Abstract
一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,吸嘴(20)为柔性材质,吸嘴(20)具有一呈喇叭状且开口朝外的空腔(201),空腔(201)的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔(201)开口的拨片(21),拨片(21)的背面形成有支撑部(22),拨片(21)左右偏摆挤压空腔(201)内的空气而产生空气涡流,通过利用空气涡流产生的力对人体表面进行按摩,取代了传统的采用物体直接作用于人体上的方式,可以有效提升用户的体验感。
Description
本发明涉及按摩领域技术,尤其是指一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构。
按摩装置即按摩器具,近年来,国际市场对我国按摩器具产品一直保持强劲的需求态势,而国内制造水平的提高,也为我国按摩器具制造提供了保障基础,导致世界产能逐渐转移到我国,使我国成为世界按摩器具制造中心。
目前的按摩装置普遍是采用驱动器带动物体直接作用于人体上实现按摩功能,如振动、拍打等,这种按摩方式体验效果较差。因此,必要研究一种方案以解决上述问题。
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其能有效解决现有之按摩装置体现效果较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,吸嘴为柔性材质,吸嘴具有一呈喇叭状且开口朝外的空腔,空腔的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔开口的拨片,拨片的背面形成有支撑部,拨片左右偏摆挤压空腔内的空气而产生空气涡流。
作为一种优选方案,所述吸嘴包括有一体成型连接的内圈和外圈,前述空腔、拨片和支撑部均形成于内圈上,外圈与按摩装置的外壳固定连接。
作为一种优选方案,所述按摩装置的外壳上具有一凹腔,该内圈位于凹腔中,外壳上设置有环形卡槽,该外圈的内壁凸设有环形凸部,该环形凸部嵌于环形卡槽中固定。
作为一种优选方案,所述拨片包括有基部和于基部表面上凸设形成的尾部,该基部和尾部的横截面均呈外凸弧形,且基部的横截面大于尾部的横截面。
作为一种优选方案,所述吸嘴为硅胶材质。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过在空腔的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔开口的拨片,利用拨片左右偏摆挤压空腔内的空气而产生空气涡流,再利用空气涡流产生的力对人体表面进行按摩,取代了传统之采用物体直接作用于人体上的方式,有效提升用户的体验感。

请参照图1至图4所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例一种按摩装置的具体结构,包括有外壳10、吸嘴20、电机30、偏心杆40以及连杆50。
该外壳10为塑胶材质,其呈弯折,所述外壳10上具有一凹腔11,该凹腔11位于外壳10的端部,且该外壳10上设置有环形卡槽12,该环形卡槽12位于凹腔11的上方外围。
该吸嘴20设置于外壳10上并露出外壳10外,吸嘴20为柔性材质,吸嘴20具有一呈喇叭状且开口朝外的空腔201,空腔201的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔201开口的拨片21,拨片21的背面形成有支撑部22。在本实施例中,所述吸嘴20为硅胶材质;所述吸嘴20包括有一体成型连接的内圈23和外圈24,前述空腔201、拨片21和支撑部22均形成于内圈23上,外圈24与外壳10固定连接;并且,该内圈23位于凹腔11中,该外圈24的内壁凸设有环形凸部202,该环形凸部202嵌于环形卡槽12中固定;所述拨片21包括有基部211和于基部211表面上凸设形成的尾部212,该基部211和尾部212的横截面均呈外凸弧形,且基部211的横截面大于尾部212的横截面。
该电机30、偏心杆40和连杆50均设置于外壳10内,偏心杆40安装在电机30的输出轴上,该连杆50的一端与偏心杆40连接,连杆50的另一端与支撑部22连接,电机30带动偏心杆40转动,偏心杆40带动连杆50左右偏摆而促使拨片21左右偏摆,拨片21左右偏摆挤压空腔201内的空气而产生空气涡流。在本实施例中,该偏心杆40和连杆50均为硬质材料;所述连杆50的上端具有连接孔51,该偏心杆40的尾端插装在连接孔51中,该连杆50的下端具有固定部52,该支撑部22上凹设有固定槽203,该固定部52嵌于固定槽203中固定;并且,所述固定部52和固定槽203均呈倒T形结构,连接更加的稳固。
所述外壳10内设置有电池60和控制板70,该电池60和电机30均与控制板70电性连接,通过控制板70控制电池60向电机30供电,以使得电机30开启或关闭。
详述本实施例的工作原理如下:
使用时,将吸嘴20抵在人体的表面吸附固定,使空腔201形成密闭腔体,接着,开启控制板70上的控制开关71,使得电池60向电机30供电,电机30启动并带动偏心杆40转动,使得偏心杆40带动连杆50左右偏摆而促使拨片21左右偏摆,拨片21左右偏摆挤压空腔201内的空气而产生空气涡流,具体而言:以图1作为旋转起点,此时拨片21位于空腔201的正中位置,电机30开始带动偏心杆40逆时针转动,使得偏心杆40开始带动连杆偏摆;如图 2所示,当偏心杆40逆时针旋转90°后,连杆50带动拨片21往下右边偏摆;如图3所示,当偏心杆40继续逆时针旋转90°后,拨片21回到空腔201的正中位置而产生吹气;如图4所示,当偏心杆40继续逆时针旋转90°后,连杆50带动拨片21往下左边偏摆而产生吸气,吸气和吹气交替产生而使得空腔201中的空气形成空气涡流,利用空气涡流产生的力对人体表面进行按摩。
本发明的设计重点在于:通过在空腔的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔开口的拨片,利用拨片左右偏摆挤压空腔内的空气而产生空气涡流,再利用空气涡流产生的力对人体表面进行按摩,取代了传统之采用物体直接作用于人体上的方式,有效提升用户的体验感。

- 一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其特征在于:吸嘴为柔性材质,吸嘴具有一呈喇叭状且开口朝外的空腔,空腔的内底面一体凸设有朝向空腔开口的拨片,拨片的背面形成有支撑部,拨片左右偏摆挤压空腔内的空气而产生空气涡流。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其特征在于:所述吸嘴包括有一体成型连接的内圈和外圈,前述空腔、拨片和支撑部均形成于内圈上,外圈与按摩装置的外壳固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其特征在于:所述按摩装置的外壳上具有一凹腔,该内圈位于凹腔中,外壳上设置有环形卡槽,该外圈的内壁凸设有环形凸部,该环形凸部嵌于环形卡槽中固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其特征在于:所述拨片包括有基部和于基部表面上凸设形成的尾部,该基部和尾部的横截面均呈外凸弧形,且基部的横截面大于尾部的横截面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于按摩装置上的吸嘴结构,其特征在于:所述吸嘴为硅胶材质。
