一种可移动式空气净化器,包括第一净化系统(1)以及第二净化系统(2),所述第一净化系统(1)位于所述第二净化系统(2)下;所述第一净化系统(1)包括底座(11)、进风口(12)、轮子(13)、风机(14)以及推拉杆(15);所述第二净化系统(2)包括机箱(21)、电源开关(22)、触控面板(23)、初级过滤箱(24)、次级过滤箱(25)、杀菌加湿装置(26)、出风口(27)以及提把手(28),所述机箱(21)内部安装了所述初级过滤箱(24)、所述次级过滤箱(25)以及所述杀菌加湿装置(26);所述的可移动式空气净化器能够灵活移动。
Description
本实用新型属于空气净化领域,尤其涉及一种可移动式空气净化器。
随着工业的发展,人们对自然的破坏,对大自然资源的过度使用,大自然遭到破坏,导致环境日益严重,现在环境问题的加重,是一个非常严重的问题。工业废气的排放、汽车尾气的排放、废物的燃烧、新装修的房子等等,这些都会对空气造成污染,这时人们常常会选择空气净化器来净化生活环境的空气。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活环境也的要求也在提高,空气净化器的种类也越来越多样化了,应用范围也非常的广泛。
目前,市场上现有的大部分的空气净化装置存在着难以移动,移动不方便的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种可移动式空气净化器,旨在解决现有装置难以移动,移动不方便的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种可移动式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括第一净化系统以及第二净化系统;
第一净化系统位于第二净化系统下,第一净化系统包括底座、进风口、轮子、风机以及推拉杆,底座下面安装了四个轮子,进风口设置在底座的前后左右四个面,底座上面安装了风机,推拉杆安装在风机上;
第二净化系统包括机箱、电源开关、触控面板、初级过滤箱、次级过滤箱、杀菌加湿装置、出风口以及提把手,机箱的前面设置了电源开关以及触控面板,机箱内部安装了初级过滤箱、次级过滤箱以及杀菌加湿装置,初级过滤箱的上方是次级过滤箱,次级过滤箱的上方是杀菌加湿装置,机箱最顶部位置的前后左右四个面都设置了出风口,机箱左右两侧均安装有提把手。
更进一步地,轮子采用的是万向轮。
更进一步地,进风口安装了防护网。
更进一步地,推拉杆是焊接在风机上的。
更进一步地,初级过滤箱内设置有尼龙材质的初级过滤网。
更进一步地,次级过滤箱内设置的是高效活性炭过滤网。
更进一步地,推拉杆采用的是铝合金材料。
关于实施本实用新型的有益技术效果为:由于底座下面安装了四个轮子,所以空气净化器是可移动,实现了空气净化器的移动功能;由于轮子采用的是万向轮,所以空气净化器更加灵活的移动;由于风机上安装了推拉杆,所以可以更方便的推动或拉动空气净化器;由于机箱左右两侧均安装有提把手,所以在推拉移动不方便的时候,可以通过提把手更方便的搬动空气净化器;由于推拉杆是焊接在风机上的,所以装置更加牢固耐用;由于推拉杆采用的是铝合金材料,所以具有较强的刚度和硬度且耐腐蚀性好重量轻,使用寿命更长。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
需要说明的是,风机14、电源开关22、触控面板23以及杀菌加湿装置26为现有技术,为本技术领域人员的公知常识,在此不做赘述。
参照图1、图2以及图3,本实用新型为一种可移动式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括第一净化系统1以及第二净化系统2;
第一净化系统1位于第二净化系统2下,第一净化系统1包括底座11、进风口12、轮子13、风机14以及推拉杆15,底座11下面安装了四个轮子13,进风口12设置在底座11的前后左右四个面,底座11上面安装了风机14,推拉杆15安装在风机14上;
第二净化系统2包括机箱21、电源开关22、触控面板23、初级过滤箱24、次级过滤箱25、杀菌加湿装置26、出风口27以及提把手28,机箱21的前面设置了电源开关22以及触控面板23,机箱21内部安装了初级过滤箱24、次级过滤箱25以及杀菌加湿装置26,初级过滤箱24的上方是次级过滤箱25,次级过滤箱25的上方是杀菌加湿装置26,机箱21最顶部位置的前后左右四个面都设置了出风口27,机箱21左右两侧均安装有提把手28。
底座11下面安装了四个轮子13,实现了空气净化器的移动,空气净化器是可移动。
轮子13采用的是万向轮,空气净化器更加灵活的移动。
进风口12安装了防护网,可防止一些较大颗粒物质、毛发、纸屑及其他一些杂质进入空气净化器,同时提高了装置的安全性。
风机14上安装了推拉杆15,可以更方便的推动或拉动空气净化器。
推拉杆15是焊接在风机14上的,装置更加牢固耐用,推动或者拉动更可靠。
初级过滤箱24内设置有尼龙材质的初级过滤网,可过滤细小毛发和空气颗粒悬浮物且防腐性好、可水洗反复使用。
次级过滤箱25内设置的是高效活性炭过滤网,可过滤吸附去除空气中甲醛、甲苯、尼古丁等有害物质且吸附面积大,阻力低,净化快,更有效的净化空气。
推拉杆15采用的是铝合金材料,具有较强的刚度和硬度且耐腐蚀性好重量轻,使用寿命更长。
机箱21左右两侧均安装有提把手28,在推拉移动不方便的时候,可以通过提把手更方便的搬动空气净化器。
本实用新型的工作原理为:打开电源开关,启动装置,风机14运转,杀菌加湿装置26工作,空气从进风口12进入装置,然后依次经过初级过滤箱24、次级过滤箱25、杀菌加湿装置26的净化,得到净化后的空气从出风口27排出,通过调节触控面板23可控制风机14和杀菌加湿装置26的运行,通过推拉杆15可方便的对空气净化器进行移动。

- 一种可移动式空气净化器,其特征在于:包括第一净化系统(1)以及第二净化系统(2);所述第一净化系统(1)位于所述第二净化系统(2)下,所述第一净化系统(1)包括底座(11)、进风口(12)、轮子(13)、风机(14)以及推拉杆(15),所述底座(11)下面安装了四个所述轮子(13),所述进风口(12)设置在所述底座(11)的前后左右四个面,所述底座(11)上面安装了所述风机(14),所述推拉杆(15)安装在所述风机(14)上;所述第二净化系统(2)包括机箱(21)、电源开关(22)、触控面板(23)、初级过滤箱(24)、次级过滤箱(25)、杀菌加湿装置(26)、出风口(27)以及提把手(28),所述机箱(21)的前面设置了所述电源开关(22)以及所述触控面板(23),所述机箱(21)内部安装了所述初级过滤箱(24)、所述次级过滤箱(25)以及所述杀菌加湿装置(26),所述初级过滤箱(24)的上方是所述次级过滤箱(25),所述次级过滤箱(25)的上方是所述杀菌加湿装置(26),所述机箱(21)最顶部位置的前后左右四个面都设置了所述出风口(27),所述机箱(21)左右两侧均安装有所述提把手(28)。
