  1.  ネットワークで接続された、一次診療医に関連するサテライト端末と、前記一次診療医の指導医にあたる二次診療医に関連するセンタ端末と、前記一次診療医又は前記二次診療医が作成に関与した電子カルテ情報を格納する電子カルテデータベースを有するシステムサーバと、を備えたセカンドオピニオン支援システムであって、
     前記システムサーバは、
     前記一次診療医から前記サテライト端末を介して、前記二次診療医の意見であるセカンドオピニオンの取得要求を受け付けるセカンドオピニオン取得要求受付部と、
     前記取得要求を受け付けた場合に、前記二次診療医に対して前記センタ端末を介して前記電子カルテ情報のレビューを要求するレビュー要求送信部と、
     前記電子カルテ情報のレビュー結果を前記センタ端末から受信して前記サテライト端末に送信する通信制御部と、
     を備える、
