Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne des compositions de cannabinoïde qui présentent des caractéristiques de goût amer réduites, et qui conviennent à la fabrication de produits infusés au cannabis. Les compositions de cannabinoïde masquent efficacement le goût amer et le goût désagréable de produits infusés au cannabis, tout en évitant d'avoir à utiliser des ingrédients ou des arômes masquant le goût. La composition de cannabinoïde se présente sous la forme d'une poudre et contient a) une émulsion comprenant un émulsifiant et un constituant à base de cannabinoïde, le constituant à base de cannabinoïde comprenant un cannabinoïde, et b) un excipient sous forme particulaire comprenant un réseau interne mésoporeux, l'émulsion étant chargée en particules de l'excipient et la composition de cannabinoïde libérant une nanoémulsion lors de la mise en contact de la composition de cannabinoïde avec un milieu aqueux. La divulgation concerne également des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation associés.
