Abstract

본 개시는 조영제 주입 장치에 있어서, 조영제가 저장된 조영제 시린지; 희석액이 저장된 희석액 시린지; 조영제와 희석액이 혼합되는 혼합부; 특정값이 입력되는 입력부; 그리고 입력된 특정값으로부터 조영제의 농도를 결정하는 제어부;를 포함하며,특정값은 조영제의 종류, MRI 장치의 자기장 세기 및 MRI 장치의 시퀀스 파라미터(sequence parameter)인 FAprep(Flip Angle of preparation pulse), TI(Inverse Time), FAex(Flip Angle of excitation pulse), TR(Repetition Time) 및 TE(Echo Time) 중 적어도 하나인 조영제 주입 장치 및 이의 사용방법에 대한 것이다. 본 개시에 의하면, MRI 장치에 의한 의료 영상을 얻는 조영제 농도를 자동으로 조절해 주어 조영제의 조영 효과를 최적으로 얻을 수 있는 조영제 주입 장치를 제공한다.
