本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种邻区测量触发方法及装置、计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
无线资源管理(Radio Resource Management,RRM)测量是实现移动性管理的基本活动,也是用户设备(User Equipment,UE)能耗的重要原因之一。
目前,在NB-IOT现有协议中,UE在连接态(RRC_CONNECTDE STATE)不支持RRM测量,即当UE无线链路失败后UE需要进入空闲(idle)态执行目标小区的搜索过程(即RRM测量活动),找到合适的目标小区后,UE再发起RRC重建立过程。为了减少RRC重建立过程所需的时延,希望UE能够在无线链路失败前执行一些RRM测量活动(即邻区测量活动),在这种情况下,UE在无线链路失败之前就已经知道了目标小区,在RRC重建立过程中就不需要执行目标小区的搜索。
现有的邻区测量机制中,UE会根据当前服务小区的参考信号质量大小确定是否执行邻区测量,即当服务小区的参考信号质量(例如,RSRP)低于某一门限时,UE才启动邻区测量活动(即监测邻区的参 考信号,获取邻区的服务质量)。
然而,在现有的邻区测量机制下,UE的能耗较大。
发明内容
本发明实施例解决的是现有的邻区测量机制存在能耗较大的技术问题。

用户设备根据当前所对应的移动性,选择相应的目标测量触发阈值,并在当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动,不同的移动性对应不同的目标触发阈值。在用户设备满足低移动性准则时,通过设置较小的目标触发阈值,可以减少用户设备的测量活动。

在具体实施中,基站可以通过系统消息或者高层信令,向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件。在本发明实施例中,邻区测量触发条件可以包括第一邻区测量触发阈值以及第二邻区测量触发阈值,且第一邻区测量触发阈值与第二邻区测量触发阈值满足如下关系:第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值。
在本发明实施例中,高层信令可以为无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)信令。
在具体实施中,第一邻区测量触发阈值可以包括参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)的阈值,也可以包括参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Receiving Quality,RSRQ),还可以同时包括参考信号接收功率以及参考信号接收质量。

在实际应用中可知,在NR R16中引入了测量放松机制,也引入了低移动性评判准则,即用户设备在一定时间内,RSRP的变化幅度是否超过网络配置的门限值来确定是否为低移动性。

在具体实施中,基站可以通过系统消息或者高层信令,向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件。在本发明实施例中,邻区测量触发条件可以包括第一邻区测量触发阈值以及第二邻区测量触发阈值,且第一邻区测量触发阈值与第二邻区测量触发阈值满足如下关系:第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值。
在本发明实施例中,高层信令可以为无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,RRC)信令。
在具体实施中,第一邻区测量触发阈值可以包括参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)的阈值,也可以包括参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Receiving Quality,RSRQ),还可以同时包括参考信号接收功率以及参考信号接收质量。
相应地,第二邻区测量触发阈值也可以仅包括参考信号接收功率,或者仅包括参考信号接收质量,或者同时包括参考信号接收功率与参考信号接收质量。
在本发明实施例中,为便于进行比较,可以设定第一邻区测量触发阈值的类型与第二邻区测量触发阈值的类型相同。例如,第一邻区测量触发阈值包括参考信号接收质量,则第二邻区测量触发阈值也包括参考信号接收质量,且第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号接收质量大于第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号接收质量。
步骤S202,在检测到当前服务小区对应参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在本发明实施例中,可以将当前服务小区对应参考信号质量取值与第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值进行比较。若当前服务小区的参考信号质量取值小于第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值,则确定当前服务小区的参考信号质量低于第一测量触发阈值。
在具体实施中,在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于第一测量触发阈值时,可以先触发同频邻区测量活动。
在实际应用中可知,所谓同频测量指的是所测量的邻区与当前服务小区属于同一频点,异频测量指示的是所测量的邻区与当前服务小区属于不同频点。
在本发明实施例中,在进行同频邻区测量期间,若检测到当前进行测量的同频邻区对应的参考信号质量低于第一测量触发阈值时,可以对配置的其他同频邻区依次进行测量。
在进行同频邻区测量期间,若检测到当前进行测量的同频邻区对应的参考信号质量在预设时长内均大于第一测量触发阈值时,可以停止触发对其他同频邻区进行测量。
在具体实施中,基站还可以通过系统消息或者无线资源控制 (Radio Resource Control,RRC)专用配置信令向用户设备下发一个最大同频邻区测量个数N。用户设备在接收到基站的配置后,即可获知最多进行测量的同频邻区的个数。
例如,基站配置N=8。用户设备在接收到基站下发的配置之后,即可获知进行测量的同频邻区的个数最多为8个。
在本发明实施例中,在进行同频邻区测量期间,若用户设备检测到进行了8个同频邻区的测量,但是没有一个同频邻区对应的参考信号质量大于第一测量触发阈值时,则可以触发异频邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,N≤M,M为基站预先配置的同频邻区个数。
在本发明实施例中,在进行异频邻区测量期间,若检测到当前进行测量的异频邻区对应的参考信号质量低于第一测量触发阈值时,可以对配置的其他异频邻区依次进行测量。
在进行异频邻区测量期间,若检测到当前进行测量的异频邻区对应的参考信号质量在预设时长内均高于第一测量触发阈值时,可以停止触发对其他异频邻区进行测量。
在具体实施中,第一测量触发阈值可以包括参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)的阈值,也可以包括参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Receiving Quality,RSRQ),还可以同时包括参考信号接收功率以及参考信号接收质量。
相应地,第二测量触发阈值也可以包括参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)的阈值,也可以包括参考信号接收质量(Reference Signal Receiving Quality,RSRQ),还可以同时包括参考信号接收功率以及参考信号接收质量。
由此可见,基站下发同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,用户设备在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于第一测量触发阈值时,才触发邻区测量活动,也可以减少用户设备的测量活动。
在具体实施中,上述步骤S101~步骤S103以及步骤S201~步骤S202均是从用户设备侧对邻区测量触发方法进行描述。可以理解的是,也可以从基站侧对本发明实施例提供的邻区测量触发方法进行描述,详见如下。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种邻区测量触发方法,包括:向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,上述基站侧所执行的邻区测量触发方法的具体过程可以对应参照上述步骤S101~步骤S103,本发明实施例不做赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了再一种邻区测量触发方法,包括:向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,上述基站侧所执行的邻区测量触发方法的具体过程可以对应参照上述步骤S201~步骤S203,本发明实施例不做赘述。
参照图3,给出了本发明实施例中的一种邻区测量触发装置30,包括:第一接收单元301、目标触发阈值确定单元302以及第一触发单元303,其中:
第一接收单元301,用于接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值;
目标触发阈值确定单元302,用于根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;
第一触发单元303,用于当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,第一接收单元301、目标触发阈值确定单元302以及第一触发单元303的具体执行可以对应参照上述步骤S101~步骤S103,本发明实施例此处不做赘述。
在具体实施中,上述的邻区测量触发装置30可以对应于用户设备中具有数据处理功能的芯片,如基带芯片;或者对应于用户设备中包括具有数据处理功能芯片的芯片模组,或者对应于用户设备。
参照图4,本发明实施例还提供了另一种邻区测量触发装置40,包括:第二接收单元401以及第二触发单元402,其中:
第二接收单元401,用于接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量低于所述邻区测量触发阈值;
第二触发单元402,用于在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,上述第二接收单元401以及第二触发单元402的具体执行流程可以对应参照上述步骤S201~步骤S202,本发明实施例此处不做赘述。
在具体实施中,上述的邻区测量触发装置40可以对应于用户设备中具有数据处理功能的芯片,如基带芯片;或者对应于用户设备中包括具有数据处理功能芯片的芯片模组,或者对应于用户设备。
本发明实施例还提供了一种邻区测量触发装置,包括第一下发单元,其中:第一下发单元,用于向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种邻区测量触发装置,包括第二下发单元,其中:第二下发单元,用于向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
在具体实施中,上述基站侧对应的邻区测量触发装置可以对应于基站设备中具有数据处理功能的芯片;或者对应于基站设备中包括具有数据处理功能芯片的芯片模组,或者对应于基站设备。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质为非易失性存储介质或非瞬态存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行上述任一实施例提供的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种邻区测量触发装置,包括存储器和 处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行上述步骤S101~步骤S103对应实施例所提供的邻区测量触发方法的步骤,或执行上述步骤S201~步骤S202对应实施例所提供的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
本发明实施例还提供了另一种邻区测量触发装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行上述由基站侧所执行的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指示相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;
    根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;
    当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述接收邻区测量触发条件,包括以下任一种:
    接收系统消息,所述系统消息中携带有所述邻区测量触发条件;接收高层信令,所述高层信令中携带有所述邻区测量触发条件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值,包括:
    在确定满足低移动性准则时,确定所述第一邻区测量触发阈值为所述目标触发阈值;
    在确定不满足所述低移动性准则时,确定所述第二邻区测量触发阈值为所述目标触发阈值。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述第一邻区测量触发阈值包括以下至少一种:参考信号接收功率、参考信号接收质量;所述第二邻区测量触发阈值包括以下至少一种:参考信号接收功率、参考信号接收质量。
  5. 一种邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;
    在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述触发邻区测量活动,包括:
    触发同频邻区测量活动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述触发同频邻区测量活动,包括:
    当检测到当前进行测量的同频邻区对应的参考信号质量小于所述第一测量触发阈值时,对其他同频邻区依次进行测量;
    当检测到当前进行测量的同频邻区对应的参考信号质量在预设时长内均大于所述第一测量触发阈值时,停止触发其他同频邻区测量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述触发同频邻区测量活动,包括:
    当检测到N个同频邻区对应的参考信号质量均差于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发异频邻区测量活动;N为基站配置的,且N≤M,M为所述基站配置的同频邻区个数。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述触发异频邻区测量活动,包括:
    当检测到当前进行测量的异频邻区对应的参考信号质量小于所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量时,对其他异频邻区依次进行测量;
    当检测到存在目标异频邻区,则停止触发其他异频邻区测量;所述目 标异频邻区对应的参考信号质量在预设时长内始终优于所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,所述接收邻区测量触发条件,包括以下任一种:
    接收系统消息,所述系统消息中携带有所述邻区测量触发条件;接收高层信令,所述高层信令中携带有所述邻区测量触发条件。
  11. 一种邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;
    使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  12. 一种邻区测量触发方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;
    使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  13. 一种邻区测量触发装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一 邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值;
    目标触发阈值确定单元,用于根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;
    第一触发单元,用于当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  14. 一种邻区测量触发装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二接收单元,用于接收邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量低于所述邻区测量触发阈值;
    第二触发单元,用于在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  15. 一种邻区测量触发装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一下发单元,用于向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:第一邻区测量触发阈值、第二邻区测量触发阈值,且所述第一邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述第二邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,根据当前所对应的移动性,从所述第一邻区测量触发阈值与所述第二邻区测量触发阈值中,确定用于触发邻区测量的目标触发阈值;当检测到当前服务小区的参考信号质量差于所述目标触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  16. 一种邻区测量触发装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二下发单元,用于向用户设备下发邻区测量触发条件,所述邻区测量触发条件包括:同频邻区对应的第一测量触发阈值以及异频邻区对 应的第二测量触发阈值,且所述第一测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值低于所述邻区测量触发阈值对应的参考信号质量取值;使得所述用户设备在接收到所述邻区测量触发条件后,在检测到当前服务小区对应的参考信号质量低于所述第一测量触发阈值时,触发邻区测量活动。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质为非易失性存储介质或非瞬态存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器运行时执行权利要求1~12任一项所述的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
  18. 一种邻区测量触发装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求1~10任一项所述的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
  19. 一种邻区测量触发装置,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器上存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器运行所述计算机程序时执行权利要求11或12所述的邻区测量触发方法的步骤。
