所述盆体1的底部四角处均固定连接有至少一个支撑脚2,所述支撑脚2为矩形块状结构;所述门板6的底部与盆体1之间通过铰链7连接,所述门板6的顶部与盆体1之间通过搭扣锁8连接,实现门板6的开闭;所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机9、搅拌轴17以及连接轴19,所述搅拌电机9固定安装在盆体1的一侧,所述搅拌轴17的数目为三个,三个所述搅拌轴17均转动安装在盆体1的内部,所述搅拌轴17的表面均匀固定连接有多个搅拌叶片18,其中一个所述搅拌轴17的一端与搅拌电机9的输出轴固定连接,三个所述搅拌轴17的末端均固定连接有连接轴19,所述连接轴19的表面均固定套接有传动齿轮20,所述传动齿轮20的数目为三个,三个所述传动齿轮20之间啮合连接,用于搅拌混合;所述供水机构包括水箱11、水泵15和软管16,所述水箱11与盆体1的背面固定连接,所述水泵15固定安装在水箱11的顶部,所述水泵15的进水口与水箱11的内部连通安装,所述水泵15的出水口与软管16的一端连通安装,所述软管16的另一端与洒水空心板13连接;所述水箱11的顶部固定连通有加水口12,所述加水口12上套设有封口盖;所述洒水空心板13包括框体1301、孔板1302和接口1303,所述孔板1302与框体1301固定嵌合连接,所述孔板1302与框体1301之间形成空腔1304,所述接口1303固定安装在孔板1302上,所述接口1303与空腔1304连通安装,所述孔板1302的表面开设有若干个均匀分布的细孔1305,所述接口1303与软管16连接,用于种植盆3顶部均匀的洒水;所述支撑鹅颈管14的数目为若干个,若干个所述支撑鹅颈管14等间距分布在盆体1的顶部上,所述支撑鹅颈管14的一端与盆体1顶部固定连接,所述支撑鹅颈管14的另一端与孔板1302底部固定连接;所述盆体1的一侧固定连接有保护罩10,进行传动齿轮20的保护;所述门板6的表面固定连接有把手22,所述把手22为矩形块状结构。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,种植盆3中具有土壤,在土壤上种植植株,进行种植时,需要洒水时,通过移动洒水空心板13,使得洒水空心板13位于种植盆3的顶部,改变位置时,同时改变支撑鹅颈管14的形状,改变后,通过支撑鹅颈管14的定型效果,实现支撑定型,洒水作业时,通过水泵15进行水箱11中水的抽取,通过软管16进入接口1303,进一步进入空腔1304,通过多个细孔1305流出,实现植株的洒水;
洒水后,关闭水泵15,通过移动洒水空心板13,停止对种植盆3的遮挡,避免影响光照;
种植后,进行植株的移植后,进行泥土的松土处理,通过驱动电机4带动种植盆3翻转180度,使得泥土进入盆体1中,启动搅拌电机9,搅拌电机9带动搅拌轴17转动,通过三个传动齿轮20的啮合传动,使得三个搅拌轴17一起进行转动,从而为泥土提供搅拌处理,在搅拌之前,可加入肥料,用于和泥土的混合,提高泥土中的养分;
混合后,打开门板6,取出泥土,种植盆3复位,将泥土装入种植盆3中,进行下一批植株的种植。
本申请的有益之处在于:
整个种植架用于植物幼苗植株的种植,其通过种植盆3进行盛装泥土,用于种植,同时具有翻转设计,在进行种植后,通过驱动电机4进行翻转,使得泥土进入到盆体1的内部,同时盆体1的内部具有搅拌装机构,从而可实现松土,在进行松土时,可加入肥料,可进行混合,便于提高下次种植时,泥土中的养分,同时混合、翻转,通过驱动电机4和搅拌电机9进行驱动,无需人工劳动操作,劳动强度低。
同时整整体具有洒水的功能,通过供水机构控模型供水,通过洒水空心板13进行洒水,无需人工手动进行喷洒,同时洒水空心板13通过支撑鹅颈管14进行支撑安装,通过支撑鹅颈管14的自身特性,便于进行形状的调节以及位置的改变,以及进行定型,在不进行洒水时,可避免遮挡,影响光照。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:包括盆体(1)以及设在盆体(1)顶部开口处的种植盆(3),所述种植盆(3)的两侧均固定连接有转轴(5),所述转轴(5)的端部与盆体(1)的内壁转动连接,所述盆体(1)的一侧固定连接有驱动电机(4),所述驱动电机(4)的输出轴与转轴(5)的端部固定连接;
    所述盆体(1)的正面开设有出料口(21),所述出料口(21)设置有门板(6),所述盆体(1)的内部设置有搅拌机构;
    所述盆体(1)的背面固定连接有供水机构,所述供水机构与洒水空心板(13)连接,所述洒水空心板(13)设置在盆体(1)的顶部,所述洒水空心板(13)的底部与盆体(1)之间通过支撑鹅颈管(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述盆体(1)的底部四角处均固定连接有至少一个支撑脚(2),所述支撑脚(2)为矩形块状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述门板(6)的底部与盆体(1)之间通过铰链(7)连接,所述门板(6)的顶部与盆体(1)之间通过搭扣锁(8)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机(9)、搅拌轴(17)以及连接轴(19),所述搅拌电机(9)固定安装在盆体(1)的一侧,所述搅拌轴(17)的数目为三个,三个所述搅拌轴(17)均转动安装在盆体(1)的内部,所述搅拌轴(17)的表面均匀固定连接有多个搅拌叶片(18),其中一个所述搅拌轴(17)的一端与搅拌电机(9)的输出轴固定连接,三个所述搅拌轴(17)的末端均固定连接有连接轴(19),所述连接轴(19)的表面均固定套接有传动齿轮(20),所述传动齿轮(20)的数目为三个,三个所述传动齿轮(20)之间啮合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述供水机构包括水箱(11)、水泵(15)和软管(16),所述水箱(11)与盆体(1)的背面固定连接,所述水泵(15)固定安装在水箱(11)的顶部,所述水泵(15)的进水口与水箱(11)的内部连通安装,所述水泵(15)的出水口与软管(16)的一端连通安装,所述软管(16)的另一端与洒水空心板(13)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述水箱(11)的顶部固定连通有加水口(12),所述加水口(12)上套设有封口盖。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述洒水空心板(13)包括框体(1301)、孔板(1302)和接口(1303),所述孔板(1302)与框体(1301)固定嵌合连接,所述孔板(1302)与框体(1301)之间形成空腔(1304),所述接口(1303)固定安装在孔板(1302)上,所述接口(1303)与空腔(1304)连通安装,所述孔板(1302)的表面开设有若干个均匀分布的细孔(1305),所述接口(1303)与软管(16)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述支撑鹅颈管(14)的数目为若干个,若干个所述支撑鹅颈管(14)等间距分布在盆体(1)的顶部上,所述支撑鹅颈管(14)的一端与盆体(1)顶部固定连接,所述支撑鹅颈管(14)的另一端与孔板(1302)底部固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述盆体(1)的一侧固定连接有保护罩(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种农作物种植用便于松土的种植架,其特征在于:所述门板(6)的表面固定连接有把手(22),所述把手(22)为矩形块状结构。
