Description

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种具有粉尘吸收功能的纺织机,本实用新型通过提前对进口的纺织布进行清理,提高了纺织布的加工质量和清理效果。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种具有粉尘吸收功能的纺织机,包括用于对纺织布进行加工的工作台、底座、安装架、灰尘收集箱、刮板、伸缩装置、纺织机架、第一安装板、海绵、第二安装板、风机、进气总管、集尘罩、连通管和进气分管;
工作台和纺织机架均连接底座的上端面,工作台和纺织机架并排分布;第二安装板连接工作台的侧端面,第二安装板上设有固定板;固定板连接风机; 风机位于工作台正上方;进气总管的一端连接风机的进气端,进气总管的另一端连接连通管;集尘罩套设在进气总管外侧;进气分管设有多组,多组进气分管均连接连通管;
纺织机架设有两组,两组纺织机架并列分布,两组纺织机架相互靠近的端面分别设有多组橡胶块;第一安装板设有两组,两组第一安装板并列分布,两组第一安装板相互远离的端面分别连接多组橡胶块,两组第一安装板相互靠近的端面分别连接海绵;两组海绵相互挤压;纺织机架远离工作台的端面设有固定架;伸缩装置连接固定架,伸缩装置的伸缩端连接刮板;刮板的侧端与一组第一安装板贴合;

本实用新型中,纺织布在进入到工作台之前从相互挤压的两组海绵之间穿过,两组海绵相互挤压的端面对纺织布上的灰尘进行初步清理;当初步清理后的纺织布进入到工作台上时,风机启动,多组进气分管、连通管和进气总管将纺织布上残余的灰尘吸入风机内,对纺织布进行再次清理,清理效果好;使用一段时间后,伸缩装置启动,带动刮板在竖直方向移动,将两组海绵端面上聚集的灰尘刮下,落入灰尘收集箱内进行收集;弹簧推动夹板将灰尘收集箱压紧在一组纺织机架的端面上,对灰尘收集箱进行固定,避免灰尘收集箱意外掉落,提高了装置的安全性能;本实用新型通过提前对进口的纺织布进行清理,提高了纺织布的加工质量和清理效果。
