Abstract
L'invention concerne un système réactionnel à micro-interface pour la préparation d'éthylèneglycol à l'aide d'un procédé au chloroéthanol, comprenant : un réacteur de matériau principal, un cristalliseur, un premier réacteur de recyclage et un deuxième réacteur de recyclage. Le réacteur de matériau principal est relié à un réservoir de stockage de bicarbonate de sodium et à un réservoir de stockage de chloroéthanol, le produit obtenu par une réaction dans le réacteur de matériau principal entre dans le cristalliseur et le cristalliseur est relié au premier réacteur de recyclage et au deuxième réacteur de recyclage. Un premier générateur à micro-interface d'ammoniac et un générateur à micro-interface de dioxyde de carbone sont disposés dans le premier réacteur de recyclage et un deuxième générateur à micro-interface d'ammoniac et un générateur à micro-interface à flux divisé sont disposés dans le deuxième réacteur de recyclage. Le premier réacteur de recyclage et le deuxième réacteur de recyclage sont reliés au réacteur de matériau principal pour renvoyer le bicarbonate de sodium résultant au réacteur de matériau principal. Le système réactionnel réduit les coûts du procédé de réaction et augmente l'efficacité de la réaction.
