- 第1方向に沿う入射光を第2方向における一方に向かって進むように屈曲させる光学素子を保持可能な可動部と、
前記可動部を駆動する駆動部と、
前記可動部に給電可能な基板部と、
前記第2方向で互いに離間して配置された前記基板部側の端子と前記可動部側の端子とを接続するように延在して前記基板部と前記可動部との間の給電経路を構成し、前記可動部の移動に応じて伸縮可能なコイル部を少なくとも部分的に有する給電経路部と、
を備える光学素子駆動装置。 - 前記可動部は、前記可動部側の端子が、前記基板部に対して接近または離反するように移動する、
請求項1に記載の光学素子駆動装置。 - 前記給電経路部は、前記可動部の移動方向において複数並んで設けられ、
前記移動方向で隣り合う2つの前記給電経路部の各コイル部は、前記第2方向の位置が互いに異なるように配置されている、

第1回転軸を中心に前記可動部を回転駆動する第1駆動部と、
第1回転軸に直交する第2回転軸を中心に前記光学素子保持部を回転駆動する第2駆動部と、
