背景技术
由于网络购物的飞速发展,快递行业也愈加火热,随之而产生的越来越多的快递邮件给快递员带来了很大的工作压力,为解决这种问题,快递柜在市场上得到了一定的推广使用,从而实现了快递的存取功能,目前的快递柜防潮功能不佳,易造成快递邮件的污损,造成不必要的财产损失。
现有技术存在以下缺陷或问题:现有技术快递柜防水防潮功能不好,易造成快递邮件的污损,造成不必要的财产损失。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种基于物联网的防潮快递柜,可以有效解决背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于物联网的防潮快递柜,包括设备主体,所述设备主体的顶端设置有防雨顶,所述设备主体的正面设置有柜门,所述柜门的正面设置有固定拉手,所述设备主体的底端设置有防潮底板,所述防潮底板的底端设置有脚柱,所述设备主体的内部一侧设置有防潮侧板,所述防潮侧板的一侧设置有干燥剂板层,所述干燥剂板层的内测设置有置物柜,所述防雨顶的内部设置有通风口,所述置物柜的背面设置有柜洞,所述柜洞的背面设置有排气扇,所述防潮底板的内部设置有电机,所述排气扇的内部设置有扇轴,所述扇轴的一侧设置有扇叶。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种基于物联网的防潮快递柜,具备以下有益效果:该一种基于物联网的防潮快递柜,通过设置的防潮底板、防潮侧板、防雨顶,实现了外界下雨,不会水汽进入到设备主体内部,通过设置的干燥剂板层,让柜内的物品保持干燥状态,通过设置的排气扇。柜洞、通风口,让柜内湿气可以排出去。

请参阅图1-4,本实施方案中:一种基于物联网的防潮快递柜,包括设备主体1,设备主体1的顶端设置有防雨顶2,设备主体1的正面设置有柜门3,柜门3的正面设置有固定拉手4,设备主体1的底端设置有防潮底板5,防潮底板5的底端设置有脚柱6,设备主体1的内部一侧设置有防潮侧板7,防潮侧板7的一侧设置有干燥剂板层8,干燥剂板层8的内测设置有置物柜9,防雨顶2的内部设置有通风口10,置物柜9的背面设置有柜洞11,柜洞11的背面设置有排气扇12,防潮底板5的内部设置有电机13,型号为 Y80M1-2,排气扇12的内部设置有扇轴14,扇轴14的一侧设置有扇叶15。
本实施例中,防雨顶2与设备主体1固定连接,柜门3与设备主体1活动连接,柜门3设置有八组,实现了设备主体1下雨天防止进水;固定拉手4与柜门3固定连接,防潮底板5与设备主体1固定连接,固定拉手4设置有八组,实现了可以打开设备;脚柱6与防潮底板5固定连接,防潮侧板7与设备主体1固定连接,脚柱6、防潮侧板7各设置有两组,实现了设备主体1不与地面直接接触;干燥剂板层8与设备主体1固定连接,置物柜9与设备主体1固定连接,置物柜9设置有八组,实现了内部置物柜9的干燥;通风口10与防雨顶2固定连接,柜洞11与置物柜9固定连接,柜洞11设置有八组,实现了内部湿气的排放;排气扇12与设备主体1固定连接,电机13与防潮底板5固定连接,扇轴14与排气扇12活动连接,扇叶15与扇轴14固定连接,排气扇12、扇轴14各设置有八组,扇叶15设置有二十四组,实现了排气扇12排出内部湿气。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:使用时,将电机13通电,排气扇12转动,起到置物柜9内干燥的效果,拉动固定拉手4,打开柜门3,将物品放入其中,关上柜门3,下雨天,防雨顶2的设计让雨水不会渗透到内部,防潮底板5和防潮侧板7让地下的水汽和侧向的雨水不会进入设备主体1中,干燥剂板层8让内部进一步干燥。
