本发明涉及马桶盖生产设备技术领域,具体是一种用于生产马桶盖的转运装置。
背景技术
坐便器,属于建筑给排水材料领域的一种卫生器具。此实用新型坐便器的主要技术特征在于:在现有坐便器S型存水弯上部开口,安装一个清扫栓,类似于排水管道上安装检查口或清扫口清理淤堵物一样,坐便器发生淤堵后,用户自己即可以利用此清扫栓方便、快捷、卫生地清除淤堵物,经济实用。随着坐便器的普及,马桶盖是平常生活中常常需要使用到的东西。在马桶盖生产过程中,经常需要用到转运小车来将马桶盖在车间内转运。
目前市场上存在多种生产马桶盖的转运装置,但是这些转运装置普遍存在在将马桶盖竖立放置在转运箱内时,不能方便的对马桶盖限位,以避免马桶盖在运输过程中左右晃动而受损。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种用于生产马桶盖的转运装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生产马桶盖的转运装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于生产马桶盖的转运装置,包括底座,所述底座底端的四角均连接有移动轮,且底座顶端的一边设置有手推架,所述底座的顶部设置有马桶盖放置箱,所述马桶盖放置箱前侧的一边安装有第一驱动电机,所述马桶盖放置箱的前侧设置有滚珠丝杠,所述马桶盖放置箱的前侧开设有通孔,所述马桶盖放置箱的内侧连接有若干个马桶盖限位板,所述马桶盖放置箱内侧的底部设置有第二滑轨,所述马桶盖限位板的底端安装有第二滑块,所述滚珠丝杠的外侧套接有滚珠螺母,所述滚珠螺母外侧的一边连接有连接杆。
进一步的,所述马桶盖放置箱顶端的一边设置有两个挂环,所述手推架的外侧连接有安装座,所述安装座顶端的一边安装有第二驱动电机,所述安装座的顶端设置有卷布杆,所述卷布杆的外侧连接有遮灰布,所述遮灰布一端的两边均设置有挂钩。
进一步的,所述滚珠丝杠与马桶盖放置箱的连接处设置有第一滚动轴承,所述滚珠丝杠的一端与第一滚动轴承相连接,所述滚珠丝杠的另一端与第一驱动电机的输出轴相连接。

通过第一驱动电机、滚珠丝杠、通孔、滚珠螺母、第一滚动轴承、马桶盖限位板、第二滑块、第二滑轨和连接杆,可以驱动马桶盖放置箱内部最右侧的马桶盖限位板在马桶盖放置箱内部水平移动,并将若干个马桶盖限位板和马桶盖移动至一起,从而以将若干个马桶盖限位,避免马桶盖在运输过程中左右晃动而受损,从而提高了该转运装置的适用范围。

其中,马桶盖放置箱3顶端的一边设置有两个挂环12,手推架6的外侧连接有安装座4,安装座4顶端的一边安装有第二驱动电机24,安装座4的顶端设置有卷布杆5,卷布杆5的外侧连接有遮灰布7,遮灰布7一端的两边均设置有挂钩11。

工作原理:在使用该转运装置时,首先将若干个马桶盖放置在马桶盖放置箱3内,并使得马桶盖依次放置在两个马桶盖限位板17之间,然后打开第一驱动电机8,第一驱动电机8带动滚珠丝杠9转动,使得滚珠丝杠9外侧的滚珠螺母13带动着连接杆22在通孔10的内部向左移动,从而使得连接杆22带动着马桶盖限位板17通过第二滑块20和第二滑轨21在马桶盖放置箱3的内部移动,从而使得若干个马桶盖限位板17将若干个马桶盖移动至一起,以将马桶盖限位,为避免在转运途中,车间内的灰尘积落在马桶盖放置箱3内的马桶盖上,打开第二驱动电机24,第二驱动电机24的输出轴带动着其连接的卷布杆5转动,使得卷布杆5外侧缠绕的遮灰布7舒展开,然后将遮灰布7一端连接的两个挂钩11挂接在马桶盖放置箱3顶端一边设置的两个挂环12上,从而以将若干个马桶盖覆盖住,避免马桶盖落灰。

参照图1,一种用于生产马桶盖的转运装置,本实施例相较于实施例1,还包括底座 1的顶端连接有减震座19,减震座19内侧的两边均设置有第一滑轨2,减震座19内侧的底部等距离安装有若干个减震弹簧18,马桶盖放置箱3的两侧均安装有第一滑块15。
其中,减震弹簧18的底端与减震座19的内壁相连接,减震弹簧18的顶端与马桶盖放置箱3的底端相连接,马桶盖放置箱3与减震座19通过第一滑轨2和第一滑块15的配合滑动连接。
工作原理:在转运途中,马桶盖放置箱3会通过若干个减震弹簧18、移动轮16和第一滑轨2在减震座19的内部小幅度上下移动,从而以为马桶盖放置箱3起到减震作用,避免转运途中马桶盖受损。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
