智慧灯珠是指通过应用先进、高效、可靠的电力线载波通信技术和无线GPRS/CDMA通信技术等,实现对灯珠的远程集中控制与管理的灯珠。
智慧灯珠是智慧城市的重要组成部分。它应用城市传感器、电力线载波/ZIGBEE通信技术和无线GPRS/CDMA通信技术等,将城市中灯珠串联起来,形成物联网,实现对灯珠的远程集中控制。由电线串联形成的灯串,更适用于户外公园草坪树木,室内外娱乐场所和家居等装饰亮化。
然而,串联式灯珠的抗外力能力弱,户外的灯串如遇强风容易导致电线飘飞打结,导致灯串的整理困难,同时影响灯串的正常使用。

2、本发明通过设置网格状的发光网屏,提升了灯珠使用的定位稳定性,网屏状的灯珠载体,可防止灯珠因户外的风力等外力发生移位,避免影响灯珠的正常装饰使用,网屏状的灯珠布局,方便了灯珠对草坪、公园或建筑表面的装饰美化,极大地提升了灯珠的观赏性;
3、本发明通过设置橄榄球型或椭球型的灯罩,曲面状的灯罩可形成丰富的视觉表现效果,从而提升网屏的整体观赏性,同时灯罩为透明塑料材质,具有防水性。

在其他实施例中,灯罩7的内部安装有灯珠,灯罩7为橄榄球型,通过设置橄榄球型的灯罩7,可通过橄榄球型的灯罩7对内部的灯珠适配安装,通过灯珠配合LED灯9。
在其他实施例中,灯罩7为椭球型。
在其他实施例中,硅胶条10设置有多根,且每根硅胶条10均与每根电线6通过连接端子8配合灯罩7互相连接。
在其他实施例中,线性稳压芯片的输入端通过稳压二极管D1和电容C7并联接地,线性稳压芯片的输出端引脚通过两个并联电容接地,且两个并联电容分别为电容C8和电容C9,其中,电容C8的容值为0.1μF。
本发明的工作原理:使用时,通过限位导轨1和适配导轨2之间适配卡接,通过配合锁紧杆4以及连接板3对限位导轨1和适配导轨2固定连接,可将网屏进行固定,通过定位套管5和电线6之间贯穿连接,电线6的表面通过灯罩7安装有灯珠,通过电线6和硅胶条10交叉连接,可通过硅胶条10配合连接端子8安装LED灯,从而可形成双面发光网屏,通过设置网格状的发光网屏,提升了灯珠使用的定位稳定性,网屏状的灯珠载体,可防止灯珠因户外的风力等外力发生移位,避免影响灯珠的正常装饰使用,同时,通过控制单元中设置稳压电路,通过使用型号为HT7533的线性稳压芯片,通过设置稳压电路,可通过稳压二极管D3以及稳压二极管D1利用自身的PN结呈反向击穿状态,即使电流在很大范围内变化,也能保持电压基本不变,从而维持电路电压的恒定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (9)

  1. 智慧网屏,包括限位导轨(1),所述限位导轨(1)的顶部安装有适配导轨(2),其特征在于:所述适配导轨(2)的顶部卡接有连接板(3),其中,所述适配导轨(2)的顶部螺纹连接有锁紧杆(4),所述限位导轨(1)的内部贯穿卡接有定位套管(5),所述限位导轨(1)的内部设置有控制单元;
    所述定位套管(5)的内部贯穿连接有电线(6),所述电线(6)的表面安装有灯罩(7),所述灯罩(7)的内部有透明灌胶,所述灯罩(7)的表面开设有灯珠安装槽(71),所述灯罩(7)的表面设置有连接端子(8),所述连接端子(8)的内部贯穿安装有LED灯(9),所述连接端子(8)的内部贯穿安装有硅胶条(10);
    所述硅胶条(10)包括第一安装孔(11)和第二安装孔(12),所述第一安装孔(11)和第二安装孔(12)互相连通,所述电线(6)和硅胶条(10)之间形成有电线方格(13),所述电线方格(13)的四个端角处均对应与一个所述灯罩(7)互相连接,且每个所述电线方格(13)分别与其相邻的四个所述电线方格(13)有且只有一条边共线;
    所述控制单元包括线性稳压芯片,所述线性稳压芯片的型号为HT7533,所述线性稳压芯片的输入引脚的一端连接有电阻R7,电阻R7的一端与稳压二极管D3的负极连接,稳压二极管D3的正极与正向电压互相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述连接板(3)关于适配导轨(2)的二等分面对称设置,所述连接板(3)为倒T字型设置,所述连接板(3)的一侧通过螺栓依次和适配导轨(2)以及限位导轨(1)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述锁紧杆(4)通过螺纹贯穿连接于适配导轨(2)的顶面和底面,所述锁紧杆(4)设置有两个,所述锁紧杆(4)和适配导轨(2)的连接部设置有螺帽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述定位套管(5)为内部中空的橡胶圆柱管,所述定位套管(5)的长度为十厘米,所述定位套管(5)设置有多个,且相邻的两个所述定位套管(5)之间的间隔距离相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述电线(6)为线性等间距排布,且两个相邻所述电线(6)之间的间隔距离与两个相邻所述定位套管(5)之间的间隔距离相等,所述定位套管(5)和电性(6)一一互相适配,所述定位套管(5)的底部开设有与电线(6)的横截面外轮廓互相适配的穿孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述灯罩(7)的内部安装有灯珠,所述灯罩(7)为橄榄球型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述灯罩(7)为椭球型。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述硅胶条(10)设置有多根,且每根所述硅胶条(10)均与每根所述电线(6)通过连接端子(8)配合灯罩(7)互相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智慧网屏,其特征在于:所述线性稳压芯片的输入端通过稳压二极管D1和电容C7并联接地,所述线性稳压芯片的输出端引脚通过两个并联电容接地,且两个并联电容分别为电容C8和电容C9,其中,电容C8的容值为0.1μF。
