本申请提供了一种检查报告生成方法、生成系统、设备及存储介质,用于根据录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,能够自动检查上传材料是否满足要求,是否要求再补充,还能够检查报告模板中文件夹和文件的设置方式,使得填写和设置更加简洁化,效率高;自动生成检查报告,生成处罚建议,标准统一,检查力度统一。
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
可以理解,本申请所使用的术语“第一”、“第二”等可在本文中用于描述各种元件,但这些元件不受这些术语限制。这些术语仅用于将第一个元件与另一个元件区分。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种检查报告生成方法,该方法能够通过基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,能够自动检查上传材料是否满足要求,是否要求再补充,还能够检查报告模板中文件夹和文件的设置方式,效率高;自动生成检查报告,生成处罚建议,标准统一,检查力度统一。
通过图1所示的操作过程进行检查报告生成,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤101,获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板。
步骤101可以通过数据下载的方式获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板,从而在本地计算机上建立了与待进行监管的任务对应的业务框架。具体地,可从连网的本地计算机上从服务器端的数据库下载符合所选的类型参数的检查报告模板。对于监管员来说,该检查报告模板不仅可有助于提醒监管员当前任务要检查的项目种类和内容,而且还能够用于在检查过程中清晰地表明已检查的项目和内容以及尚未检查的项目和内容,有助于避免监管员出现遗落而进行二次检查甚至多次检查的问题,提高监管员现场检查的效率。
在步骤101之前,还包括:发出报告模板调用指令,以根据报告模板调用指令中的类型参数从服务器端的数据库中选择相应的检查报告模板。
发出报告模板调用指令的步骤可以由监管员在本地计算机上操作,向服务器端发出报告模板调用指令,并在发送指令前选择或输入类型参数,本申请一些实施例中的类型参数可包括但不限于“例行检查类型”和“临时检查类型”,其中的例行检查可以为证监局按照一定周期对相应企业进行监管检查,对应的模板可为例行检查报告模板,临时检查可为主动发现问题或接到举报后进行监管检查,对应的模板可为临时检查报告模板,从而为监管员提供符合实际工作情形的报告模板。
在发出报告模板调用指令之前,还包括:基于例行检查的检查事项列表和内容要求生 成例行检查报告模板;基于临时检查的检查事项列表和内容生成临时检查报告模板。检查报告模板可以在本地端生成后放在服务器端的数据库上或者在服务器端上直接生成,检查报告模板中涉及的具体条目和要求可依据监管政策相关文件进行合理地设置和定义,本实施例不再进行赘述。
在基于例行检查的检查事项列表和内容要求生成例行检查报告模板之后,或在基于临时检查的检查事项列表和内容生成临时检查报告模板之后,还包括:基于树形结构设计检查报告模板中文件夹和文件的设置方式,存储例行检查报告模板和/或临时检查报告模板。设置方式具体可包括但不限于文件夹嵌套方式、子目录命名方式、根目录命名方式、文件命名方式、文件排列顺序方式,从而可有助于更好地实现在后期自动检查过程中的文件夹遍历顺序、文件遍历顺序,基于遍历的顺序实现传统智能监管中的一级检查和二级检查等过程。
步骤102,接收录入于检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果。
对于步骤102,具体地,接收按照检查报告模板整体架构和内容格式输入的现场检查数据和监管员根据已获悉的现场检查数据给出一个或多个检查结果;即监管员将现场检查时得到的数据按照检查报告模板要求补充至检查报告模板中。其中,整体架构包括文件夹所在存储路径和嵌套方式,内容格式包括各文件中相应的位置需补充的内容形式,现场检查数据可包括但不限于监管员文字记录、现场拍照后形成的照片文件、扫描后形成的电子副本等等,本步骤具体可通过监管员将相应的现场检查数据按照报告模板的设置方式输入至本地计算机中的检查报告模板中,在所有现场检查数据和人工判断的检查结果输入完成后准备生成电子报告。
步骤102的接收按照检查报告模板整体架构和内容格式输入的现场检查数据的中,还包括对现场检查数据进行自动复制。具体地,当输入某一现场检查数据到某一文档中时,自动检索其他文档或文件夹是否需要当前输入的现场检查数据,并且在需要该现场检查数据时将其复制到对应的文档或文件夹中,该自动处理步骤能够进一步地提高检查报告生成的效率和质量。
步骤103,基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果。
步骤103具体地,基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板对电子检查报告进行形式检查和内容检查,即利用已经补充现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并通过遍历电子检查报告和将报告中数据逐一与设定标准结果比对的方式生成第一检查结果,第一检查结果可包含一个或多个自动检查结果,每个检查结果可分别对应一个被检查的项目。通过基于检查报告模板生成的电子检查报告替代了传统通过监管员人工形成电子检查报告,具有现场检查监管报告形成效率更高、更客观和合理等突出优点。
对电子检查报告进行两步检查,在两步检查都通过后生成电子检查报告,如果有任何一步骤检查未通过,则提醒监管员在相应的文件位置进行操作和修改,以及提醒监管员是否需要调整文件放的目录。第一步检查可为形式问题的检查,包括但不限于现场检查数据是否在对应的文件中的对应位置、文件命名和排序是否准确等,第二步检查可为内容检查,包括补入的数据是否是当前位置所需要的数据以及补入的数据是否完整等等。补入的数据可包括但不限于上市公司或证券公司的财务报表、流水表等等。
在步骤103之前,还包括上传步骤,将补充有现场检查数据的检查报告模板上传到服务器端中。具体可利用提供检查报告模板下载的服务器端进行后续的系统化处理。
步骤104,将第一检查结果与检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
具体地,将基于电子检查报告形成的第一检查结果与基于监管员判断形成的一个或多 个检查结果进行一一对应地比较,在比较结果相同时输出当前的核查结果,或者在比较结果不同时调取相应的现场检查数据后提醒需进行人工核验以及根据人工核验形成最终的核查结果。其中,人工核验提醒可发送至当前监管员的上层领导所持有的服务器端账号中,由其指派或亲自对比较结果不同的现场检查数据进行核验,并根据核验的结果形成最终的核查结果。所以本申请中的核查结果可以是第一检查结果与检查结果完全相同的情况下形成的,也可以是第一检查结果与检查结果部分相同的情况下形成的,还可以是第一检查结果与检查结果完全不同的情况下形成的(此时可以对网络系统品台和监管员分别进行考评,进而分析出结果完全不同的根本原因)。可见本申请能够在保证核查结果准确化、客观化的前提下,能够为监管员和用户提供标准化、统一形式的检查报告和核查结果。
在步骤104之后,还包括:在最终的核查结果生成后自动发送至相应的被检查的用户,发送的方式为利用从现场检查数据中提取的邮件。被检查的用户包括:证券公司和/或上市公司。
该步骤中可从现场检查数据中提取到企业联系人邮箱信息,以能够在核查结果出现后最快地发送至相关企业方。而且,该方式还有助于避免监察员等人员可能存在的作弊或结果修改等行为,使现场检查检查结果更为客观、准确且可靠,而且进一步提高了本申请的智能化水平。
本申请实施例基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,能够自动检查上传材料是否满足要求,是否要求再补充,以及是否需要调整文件放的目录,还能够检查报告模板中文件夹和文件的设置方式,使得填写和设置更加简洁化,效率高;自动生成检查报告,生成处罚建议,标准统一,检查力度统一,从而辅助证监局监管员完成检查报告的高效和准确地生成,进而可得到客观且有信服力的检查结果,检查结果例如可包括但不限于对上市公司或证券公司的处罚结果或合格结果等。
如图2所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种检查报告生成系统,包括:
模板获取模块201,用于获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;
数据录入模块202,用于接收录入于检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;
报告生成模块203,用于基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;
结果确定模块204,用于将第一检查结果与检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。

本申请一些实施例中还包括指令发出模块,用于发出报告模板调用指令,以根据报告模板调用指令中的类型参数从服务器端的数据库中选择相应的检查报告模板。
指令发出模块包括:
类型选择单元,用于选择或输入类型参数,将输入类型参数发送至指令发送单元;
指令发送单元,用于根据输入的类型参数,向服务器端发出报告模板调用指令。
本申请一些实施例中的类型参数可包括但不限于“例行检查类型”和“临时检查类型”,其中的例行检查可以为证监局按照一定周期对相应企业进行监管检查,对应的模板可为例 行检查报告模板,临时检查可为主动发现问题或接到举报后进行监管检查,对应的模板可为临时检查报告模板,从而为监管员提供符合实际工作情形的报告模板。
本申请一些实施例中还包括模版生成模块,用于基于例行检查的检查事项列表和内容要求生成例行检查报告模板;基于临时检查的检查事项列表和内容生成临时检查报告模板。检查报告模板可以在本地端生成后放在服务器端的数据库上或者在服务器端上直接生成,检查报告模板中涉及的具体条目和要求可依据监管政策相关文件进行合理地设置和定义,本实施例不再进行赘述。
生成模块还用于在生成例行检查报告模板之后或在生成临时检查报告模板之后,基于树形结构设计检查报告模板中文件夹和文件的设置方式,存储所述例行检查报告模板和/或临时检查报告模板。设置方式具体可包括但不限于文件夹嵌套方式、子目录命名方式、根目录命名方式、文件命名方式、文件排列顺序方式,从而可有助于更好地实现在后期自动检查过程中的文件夹遍历顺序、文件遍历顺序,基于遍历的顺序实现传统智能监管中的一级检查和二级检查等过程。
数据录入模块202包括:
结果接收单元,用于接收按照检查报告模板整体架构和内容格式输入的现场检查数据和监管员根据已获悉的现场检查数据给出一个或多个检查结果;即监管员将现场检查时得到的数据按照检查报告模板要求补充至检查报告模板中。其中,整体架构包括文件夹所在存储路径和嵌套方式,内容格式包括各文件中相应的位置需补充的内容形式,现场检查数据可包括但不限于监管员文字记录、现场拍照后形成的照片文件、扫描后形成的电子副本等等,本单元具体可通过监管员将相应的现场检查数据按照报告模板的设置方式输入至本地计算机中的检查报告模板中,在所有现场检查数据和人工判断的检查结果输入完成后准备生成电子报告。
数据录入模块202还可以包括复制单元,用于对现场检查数据进行自动复制。具体地,当输入某一现场检查数据到某一文档中时,自动检索其他文档或文件夹是否需要当前输入的现场检查数据,并且在需要该现场检查数据时将其复制到对应的文档或文件夹中。自动检索和自动复制等自动处理能够进一步地提高检查报告生成的效率和质量。
数据录入模块202还可以包括上传单元,用于在形成电子检查报告之前,将补充有现场检查数据的检查报告模板上传到服务器端中。具体可利用提供检查报告模板下载的服务器端进行后续的系统化处理。
报告生成模块203包括:
形式检查单元,用于基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板对电子检查报告进行形式检查,将形式检查结果发送至结果生成单元;形式问题的检查包括但不限于现场检查数据是否在对应的文件中的对应位置、文件命名和排序是否准确等;
内容检查单元,用于基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板对电子检查报告进行内容检查,将内容检查结果发送至结果生成单元;内容检查包括补入的数据是否是当前位置所需要的数据以及补入的数据是否完整等等;
结果生成单元,用于在形式检查和内容检查都通过后,生成电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果。如果有任何一项检查未通过,则结果生成单元提醒监管员在相应的文件位置进行操作和修改,以及提醒监管员是否需要调整文件放的目录;补入的数据可包括但不限于上市公司或证券公司的财务报表、流水表等等。
报告生成模块203利用已经补充现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并通过遍历电子检查报告和将报告中数据逐一与设定标准结果比对的方式生成第一检查结果,第一检查结果可包含一个或多个自动检查结果,每个检查结果可分别对应一个被检查的项目。通过基于检查报告模板生成的电子检查报告替代了传统通过监管员人工形成电子 检查报告,具有现场检查监管报告形成效率更高、更客观和合理等突出优点。
结果确定模块204包括:
比较单元,用于将基于电子检查报告形成的第一检查结果与基于监管员判断形成的一个或多个检查结果进行一一对应地比较,将比较结果发送至结果形成单元;

在一个实施例中,提出了一种计算机设备,如图3所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种检查报告生成方法。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种检查报告生成方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
该计算机设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现以下步骤:发出报告模板调用指令,以根据报告模板调用指令中的类型参数从服务器端的数据库中选择相应的检查报告模板;获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;接收录入于检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;将第一检查结果与检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
在一个实施例中,提出了一种计算机可读存储介质,如图4所示,该计算机可读存储介质可以为非易失性计算机可读存储介质,也可以为易失性计算机可读存储介质。计算机 可读存储介质存储有计算机指令,当所述计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如下步骤:发出报告模板调用指令,以根据报告模板调用指令中的类型参数从服务器端的数据库中选择相应的检查报告模板;获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;接收录入于检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;将第一检查结果与检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种检查报告生成方法,包括:
    获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;
    接收录入于所述检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;
    基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;
    将所述第一检查结果与所述检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的检查报告生成方法,其中,所述基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,包括:
    基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板对所述电子检查报告进行形式检查和内容检查。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的检查报告生成方法,其中,在所述将所述第一检查结果与所述检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果之后,还包括:
    在最终的核查结果生成后自动发送至相应的被检查的用户,发送的方式为利用从现场检查数据中提取的邮件。
  8. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;
    接收录入于所述检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;
    基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;
    将所述第一检查结果与所述检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的计算机设备,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时还实现以下步骤:
    基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板对所述电子检查报告进行形式检查和内容检 查。

    获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;
    接收录入于所述检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;
    基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;
    将所述第一检查结果与所述检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,当所述计算机指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如下步骤:

  20. 一种检查报告生成系统,所述检查报告生成系统包括:
    模板获取模块,用于获取与所选类型参数对应的检查报告模板;
    数据录入模块,用于接收录入于所述检查报告模板的现场检查数据和至少一个检查结果;
    报告生成模块,用于基于录入有现场检查数据的检查报告模板形成电子检查报告,并生成该电子检查报告与设定标准结果之间的第一检查结果;
    结果确定模块,用于将所述第一检查结果与所述检查结果进行比较,并根据比较结果确定最终的核查结果,生成检查报告。
