一种野外工作勘测箱 技术领域
本发明涉及勘测设备运输的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种野外工作勘测箱。
背景技术
在野外作业的人员,经常需要在各种恶劣的环境中现场勘测和绘制图形,例如建筑工程测量部分,主要包括测量仪器的构成与使用、普通测量、工业与民用建筑测量、其他测量;建筑工程勘察部分主要包括建筑工程勘察的基本知识、岩土测试、岩土工程分析评价,特殊性土与特殊地质条件、水文地质勘察,在进行工程建设过程中,现场勘测尤为重要,现场勘测是工程建设的基础。岩土工程勘察的一种手段,包括钻探、井探、槽探、坑探、洞探以及物探、触探等。根据建设工程的要求,查明、分析、评价建设场地的地质、环境特征和岩土工程条件,进行编制勘察文件的活动。岩工工程勘察工作是根据不同的目的,由浅及深分阶段地进行的。包括
1、可行性研究勘察:应符合选择场址方案的要求;
2、初步勘察:应符合初步设计的要求;
3、详细勘察:应符合施工图设计的要求;
4、施工勘察:场地条件复杂或有特殊要求的工程,宜进行施工勘察。
现场勘测由于需要勘测的地方很多未经过开发,且路途遥远,目前使用的现场勘测装置都很笨重,且携带非常不便,在路况不好或道路较窄导致运输车辆运行不便时,只能用人工手抬的方式抵达现场,使用非常不便。
现有申请号为CN201821871199.5的中国专利公开了一种地理勘测用取样装置,包括外壳体,所述外壳体的内部上下限位滑动设置有动力箱体,所述动力箱体的+内部固定安装有电机和蓄电池,所述蓄电池通过开关控制与电机电性连接,所述蓄电池通过电池盖安装在动力箱体的顶部,所述电机的动力轴外侧连接套筒一,所述套筒一内部插接有加长杆,所述加长杆的底端部插接在套筒二中,所述套筒二与连接筒一体焊接,所述连接筒的底端可拆卸安装有取样筒,所述取样筒的底部安装有锯齿钻头,所述动力箱体的两侧外端均设置有下压把手,所述外壳体的外壁底部焊接有四个转耳,所述转耳上铰接有伸缩杆支腿,所述伸缩杆支腿的底部活动安装有脚座。
现有申请号为CN201921205778.0的中国专利公开了一种便于组装的地理勘测取样装置,包括固定环,所述固定环上转动连接有一组支撑杆,所述支撑杆设置安装有长度调节机构,固定环的中心通过连接杆固定连接有螺杆套,所述螺杆套中通过螺纹配合安装有 螺杆,所述螺杆的下端设置有钻头,所述钻头的圆周外侧壁上设置有存土槽,螺杆的上端设置有插接孔,所述插接孔中插接有转动杆。
以上两种方式均通过组装勘测装置的方式,一定程度上解决了设备不易携带的问题,将设备零部件放入勘测箱内,一方面保护了设备,另一方面减小了设备的占用空间,使得设备能够被安全顺利地运输。现有勘测箱仅起到了容纳功能,为了能够更便于勘测人员在凹凸不平的崎岖环境中运输勘测箱,还需要对其进行改进,使其能够进一步减轻勘测人员的工作负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种野外工作勘测箱,其具有达到了便于勘测设备运输的效果。
本发明的上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种野外工作勘测箱,包括箱体,所述箱体容纳有勘测设备,所述箱体底部设置有行走轮,所述箱体顶部设置有伸缩杆;所述箱体底部设置有抬升装置,所述抬升装置包括有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端连接有沿竖直方向设置的丝杆,所述丝杆外套设有套筒,所述套筒上设置有与丝杆螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述套筒底部设置有滚轮,所述套筒外设置有令套筒沿竖直方向移动的限位机构。
通过采用上述技术方案,在陷进凹凸不平的道路处时,可抬升被卡住的部分,从而脱离坑洼处,得以继续前进,适用不平坦的道路,减少了人们提起箱体跨越障碍的劳动负担。
本发明进一步设置为:所述限位机构包括有限位块,所述套筒的外侧壁上沿其轴向设置有限位槽,所述限位块与限位槽滑动配合,所述箱体上设置有固定框,所述限位块设置于固定框上。
通过采用上述技术方案,限制套筒的旋转运动,使相对于箱体上下移动。
本发明进一步设置为:所述滚轮与套筒之间设置有减震器。
通过采用上述技术方案,缓冲跨越障碍时的冲击力,保护了勘测的设备,保护了机器。
本发明进一步设置为:所述箱体上设置有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板连接至蓄电池,所述驱动电机与蓄电池电连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,在野外工作时,能源较为稀缺,但是阳光充足,充分利用太阳能为驱动电机提供能量,能够延长野外的有效工作时间。
本发明进一步设置为:所述限位槽的两端设置有橡胶缓冲垫。
通过采用上述技术方案,橡胶缓冲垫将套筒与限位块的刚性碰撞变为柔性碰撞,起到了保护的效果,延长了勘测箱的使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为:所述箱体上设置有用于显示蓄电池电量的显示屏。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用显示屏判断是否电力充足,从而决定是否要提前对蓄电池进行充电,避免由于电力不足影响勘测箱的运输。
本发明进一步设置为:所述箱体上靠近转动辊的一侧设置有照明灯,所述照明灯由太阳能电池板供能。
通过采用上述技术方案,在黑暗环境下,照明灯能够照亮地面,帮助勘测人员观察地形情况,降低了出行危险。

通过采用上述技术方案,橡胶填充块对设备起到了保护作用,避免在设备随箱体的搬运发生剧烈的共振,损坏设备。

通过采用上述技术方案,提手是除转动辊之外的另一个箱体搬运方式,适用于短距离或极度不适于转动辊行走的环境下运输箱体。锁扣起到了封闭箱体的作用,避免在箱体剧烈震动时,设备掉出箱体。
本发明进一步设置为:所述锁扣为密码锁。
通过采用上述技术方案,对设备起到了防护作用,防止设备数据被随意篡改。
综上所述,本发明的有益技术效果为:
1.通过箱体、伸缩杆、抬升装置和限位装置的设置,在陷进凹凸不平的道路处时,可抬升被卡住的部分,从而脱离坑洼处,得以继续前进,适用不平坦的道路,减少了人们提起箱体跨越障碍的劳动负担;

参照图1,为本发明公开的一种野外工作勘测箱,包括箱体1,箱体1容纳有勘测设备,箱体1底部设置有行走轮11,箱体1顶部设置有伸缩杆12;箱体1底部设置有抬升装置,抬升装置包括有驱动电机2,驱动电机2的输出端连接有沿竖直方向设置的丝杆21,丝杆21外套设有套筒22,套筒22上设置有与丝杆21螺纹配合的内螺纹,套筒22底部设置有滚轮23,套筒22外设置有令套筒22沿竖直方向移动的限位机构。驱动电机25优选ZA-68KTYZ型号,电机运行电路为常规电机正反转控制程序,电路运行为现有常规电路,本实用新型中涉及的电路以及控制均为现有技术,在此不进行过多赘述。通过伸缩杆12 拉动箱体1,在行走轮11被卡住时,启动驱动电机2,丝杆21转动,由于套筒22被限位块3限位会向下运动,箱体1一侧的两个行走轮11被抬升起,继续拉动箱体1前进,即可跨越障碍,使驱动电机2反转收回套筒22,即可恢复常态。

滚轮23与套筒22之间设置有减震器,缓冲跨越障碍时的冲击力,保护了勘测的设备,保护了机器。
箱体1上设置有太阳能电池板4,太阳能电池板4连接至蓄电池,驱动电机2与蓄电池电连接。箱体1上设置有用于显示蓄电池电量的显示屏41。
箱体1上靠近转动辊的一侧设置有照明灯42,照明灯42由太阳能电池板4供能。
参照图1和图2,箱体1内填充有橡胶填充块5,橡胶填充块5上开设有让位孔51,橡胶填充块5与设备过盈配合。箱体1的外侧设置有提手6和锁扣61。锁扣61为密码锁。
