Abstract

Thanks to the centering nail (4.1) and pin seating surface (4.2) formed on the compression shoe (4) in the developed square sieve passage cover compression element, the shoe (4) is provided to remain in the desired position during the assembly of the operator.
Description
SQUARE SIEVE PASSAGE COVER COMPRESSION PARTS
TECHNICAL AREA
The invention; Square sieve passage cover compression assembly, is developed to keep the passage covers in the passages of the square sieve used in the grain grinding plants closed against the high vibration effect caused by the movement of the sieve.
PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
Square sieve systems are used in grain mills for sizing the grain. The square sieve provides the classification of the product fed into it through the sieving boxes in different particle sizes. The square sieve moves freely depending on the rotational movement of the weight elements in its center and the sieving process takes place within the sieve passages.
The covers used in the square sieve passages are assembled with insulation so that the fine powder fed into the sieve does not escape. Different types of clamping parts are used for the connection of these covers on the passage body.
The most commonly used compression element in existing square sieve passage covers is usually by means of lugs made of metal material. Since the flat contact surface of the clamping shoe on the sieve passage cover does not stand still during the bolted connection of the shoe to the passage body by the operator, the assembly process is both difficult and the assembly is unhealthy as the desired level of compression cannot be achieved.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to enable easy and effective assembly of the parts used for the firming of the passage cover in the square sieve passages, the square sieve passage cover compression assembly subjected to the invention has been developed.
Thanks to the centering tab (4.1 ) formed on the compression shoe (4) and the pin seating surface (4.2) in the developed square sieve passage cover compression element, the shoe (4) is provided to remain in the desired position during the assembly of the operator. Thus, during the bolted connection of the shoe (4), the torque required to rotate the connection bolt (6) can be easily applied by the operator, and both the assembly time is shortened and the desired level of passage cover mounting tightness is achieved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Square sieve passage cover compression assembly subjected to the invention, developed in order to enable easy and effective assembly of the parts used for firming the passage cover in the square sieve passages; includes parts and
sections as the passage cover (3), which is connected on the passage body sheet (2) and contains at least one pin slot (3.1 ) on it for the protection of the inner part of the square sieve passage (1 ) from external effects, at least one centering nail (4.1) on it, compression shoe (4) comprising at least one pin seating surface (4.2) and at least one connection hole (4.3), and at least one centering pin (5) and at least one connection bolt (6).
The passage cover (3) developed in the square sieve passage cover compression assembly subjected to the invention, includes a pin socket (3.1), which provides the connection for the centering pin (5) into which the centering nail (4.1 ) of the compression shoe (4) will be centered inside.
The compression shoe (4) developed in the square sieve passage cover compression assembly of the subject of the invention, includes parts and sections of at least one centering nail (4.1) that provides the centering and fixing of the contact of the shoe (4) to the passage cover (3) by entering into the centering pin (5) connected in the passage cover (3) pin slot (3.1 ), at least one pin seating surface (4.2) providing a large contact surface area with the centering pin (5) head part, and at least one connection hole (4.3) that enables the connection of the shoe (4) to the connection hole (2.1 ) located on the passage body sheet (2) with a bolted connection.
The centering tab (4.1 ) developed in the square sieve passage cover compression assembly of the subject of the invention is the section manufactured in such a way that it protrudes from the body on the compression shoe (4).
The centering pin (5) developed in the square sieve passage cover compression assembly of the subject of the invention is a part with a hollow structure that provides centering within the centering nail (4.1 ) located on the compression shoe (4) by connecting within the pin slot (3.1 ) formed on the passage cover (3).
The compression lug (4) developed in the square sieve passage cover compression assembly of the subject of the invention is connected to the passage body sheet (2) via the connection hole (2.1 ) by means of the connection bolt (6) passing through the connection hole (4.3) located on it. The
position of the clamping shoe (4) is also fixed by the centering nail (4.1 ) located on it passing into the centering pin (5) connected to the pin socket (3.1 ) located on the passage cover (3). During the rotation force applied to the connection bolt (6) for mounting, the centering claw (4.1 ) of the clamping shoe (4) is fixed in the pin (5), so that the shoe (4) remains in a fixed position despite the bolt tightening action. Thus, the operator fixes the clamping shoe (4) for the passage cover (3) without any difficulty. The pin seating surface (4.2) formed on the compression shoe (4), on the other hand, creates a wide contact surface by contacting the head part of the centering pin (5) connected in the pin slot (3.1 ) and thus a high-strength compression is achieved with the bolted mounting of the compression shoe (4).
Claims
1. Square sieve passage cover compression assembly as subject of the invention, which is developed to enable easy and effective assembly of the parts used for the compressing of the passage cover in the square sieve passages, is characterized by including parts and sections of the passage cover (3) for the protection of the inner part of the square sieve passage (1) from external effects, which is connected on the passage body sheet (2) and contains at least one pin slot (3.1 ) on it, compression shoe (4) with at least one centering nail (4.1 ), at least one pin seating surface (4.2) and at least one connection hole (4.3) on it, at least one centering pin (5) and at least one connection bolt (6) It is characterized in that it includes parts and parts.
2. Square sieve passage cover compression assembly according to claim 1 , and it is characterized in that it contains a pin slot (3.1 ) on the passage cover (3) that provides the connection of the centering pin (5) into which the compression shoe (4) centering nail (4.1 ) will be centered.

Square sieve passage cover compression assembly according to claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; including parts and sections of at least one centering nail (4.1 ) that provides the centering and fixing of the contact of the shoe (4) to the passage cover (3) by entering into the centering pin (5) connected in the pin slot (3.1 ) on the passage cover (3) on the said compression shoe (4), at least one pin sitting surface (4.2) that provides a wide contact surface area with the head part of the centering pin (5) and at least one connection hole (4.3) that provide the connection of the shoe (4) to the connection hole (2.1 ) located on the passage body sheet (2) with the bolted connection.
4. Square sieve passage cover compression assembly according to claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; the said centering nail (4.1 ) is

the part produced on the compression shoe (4) in such a way that it protrudes from the body. Square sieve passage cover compression assembly according to claim 1 , and it is characterized in that; the centering pin (5) is a part with a hollow structure that provides centering inside the centering claw (4.1 ) located on the compression shoe (4) by connecting within the pin slot (3.1 ) formed on the passage cover (3).
