Flavor aspirator
The present invention relates to a flavor aspirator.
Conventionally, a flavor aspirator for sucking a flavor or the like without burning the material has been known. As such a flavor aspirator, for example, an electrically heated aerosol generation system in which an inserted member for accommodating a smoking article is provided in a housing is known (Patent Document 1).
Patent No. 5963375
The electrically heated aerosol generation system disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a base material holding portion separated from the main body. When the smoking article is removed from the main body, the smoking article can be pulled out from the blade-shaped heater by pulling the substrate holding portion, and then the smoking article (consumable material) can be removed from the substrate holding portion.
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a flavor aspirator having a new structure for removing consumables.
According to the first embodiment, a flavor aspirator capable of heating a smokeable substance contained in a consumable material is provided. This flavor aspirator surrounds a cylindrical insertable member into which the consumable material is inserted, a heating element that heats the smokeable substance from the inside, and an outer periphery of the insertable member, with respect to the insertable member. A cylindrical portion that can rotate in the circumferential direction, a support portion that movably supports the inserted member in the insertion direction of the consumable material, and a spiral formed in either the inserted member or the tubular portion. It has a guide and a first engaging portion that engages with the spiral guide, which is formed on the inserted member or the cylindrical portion on which the spiral guide is not formed.
According to the first form, the tubular portion rotates in the circumferential direction with respect to the inserted member, so that the first engaging portion moves along the spiral guide. As a result, the member to be inserted can move with respect to the tubular portion in the insertion direction of the consumable material, and the consumable material can be easily taken out. As described above, according to the first aspect, there is provided a flavor aspirator having a new structure for removing consumables.
The gist of the second form is that, in the first form, the tubular portion is configured so as not to move in the insertion direction of the consumable material.
According to the second form, the inserted member can be moved in the insertion direction of the consumable material without the tubular portion located on the outer periphery of the inserted member moving in the insertion direction of the consumable material. As a result, the exposure of the inserted member due to the movement of the tubular portion in the insertion direction of the consumable material can be suppressed, and the safety of the flavor aspirator can be improved.
In the third form, in the first form or the second form, the inserted member can move between the first position where the consumable material is taken out and the second position where the consumable material is heated. The gist is that it has an accommodating portion for accommodating the smokeable substance, and the accommodating portion has a cylindrical side wall and a bottom wall.
According to the third embodiment, since the accommodating portion of the inserted member can move between the first position and the second position, the smokeable substance is accommodated in the accommodating portion after the consumption material is used. By moving the portion to the first position, the smokeable substance can be easily removed from the heating element while suppressing the spilling of the smokeable substance such as tobacco chopped from the consumable material.
In the fourth form, in the third form, the tubular portion has an insertion end portion into which the consumable material is inserted, and when the accommodating portion is located at the first position, the side wall of the accommodating portion is formed. The gist is that the consumable material does not protrude from the insertion end in the insertion direction.
According to the fourth embodiment, since the side wall of the accommodating portion does not protrude from the insertion end portion of the tubular portion in the insertion direction of the consumable material, it is possible to prevent the accommodating portion from being exposed in the insertion direction of the consumable material. As a result, the user can be prevented from touching the accommodating portion, and the safety of the flavor aspirator can be further enhanced. Further, when the heating element is located in the inserted member, it is possible to prevent the heating element from being damaged by an unnecessary force applied to the heating element through the housing portion by the user touching the housing portion.
The gist of the fifth form is that, in the third form or the fourth form, a gap is provided over the entire circumference between the consumable material accommodated in the accommodating portion and the side wall of the accommodating portion.
According to the fifth embodiment, since a gap is provided between the accommodating portion and the consumable material, the heat of the heating element and the heated smokeable substance is a void as compared with the case where the side surface of the consumable material comes into contact with the accommodating portion. It can be suppressed from being transmitted to the accommodating portion and the tubular portion of the inserted member through. As a result, it is possible to reduce the temperature rise on the surface of the tubular portion, and it is possible to reduce the heat being taken from the smokeable substance by the inserted member. Further, since the side surface of the consumable material does not come into contact with the accommodating portion, it is possible to prevent unnecessary force from being applied to the accommodating portion when the consumable material is taken out from the accommodating portion. As a result, when the heating element is located in the inserted member, it is possible to prevent the heating element from being damaged by applying an unnecessary force to the heating element through the housing portion by the user touching the housing portion.
The sixth embodiment has, in any one of the third to fifth embodiments, the tubular portion having a guide portion that comes into contact with the side surface of the consumable material and guides the smokeable substance to the heating element. The gist is that the guide portion is located inside the side wall of the accommodating portion located at the first position.
According to the sixth embodiment, when the consumable material is taken out from the accommodating portion, the guide portion is located inside the accommodating portion, so that the consumable material can be prevented from coming into contact with the accommodating portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent unnecessary force from being applied to the accommodating portion when the consumable material is taken out from the accommodating portion. As a result, when the heating element is located in the inserted member, it is possible to prevent the heating element from being damaged by applying an unnecessary force to the heating element through the housing portion by the user touching the housing portion.
The seventh embodiment has an air inlet and an air flow path from the air inlet to the inside of the accommodating portion in any of the third to sixth embodiments, and the bottom wall of the accommodating portion is formed on the bottom wall of the accommodating portion. The gist is that the air flow path has an opening and leads to the opening of the bottom wall of the housing portion.
According to the seventh form, air can be supplied to the end of the smokeable substance through the opening of the bottom wall of the accommodating portion.
In the eighth form, in any one of the first to seventh forms, the inserted member has a contact portion in contact with the support portion, and the contact portion is heated in the insertion direction of the consumable material. The gist is that it is placed in a position that does not overlap with the element.
According to the eighth embodiment, since the accommodating portion in which the smokeable substance is accommodated is provided at a position separated from the contact portion of the inserted member, the heat of the heated smokeable substance is transferred to the support portion via the contact portion. Transmission can be suppressed. As a result, the smokeable substance can be efficiently heated.
The ninth form is the eighth form, the gist of which is that the spiral guide or the first engaging portion is formed in the contact portion.
According to the ninth aspect, since it is not necessary to form the spiral guide or the first engaging portion in the accommodating portion of the inserted member, the accommodating portion caused by forming the spiral guide or the first engaging portion in the accommodating portion. The effect on can be prevented. Specifically, for example, by forming a spiral guide or a first engaging portion in the accommodating portion, it is possible to suppress non-uniform heat insulating properties in the circumferential direction of the accommodating portion.
The tenth aspect is any of the first to ninth forms, in which the support portion engages with the inserted member so that the inserted member does not rotate in the circumferential direction with respect to the support portion. The gist is that it has an engaging portion.
According to the tenth aspect, when the tubular portion rotates in the circumferential direction with respect to the inserted member, the inserted member can be prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction with respect to the support portion, so that the first engagement can be prevented. The portion can move more reliably along the spiral guide. As a result, the member to be inserted can be reliably moved with respect to the tubular portion in the insertion direction of the consumable material.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings described below, the same or corresponding components are designated by the same reference numerals and duplicated description will be omitted.
FIG. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of the heating system according to the present embodiment. The heating system according to the present embodiment includes a consumable material 10 and a flavor aspirator 100. The flavor aspirator 100 is preferably a portable device or a handheld device. As shown in FIG. 1, the consumable material 10 has a smokeable substance 16 heated by the flavor aspirator 100, a center hole filter 15, a hollow filter 14, and a filter unit 12.
The flavor aspirator 100 is configured to heat the solid smokeable substance 16 to atomize the smokeable substance 16. The smokeable substance 16 constitutes, for example, a part of a columnar consumable material 10 extending along the longitudinal direction. The consumable material 10 can be, for example, a tobacco stick containing a smokeable substance 16. The smokeable substance 16 contained in the consumable material 10 may contain an aerosol source that is heated at a predetermined temperature to generate an aerosol. The type of aerosol source is not particularly limited, and extracts from various natural products and / or their constituents can be selected depending on the intended use. Aerosol sources include, for example, glycerin, propylene glycol, triacetin, 1,3-butanediol, and mixtures thereof. As the smokeable substance 16, tobacco such as lamina and middle bone, or other known plants can be used. Further, the shape of the smokeable substance 16 such as tobacco may be chopped, sheet-like, string-like, powder-like, granular, pellet-like, slurry-like, or porous-like.
第2部分22は、バッテリ23と、PCB24(Printed Circuit Board)と、を有する。 The flavor aspirator 100 has a first portion 25 and a second portion 22. The second portion 22 has a battery 23 and a PCB 24 (Printed Circuit Board). The battery 23 stores the electric power used in the flavor aspirator 100. For example, the battery 23 is a lithium ion battery. The battery 23 may be rechargeable by an external power source.
The PCB 24 is composed of a CPU, a memory, and the like, and controls the operation of the flavor aspirator 100. For example, the PCB 24 starts heating the smokeable substance 16 in response to a user operation on an input device such as a push button or a slide switch (not shown), and ends heating of the smokeable substance 16 after a certain period of time has elapsed. When the number of puffing operations by the user exceeds a certain value, the PCB 24 may end the heating of the smokeable substance 16 even before a certain time has elapsed from the start of heating the smokeable substance 16. For example, the puffing motion is detected by a sensor (not shown).
Alternatively, the PCB 24 may start heating the smokeable substance 16 according to the start of the puff operation, and may end the heating of the smokeable substance 16 according to the end of the puff operation. The PCB 24 may end the heating of the smokeable substance 16 even before the end of the puff operation when a certain time has elapsed from the start of the puff operation. In this embodiment, the PCB 24 is arranged between the battery 23 and the first portion 25.
In the illustrated example, the flavor aspirator 100 is configured to accept the stick-shaped consumable material 10. Further, as shown in the figure, the battery 23, the PCB 24, and the first portion 25 may be arranged in a direction in which the consumable material 10 is inserted into the flavor aspirator 100. In the present specification, the insertion direction of the consumable material 10 may be referred to as an axial direction. Further, the circumferential direction in the present specification means a circumferential direction centered on an axis in the axial direction.
The first portion 25 has a tubular portion 30, an inserted member 40, a support portion 50, and a heating portion 60. The heating unit 60 has a shape that can be inserted into the smokeable substance 16, and is configured to heat the smokeable substance 16 from the inside. Specifically, the heating unit 60 has a pin 62 (corresponding to an example of a heating element) inserted into the smokeable substance 16 and a holder unit 64 for fixing the pin 62 to the support unit 50. The pin 62 may have, for example, a heating track or the like capable of resistance heating on or inside the pin 62. Not limited to this, the heating unit 60 may have a blade-shaped heater. In the pin 62, the portion of the pin 62 that comes into contact with the smokeable substance 16 in a state where the consumable material 10 is positioned at a desired position in the inserted member 40 functions as a heating element.
Power from the battery 23 is supplied to the pin 62. Further, the fixing portion 66 has a role of pressing the pin 62 and the holder portion 64 against the second support portion 54 to fix them. The power supply from the battery 23 to the pin 62 can be arbitrarily selected. For example, the pin 62 and the battery 23 are electrically connected from the battery 23 via a lead wire (not shown). It may be a configuration. The pin 62 may have a susceptor (corresponding to an example of a heating element) that is induced and heated by an induction coil. In that case, the susceptor is inserted inside the smokeable substance 16 and induced and heated by an induction coil (not shown) to heat the smokeable substance 16. When the pin 62 has a susceptor, it is preferable that the tubular portion 30 or the inserted member 40 has magnetic permeability and non-conductive (electrically insulating). As a result, the cylindrical portion 30 or the inserted member 40 is less likely to generate heat due to the induction coil, and the susceptor can be efficiently generated. Examples of the material having magnetic permeability and non-conductivity (electrical insulation) include glass, plants, wood, paper, resins such as PEEK, and the like. The induction coil can be, for example, a flat plate coil or a cylindrical coil. The induction coil so as to surround the opposite side of the consumer material 10 or the inserted member 40 via the bottom wall 44 of the inserted member 40 in a state where the consumer material 10 is positioned at a desired position in the inserted member 40. Can be provided.
The support portion 50 has a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole, and has a first support portion 52 that supports the tubular portion 30 and a second support portion 54 that supports the inserted member 40. The first support portion 52 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and has a circumferential groove 52a on its outer peripheral surface for engaging with the tubular portion 30. The circumferential groove 52a is a groove whose position does not change in the axial direction of the support portion 50 (the insertion direction of the consumable material 10). That is, since the circumferential groove 52a is not spiral, the tubular portion 30 is supported by the support portion 50 so as not to move in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. The first support portion 52 is located closer to the second portion 22 than the second support portion 54, and may be integrally formed with the second support portion 54. The second support portion 54 has a substantially cylindrical shape having an outer diameter smaller than that of the first support portion 52. The second support portion 54 is configured to movably support the inserted member 40 in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. Specifically, the second support portion 54 is fitted inside a contact portion 48 described later of the inserted member 40, and has a key 54a on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Further, the support portion 50 has a hollow portion 56 in which the holder portion 64 and the fixing portion 66 of the heating portion 60 are arranged, and an opening 57 communicating with the hollow portion 56 in a substantially central portion thereof. The pin 62 of the heating unit 60 is held by the holder unit 64 so as to pass through the opening 57.
In the present embodiment, the tubular portion 30 is a housing for accommodating the heating portion 60 and the inserted member 40. Specifically, the tubular portion 30 has a peripheral wall 31 that surrounds the outer periphery of the inserted member 40. The tubular portion 30 has an air inlet 32 for supplying air to the heating portion 60, and an insertion end portion 36 having an opening 34 into which the consumable material 10 is inserted. In the illustrated example, the air inlet 32 is formed on the peripheral wall 31. A plurality of air inlets 32 may be provided on the peripheral wall 31 along the circumferential direction. The insertion end portion 36 constitutes one end portion of the peripheral wall 31. The tubular portion 30 further has an engaging projection 33 that engages with the circumferential groove 52a of the support portion 50 at the end opposite to the insertion end portion 36. Specifically, in the illustrated example, the engaging projection 33 is formed at an end portion of the peripheral wall 31 opposite to the insertion end portion 36. The engaging projection 33 is configured to slide with respect to the circumferential groove 52a of the support portion 50. Therefore, the tubular portion 30 is configured to be rotatable in the circumferential direction with respect to the support portion 50. In other words, the support portion 50 rotatably supports the tubular portion 30 in the circumferential direction. It can also be said that the tubular portion 30 is rotatable in the circumferential direction with respect to the inserted member 40.
The tubular portion 30 has a convex portion 37 (corresponding to an example of the first engaging portion). Specifically, the convex portion 37 is provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 31 of the tubular portion 30. Further, an operating convex portion 35 is formed on the outer surface of the peripheral wall 31 of the tubular portion 30 in order to make it easier for the user to grip the tubular portion 30 when the tubular portion 30 is rotated in the circumferential direction.
Further, the tubular portion 30 has a guide portion 38, and the guide portion 38 defines an opening 34 into which the consumable material 10 is inserted. The guide portion 38 is a tubular member extending from the insertion end portion 36 defining a part of the opening 34 toward the battery 23 side, and may be integrally formed with the insertion end portion 36. The guide portion 38 has an inner surface that guides the smokeable substance 16 to the pin 62 in contact with the side surface of the consumable material 10 inserted into the flavor aspirator 100 through the opening 34.
The tubular portion 30 has a gap S1 between the guide portion 38 and the peripheral wall 31 into which a part of the inserted member 40 enters. The gap S1 extends in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. As will be described later, the inserted member 40 is movable in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10, and the gap S1 is the range of motion of the inserted member 40 when the inserted member 40 moves toward the insertion end portion 36. Will be.
FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the inserted member 40. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inserted member 40 has a cylindrical shape as a whole, and may be configured such that the consumable material 10 is inserted. Specifically, the inserted member 40 has an accommodating portion 42 accommodating the smokeable substance 16 and a contact portion 48 in contact with the support portion 50. The accommodating portion 42 is movable in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10 between the first position where the consumable material 10 is taken out from the accommodating unit 42 and the second position where the consumable material 10 is heated by the heating unit 60. .. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the accommodating portion 42 is arranged at the second position.
As shown in FIG. 1, the accommodating portion 42 of the inserted member 40 has a cylindrical side wall 43 and a bottom wall 44. The bottom wall 44 has an opening 44a. As shown in FIG. 1, the pin 62 of the heating portion 60 penetrates the opening 44a of the bottom wall 44, and a part of the pin 62 is located inside the accommodating portion 42. At least a part of the side wall 43 of the accommodating portion 42 can be inserted into the gap S1 in a state where the accommodating portion 42 is located at the second position shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the void S2 is provided over the entire circumference between the consumable material 10 (smoking substance 16) accommodated in the accommodating portion 42 and the side wall 43 of the accommodating portion 42. As a result, as compared with the case where the side surface of the consumable material 10 comes into contact with the accommodating portion 42, the heat of the pin 62 and the heated smokeable substance 16 passes through the void S2 to the accommodating portion 42 and the tubular portion 30 of the inserted member 40. Transmission can be suppressed. As a result, the temperature rise on the surface of the tubular portion 30 can be reduced, and the heat taken from the smokeable substance 16 by the inserted member 40 can be reduced. Further, since the side surface of the consumable material 10 does not come into contact with the accommodating portion 42, it is possible to prevent unnecessary force from being applied to the accommodating portion 42 when the consumable material 10 is taken out from the accommodating portion 42. As a result, when the pin 62 is located in the inserted member 40, when the user touches the accommodating portion 42, an unnecessary force is applied to the pin 62 via the accommodating portion 42 to prevent the pin 62 from being damaged. ..
The contact portion 48 of the inserted member 40 has a hole 48b that communicates the inside and the outside of the contact portion 48. The air flowing in from the air inlet 32 of the tubular portion 30 enters the inside of the contact portion 48 through the hole 48b of the contact portion 48, and flows into the inside of the accommodating portion 42 through the opening 44a formed in the accommodating portion 42. That is, the flavor aspirator 100 has an air flow path leading from the air inlet 32 to the opening 44a of the bottom wall 44 of the accommodating portion 42. Thereby, air can be supplied to the end portion of the smokeable substance 16 through the opening 44a of the bottom wall 44 of the accommodating portion 42.
As shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the contact portion 48 is arranged at a position that does not overlap with the portion of the pin 62 that functions as a heating element in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. In the present embodiment, the contact portion 48 is closer to the battery 23 (cylindrical portion) than the portion of the pin 62 that functions as a heating element of the pin 62, that is, the portion of the pin 62 that comes into contact with the smokeable substance 16 in the insertion direction of the consumer material 10. 30 is located on the opposite side of the insertion end 36). As a result, since the pin 62 is provided at a position separated from the contact portion 48 of the inserted member 40, the heat of the pin 62 is suppressed from being transferred to the support portion 50 via the contact portion 48. As a result, the smokeable substance 16 can be efficiently heated, and the temperature rise of the support portion 50 can be suppressed or reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the spiral guide 70 is formed along the outer peripheral surface of the contact portion 48 of the inserted member 40. The spiral guide 70 can be a bottomed recess (groove), for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The spiral guide 70 has a first terminal portion 71 and a second terminal portion 72 located on the insertion end portion 36 side of the first terminal portion 71 in the axial direction of the inserted member 40 (the insertion direction of the consumer material 10). Have. As shown in FIG. 1, the convex portion 37 provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 31 of the tubular portion 30 engages with the spiral guide 70. The convex portion 37 shown in FIG. 1 is located at the second end portion 72 of the spiral guide 70, and as a result, the inserted member 40 is located at the second position when the consumable material 10 is heated by the heating portion 60. ..
Next, the movement of the inserted member 40 between the first position and the second position will be described. FIG. 3 is a transmission perspective view of the first portion 25 of the flavor aspirator 100 when the inserted member 40 is located at the second position. FIG. 4 is a transparent perspective view of the first portion 25 of the flavor aspirator 100 when the inserted member 40 is located between the second position and the first position. FIG. 5 is a transmission perspective view of the first portion 25 of the flavor aspirator 100 when the inserted member 40 is located at the first position. In the state shown in FIG. 3, when the tubular portion 30 is rotated in the circumferential direction, the convex portion 37 of the tubular portion 30 moves along the spiral guide 70. At this time, since the tubular portion 30 does not move in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10, the convex portion 37 of the tubular portion 30 pushes the inserted member 40 toward the insertion end portion 36. As a result, the member to be inserted 40 is moved with respect to the cylindrical portion 30 in the direction in which the consumable material 10 is inserted and in a direction away from the portion corresponding to the heating element included in the pin 62. Therefore, the accommodating portion 42 moves in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10 (see FIG. 4). Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the cylindrical portion 30 located on the outer peripheral side of the inserted member 40 does not move in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10, but the inserted member 40 is moved in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. be able to. As a result, in the present embodiment, the exposure of the inserted member 40 due to the movement of the tubular portion 30 in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10 can be suppressed, and the safety of the flavor aspirator 100 can be improved. ..
When the convex portion 37 of the tubular portion 30 reaches the first terminal portion 71 of the spiral guide 70 by further rotating the tubular portion 30, the inserted member 40 is the first in which the consumable material 10 is taken out from the accommodating portion 42. Reach the position. At this time, the bottom wall 44 of the accommodating portion 42 pushes the consumable material 10 toward the insertion end portion 36, and the smokeable substance 16 may be pulled out from the pin 62. The user can take out the consumable material 10 from the flavor aspirator 100 in a state where the inserted member 40 is located at the first position. In the present embodiment, the accommodating portion 42 of the inserted member 40 can move between the first position and the second position. Therefore, after the consumption material 10 is used, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the smokeable substance 16 is arranged in the storage unit 42, and the storage unit 42 is moved to the first position to chop the tobacco. The smokeable substance 16 can be easily removed from the pin 62 while suppressing the smokeable substance 16 such as the above from spilling from the consumable material 10.
Further, by rotating the tubular portion 30 in the opposite direction in the state shown in FIG. 5, the tubular portion 30 moves from the first position to the second position. In a state where the smokeable substance 16 is not accommodated in the accommodating portion 42, a new consumable material 10 can be inserted into the opening 34 to arrange the smokeable substance 16 in the accommodating portion 42 located at the second position. ..
As shown in FIG. 5, when the accommodating portion 42 is located at the first position, it is preferable that the side wall 43 of the accommodating portion 42 does not protrude from the insertion end portion 36 in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. This can prevent the accommodating portion 42 from being exposed in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10. As a result, the user can be prevented from touching the relatively high temperature accommodating portion 42, and the safety of the flavor aspirator 100 can be further enhanced. Further, when at least a part of the pin 62 is located in the inserted member 40, an unnecessary force is applied to the pin 62 via the accommodating portion 42 by the user touching the accommodating portion 42, and the pin 62 is damaged. Can be prevented.
Further, when the accommodating portion 42 is located at the first position as shown in FIG. 5, the guide portion 38 shown in FIG. 1 is preferably located inside the side wall 43 of the accommodating portion 42 located at the first position. .. When the consumable material 10 is taken out from the accommodating portion 42, the guide portion 38 is located inside the accommodating portion 42, so that the consumable material 10 can be prevented from coming into contact with the accommodating portion 42. Therefore, when the consumable material 10 is taken out from the accommodating portion 42, it is possible to prevent unnecessary force from being applied to the accommodating portion 42. As a result, when the pin 62 is located in the inserted member 40, when the user touches the accommodating portion 42, an unnecessary force is applied to the pin 62 via the accommodating portion 42 to prevent the pin 62 from being damaged. ..
In the embodiment described above, the spiral guide 70 is formed on the inserted member 40, and the convex portion 37 that engages with the spiral guide 70 is formed on the tubular portion 30, but the present invention is not limited to this. That is, the spiral guide 70 may be formed in the tubular portion 30, and the convex portion 37 that engages with the spiral guide 70 may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inserted member 40. That is, the spiral guide 70 is formed on either the inserted member 40 or the tubular portion 30, and the convex portion 37 that engages with the spiral guide 70 is the inserted member 40 or the inserted member 40 on which the spiral guide 70 is not formed. It may be formed on the tubular portion 30. Further, the spiral guide 70 may be a bottomed recess (groove) formed on the surface of the inserted member 40 or the tubular portion 30, or a slit penetrating the inserted member 40 or the tubular portion 30. There may be.
The spiral guide 70 or the convex portion 37 may be formed in the accommodating portion 42 of the inserted member 40, but it is preferable that the spiral guide 70 or the convex portion 37 is formed in the contact portion 48 as in the present embodiment. .. In this case, since it is not necessary to form the spiral guide 70 or the convex portion 37 in the accommodating portion 42 of the inserted member 40, the spiral guide 70 or the convex portion 37 is formed in the accommodating portion 42 to the accommodating portion 42. The effect can be prevented. Specifically, for example, by forming the spiral guide 70 or the convex portion 37 on the accommodating portion 42, it is possible to suppress the non-uniform heat insulating property of the accommodating portion 42 in the circumferential direction.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the contact portion 48 of the inserted member 40 has a substantially cylindrical shape, but the contact portion 48 is not limited to this, and the contact portion 48 has a spiral guide 70 or a convex portion 37. It may be any shape that can be formed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the contact portion 48 is provided with a groove 48a extending in the axial direction (insertion direction of the consumable material 10) on the inner surface thereof, so that the inserted member 40 rotates around the support portion 50. The configuration is such that rotation in the direction can be prevented, but the configuration is not limited to this as long as it has the rotation prevention function. When the groove 48a is provided, as shown in FIG. 1, when the contact portion 48 is fitted to the second support portion 54 of the support portion 50, the key 54a (second engagement) of the second support portion 54 is provided. (Corresponding to an example of the joint portion) is inserted into the groove 48a. That is, the key 54a of the support portion 50 can engage with the inserted member 40 so that the inserted member 40 does not rotate in the circumferential direction with respect to the support portion 50. As a result, when the tubular portion 30 rotates in the circumferential direction with respect to the inserted member 40, the inserted member 40 can be prevented from rotating in the circumferential direction with respect to the support portion 50, so that the convex portion 37 is formed. It can move more reliably along the spiral guide 70. As a result, the member to be inserted 40 can be reliably moved with respect to the tubular portion 30 in the insertion direction of the consumable material 10.
