现有技术中,湿化装置具有如下两种安装方式:一种是湿化装置独立于主机设置,具有可以开合的外壳,外壳内部为空腔,水箱通过安装结构安装于空腔内;另一种是湿化装置与主机形成一体,即将湿化装置的外壳集成在主机上,水箱通过安装结构安装于主机内。
但是,上述两种安装方式中,水箱的安装结构都较为复杂,配合关系繁冗,在使用过程中,水箱需要频繁取出进行加水,而水箱与主机或外壳的连接较为复杂,取出水箱时需要开盖、解锁等复杂操作,导致患者频繁操作的可用性较差。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
在本发明中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、前、后、左、右”是指参照附图1所示的方位。“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身轮廓的内、外。
本发明一方面提供一种水箱安装结构,所述水箱安装结构包括水箱10、安装空间21以及连接结构,水箱10设置为通过转动方式装入和脱出安装空间21,所述连接结构设置为在水箱10转入安装空间21时将水箱10连接于安装空间21,并在水箱10从安装空间21脱出时释放水箱10与安装空间21的连接。
本发明的水箱安装结构通过采用上述技术方案,将水箱10设置为通过转动方式装入和脱出安装空间21,将连接结构设置为在水箱10转入安装空间21时将水箱10连接于安装空间21,并在水箱10从安装空间21脱出时释放水箱10与安装空间21的连接,能够在保证水箱10在安装空间21中可靠安装的同时使得水箱10的拆装更加便捷,在加水时,可将水箱10从安装空间21转出拆下,以防止水漏入安装空间21内,从而保证加水的高效性和安全性。
其中,安装空间21可具有顶部开口211和侧部开口212,顶部开口211和侧部开口212用于供水箱10安装入安装空间21。这样不仅便于水箱10的灵活安装,还能使水箱10在安装后处于裸露状态,便于水箱10的加水操作。
在安装时,可将水箱10从顶部开口211和侧部开口212处转入安装空间21内,转入的同时所述连接结构将水箱10连接于安装空间21。当需要给水箱10加水时,可不取下水箱10,直接通过设置在水箱10顶部或侧部的裸露的加水口进行加水;也可将水箱10从安装空间21中转出拆下再进行加水。如此,可大大简化水箱的安装,便于水箱加水,而且所述连接结构可选择范围较大,可采用任意适当的可拆卸连接结构。
上述中,需要说明的是,水箱10和安装空间21可具有任意适当的形状,基于安装空间21形状的不同,侧部开口212可采用不同的开设方式。例如图1-图11所示的实施方式,安装空间21和水箱10大致为方形体,侧部开口212覆盖安装空间21的前侧、后侧以及右侧。在其他实施方式中,侧部开口212可至少覆盖安装空间21的右侧,以为水箱10提供安装通道的同时,安装空间21的前侧和/或后侧还能够对水箱10进行一定的限位。
本发明中,参见图1、图2和图5,所述水箱安装结构还可包括用于限定安装空间21的第一底壁22和第一侧壁23,水箱10包括储液腔11和用于限定储液腔11的第二底壁12和第二侧壁13,在水箱10安装于安装空间21时,第二底壁12与第一底壁22相对应,第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23相对应。通过上述设置,可以实现对水箱10的支撑和安装。其中,第一底壁22用于支撑水箱10,所述连接结构可设置在底壁22、12或者侧壁23、13上,优选设置在侧壁23、13上。
上述中,为了便于水箱10的转动安装,以及在安装的同时实现与安装空间21的连接,第一底壁22可包括向下凹陷的弧形区221,第二底壁12形成向下突出的与弧形区221适配的弧形,所述连接结构可设置在第二侧 壁13和第一侧壁23上。
第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23可分别具有相适配的形状,例如,可均为平面或曲面,也可形状互补。当第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23形状互补时,例如第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23上分别形成有相适配的多个凸部和凹部,水箱10可借助第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23的互补形状实现在安装空间21中的可拆卸安装,在这种情况下,所述连接结构包括分别形成在第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23上的相适配的多个凸部和凹部。当第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23均为平面或曲面时,可通过在第二侧壁13与第一侧壁23上设置相适配的连接部件来实现可拆卸安装。
具体地,所述连接结构可包括相配合的第一连接部件和第二连接部件,所述第一连接部件设置于第一侧壁23和第二侧壁13中的一者上,所述第二连接部件设置于第一侧壁23和第二侧壁13中的另一者上。
其中,为了提高水箱10安装的稳定性、可靠性以及灵活性,所述第一连接部件位于第一侧壁23或第二侧壁13的上部位置,所述第二连接部件位于第一侧壁23或第二侧壁13的上部位置。也就是说,所述第一连接部件和所述第二连接部件相距第二底壁12和第一底壁22较远。
本发明中,所述第一连接部件和第二连接部件可以是任意能够实现可拆卸连接的部件或结构。例如,第一连接部件和第二连接部件可以是能够相互吸附的磁性件。
具体地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,参见图2-图6,所述第一连接部件设置在第一侧壁23的上部位置,所述第二连接部件设置在第二侧壁13的上部位置。所述第一连接部件包括从第一侧壁23的内壁面向外(即图5中向左的方向)凹陷的凹腔231和设置于凹腔231的内表面的卡接槽232,所述第二连接部件包括从第二侧壁13的外壁面向外(即图5中向左的方向)突出的凸块131和设置于凸块131上的卡接件134,凸块131与凹腔231相适配,卡接件134与卡接槽232相适配,卡接件134设置为能够在凸块131 容置于凹腔231内时卡接于卡接槽232,并能够在凸块131受到向外的拉力(即水箱10从安装空间21转出的力)时从卡接槽232脱出。
上述中,卡接件134可通过自身形变实现与卡接槽232的卡接和脱离,例如卡接件134为突出地形成在凸块131上的凸起。而为了提高卡接件134与卡接槽232配合的可靠性,延长其使用寿命,优选将卡接件134设置为通过移动实现与卡接槽232的卡接和脱离。
具体地,如图2-图8所示的实施方式,所述第二连接部件还包括压缩弹簧135,凸块131内具有供压缩弹簧135和卡接件134设置的空腔132,凸块131上开设有与空腔132连通的开孔133,卡接件134设置为能够在压缩弹簧135的抵接作用下至少部分地伸出开孔133外(如图7所示),并能够在受到压力时压缩压缩弹簧135而缩回空腔132内(如图8所示)。也就是说,卡接件134具有至少部分地伸出开孔133外的第一状态和缩回空腔132内的第二状态,在第一状态,卡接件134能够卡接于卡接槽232内,在第二状态,卡接件134能够形成避让以便于凸块131进出凹腔231。
其中,为了利于凸块131快速顺利进出凹腔231,进一步提高水箱10拆装的便捷性,如图6所示,可在凹腔231的右侧上下两端分别设置两个导向斜面233,以用于引导凸块131进出凹腔231。
另外,如图7所示,作为优选,压缩弹簧135沿竖直方向设置,卡接件134位于压缩弹簧135的上方,开孔133设置在凸块131的顶部,卡接槽232位于凹腔231的顶部。
在安装时,当将水箱10转入安装空间21,凸块131被推入凹腔231时,导向斜面233在引导凸块131进入凹腔231的同时还可挤压卡接件134向下运动缩回空腔132内直至凸块131完全进入凹腔231内,此时卡接件134在压缩弹簧135的作用下至少部分地伸出开孔133外而与卡接槽232卡接。
其中,为了保证卡接件134在开孔133处的顺利伸缩,优选将开孔133 的尺寸设置为小于卡接件134的尺寸,也就是说,卡接件134无法完全伸出开孔133外,卡接件134在压缩弹簧135的抵接作用下部分地伸出开孔133外。
其中,如图6和图7所示,卡接件134可以为球体,卡接槽232可以为半球形槽。在这种情况下,开孔133为圆孔,开孔133的孔径小于卡接件134的直径,卡接槽232的尺寸与卡接件134可伸出开孔133外的尺寸相适配。
本发明中,所述连接结构可包括多组相适配的第一连接部件和第二连接部件,以提高水箱安装的稳定性和可靠性。其中,作为优选,如图2所示,所述连接结构包括两组相适配的第一连接部件和第二连接部件,其沿前后方向间隔排布。
本发明中,如图6和图7所示,通过将第一底壁22设置为包括向下凹陷的弧形区221,第二底壁12形成向下突出的与弧形区221适配的弧形,还可以增加对水箱10的支撑面积,同时实现对水箱10的限位。也就是说,第二底壁12无法相对于弧形区221水平向右移动而从安装空间21脱出。而且在所述连接结构包括两组相适配的第一连接部件和第二连接部件的情况下,结合相配合的弧形区221和第二底壁12,可实现水箱10与安装空间21的三点配合,从而保证水箱10的稳定性。
其中,可将弧形区221设置为加热区,例如第一底壁22可采用加热板形成,由此可实现对水箱10的大面积加热。
其中,如图6所示,可使弧形区221的轴向(参见图1所示的前后方向)垂直于水箱10的安装方向(参见图1所示的左右方向,即凸块131与凹腔231的安装方向)。在这种情况下,水箱10可相对于弧形区221绕弧形区221的轴向在一定范围内旋转,以实现转动拆装,同时便于在安装水箱10时调整水箱10的角度使凸块131与凹腔231对准。
参照图5,安装水箱10时,可先把水箱10放置于弧形区221上,使第 二底壁12与弧形区221贴合后旋转一定角度,再向左推动水箱10向第一侧壁23靠近,使凸块131进入凹腔231,卡接件134卡接于卡接槽232内,即可完成水箱10的安装。取下水箱10时,可直接抓住水箱10向右拉,卡接件134在卡接槽232右侧的挤压作用下向下运动缩回空腔132内,凸块131从凹腔231中脱出,即可取下水箱10。
本发明中,如图7和图11所示,水箱10可包括第二进气管14和第二出气管15,第二进气管14同轴插设于第二出气管15内且与第二出气管15之间具有径向间隔以形成第二出气通道,第二进气管14和第二出气管15的一端端口(即图11所示的左端端口)位于第二侧壁13上,第二进气管14和第二出气管15的另一端端口(即图11所示的右端端口)伸入储液腔11内。
上述中,通过使第二进气管14和第二出气管15采用双层套管的结构形式,不仅可以简化水箱结构,节约储液腔空间,还可减小对气流的扰动,环形的第二出气通道还能够自然梳理气流,避免湍流、紊流的情况。其中,第二进气管14和第二出气管15优选为直管,第二进气管14同时可作为进水管使用,以为水箱10加水。
其中,作为优选,使第二进气管14和第二出气管15的左端端口位于第二侧壁13的上部位置,并位于第二侧壁13的前后方向的中间位置,这样,当出现搬运、移动等导致水箱10倾斜时,水箱10内的水都不会出现倒灌第二进气管14和第二出气管15的情形。
其中,参见图9,作为优选,第二进气管14的长度大于第二出气管15的长度,第二出气管15的右端端口位于水箱中线(参见图9中的虚线)的右侧,第二进气管14的右端端口形成为倾斜端口141,水箱10的与倾斜端口141相对的壁形成为倾斜壁16,以使来自倾斜端口141的气体向储液腔11的下部中间区域折射。
如图9中的箭头所示,当气体流出第二进气管14后经过倾斜壁16的 折射向水面方向流动,再经过水面以及水箱10的其他侧壁进行多次折射后进入第二出气通道,从第二出气通道流出,气体的整个流动过程都会携带温湿的水分,使得气体具有较好的加湿效果。而且如图9所示,水箱10内部结构简单,没有多余的零部件,气流在水箱10内部只会经历几次折射的过程,不会出现湍流、紊流现象。
为了实现与第二进气管14和第二出气管15的配合,如图9-图11所示,所述水箱安装结构还可包括第一进气管24和第一出气管25,第一进气管24同轴插设于第一出气管25内且与第一出气管25之间具有径向间隔以形成第一出气通道,第一进气管24和第一出气管25的一端端口(即图9所示的右端端口)位于第一侧壁23上,第一进气管24和第一出气管25的右端端口可通过密封件26与第二进气管14和第二出气管15的左端端口密封连通。其中,可以理解的是,第一进气管24与第二进气管14连通,第一出气管25与第二出气管15连通(即第一出气通道与第二出气通道连通)。
上述中,如图12所示,密封件26为环形件,包括同轴套设的内环261和外环262,内环261的内腔用于连通第一进气管24和第二进气管14,内环261与外环262之间具有径向间隔以形成用于连通所述第一出气通道和所述第二出气通道的连通通道。
另外,如图12所示,内环261与外环262之间可通过相间隔的多个连接筋263连接,连接筋263的设置可将所述连通通道分隔为多个弧形通道,由此可以实现对气流的梳理。相应地,如图2和图3所示,第二进气管14与第二出气管15之间、第一进气管24和第一出气管25可分别通过连接件连接,以分别将所述第二出气通道和所述第一出气通道分隔为多个弧形通道,该弧形通道与密封件26的弧形通道相对应,以实现对出气气流的有效梳理,从而降低气动噪音。
密封件26可由橡胶、硅胶等密封材料制成。
通过采用上述设置,不仅可以简化结构,大大节约空间,而且对气流 扰动小,环形的出气通道还能够自然梳理气流,避免湍流、紊流的情况。而且,进、出气管采用内置形式,利用密封件26使端口对接连通,使得水箱10的拆装不受进、出气管路的影响,水箱拆装更加便捷,同时还使得水箱安装结构具有较小的占用空间,在将其应用于通气治疗设备时,可以减小通气治疗设备的占用空间,提升通气治疗设备的美观性。
通过采用本发明的上述水箱安装结构,用户可单手操作对水箱10进行拆装,方便水箱取放加水,体验度好;上述水箱安装结构还具有安全可靠、结构简单、故障率低、零部件少、成本较低、气流稳定、患者顺应性好的优点。
本发明另一方面提供一种通气治疗设备,所述通气治疗设备包括主机20和以上所述的水箱安装结构,安装空间21设置于主机20上。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,安装空间21设置于主机20的右侧,主机20上设置有用于限定安装空间21的第一侧壁23和第一底壁22,水箱10安装于安装空间21后,顶面、前侧面和后侧面均与主机20的相应侧面齐平,使得通气治疗设备的整体美观性较高。
另外,需要说明的是,主机20的左侧部分内安装有风机,第一进气管24与风机的出气口连通,主机20上还设置有与第一出气管25连通的出气口。使用时,风机可将外界空气吸入主机20内,然后将空气通至第一进气管24内,接着经第二进气管14进入水箱10的储液腔11内加温湿化后,依次经第二出气通道、第一出气通道、出气口排出主机,进而被送至患者端吸入。
由于本发明的主要改进点在于水箱及水箱的安装,而且主机内设置风机属于本领域已知技术,因此不再对风机及其安装进行介绍。
本发明中,所述通气治疗设备可以是呼吸机、氧疗仪等。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本 发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

  1. 一种水箱安装结构,其特征在于,所述水箱安装结构包括水箱(10)、安装空间(21)以及连接结构,所述水箱(10)设置为通过转动方式装入和脱出所述安装空间(21),所述连接结构设置为在所述水箱(10)转入所述安装空间(21)时将所述水箱(10)连接于所述安装空间(21),并在所述水箱(10)从所述安装空间(21)脱出时释放所述水箱(10)与所述安装空间(21)的连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水箱安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装空间(21)具有顶部开口(211)和侧部开口(212),所述顶部开口(211)和所述侧部开口(212)用于供所述水箱(10)安装入所述安装空间(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水箱安装结构,其特征在于,所述水箱安装结构包括用于限定所述安装空间(21)的第一底壁(22)和第一侧壁(23),所述水箱(10)包括储液腔(11)和用于限定所述储液腔(11)的第二底壁(12)和第二侧壁(13),在所述水箱(10)安装于所述安装空间(21)时,所述第二底壁(12)与所述第一底壁(22)相对应,所述第二侧壁(13)与所述第一侧壁(23)相对应。
