Pallet box The present invention providing a technical solution in form of a pallet box in which, the said pallet sheet comprising of sheets at the top and bottom of the pallet box which provides support to the goods, which are carried in the pallet box. The vertical tubes are arranged between the bottom and top sheet, where the vertical sheets are held together in slit of centre tube and corner tube. The leg tube is attached to the bottom of the centre and corner tube, which acts as a support for the pallet box. And the support strip is attached to the bottom of the centre and corner tube by the lock tube. And the sheet or assembled sheet is fixed to the top of centre and corner tube by lock tube. All parts are pasted with suitable glue or adhesive.

Description

Technical Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to the pallet boxes to transport and storage bulk materials and more specifically to the pallet boxes made from the combination of MDF or plywood or fibre sheet and paper channel, paper tube and suitable glue or adhesive. The present invention provides a pallet box which is used in the shipment and for storage of goods.
Background of the invention
[0002] The use of pallet boxes for the transportation of goods is very widespread, and reliable. When the pallet boxes are used for transportation of the goods, the goods are placed in suitable containers which are then stacked on top of the pallet, which is specifically and preferably made from wood. Also, with the rising price of pallet boxes in the world, the requirement of wood is increasing day by day. As a result, a huge chunk of wood is being used to solve the problem of pallet boxes. To satisfy the requirement of the wood, the trees are being cut down which affects the geographical position.

The container essentially comprises a pallet crisscrossed by two cardboard floor boards which have end flaps which fold up and are then surrounded by a tubular cardboard member.

The invention provides a container having a base and side walls a plurality of the base having a plurality of articulatable lugs in the form of elongate tabs depending therefrom and each foldable to engage with a slot provided on the base so as to form a retaining loop which secures a portion of the pallet member between the tabs and the base of the container. The container may be erected from a blank, also described.

To erect it, a flat board comprising a pair of complementary, die-cut blanks, or a unitary blank comprising complementary halves, is unfolded. A central side panel and a pair of adjacent, foldable side panels on each blank are separated by score lines for folding. Suitable flaps project from each blank for gluing them together. A lower, generally trapezoidal segment is formed at each blank bottom, below the central panel. The latter segments, one from each of two blanks, are coupled to form the knockdown bottom of the desired foldable container. Smaller trapezoidal flanges project downwardly from each blank at opposite sides of the larger trapezoidal segment. These flanges include suitable glue tabs. Objects of the invention
[0012] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a light-weight carrying pallet box which is manufactured using a combination of components including Medium-Density Fibreboard (MDF) or plywood or fibre sheet, paper channel, paper tube and suitable glue. Summary of the invention
[0017] The present invention overcomes the drawback of the existing systems by providing a technical solution in the form of a pallet box in which, the said pallet sheet comprising of sheets at the top and bottom of the pallet box which provides support to the goods, which are carried in the pallet box. The vertical tubes are arranged between the bottom sheet and the top sheet, where the vertical sheets are held together in slit of centre tube and comer tube by applying glue or adhesive. The leg tube is attached from outside to the bottom of the centre and comer tube. Which acts as a support for the pallet box. And the support strip is attached to the bottom of the centre and comer tube by the lock tube. After filling the goods, the sheet or assembled sheet is attached to the centre and comer tube from the top by lock tube.

[0019] The pallet box is constructed using any of the combination of the components as described above, where holes are made in the sheet, and by applying suitable glue or adhesive on the outer part and edge of the spacers to construct a thick sheet of spacers and the constructed sheet is placed in between the two sheets. This arrangement is forming a thick sheet and the channels are glued around the thick sheet at all the edges, and through the hole of the prepared sheet, the tube height of the pallet box is raised. Two slits are made in the middle of each centre tube and two slits are made in the right angles of each corner tube at the four comers. Four vertical sheets are arranged perpendicular to these slits, which are fixed with suitable glue or adhesive to create the side wall of the pallet box, where one sheet or assembled, sheet is attached to the top of the constructed assembly by lock tube, which acts as the top of pallet box. The leg tube is fixed with suitable glue or adhesive to the bottom of centre and corner tube. And the support strip is fixed to the bottom of centre and corner tube by lock tube.

Detailed description of the Invention

[0029] Figure 1 is a perspective view of the pallet box's structure. With reference to Figure 1, the perspective view of the pallet box reveals components including assembled or pallet Sheets 1 and 4, Comer Tube 2, Leg Tube 3, centre Tube 5, Support Strip 7 and Lock Tube 8. More than one hole 14 is made in the assembled sheet 4, in which the comer tube and centre tube are fixed vertically. Comer tube 2 which is used to make load bearing with corner support of pallet box, and centre tube 5 which is used to make load bearing with centre support of pallet box. The base of the assembled sheet 4 is attached to a plurality of leg tube 3 with the comer and centre tube providing support to the pallet box and the sheet 6 is form the wall. All the above parts are glued with suitable glue or adhesive.

The reference to Figure 2 shows a sheet 10 made of spacers, where the spacers are arranged in a typical arrangement to form a sheet 10 that is arranged between sheets 11 and 12. At the base of the assembled sheet 4, more than one leg tube 3 will be fixed at with the comer tube 2 and the centre tube 5, which provides support to the pallet box. And support strip 7 will be fixed to the bottom of corner tube 2 and centre tube 5, by lock tube 8. And sheet 11 or pallet sheet 1 will be fixed to the top of the box by lock tube 8. All parts shall be fixed with suitable glue or adhesive.

The main use of Corner Tube
2 and Centre Tube 5 is as a column to bear the weight of the upper box along with the material load and to hold the vertical sheet 6 together. The thickness, width and height of the tube and sheet will be designed based on the capacity of the pallet box.

Once this arrangement is assembled the assembled sheet 4 becomes stronger, by applying suitable glue or adhesive inside channel 13. And the support strip 6 is fixed with centre and corner tube, by fixing the lock tube 8. The assembled sheet 1 will be fixed in the corner tube 2 and centre tube 5 from the top, by lock tube 8.

Four vertical sheet 6 are arranged perpendicular to these slits, which is fixed with sufficient glue or adhesive. The support strip 7 is fixed to the bottom of comer tube 2 and centre tube 5, by lock tube 8. And the assembled sheet 1 made of layer of spacers are fixed at the top of the pallet box with lock tube 8 or fixed with packing tape. All the parts of the pallet box are pasted with glue or adhesive.

There are several advantages of the present invention

The pallet box is construct in the same manner as explained in the description of the invention, which is used for lighter loads. Example 2: Combination 2
[0062] The pallet box is constructed using a combination of plastic or PVC sheets and channel, plastic or PVC tube, channel and glue or adhesive as a bonding agent. The pallet box is construct in the same manner as explained in the description of the invention, which is used for medial loads.
Example 3 : Combination 3
[0063] The pallet box is constructed using a combination of MS or SS or any metal sheet and channel, MS or SS or any metal tube and glue or an adhesive as a bonding agent. The pallet box is construct in the same manner as explained in the description of the invention, which is used for heavy loads and to carry heavy objects.

Claims

We Claim:
1. A pallet box, comprising: a. assembled sheets 1 and 4 as the base and lid of the said pallet box; b. centre tube 5 and comer tube 2 with more than one slits, to accommodate the vertical sheet 6, c. characterized in that, the arrangement of the said vertical sheet 6 with the corner tube 2 and the centre tube 5 forms the side walls of the said pallet box; and d. leg tubes 3 for support to the base of the said pallet box and strip 7 for support to the legs; wherein, the vertical sheet 6 with the assembly of the comer tube 2 and the centre tube 5 form the side walls of the pallet box, which is placed between the assembled sheet 1 and 4; the leg tube 3 are attached to the corner tube 2 and centre tube 5 for base of the pallet or assembled sheet 4, and support strip 7 is attached to the bottom of the corner and centre tube by fixing of lock tube, and all components are pasted by suitable glue or adhesive, to provide a rigid pallet box.

The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, a sheet 10 is prepared by applying suitable glue or adhesive to the outer part and edge of several spacer tubes 9, and the thick sheet 10 placed between perforated sheets 11 and 12 and channel 13 is glued to the four sides of this sheet, forming a pallet or assembled sheet.
3. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, wherein the sealing component that holds the components of said pallet together is suitable glue or adhesive.
4. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, more than one slit is made to the corner tube 2 and centre tube 5.
5. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised is that, tubes that are used, and holes to be made on the sheet, their shape is round, square, rectangle or whatever is available in the market.
6. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, the tube in a tube is used by applying a suitable glue or adhesive.
7. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, a curl 19 is made at one end of the lock tube 8 and other end is affixed in the comer tube 2 and centre tube 5.
8. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised is that, the parts which are used and the hole which are made in the sheet are more than one.

The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, pallet boxes made of MDF, plywood and fibre sheets, paper tubes, paper channel, suitable glue or adhesive and any biodegradable material are used for light weight; pallet box made of plastic or PVC sheet, tube, suitable glue or adhesive or any related material is used for medium weight, and pallet box made of mild steel or stainless steel, suitable glue or adhesive or any related metal is used for heavy load. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, the thickness of leg tube 4 is greater than that of corner tube 2, centre tube 5 and spacer 5. The pallet box according to claim 1 , characterised in that, the outer diameter of corner tube 2 and centre tube 5 is fixed to the inside diameter of the sheet hole 14, spacer 9 and leg tube 3, and the lock tube 8 is fixed to the inside diameter of corner tube 2 and centre tube 5. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised is that, comer tube 2 and centre tube 5, holds the sheet 6 vertically and acts as a column to bear material loads with the box. The pallet box according to claim 1, characterised in that, in addition to sheet 6, the strip 21 is fixed horizontally in the slit 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the corner tubes 2 and centre tube 5, and the gap between the strips is kept by the smaller strip 20. The pallet box as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the method of construction of the pallet box comprising the steps of: a. making more than one hole 14 in the sheets 11 and 12, and pasting several spacers to each other by applying glue or adhesive, and pasting the spacer sheet between the sheet 11 and 12, and assembling the channel 13 at the edges of the assembly and attaching them with glue to construct the assembled sheet 1 and 4; b. assembling the corner tube 2 on the comer of sheet 4 and centre tube 5 on the side centre of the sheet 4, where holding vertical sheet 6 together with slits 15, 16, 17 and 18 of corner tube 2 and centre tube 5; c. attaching multiple leg tube 3 to comer tube 2 and centre tube 5 where leg tube 3 meets the base of assembly sheet 4; d. Attaching support strip 7 to the base of corner tube 2 and centre tube 5 by locking lock tube 8 to the comer tube 2 and centre tube 5; e. attaching the sheet or assembled sheet 1 at the top of the created assembly to construct a pallet box.
