Description

一种辅助行走的安全拐杖 技术领域
本发明涉及康复训练设备技术领域,特别涉及一种辅助行走的安全拐杖。
背景技术
随着年龄的增大,尤其是中老年人,往往会出现走路不稳当,容易摔倒等情况的发生,给中老年人带来较大的危害。而且由脑中风、运动受伤、脑外伤等造成的下肢运动功能障碍患者数量也在逐年增多,对于下肢运动功能障碍人群,经常需要医护人员及家人辅助行走,为了降低医护人员及家人负担,通常需要使用拐杖来帮助行走,在现有技术中存在多种多样的拐杖,但是现有技术中拐杖的支撑座为单杆支撑,防滑效果差,而且由于容易出现支撑防滑不稳给使用者带来危险,对患者造成二次伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种辅助行走的安全拐杖,提供调节装置和辅助装置。通过调节装置可以根据患者身高不同进行调整,以便适用于不同需求的患者进行使用,辅助装置可以防止患者在使用过程中站立不稳而摔倒,患者在移动过程中出现前倾或者后仰而站立不稳时,滚轮可以增强拐杖稳定性,侧轮可以防止患者侧翻,防止患者摔倒造成二次伤害,而且当患者需要调整装置整体高度时,可通过转动螺纹杆调整侧轮高度,当患者恢复较好时,可根据患者实际情况选择拆除滚轮与侧轮,操作简单,使用方便,实用性强。
本发明提供的技术方案:一种辅助行走的安全拐杖,包括一组拐杖杆,所述拐杖杆上设有调节装置,所述调节装置底部设有辅助装置;所述调节装置,其包括底部两端分别与拐杖杆顶部固定连接的腋下横杆、设置在腋下横 杆下方且两端分别与拐杖杆内相对侧表面固定连接的握杆、设置在拐杖杆底部侧表面的限位槽、顶部插装在拐杖杆之间且位于握杆下方的调节杆、均匀分布在调节杆侧表面的多个插孔、设置在拐杖杆底部侧表面且与插孔位置相对应的多个限位孔、分别插装在限位孔内且一端贯穿相对应插孔的限位杆;所述辅助装置,其包括插装在调节杆底部限位孔内的支撑杆、分别设置在支撑杆两端底部的竖杆、分别设置在竖杆底部的滚轮、设置在调节杆底部侧表面且贯穿支撑杆中心处的紧固螺栓、套装在限位槽内的限位环、设置在限位环一端的一组安装板、一端插装在安装板之间的连接横杆、一端插装在安装板上且贯穿连接横杆的固定杆、顶部固定安装在连接横杆另一端底部的上空心柱、设置在上空心柱下方的下空心柱、顶部插装在上空心柱内且底部插装在下空心柱内的螺纹杆、设置在上空心柱内侧表面和下空心柱内侧表面的内螺纹、设置在下空心柱底部的侧轮。

本发明的有益效果:本发明具有结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便,功能齐全,通过调节装置可以根据患者身高不同进行调整,以便适用于不同需求的患者进行使用,辅助装置可以防止患者在使用过程中站立不稳而摔倒,患者在移动过程中出现前倾或者后仰而站立不稳时,滚轮可以增强拐杖稳定性,侧轮可以防止患者侧翻,防止患者摔倒造成二次伤害,而且当患者需要调整装置整体高度时,可通过转动螺纹杆调整侧轮高度,当患者恢复较好时,可根据患者实际情况选择拆除滚轮与侧轮,操作简单,使用方便,实用性强。

如图1至图6所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种辅助行走的安全拐杖,包括一组拐杖杆1,所述拐杖杆1上设有调节装置,所述调节装置底部设有辅助装置;所述调节装置,其包括底部两端分别与拐杖杆1顶部固定连接的腋下横杆2、设置在腋下横杆2下方且两端分别与拐杖杆1内相对侧表面固定连接的握杆3、设置在拐杖杆1底部侧表面的限位槽4、顶部插装在拐杖杆1之间且位于握杆3下方的调节杆5、均匀分布在调节杆5侧表面的多个插孔6、设置在拐杖杆1底部侧表面且与插孔6位置相对应的多个限位孔7、分别插装在限位孔7内且一端贯穿相对应插孔6的限位杆8;所述辅助装置,其包括插装在调节杆5底部限位孔7内的支撑杆9、分别设置在支撑杆9两端底部的竖杆10、分别设置在竖杆10底部的滚轮11、设置在调节杆5底部侧表面且贯穿支撑杆9中心处的紧固螺栓12、套装在限位槽 4内的限位环13、设置在限位环13一端的一组安装板14、一端插装在安装板14之间的连接横杆15、一端插装在安装板14上且贯穿连接横杆15的固定杆16、顶部固定安装在连接横杆15另一端底部的上空心柱17、设置在上空心柱17下方的下空心柱18、顶部插装在上空心柱17内且底部插装在下空心柱18内的螺纹杆19、设置在上空心柱17内侧表面和下空心柱18内侧表面的内螺纹20、设置在下空心柱18底部的侧轮21。
其中,所述调节杆5底部设有防滑套22;所述腋下横杆2和握杆3上均包覆有软垫23;所述限位环13呈C型;所述内螺纹20与螺纹杆19外侧表面相匹配;所述限位孔7位于限位槽4上方。
本发明的使用状态为:使用该装置前,根据患者身高与实际需求调整调节杆5所处位置,并将其所需位置的插孔6与限位孔7对应,并通过限位杆8将其固定,根据调节杆5高度,转动螺纹杆19从而调整侧轮21所处高度,将支撑杆9插装在调节杆5底部的限位孔7内,并通过紧固螺栓12将其固定,患者即可使用,当患者恢复较好不需要使用辅助装置时,可将固定杆16取下,进而取下限位环13,即可将侧轮21拆下,通过将紧固螺栓12松开,即可将滚轮11取下,通过调节装置可以根据患者身高不同进行调整,以便适用于不同需求的患者进行使用,辅助装置可以防止患者在使用过程中站立不稳而摔倒,患者在移动过程中出现前倾或者后仰而站立不稳时,滚轮11可以增强拐杖稳定性,侧轮21可以防止患者侧翻,防止患者摔倒造成二次伤害,而且当患者需要调整装置整体高度时,可通过转动螺纹杆19调整侧轮21高度,当患者恢复较好时,可根据患者实际情况选择拆除滚轮11与侧轮21,操作简单,使用方便,实用性强。
