Abstract
The present invention relates to a system (1) which enables to realize identity authentication over the blockchain database (2) of a customer before a call to be made with customer services.
Description
A SYSTEM FOR REALIZING IDENTITY AUTHENTICATION OVER A BLOCKCHAIN IN INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE CALLS
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system which enables customers to carry out transaction over an interactive voice response technology by enabling the customers to realize identity authentication over a blockchain database during a call to be made by means of interactive voice response technologies.
Background of the Invention
Specific questions are asked during a call with customer services in order to ensure customer security and it is necessary to realize identity authentication of a customer prior to transactions requiring special authorization. However, authentication of users’ identity information cannot be realized during a call which is carried out over an interactive voice response technology provided by customer services and customers have to contact with a customer services employee directly for a transaction they want to carry out. In current applications, there are systems enabling to perform identity control over a blockchain technology. However, the said systems are not interested in a system which enables customers to carry out transaction over a voice response technology upon being carried out automatically over an interactive voice response technology provided by customer services.
Therefore, there is need for a system which enables customers to carry out transaction over an interactive voice response technology by allowing to realize an identity authentication automatically over an interactive voice response technology provided by customer services in the state of the art.
The Chinese patent document no. CN110175855, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system for realizing identity authentication over a two-dimensional code based on blockchain. The system disclosed in the said Chinese patent document employs a two-dimensional code publisher, an authentication service center, a blockchain platform and a user and a user identity authentication is carried out by using a two-dimensional signature technology. The institution issuing the two-dimensional QR code mentioned in the invention presents the certificate registration to the service center, the service center examines the registration information of the user issuing the QR code and then transmits it to the blockchain platform. A key data specific to a blockchain account, that is created in the name of the user, is created on the blockchain platform. Thus, an application with anticounterfeiting traceability of QR code is provided basen on blockchain.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables customers to carry out transaction over an interactive voice response technology by enabling the customers to realize identity authentication over a blockchain database during a call to be made by means of interactive voice response technologies.
Detailed Description of the Invention
“A System for Realizing Identity Authentication over a Blockchain in Interactive Voice Response Calls” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

The inventive system (1) for realizing identity authentication of users during a call to be made by means of interactive voice response (IVR) technology that is provided by customer services comprises: at least one blockchain database (2) which is configured to keep record of at least the digital identity data of a customer’s personal identity information; at least one electronic device (3) which is configured to realize data exchange with any remote communication protocol and to run at least one application on it; at least one application (4) which is run on the electronic device (3); is configured to present at least one interface enabling to ensure that a mobile wallet, that is associated with the digital identity information included in the blockchain database (2) comprising the personal information of the electronic device (3) user, is created and an identity authentication is realized during a call being made by means of an interactive voice response (IVR) technology provided by customer services; at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over any remote communication protocol; to realize data exchange with the blockchain database (2) and the application (4) over this communication established; to ensure that an identity authentication is realized upon being triggered during a call being carried out over an interactive voice response (IVR) technology.
The blockchain database (2) included in the inventive system (1) is a data network which enables to store data in an encrypted way, has consensus models requiring
multiuser participation for verification and a distributed structure wherein encrypted data are stored in blocks upon being added successively. The blockchain database (2) is configured to receive the personal identity information of the electronic device (3) user over the application (4) and then to keep record of these information within a digital identity that is matched with the mobile wallet created personally.
The electronic device (3) included in the inventive system (1) is a device such as mobile phone, smartphone, tablet computer and/or pocket computer configured to run at least one application (4) on it. The said electronic device (3) comprises an input unit such as key and/or touchscreen, a communication unit ensuring that a call is made with an interactive voice response (IVR) technology of customer services and at least one screen enabling to view a call being made and/or identity authentication information. The electronic device (3) is configured to establish connection with the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange among the application (4) the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) over this connection established. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the electronic device (3) is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) over a data bus such as Internet.
The application (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to present an interface whereby a customer who gets product and/or service from any product and/or service provider can swipe a QR code comprising his/her identity information and/or enter an Internet link address. The application (4) is configured to send the customer identity information received over a QR code and/or Internet link address to the blockchain database (2) over the electronic device (3) and to ensure that digital identity data is created. The application (4) is configured to ensure that a unique mobile wallet matched with the registered digital identity data is created upon being sent to the blockchain database (2). The application (4) is configured to present an interface enabling to view a push notification, that is
received in order to ensure realization of an identity authentication during a call being carried out by means of an interactive voice response technology provided by customer services, is viewed.
The server (5) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over any remote communication protocol included in the state of the art and to realize data exchange with the blockchain database (2) and the application (4) over this communication established. In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the server (5) is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over a data network such as Internet. The server (5) is configured to ensure that interaction is established with the customer during a call being carried out over an interactive voice response (IVR) technology provided by customer services. The server (5) is configured to ensure that it is queried whether it is requested to realize an identity authentication over an interactive voice response (IVR) technology being carried out with the customer. The server (5) is configured to send a push notification comprising the identity authentication information to the application (4) over the electronic device (3) of the customer when an identity authentication request is received from a customer. The server (5) is configured to receive the data comprising approval or rejection information that enable the identity authentication over the application (4) in response to the push notification sent to the customer. The server (5) is configured to terminate the call in the event of receiving a rejection data form the customer or to ensure that limited actions are taken during a call being carried out by means of an interactive voice response technology. The server (5) is configured to ensure that a customer identity authentication is realized by controlling the customer data with the data that are stored in the blockchain database (2) when an approval data is received from the customer. The server (5) is configured to ensure that actions that require the pre-determined customer identity authentication are taken during a call being carried out by means of an interactive voice response technology (IVR) when the customer’s identity authentication is realized. Thus, it is ensured that
transactions determined over an interactive voice response technology (IVR) are carried out automatically without communicating any employee.
With the inventive system (1), it is ensured that transactions which require identity authentication over an interactive voice response technology are carried out by realizing a customer identity authentication during a call being made over an interactive voice response technology (IVR) presented by customer services.
Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “System for Realizing Identity Authentication over a Blockchain in
Interactive Voice Response Calls (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
Claims
1. A system (1) for realizing identity authentication of users during a call to be made by means of interactive voice response (IVR) technology that is provided by customer services comprising at least one blockchain database (2) which is configured to keep record of at least the digital identity data of a customer’s personal identity information; at least one electronic device (3) which is configured to realize data exchange with any remote communication protocol and to run at least one application on it; at least one application (4) which is run on the electronic device (3); is configured to present at least one interface enabling to ensure that a mobile wallet, that is associated with the digital identity information included in the blockchain database (2) comprising the personal information of the electronic device (3) user, is created and an identity authentication is realized during a call being made by means of an interactive voice response (IVR) technology provided by customer services; and characterized by at least one server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over any remote communication protocol; to realize data exchange with the blockchain database (2) and the application (4) over this communication established; to ensure that an identity authentication is realized upon being triggered during a call being carried out over an interactive voice response (IVR) technology.
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the blockchain database (2) which is a data network that enables to store data in an encrypted way, has consensus models requiring multiuser participation for

verification and a distributed structure wherein encrypted data are stored in blocks upon being added successively.

A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the blockchain database (2) which is configured to receive the personal identity information of the electronic device (3) user over the application (4) and then to keep record of these information within a digital identity that is matched with the mobile wallet created personally.
4. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (3) which is a device such as mobile phone, smartphone, tablet computer and/or pocket computer configured to run at least one application (4) on it.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (3) which comprises an input unit such as key and/or touchscreen, a communication unit ensuring that a call is made with an interactive voice response technology of customer services and at least one screen enabling to view a call being made and/or identity authentication information.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the electronic device (3) which is configured to establish connection with the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) by using any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange among the application (4) the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) over this connection established.
7. A system (1) according to Claim 6; characterized by the electronic device (3) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the server (5) over a data bus such as Internet.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (4) which is configured to present an interface whereby a customer who gets product and/or service from any product and/or service provider can swipe a QR code comprising his/her identity information and/or enter an Internet link address. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the application (4) which is configured to send the customer identity information received over a QR code and/or Internet link address to the blockchain database (2) over the electronic device (3) and to ensure that digital identity data is created. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over any remote communication protocol and to realize data exchange with the blockchain database (2) and the application (4) over this communication established.

13. A system (1) according to Claim 12 characterized by the server (5) which is configured to establish communication with the blockchain database (2) and the electronic device (3) over a data network such as Internet.
14. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that interaction is established with the customer during a call being carried out over an interactive voice response technology provided by customer services.
15. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that it is queried whether it is requested to realize an identity authentication over an interactive voice response technology being carried out with the customer.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to send a push notification comprising the identity authentication information to the application (4) over the electronic device (3) of the customer when an identity authentication request is received from a customer.
17. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to receive the data comprising approval or rejection information that enable the identity authentication over the application (4) in response to the push notification sent to the customer.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to terminate the call in the event of receiving a rejection data form the customer or to ensure that limited actions are taken during a call being carried out by means of an interactive voice response technology.

A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that a customer identity authentication is realized by controlling the customer data with the data that are stored in the blockchain database (2) when an approval data is received from the customer. A system (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the server (5) which is configured to ensure that actions that require the predetermined customer identity authentication are taken during a call being carried out by means of an interactive voice response technology when the customer’s identity authentication is realized.
