI等内部传输方式。
本发明,将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密后存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片中,通过特定的加密算法以及密钥,保证存储信息的安全些,同时在烟具的处理芯片中预置对应的解密算法,当烟弹插入烟具时,读取烟弹的第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将绑定信息同时存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片与烟具的第二存储芯片内,并通过与终端APP连接后将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器,供后台服务器进行烟弹的真伪以 及合法性判断。
其中,所述加密算法为厂家自己定义或者是找相关的算法专家帮助构建的算法,解决采用共用算法容易被解密的问题。例如,数据总共有10个Byte,约定最后一位(第十位)是解密位,那么形成加密数据就是前9个数据分别加第十位数据后,得到9个新的数据,再加上第十位,总共10个数据就是加密后的数据,解密就是,前9个数据减去第十个数据,得到的就是原始数据。
可选的,所述后台服务器判断所述烟弹是否合法具体为:
后台服务器基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,如果所述ID信息绑定的编码信息有两个或两个以上,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向终端APP发送烟弹不合法的预警信息。
上述实施例中,如果烟弹有在其他地方被别人使用过,会在烟弹的第一存储芯片记录有绑定信息,通过判断ID信息绑定的编码信息是否有两个或两个以上,从而判断烟弹是否有使用过,如果已被使用,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向终端APP发出预警信息,提醒用户当前烟弹不合法,存在安全问题。
可选的,所述方法还包括:当烟弹插入烟具时,通过烟具的处理芯片读取第一存储芯片中的绑定信息,从所述绑定信息中获取编码信,当所述绑定信息中的编码信息不是当前烟具的编码信息时,控制烟具不进行点烟操作。
上述实施例中,当烟弹插入烟具时,通过处理芯片读取第一存储芯片中的存储信息,若所述存储信息中存在非当前烟具的编码信息时,则说明所述烟弹在其他地方被绑定过,判断所述烟弹可能在其他地方被其他人使用过,从而控制烟具不进行点烟操作,保护用户的安全。
可选的,所述后台服务器中存储有所有烟弹的ID信息以及所有烟具的编码信息,所述方法还包括:后台服务器基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信 息和所述编码信息,将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息进行比对,并将比对结果发送给终端APP。
上述实施例中,通过将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息进行比对,判断烟弹和烟具是否为后台服务器中已记录的烟弹和烟具,如果所述ID信息和所述编码信息与后台服务器中存储的所有ID信息和编码信息均比对不上,则判断所述烟弹或烟具为第三方厂家生产。
可选的,所述方法还包括:当烟弹插入烟具时,通过解绑模块基于用户的请求进行烟弹与烟具的解绑操作,并在解绑后清除所述处理芯片存储于烟弹的第一存储芯片以及烟具的第二存储芯片内的绑定信息。
另外也可以设置烟弹绑定固定数量的烟具,当烟弹需要与某个烟具解绑时,需在对应烟具中解除绑定,再更换烟具,但是后台服务器中有所有的绑定记录,当绑定到达上限之后,就不会再输出使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟弹的防伪与加密系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括加密单元、终端APP、后台服务器、设置于烟弹中的第一存储芯片以及设置于烟具中的处理芯片以及第二存储芯片;所述加密单元用于将每颗所述烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密,并将加密后的数据存储于对应所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片中,所述处理芯片中预置有对应所述烟具的编码信息以及对应于所述加密算法的解密算法,所述烟具设置有通信模块,用于与所述终端APP建立通信连接;
    所述处理芯片用于当所述烟弹第一次插入所述烟具时,读取所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与所述烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将所述绑定信息同时存储于所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片与所述烟具的第二存储芯片内;
    所述终端APP用于与烟具连接后,读取烟具的第二存储芯片内的绑定信息,将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器;
    所述后台服务器用于基于所述绑定信息判断所述烟弹是否合法。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹的防伪与加密系统,其特征在于,所有后台服务器基于所述绑定信息判断所述烟弹是否合法具体为:
    基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,如果所述ID信息绑定的所述编码信息有两个或两个以上,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向所述终端APP发送所述烟弹不合法的预警信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹的防伪与加密系统,其特征在于,所述处理芯片还用于当所述烟弹插入所述烟具时,读取所述第一存储芯片中的所述存储信息,若所述存储信息中存在非当前烟具的编码信息时,控制所述烟具不进行点烟操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹的防伪与加密系统,其特征在于,所述后台服务器中存储有所有所述烟弹的ID信息以及所有所述烟具的所述编码信息,所述后台服务器还用于:基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与所述后台服务器中存储的所有所述ID信息和所述编码信息进行比对,并将比对结果发送给所述终端APP。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹的防伪与加密系统,其特征在于,所述烟具还包括解绑模块,所述解绑模块用于当所述烟弹插入所述烟具时,基于用户的请求进行所述烟弹与所述烟具的解绑操作,并在解绑后清除所述处理芯片存储于所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片以及所述烟具的所述第二存储芯片内的所述绑定信息。
  6. 一种烟弹的防伪与加密方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    通过加密单元将每颗烟弹的ID信息和基本信息基于加密算法进行加密,并将加密后的数据存储于对应所述烟弹的第一存储芯片中;
    在所述烟弹第一次插入烟具时,通过所述烟具的处理芯片读取所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片中的存储信息并解密,以获取所述ID信息,并将所述ID信息与所述烟具的编码信息通过特定算法进行绑定,将绑定信息同时存储于所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片与所述烟具的第二存储芯片内;
    通过终端APP与所述烟具连接,读取所述烟具的所述第二存储芯片内的所述绑定信息,将所述绑定信息发送给后台服务器,供所述后台服务器判断所述烟弹是否合法。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟弹的防伪与加密方法,其特征在于,所述后台服务器判断所述烟弹是否合法具体为:
    所述后台服务器基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,如果所述ID信息绑定的所述编码信息有两个或两个以上,则判断所述烟弹不合法,向终端APP发送所述烟弹不合法的预警信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烟弹的防伪与加密方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述烟弹插入所述烟具时,通过所述烟具的处理芯片读取所述第一存储芯片中的所述存储信息,若所述存储信息中存在非当前烟具的所述编码信息时,控制所述烟具不进行点烟操作。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的烟弹的防伪与加密方法,其特征在于,所述后台服务器中存储有所有所述烟弹的所述ID信息以及所有所述烟具的所述编码信息,所述方法还包括:所述后台服务器基于所述绑定信息获取所述ID信息和所述编码信息,将所述ID信息和所述编码信息与所述后台服务器中存储的所有所述ID信息和所述编码信息进行比对,并将比对结果发送给所述终端APP。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的烟弹的防伪与加密方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:当所述烟弹插入烟具时,通过解绑模块基于用户的请求进行所述烟弹与所述烟具的解绑操作,并在解绑后清除所述处理芯片存储于所述烟弹的所述第一存储芯片以及所述烟具的所述第二存储芯片内的所述绑定信息。
