当用户通过具备聊天功能的应用发送即时消息时,可能会出现发送错误的问题,因此,在相关技术中,通常会设置“消息撤回”功能,也即,用户可以通过该“消息撤回”功能撤回发送至对方电子设备的消息。以用户需要撤回消息1为例,用户首先需要选择需要消息1,然后启动电子设备显示对该消息1的撤回控件,最后对该撤回控件进行确定输入,经过上述三个步骤才能够完成对消息1的撤回。
通过上述撤回步骤可以看出,用户使用“消息撤回”功能时,步骤较为繁琐,进而会造成用户使用电子设备的效率降低。
发明内容
申请实施例的目的是提供一种消息处理方法、装置和电子设备,能够解决用户在使用撤回功能,步骤较为繁琐,进而造成用户使用电子设备的效率较低的问题。

进一步的,消息处理装置可以根据用户上滑的距离,从而确定用户所需要撤回的消息条数和消息内容。消息处理装置可以在消息显示界面上为消息添加选定标识,从而告知用户选定的范围。其中,上述选定标识可以为颜色标识、图像标识等。
示例3:结合上述示例2,此时,若用户欲撤回刚刚发送的消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“我想出去玩”这两条消息,则如图4中的(a)所示,用户对该撤回控件进行向上滑动输入(即上述第二输入),在用户对撤回控件进行向上滑动时,可以滑动至第二条消息“我想出去玩”旁边,则如图4中的(b)所示,电子设备1在接收到用户的向上滑动输入后,撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“我想出去玩”。
进一步的,当用户选择需要撤回的消息条数大于自身所需要的消息条数时,可以向下滑动从而取消对部分消息的撤回选择。例如,结合上述示例3,当用户对撤回控件进行向上滑动输入,滑动至第二条消息“我想出去玩”旁边时,发现无需撤回“我想出去玩”,则用户可以向下滑动,滑动至消息“明天我们去荷花公园”旁边,则消息选择装置可以取消对第二条消息“我想出去玩”的撤回选择。
需要说明的是,在上述通过对撤回控件进行上滑输入从而撤回多条消息的过程中,上述多条消息可以为预定时长内发送的消息。上述预定时长可以发送消息的应用预设的,也可以为用户自定义设定的。
在本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法中,消息处理装置在输入区域显示第一消息的情况下,接收用户对发送控件的第一输入,在接收该第一输入后,电子设备发送第一消息,并将该发送控件更新显示为撤回控件,接着,消息处理装置接收用户对撤回控件的第二输入,在接收第二输入后,撤回目标消息,其中,该目标消息为第一消息,或者,第一消息以及在第一消息之前发送的N条消息,N条消息根据上述第二输入的输入参数确定。在上述技术方案中,消息处理装置通过将发送控件更新为撤回控件,使得用户仅通过对撤回控 件进行输入即可完成消息的撤回,简化了撤回消息的步骤,提高了用户使用电子设备撤回消息的效率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,上述步骤303之后,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法还包括如下步骤A:
步骤A:响应于上述第二输入,消息处理装置在上述输入区域显示上述目标消息。
示例性的,上述第二输入可以包含对目标消息重新编辑的指令。
示例性的,上述重新编辑指令可以通过第二输入中切换输入方向或者输入方式的方法实现。
在一种示例中,上述重新编辑指令可以为在第二输入用添加左滑输入的方式,向消息处理装置发送需要重新编辑的指令。
示例4:结合上述示例1,如图5所示中的(a)所示,在用户欲撤回刚刚发送的消息“明天我们去荷花公园”并重新编辑该条消息时,可以对该撤回控件进行按压并且左滑至输入框的输入(即上述第二输入),则消息处理装置在接收到该按压并且左滑至输入框的输入后,如图5所示中的(b)所示,将撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”并将该条消息显示在输入框中,以便于用户重新编辑。
示例5:结合上述示例2,如图6中的(a)所示,若用户欲撤回刚刚发送的消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“你明天干什么”“我想出去玩”这3条消息并重新编辑这3条消息时,可以对该撤回控件进行向上滑动输入至最顶部消息“你明天干什么”然后向左滑动(即上述第二输入),则消息处理装置在接收到该向上滑动并且左滑至输入框的输入后,如图6中的(b)所示,将撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“你明天干什么”“我想出去玩”并将上述3条消息显示在输入框中,以便于用户重新编辑。
如此,在用户需要重新编辑撤回的消息时,可以对撤回控件进行第二输入,将消息撤回至输入区域重新编辑,从而可以提高用户撤回消息的效率,进而提高用户使用电子设备的效率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,上述步骤A之后,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法还包括如下步骤B1和步骤B2:
步骤B1:消息处理装置接收用户第三输入。
步骤B2:响应于上述第三输入,消息处理装置将上述目标消息更新为第二消息,并将上述撤回控件更新为发送控件。
示例性的,上述第三输入用于编辑上述目标消息,上述第三输入可以为触控输入,例如,点击输入;还可以为语音输入,还可以为特殊手势的输入,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
在一种示例中,上述第三输入可以为触发电子设备在输入区域内显示光标的输入。例如,在撤回目标消息并将目标消息显示在输入区域后,用户在输入区域内的任意区域进行点击输入(即上述第三输入),则触发光标显示在输入区域中。
在一种示例中,上述第三输入可以为对目标消息的编辑操作,例如,删除部分内容的操作、输入部分文字的操作、复制粘贴的操作等。
示例性的,上述第二消息为第三输入的编辑操作后的目标消息。在消息处理装置接收第三输入的同时,即可将撤回控件更新为发送控件,以便于用户触发消息处理装置发送消息。
如此,消息处理装置在接收到用户对目标消息的编辑输入时,会将控件从可撤回状态更新为发送状态,进而方便用户再一次发送消息,进而提高用户使用电子设备处理消息效率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,上述第二消息包括M个子消息。在此基础上,在上述步骤B2中的将上述目标消息更新为第二消息之后,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法还包括如下步骤C1和步骤C2:
步骤C1:消息处理装置接收用户对上述发送控件的第四输入。
步骤C2:响应于上述第四输入,消息处理装置按照上述目标发送方式发送上述第二消息。
示例性的,上述目标发送方式为:逐条发送每个子消息;或者合并所述M个子消息,得到第三消息,并发送上述第三消息,M为正整数,M小于或者等于N+1。
示例性的,上述第四输入用于触发电子设备发送消息。上述第四输入可以为触控输入,例如,点击输入;还可以为语音输入,还可以为特殊手势的输入,本申请实施例对此不作限定。上述待发送消息为重新编辑后,显示在输入区域中,未发送、待发送的消息。
示例性的,上述目标发送方式可以为电子设备预设的,也可以为用户自定义设置的,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
具体地,上述子消息是指:在电子设备撤回第一消息以及第一消息之前发送的N条消息的情况下,认为N条消息中的每一条消息为一条子消息,即目标消息中包括N+1条子消息,则在接收对目标消息的编辑操作之后,若不存在将某个子消息全部删除的情况,则 更新后的第二消息也包括N+1条子消息,若存在将某个子消息全部删除的情况,则更新后的第二消息中的子消息数量相应减少。
示例6:如图7中的(a)所示,结合上述示例2,电子设备1在接收到用户的向上滑动输入,撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“你明天干什么”“我想出去玩”这3条消息后,输入框32中包含有3条子消息,此时,用户对“明天我们去荷花公园”进行编辑输入,更改为“后天我们去梅花公园”,对“你明天干什么”进行删除输入,则此时,如图7中的(b)所示,输入框32中的消息条数由3条子消息自动变更为2条子消息。
可选地,在目标发送方式为逐条发送每个子消息时,上述第四输入的输入次数,可以与子消息条数相同,也可以为单次输入,例如,通过多次单击发送控件,对多条子消息按顺序逐条发送,每单击一次发送控件,发送一个子消息。
示例7:以电子设备预设目标发送方式为逐条发送每个子消息为例,结合上述示例2,电子设备1在接收到用户的向上滑动输入,撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“你明天干什么”“我想出去玩”后,用户将“明天我们去荷花公园”进行编辑输入,更改为“后天我们去梅花公园”,将“你明天干什么”进行编辑输入,更改为“你后天干什么”,然后对发送控件进行3次点击输入(即上述第四输入),依次发送“你后天干什么”、“我想出去玩”以及“后天我们去梅花公园”。
如此,用户在对撤回的多条消息进行重新编辑后,可以以多种方式发送上述多条消息,丰富用户撤回消息后重新发送消息的操作形式,提高用户使用电子设备处理消息的实用性。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,在上述步骤302中的响应于所述第二输入,撤回目标消息中,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法可以包括如下步骤D:
步骤D:响应于上述第二输入,消息处理装置根据上述第二输入的输入参数,确定目标消息,并撤回上述目标消息。
示例性的,输入参数包括以下至少一项:输入范围、输入时长和输入方向。
在一种示例中,当输入参数为输入范围时,不同的输入范围可以用于指示不同的目标消息,例如,电子设备接收到用户在消息显示界面中按压撤回控件后的向上的滑动输入时,在向上的滑动的过程中,经过的消息即为能够被选中进行撤回的消息。在一种示例中,当输入参数为输入时长时,不同的输入时长可以用于指示不同的目标消息,例如,电子设备接收到用户对撤回控件的点击输入时,将撤回发出的第一消息;电子设备接收到用户对撤 回控件的长按输入时,根据预设按压时长与撤回消息数量的对应关系(例,按压3秒撤回1条消息),若电子设备接收到用户对撤回控件的按压9秒的输入,将撤回第一消息和第一消息之前的两条消息。
在一种示例中,当输入参数为输入方向时,不同的输入方向可以用于指示不同的目标消息,例如,当前界面显示有已发送的5条消息,电子设备在接收到用户按压撤回控件后的向上的第二输入时,可以将所述界面中已发送的前3条消息撤回,在接收到按压撤回控件后向下的第二输入时,可以将所述界面中已发送的后3条消息撤回,进一步的,撤回消息的条数可以通过用户预设确定,也可以与第二输入的输入范围有关。
需要理解的是,在输入过程中,不同的输入参数可以指示不同的目标消息。
在一种示例中,当输入参数为输入方向时,在电子设备未接收到用户向上的第二输入的释放输入之前,若电子设备接收到用户改变输入方向的输入,则相应的改变所指示的目标消息。例如,电子设备接收到用户在消息显示界面中按压撤回控件后的向上的滑动输入的过程中,改变方向为向下的滑动输入,则在向下的滑动输入过程中,在向上滑动过程中被选中的消息会被取消,不再是目标消息。
可以理解的是,上述输入参数中,不同的输入参数之间可以互相结合,从而确定目标消息。
如此,消息处理装置可以通过不同的输入参数确定目标消息,进而使得用户能够准确、方便地控制电子设备确定目标消息,提高电子设备撤回消息的效率。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,上述步骤C2之前,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法还包括如下步骤E1和步骤E2:
步骤E1:消息处理装置显示提示信息。
示例性的,上述提示信息包括至少两种发送方式。

示例8:以电子设备预设目标发送方式为合并待发送消息中的子消息,然后发送合并后的第三消息为例,结合上述示例2,电子设备1在接收到用户的向上滑动输入,撤回消息“明天我们去荷花公园”以及之前发送的消息“你明天干什么”“我想出去玩”后,用户将“明天我们去荷花公园”进行编辑输入,更改为“后天我们去梅花公园”,将“你明天干什么”进行编辑输入,更改为“你后天干什么”,然后对发送控件进行点击输入(即上述第四输入),此时,如图8中的(a)所示,聊天界面31上显示悬浮窗口41,该悬浮窗口41中包括“逐条发送”42和“合并发送”43两个选项,用户对“合并输入”43选项进行点击输入(即上述第五输入)后,电子设备接收上述点击输入,如图8中的(b)所示,将上述编辑后的三条消息(即上述子消息)合并为“你后天干什么我想出去玩后天我们去梅花公园”,并发送至电子设备2,显示在聊天界面31上。
如此,用户在对撤回的多条消息进行重新编辑后,可以以自行选择需要的发送方式发送上述多条消息,丰富用户撤回消息后重新发送消息的操作形式,提高用户使用电子设备处理消息的实用性。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的消息处理方法,执行主体可以为消息处理装置,或者该消息处理装置中的用于执行消息处理方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以消息处理装置执行消息处理方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的消息处理装置。

本申请实施例提供的消息处理装置能够实现图1至图8的方法实施例实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,如图9所示,消息处理装置600中一定包括的模块用实线框示意,如接收模块601;消息处理装置600中可以包括也可以不包括的模块用虚线框示意,如显示模块604。

  1. 一种消息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    在输入区域显示第一消息的情况下,接收用户对发送控件的第一输入;
    响应于所述第一输入,发送所述第一消息,并将所述发送控件更新显示为撤回控件;
    接收用户对所述撤回控件的第二输入;
    响应于所述第二输入,撤回目标消息;

    响应于所述第二输入,在所述输入区域显示所述目标消息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述输入区域显示所述目标消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户第三输入,所述第三输入用于编辑所述目标消息;
    响应于所述第三输入,将所述目标消息更新显示为第二消息,并将所述撤回控件更新为发送控件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二消息包括M个子消息,
    所述将所述目标消息更新显示为第二消息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户对所述发送控件的第四输入;
    响应于所述第四输入,按照所述目标发送方式发送所述第二消息;
    其中,所述目标发送方式为:逐条发送每个子消息;或者合并所述M个子消息得到第三消息,并发送所述第三消息,M为正整数,M小于或者等于N+1。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述响应于所述第二输入,撤回目标消息,包括:
    响应于所述第二输入,根据所述第二输入的输入参数,确定目标消息,并撤回所述目标消息;
    其中,所述输入参数包括以下至少一项:输入范围、输入时长和输入方向。
  6. 一种消息处理装置,所述装置包括:接收模块、更新模块和撤回模块;
    所述接收模块,用于在输入区域显示第一消息的情况下,接收用户对发送控件的第一输入;响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第一输入,发送所述第一消息;
    所述更新模块,用于将所述发送控件更新显示为撤回控件;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户对所述更新模块更新的所述撤回控件的第二输入;
    所述撤回模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第二输入,撤回目标消息;
    其中,所述目标消息为:所述第一消息,或者,所述第一消息以及在所述第一消息之前发送的N条消息,所述N条消息根据所述第二输入的输入参数确定,N为正整数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括显示模块;
    所述显示模块,用于响应于所述第二输入,在所述输入区域显示所述目标消息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户第三输入,所述第三输入用于编辑所述目标消息;
    所述更新模块,还用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第三输入,将所述目标消息更新显示为第二消息,并将所述撤回控件更新为发送控件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第二消息包括M个子消息,
    所述接收模块,还用于接收用户对所述发送控件的第四输入;
    所述发送模块,用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第四输入,按照所述目标发送方式发送所述第二消息;
    其中,所述目标发送方式为:逐条发送每个子消息;或者合并所述M个子消息得到第三消息,并发送所述第三消息,M为正整数,M小于或者等于N+1。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述撤回模块,具体用于:
    响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第二输入,根据所述第二输入的输入参数,确定目标消息,并撤回所述目标消息;
    其中,所述输入参数包括以下至少一项:输入范围、输入时长和输入方向。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5任一项所述的消息处理方法的步骤。
  12. 一种可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5任一项所述的消息处理方法的步骤。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,所述程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要 求1-5任一项所述的消息处理方法。
  14. 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1-5任一项所述的消息处理方法。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,被配置成用于执行如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的消息处理的步骤。
